I like calling the above a Sethism, Seth was channeled by Jane Roberts back in the early years 50/60's, the words continue to hold true in the present. Over the past week several other contacts, along with myself, have been delving into our inner stuff. The stuff which is causing limitation in our present life from our physical body. What we are doing is refining the methods used by Energy Healers, because it is now time for humanity to become aware they are capable of Curing self and not just being healed by others. This is the new awareness to be applied beyond this 2012 shift marker.Up till now we trended our thinking toward seeing our physical life as being derived from physical events or happenings. But since all is energy these things effecting the physical are actually energetic disturbances in the energy that makes up the physical structure. For me the physical limiter is a knee, it could be a back arm hand foot area, each of which have their own function and indicator of limitation. Feet = support , Legs = forward movement, Trunk = bending, Arms = reaching, Hand = giving or receiving, Head = thinking and thought processes. These areas become irritated and blocked from energy that is unable to flow freely. Yes you can feel it if you settle into yourself.

None of this is new to Energy Healers, what is new is people accepting they have the power not to just heal but to cure ailments of the physical by freeing the energy. Once the energy is unblocked we can then seek the cause that created the block, which is some form of emotional trauma, or hurtful pain which we have allowed to go unresolved with ourselves. Over our periods of continually recreating us moment to moment this heavy energy causes a block that backs up the energy. Imagine it as a flow that gets caught and is unable to move for years. Soon it would dry out and cake hard, when it does it begins to manifest as the ailment area in the physically manifested sold portion of our body. For me it was a knee which now prevents me from doing physical things and prevents me form moving forward in my awareness of how the whole thing of creation works.. At first we attempted to change the event which meant creating a new past or reverting to an existing alternative probable life past in which the event causing the ailment didn't happen. This wasn't working cause this event is only an insert to support the reality of this ailment and holds only the supporting role, it is not the main issue. Several years ago when this block grew to the point it had to come to the surface I created an even in my life to support it so it could exist. The support event was to step backward into a mole hole in the yard and pop the knee tissues which keeps it in alignment. What led me to this event was a need to have control of my life, so I was overseeing the cutting of a tree that was causing rot and mold in the tenant house. Being an adept healer in many energy modalities I immediately healed it,but less than a year later it returned, was healed, and returned until now the healing only last a few days at a time. What's occurring is my body is trying to speak to me, telling me there is a block (I've seen it) but have not gotten to the original root which created this need for control which is a limitation.. There have been numerous supporting events in my life to help create this block, like a narrow minded mother, an alcoholic husband, long term relationship with a passive aggressive narcissist, an adult son who also has a drinking problem and is reflecting back at me what appear to be his control issues. All these are supportive memories I have inserted into my creation of this reality to help validate what has manifested physically from the energy within which has become blocked.

With our new awareness we through a group effort have come to realize the events in this reality focus is simply an insert to support the physical manifestation of an ailment. What we need to do the Cure this ailment and rid it from the recreation of each ensuing moment is to find the origin of the emotion that caused the block. This original source could be in any one of our many focused lives in past, present or future and in any dimensional format because all occurs in the shame space and time. We must go deep within to find it and in doing so will come upon many support inserts in those other aspects of ourselves. But it's worth this journey inside to be rid of the ailment that for me limits me moving forward in my enlightenment process of seeing the highest possible resonance of energy I can in this individual focus life. Energy Work from modalities like foot reflexology would be of assistance by aiding the release of blockages in the physical body which will make it easier to break up the energy blocks in the emotional and mental bodies. We can do all this ourselves as the new higher resonance of energy makes it quite possible as our frequency raises.
