Have you ever questioned why we are told:
”If it resonates with you, embrace it, and if it doesn’t then let it go?”

Just what does it mean to resonate?
Why do some thoughts resonate and others don’t?
If something resonates with you, isn’t it just two energies that can co-exist in that moment, holding some type of unspecified alignable connection?

Why do we resonate with another person and then we stop resonating with that person. As human beings, many go through their life, looking for someone they can resonate with on such a level of beauty that it never goes away and it never ends. Wow, now that must be the Ultimate Connection Resonation!

Some people resonate with very strongly with numerous other people on an intimate level! It may last a few years with one, and when the energies of discord begin to show up, the struggle within often begins. Does that mean we are not resonating with that person any longer, does it mean we have gained all we can from our resonating friendship with that person. Does it mean there is another energy waiting for us to resonate next with? So one energy connection has to die for the other to begin. Can it mean it is maybe time for us to begin to resonate within our Self, with our Self.

I have never understood why some women are so enticed by the energy of a so called "Bad Boy". They tend to be controlling, abusive, exciting and manipulative experiences. Yet, I know it is all about the energy connection! Still I gotta shake my head and laugh and wonder why, why, why???

If we experience a strong energy connection to another person, something resonates within us and we are drawn to them. What exactly does that mean? Why do so many follow the energy attraction without looking at the person with open eyes. Does it mean that attracting energy is the next step in our evolution and growth of our self? Does it mean there is a value in our exploring the connection with that person or even with a group we might experience an connection to? If the resonating energy did not invite us in, would we simply pass by like we do when we walk past a stranger? How many human beings just follow the energy allowing the energy felt to choose for us the direction we go?

I have discovered in the past, when something resonates with me, it is most often not the group or the group energy, or the thoughts shared their within. But rather, it is about connecting with another person whom is also active there within that group. From every group I tend to eventually walk away from, I walk away with a friendship connection. A connectin I know may continue or return to me, like a butterfly, in a future moment.

Sometimes pictures of individuals resonate within me, and other times they do not! Have you ever noticed, that when something does not resonate with us, as human’s we tend to push it away, ignore it, and not even look at it? Why don’t we explore it to discover why the energy that resonates within us to discourage us, exists in that form for us?

If all we as human’s do is follow that which resonates within….could we be missing something?

Is the energy that resonates within us, an invitation or an energy that says stay away, controlling you, or choosing for you? If all a person ever does is embraces what resonates in a beautiful inviting way, is the resonating energy choosing for you? If it is, is it always true to you and in your highest good? Some people believe so.

Why would we be told to embrace what resonates, and let go of that which does not?

Gee this seems to be giving away the freedom to choose? Do you allow energy to choose for you? Is this how you go through your life? Are you comfortable with going with what resonates and staying away from that which does not?

40 years ago, I felt a resonating, attraction energy towards a young woman in high school. The energy was so strong I struggled to ignore it. Although we seemed to have little in common, we still were energy drawn to marriage. 22 years of the most unfulfilling time with another person/friend/partner/spouse followed. I would never have believed possible, but it was so obvious when I was in that marriage. BUT, even though those 22 years were volital that I would never choose to go through again, I had two awesome children.

What couldn’ I see? It resonated so strong and yet, it was so empty! A false energy? A deceptive energy? A manipulating energy? A controlling energy? Did the energy that resonated so strong take away my ability to choose, or was I just so blind, I followed it into a chasim of it’s unfilfilling energy with little unseen potential for happiness? Yet, I left it seeing the value of what I learned about my Self and how I demonstrated self-assuredness within the verbal abuse could not diminish. Was that a relationship? Not really, it was just an experience with a person I was attracted to!

Just know my friends! If you follow an energy that resonates with the sweet smell of your dreams being fulfilled….do so not blindly…..but with your eyes wide open…knowing if you venture there within, the energy that resonates can be a deceptive energy! So enter! Open that door! Know that if it resonates,it does not mean you are going to gain anything from going there.

But you may if you choose to discover what that opportunity holds for you with your eyes wide open, do so consciously.

I have absolutely no resentment for my “ex” and I do not struggle with the idea, that I did not choose to marry that young woman. That choice was made for me by the energies that resonated with me. Within that process I learned more that I could share in a small book.

I am wiser now! When an energy arises within me of any type, I look at it and determine if it is true to me, true for me, or an invading energy attempting to control me and choose for me. Then I choose to be with it, accept it or dissolve and release it and move forward.

Any energy can be hold an attraction for you as it resonates within you. What energies does this include? Anger, resentment, love, fear, apprehension, concern, happiness, uncertainty, jealousy, lying, being less than, being more than, false value of Self, any energy of lack….etc…etc! Some may ask, why would you not want to experience love and happiness, it often only leads to sadness and heartache? If I am the creator/co-creator of it, I know it can last for as long as I encourage it too. If it just shows up, it is more than likely only a temporary fleeting energy of moment enticing me to blindly embrace it! When that happens, sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn’t. I accept the risk and so if it does not work out, since I held no expectations, I experience no disappointment.

I have come to understand this about energy! It can arrive like a wolf in sheeps clothing, very deceptive! It can arrive like a wolf and within the wolf there is lamb unseen. But it is just energy! Energy in any other form is just energy, nothing more, nothing less. To look at all energy is to understand more about this universe. Do Not get caught up in the details my friends. They are just the smoke that hides what really exists.

I am the Conscious Essence of SELF, experiencing the experience of how energy can control my experiences and choices! I am not these experiences, and I am not these energies, I Am the Conscious Essence of SELF experiencing the experience of these experiences!! What I take from it, how I learn and grow within each experience is based on my desire to look at each one and gain a deeper understanding afterwards, than I could know when I was blinded and caught up in the experience and it’s details.

I embrace the human experience and all the potentiality and possibilities that exist within it.

I journaled about 10 years ago.
“My life is not mine to live, until I am free to live it!” This is how I am freeing My Self
.
For me that means many things and takes on many connotations of thought!
Yet what I do know, is when any other energy of this universe attempts to choose for me, whether it resonates or does not resonate within me….I am not yet free to live my life free of those controlling, manipulating energies until I see energy in all the ways it appears around me, within others, and within My Self. “Am I totally free to choose for me, what I experience!!” Only when I am consciously aware of any energy or conscious being/doing that effects or attempts to influence me!

What am I suggesting here? To look at what is within the energy and to understand or ask the question WHY,WHY,WHY does this resonate within me? WHY, WHY, WHY am I not attracted to this person or this group? There maybe more too it than you have looked at or have taken the time to understand before. You can also choose to remain blind, some like not seeing why. Some like being a sheep and giving their power away to a shepard! Not Me!!

DO YOU? BE YOU! BE TRUE TO YOU! Consciously move into every choice with your eyes wide open and with no expectations, just possibilities! This is my suggestion. We are all here to enhance and challenge each other within this human experience....your human experiment!!

How can I encourage you? How can you encourage your Self? I know this ALL to BE just an illusion for the growth of SELF!!
Are you having fun yet? If you are....why? If you are not...why? Doesn't it resonate yet? Waiting for the next energy to choose for you? Are you now choosing for your Self, with the blinders off? Why does it resonate? Do YOU know? Why doesn’t it resonate? ? Do YOU know? Or doesn’t it matter?
