Hi sweet souls of the world

So Im continuing my meditation practice everyday... and if you've noticed I have also mentioned that I am getting pressure and a headache/block-type feeling at my brow chakra everytime I do so. I have been asking the universe to see/hear from my spirit guides and angels for quite sometime now and today as I was in meditation (my meditation is much more effective lying down) getting into a deep state of relaxation I tried to remain focused on my breath.
Then I started getting images and all sorts of chatter going on. And I started getting an image that I was talking to an African American lady called Cassidy!! I also got another woman coming through whose name was Bronwyn (she was causcasian I think).... Is this my imagination or is this spiritual energy coming through? I remember where I was talking with Cassidy... it felt like it was midday, early afternoon in West Hollywood, just off of Sunset Blvd and Vermont Ave...Strange huh??? I am in Dubai right now. Cassidy and I didnt really talk much, it seemed somewhat telepathic and was all a bit confusing.
And Bronwyn I cant even remember where she was.
Another male voice came through but it was just confusing and so much chatter going on!! Whether this was all a figment of my imagination or I was really connecting with other spiritual energies?
Whats your thoughts? Any advice???!!! I fall easily into the rest (theta brain wave) state and once Im there... things become chatty and busy but very muddled and confusing.
Any suggestions would be great.
