Just curious about how many lightworkers have been affected by auto-immune issues. After years of being fatiqued and achey, (typical ascension symptoms, I know), I finally discovered that my body is making all these anti-bodies that it's not supposed to make. It's as if my own system is "fighting" against itself.

That made me think that there must be some spiritual explanation for this. Have I been perceiving life as a struggle for so long that I've somehow convinced by body that it's at war?

And, even though I can feel pretty drained much of the time, I've rarely become "sick" in the last 4 years. No colds, or flus. They say that's because my immune system is so overactive that it basically "kills" every invader before it even get's started. Could this be a good thing, and actual survival mechanism programmed in, to aid me living in a time of swine flu and the fear of biological toxins?

Common theory is that auto-immune disorders can be caused by extreme stress of trauma in your childhood but not manifest into illness 20 or 30 years later. (Deepok Chopra was saying that he'd heard Michael Jackson had Lupus, which is an auto-immune disease).

It all made me wonder if lightworkers, being open hearted individuals, are perhaps more vulnerable to this. I'd love to hear any ideas or notions you may have about it.

I've tried releasing and de-stressing/accepting and detoxing, but it seems as if this is here to stay.

If everything happens for a reason, then what reason could there possibly be for this? What do you think?
