What is this my attitude creating?
It is creating Tension! My focus goes away from myself and it goes outside!
Here is the Technique:
When you feel discomfort in your body, quickly express it to yourself. From that point of understanding, you can then make a decision about how to handle the situation. For example you decide to go away from the situation and you tell the people that you have to leave now! Another way of dealing with things is that you strongly express your feeling about the situation you are in, at that precise moment. Still another way of dealing is to stay in the situation and observe quietly what is going on inside.
These three ways can be followed consciously (and in any combination) and once you master this technique, your interactions with people will be always beneficial for both parties.
