Lately, I have been facing what felt like a huge road block. I have many friends who feel exactly like me - tired in the morning, as if we had worked all night (we did) and then unable to lower our frequencies to connect with those on other frequencies - if we try, we end up totally drained and exhausted.

It looks like something just is not working the way it used to. If you feel that way too, read on!

I was unable to bring my energies to a frequency level where I could communicate easily with others. This meant that all I said and felt seemed to poof into nothingness, or at least have no resonance whatsoever. Moreover, it left me extremely drained to have to adjust my frequency to that of the others. Something that I have done all my life and that is well trained, all of a sudden became a burden. The old things, patterns, mechanisms, coping strategies to co-exist in a reality where people around me are just "wired differently" failed me. It left me rather isolated, which I don't mind really, but the exhaustion was what made me search for answers to this phenomenon.

Whenever I would communicate with dear lightworker friends, things would flow just fine and there was energy exchange an no resulting exhaustion. So I began to simply ignore the dramatic feelings of "this world will never change" and such and realized that we are indeed in the midst of an energetic development that WILL bring change, if we let it. Oh those were the pivotal words..."if we let it"... It dawned on me that in order for humanity to raise their energetic frequencies, those of us who were born in a higher frequency vibration will have to STOP lowering our frequencies. It is time for humanity to be given ROOM to increase theirs. It's their turn to do that and meet US where WE reside and are comfortable. How will the energy frequency of humankind be raised, if we keep it low by going to their level? It cannot. We are hampering the very process that is now trying to happen. True, in the past, there was no possibility for the broad masses to increase their frequencies - now the energies on the planet have reached a point where it became possible and therefore it is now time for us to stay where we are comfortable, to stop denying our own energetic comfort zone and to allow the others to FIND us - just like a mother would sit a few feet away from her toddler to encourage him to do his first steps unaided - in that spirit, we must sit where we belong and only in our own hearts invite those around us to join us in our energetic frequency. Only then will they learn to walk.

To me it looks like we have to re-learn a new strategy around this, just as much as humankind does - I am eagerly waiting the arrival of those around me.

In the beginning, this will prove to perhaps be a bit of a lonesome affair, to just sit and wait, but I have great faith and trust the logic of the information I have gleaned that for many of us, this is where it's at.
