Light Friends,

Over the past 6 weeks or so GCM has had the joy of being led by a wonderful theme of remembrance.

During these meditations paradigm shifts have been felt and realized. Places deep within our hearts have been unveiled and wounds we thought had healed, have become more visible and have allowed for a loving accepting .

Last week's meditation took us into the womb of creation.A revisiting to the center of creation and our place in it.

This week let us experience the rebirthing of SELF . This is a most joyous celebration!

The changing of the season takes us into a playful time.

I would ask that this Sunday , during your meditation time, that you allow your Selfs the freedom to play.

Source reminds that when we play , we have activated our right-side brain into a physical activity and our left hemisphere can be free to create , and truly be at one.

If you are at all comfortable , go out and play while meditating. Whatever your heart desires!
