Is it not the duality the is the proponent that encourages change and an evolution of our Self and our choices?

Conflict invites us to discover, create and bring a balance into our life.
Confusion invites us to discover the clarity within that we are all capable of experiencing.
Frustration invites us to accept without condition, that which we cannot control.
Envy invites us to be content with and within who we are.
Jealousy invites us to accept what is true for another.
Anger invites us to to recognize, anger in and of it's self as an energy changes nothing and paralyzes.
Resentment invites us to let go of our expectations of another to be whom we desire them to be.
Intolerance invites us to be be tolerant.
Judgment invites us to be unconditionally accepting.
Conditional acceptance invites us to ask the question why.
Unstated expectations of any other invites disappointment in them (but really our Self).
Previous choices with undesirable outcomes, invites us to make new choices.
Being true to another invites us to recognize the value of honoring and being true to our Self.

Even though so many of these experiences and energies are connected to another or directed at another. Is it really about any other? Maybe it is really ALL about our Self!

Just a few thoughts!
Are they wrong?
Are they right?
Nope, they just are what they are, nothing more, nothing less!
Are they mine? Nope!
They are just thoughts!
I can own a thought, no one can!!
Many people will justify why it is OK with experiencing these limited and controlling energies.
Me! I choose to see them for what they are inviting me to realize and experience, without experiencing them flowing through me and choosing for me, in the moment they may show up.
For Me, it is about BEing conscious in that moment and every moment. What is taking place within and around my Self and how other's around me in this world, are inviting me, often unaware of what is transpiring, to recognize when I am invited into the above mentioned energies and experiences of limitation. What I choose is then about Me, not about another! I do not let the emotional energies of this world choose for me, how I will act or react. Yet I thank ALL for the opportunity each person gifts to me, to recognize my potential of Self within Me, and to accept the choices of every other.
