The only way to overcome duality is to in-tune with your own being. Singularity and multitude are not opposites. They exist at the same time.
 
It is all about where we focus. My mistake was that I focused on the multitude and forgot the singularity. This is the opposite what most humans are doing.
 
Now there is a melting together of philosophies of East and West. The inside path and the outside path are the same. We all come to the same point of Oneness.
 
It is all about consciousness. The more we want to expand the more we need to go inside and the other way round, the more we are able to go inside the more we expand.
 
This eternal movement of contraction and expansion is what we call the cosmic heart beat. Our only work, so to speak is to in tune to that vibration of Love and Light
