Sometimes, when just, like, slightly meditating for a little while, I'll see sparks, I'll also have my crown n 3rd eye numb, especially if I'm thinking of something spiritual, or even now, writing about it. I'll see sparks on the outside of my vision. Sometimes it'll be as big as a streak of light, usually blue.
