Hello All Whom Read This!!

From 3:30am to 5:30am this morning I was transitioning energy. This was a continuation of what began to finally emerge and converge with me during the evening hours of the night before.

Unable to sleep I got some coffee, added a little cocoa and brought my computer outside to enjoy the morning.

As I sit here in the quiet of the morning I heard a movement. At the edge of the lake I Am looking over I see the outline of a Great Blue Heron as it stoically and silently waits for it next meal to come swimming past. In the distance I hear the caws of crows or ravens. 4 ducks make there way through reeds and lily pads that appear as shadows on the water. The sunlight slowly emerges over the dark and mysterious outline of the trees on the opposite side of the glistening yellow lake as it basks in the promise of a another northern Minnesota summer morning.

A fog slowly dances and moves on a portion of the lake in a slow motion I can this morning relate too. The sullen and solemn song caress's my ears as distant loon shares it's message and music in a way no other bird knows how to.

The coolness of the morning is noticeable but not chilling as the darkness of the night give way to the light of a dawning new day. A chipmunk moves quickly across the ground behind me as the humming birds begin to show up for the first taste of sugar water in the feeders only 10 from my silent place on this cabin patio.

A robin chirps and a squirrel chatters as the movement of a little traffic begins to show up as a distant sound on a rode about a mile away. The rat tat tat of a woodpecker begins to emerge from the silence that was there only a moment ago. The silhouette of the trees begins to disappear as the sunlight brings it's nourishing energy and light to the leaves. They await yet another opportunity to sprout yet another leaf or two before the signs of fall begin to show up as yellows, reds, oranges and browns signify signs of change.

As I write this the Great Blue Heron has yet to move! Demonstrating a patience few people can understand, but so many can appreciate. I sit here looking for and waiting to see the Nuthatches that will bounce up and down the tree as they feed on the morsels of food that entices them back every day. Ah, there they are....yea!!

And so it is...I Am One with nature and nature shares it beauty with me!
The humming birds hover and challenge each other for the right to drink. I hear there wings like a motor vibrating in the air as they stop just 4 feet from me as though I do not exist, they shoot past my head.

Yes, here I sit! Not all day, but for right now, this is the place I choose to BE!

Here I Sit!
