Just posting this blog as I just have to share this experience! :)
This happened just last night and it has been a while since i have had such an out of this world OBE (out of body experience), literally.

Here is what happened (pasted from my journal):

Again last night I woke up in and even slipped into sleep paralysis many times. It happened about 10 times again just like the night before. This time there was a being crawling up my back a number of times. The later hours of my sleep I slipped into the paralysis while trying to go to sleep and was able to see and hear the being. It seemed to be made of shadow... Its eyes were glowing a dim gold-ish colour. I started to radiate light and energy from myself in hopes it would go away and it seemed to work. At that point I found myself stood in a garden out of body. I figured I would launch myself into the air, which I did. For some reason though, I went at an unimaginable speed upwards. I was traveling so fast I went out of the galaxy in seconds and still was increasing in speed. I approached a certain speed where it felt as though I hit these type of barriers... When I hit them it caused a strange sensation as if I shedded away a layer of my body. The sensation was intense to say the least but it felt quite good. I think what caused it was I had reached a speed that allowed me to move out of the universe passing the barrier and out into the larger body that holds the universes. I hit these barriers quite a few times about 5 in total from what I recall, each one a thousand times more intense than the previous. I had reached a point where I stopped and the energy surrounding me was immense. I was this energy, I was radiating this energy (This feeling is still with me now! I feel as though i can shine brighter than any number of stars and cover an infinite amount of universes in light). Where I was seemed to be a void, my senses had not come around to be able to perceive where I was. I have no doubt though that I was somewhere. Voids are simply places we lack perception of, resulting in a seemingly senseless empty space, the void (just speaking from what i have observed through other experiences there). I then moved back into my body.
