MEDITATIONS ON HOPE
and Transformation

17.
Let your consciousness understand the difference
between 'learning' and 'making mistakes.'
In both cases, one moves from lesser knowledge to greater.
Yet, learning can take place in the absence of judgment,
while 'making mistakes' cannot.

18.
All of life is a journey toward greater wholeness.
No matter what the events along the way,
the soul is always absorbing knowledge from these
about how to live.

19.
Joy can exist even in the presence of weariness.
Believe in the deepest truth of who you are
and what you have come to the Earth to bring.
Let God's timing do the rest.

20.
'Story-lines' are thoughts that the mind thinks
to explain reality to itself.
These story-lines comfort the self with 'reasonable' ideas
about why things are the way they are.
Let go of 'story-lines' and open the door
to an unknown future.
Let this moment create the next one.

*DHARMA PRACTICE
For as long as healing of the past is needed, there will be themes in a
person's life that create 'stories.' This is the nature of karmic
healing.
Yet, imagine being free of this. Picture a 'you' that steps out of the
past and embraces the Divine identity that you are. Here is a world
defined by the present, in which you can make completely new choices.
Make one today.
Blessings.

21.
Embrace the Unknown,
You will not lose yourself in it.
Be willing to not know who you are.
Then, you will find yourself for the first time.

22.
Become like a little child,
innocent, unknowing, accepting, trusting.
See past the outer behavior of others
to the soul that lives within.
This soul is trying to express at all times.
