Are you alone?
So some degree yes!
I believe we are each a universe within our Self yet to be fully explored and understood. No other consciousness of this or any other universe can know that place and space but YOU!
Only you can know the universe within you in the intimate way you do. Only you can hold the desire to know the vastness of who you are not yet discovered or realized.
The universe around us has for a very long moment, controlled the universe within us.
The universe that has existed has encouraged each of us to look to another. Now we are being encouraged to look to our Self.
Yet, when you feel the many different energies of another's universe and the larger universe closing in on you, you may have a desire to escape. You cannot run, you cannot hide, you cannot ignore it, and you know you are not interested experiencing anything that holds you back from being and feeling free to Be You!

You like many others are sharing similar paths, similar experiences, similar in that nature of the Experience Energy that has surrounded this Earth and our human experience. Energy that holds trillions of different energies and scenarios within it, each capable of diverting your focus away from you, to that which exists around you.
Consider, that when you feel emotions, (if you are empathetic and intuitive as I believe many of you are) I believe it is the emotional energies of others, you are yours to deal with or you feel as your own.
Energies of the old experience energy feeds on your experiences and emotions as they flow to You and around you from another or many others.
I realize this is more of a technical way of looking as something that is seems so personal. You may also feel as though what I am sharing is not true of you. That is fine also.

But the next time you feel an emotional surge rising up within you out of now where or unexpectedly. Try something for your Self.

With your voice, state:
"I release from my etheric energy and my physical body to the Universal Energy of the Relationship, in this present moment of now, all energy that is not true to me and is not mine to deal with. Energy in ALL forms that is playing havoc with my true energy, past and previous moment experiences and my ability to Be Me and feel my own energies of balance and clarity in this moment. So It Is true for Me in this Present Moment of NOW as I have stated it."

I encourage anyone who reads this blog to vocalizing this statement.
You might just discover a new sense of freedom and realize you do not have to deal with everything that comes flowing your way.
State it in the morning, state it WHENEVER you desire to as a preemptive measure also.
This for me is Self-Empowerment!

I encourage this of many people I do energy work with and I have worked with over the years.
That which you do not understand, even though you may feel you do, can be very disempowering and hold you captive within it's power over and within you, as it plays upon your current experiences and/or challenges and painful moments of your past or previous moments of Being or Doing You.

The choice is Yours!
What do you have to lose, it is just a statement. It is for you to discover how powerful a statement it can be for You!
State it freely and without doubt for the outcome you desire in your loving heart for your Self!!
