Full Moon Exercise
Do this exercise for about 5 minutes or longer.

1. Stand facing the Full Moon with no electric light near by. Feet hip width apart and grounded. Breathe deep in the belly and softly.

2. Direct the third eye toward the Moon. Raise both arms closely joined at the wrists all the way to the elbow whilst the hands each curve outward forming a chalice shape that cups the Moon from underneath.

3. Peacefully focus while it appears that the pure light from the Moon runs like milky liquid into your hands and down the channel between your wrists and arms into your heart. You gently re-adjust to keep the light in the chalice flowing.

4. When you have filled your heart with the beautiful moonlight – send love around the world and give thanks to the Moon for this wonderful experience.
