These are the days that one needs to pay attention to the needs of the body, for these ascending frequencies are challenging. This are some suggestions on how to nurture and ground when you are feeling unusual.
Nurturing means that one needs to take special care, listening deeply to the body and its needs. The body may present requests for foods that have not been on your list to eat, including some you stopped eating for some reason. I found I needed to consume some cream, when all milk was off my list for over nine years. My body wanted it two days in a row, so I gave it to her. It was only about ¼ of a cup each day and then my body did not need it anymore.
Why? I can only guess. I tend to just lump it all in to one reason and that is the body needs certain things in order to process and build the crystalline structures and change old systems. There are other reasons I feel but perhaps that is for you to share with me.
Foods
I was vegan for many years and vegetarian for many as well, and then my body required some meat, animal meat, so I added a bit of chicken each week. Its portion is more like a condiment but it gives my body what she needs to build with. Some weeks I need none at all. So I have learned to ask often what my body wants in relation to what I may be planning to eat. Having completed my personal ascension, I am finding that I can eat most anything, yet while climbing before I needed to pay close attention for the body really needed my help in discerning food consumption.
Now I draw many vitamins and minerals through the aetheric field. Then occasionally, when the energy burst forth, I may need to help the body specifically. I found I needed some Calcium and Magnesium supplements for about two years. I needed these several days a week, but never in a regular pattern. I would listen and if I could sense their might be a need, I would ask my body. Vitamin B complex is another one that is requested but not often. One can use a pendulum or muscle testing to talk with the bodies need. Hold the food or supplement and then dowse. Feel a yes or no within your body.
When eating foods, you may wish to breathe in their colors just before you place them in the mouth. Foods can heal, rejuvenate even before consumption. Breathe in their energy fields just before they are chewed; for we are really eating their energy, and not so much their materials. Dr. Gabriel Cousins wrote several books on this aspect of building our bodies that will help you to find different ways to balance the body. His best compilation is “Conscious Eating”. Although he feels raw foods are the best, many physical body systems are not really ready for full raw foods, so listen to your body, first and foremost. It is so easy to throw the body out of whack with a diet that is designed for someone else. Design your unique diet of foods that are helpful to you; that you love to eat and that are clean and natural.
I think food and sharing food is one of the most fun things on earth. Creating a tea party with like mined friends and laughing is a pleasure that also grounds and nurtures us. Be creative and follow your heart in playful ways!
Rest
Rest and sleep is what the body needs quite often for all of us. Rest allows the body to rejuvenate and to complete processes. When moving up to higher frequencies, we actually gain more energy and so can be more active and sleep less. Yet there are days when rest is imperative for the body, or for our service we do as an expanded multi-dimensional being. During sleep time our guides can do additional work on us.
This past July… and now August energies are very high waves and for many, rest is not available for our nervous system is pumping like we danced all day! My son and I have not been able to sleep most of this past week. I could feel my nerves being jittery, so I knew my body needed real deep sleep in order to harmonize with the energy. I made two cups of Tea for Sleep, made by Good Earth. It has Valerian root, Lemon Balm leaf, Hops flower, Orange blossom, Peppermint leaf, Lavender flower and Rosemary leaf. This gave me the relaxation that my body needed and I slept deep that night. I felt great the next day and just as energetic. I got no sleep the next night, but that did not matter for I rested my nervous system just the right amount.
Grounding
Grounding is also something that may be needed to make it through your day. If you have been practicing meditation and practicing grounding for quite a while, you may be grounded, just not feeling it. You may wonder if you need more when these intense energies coming through this summer hits you. At times I feel like my feet are not on the floor at all, or feeling like I could faint if I get very active. I may have trouble even thinking. There are many ways one might feel they have become ungrounded, and yet sometimes you already are. These energies are just that way! Spinning or feeling wobbly is common.
Taking a walk in nature really helps. As you walk … feel how your pranic tube, that tube of light which moves through your center. Is it straight, is it centered, or off-center and different than a nice solid column? While walking bring your pranic tube back in to center of you encapsulating your spinal core, anchoring in to the crystalline grid just below the earth surface and extending high above your crown chakra.
As you walk and align this, you will be integrating many aspects that need to fit somewhere. Sometimes it just needs your guidance. We take in so much new energy that we need to assist the body in harmonizing it all. Walking and anchoring in light actually grounds us very well. Practice walking meditation and you will extend your practice in to the practical.
While walking, breathe in the colors of the area. Breathe in the deep green of the leaves and move it throughout the body. Breathe in the yellow of the flowers, the purple of the thistle and allow the body to drink up and utilize these balancing color energies. It does not take long to do and yet has a lasting affect throughout your busy day.
Miracle of water
What I find works great for me is taking a bath. Submerging my whole body in to a body of water and staying there at least 45 minutes. Swimming in natural spring waters grounds and nurtures as it feeds my body minerals through the skin. Natural spring have a calming affect on our nervous system as well.
Showers do not do this. Perhaps there is too much air, I do not know, but showers would take over two hours of being under it to do what one full immersion in to a body of water does. Showers are great, and I use them to ground in the morning before work, and yet when you are really feeling the affects of new energies, going in to a full bath of water will help more than any other application. Perhaps it is that our body is so fluid, 80% water, that we need that specific element to create order within the body. I am just guessing at this.
Nurture yourself in a bath. Add sea salt and some essential oils for the skin and soak for 45 minutes. Just rest while soaking and forget the dramas outside. If your mind is nagging you about so-called forced vaccinations, just repeat to yourself that it is not your drama. Remember that you are healthy and need no assistance. Say to yourself you will not even be approached to receive one, that you are invisible to this drama of others. You honor those who wish for that drama, but that drama is not part of your reality. Then relax and be grateful that it is so. You can do this to any drama that comes nagging at your mind while you are relaxing, even if you do not know what alternatives could be there for you. There are always alternatives!! Always! So proclaim what is and is not in your reality, and let the dramas of other go. Rest, relax and love yourself; love your body!
Drop worry
Worry is a waste of time in all ways. If you begin to worry, put it on a to-do-list and forget it. The dramas of our country are many and no worry will solve any of them. Our light and love alignment does. When we stay in attitudes that are happy, and helpful, we add this calm to the masses. Sometimes it is hard to maintain, other times it is easy. Go with your own flow and remove any worry or drama as soon as you can. Journal the worry or drama and forget it. You have it on paper you can tell yourself and then move the mind to the gratitude and love of yourself. Letting go of mind-playbacks help to nurture and ground you. Write it down and let it go!
Know you are a gift to the world. Take time to nurture yourself, for this is part of our work. We are to balance the work we do for others with work we do for ourselves. When we do too much for others, we will feel it as an ungrounded or out of balance body and/or situation.
