Today, when I woke up, and was out of bed, I got the urge to write a few things in my school binder full of journals, pictures, and records. Here's somewhat exactly what is stated for today's entry.

---------------

I want to take note of 3 things;

-Fire Breath Meditation Technique
-Flame Meditation Technique
-and a feeling I got, fire sweeping my insides like water

Fire Breath:
Once when I was meditating, I was having a little bit of trouble, and I heard my guide say to me, "Breath Fire".
I did one breath of mental fire breathing, and it felt really amazing, and it increased the energy, and emptied the "badness" so to speak, as you commonly do during meditations.
It felt so strong that it scared me, but what scared me most, was that it was breathing fire, like a dragon would. And, from my understanding at the time, with the illuminati, that the dragon was a symbol of theirs, according to my knowledge at the time, but I now know that it goes much further than that, and the dragon isn't just illuminati, but a multitude of positive, but also negative.
But never the less, fire breathing has kundalini connections more than illuminati, and me possibly being evil or something, just because ancient symbolism, that most don't perceive correctly over you tube videos depicting the end times anyways lol
but anyways, the breathing fire thing worked great. Like I said, was amazing.

a few months ago, I seen someone say something about breathing fire during a meditation, and decided to take note of it, though I never forgot it.

How To Do:
When you're in a good meditation frame of mind, or even before hand, heck, try it now. Imagine that when you exhale, you exhale fire bellowing out of your mouth. Fire from your body (excluding arms and legs), out of your mouth.

Water~Fire Inner Sweep Meditation:
Once during a lengthly meditation, I got the intense, and very accurate sensation of fire sweeping through the insides of my body like water. Like large waves of water. It was very good too. Very energizing and soothing. With this, I also seen someone say over the net of fire sweeping the insides of your body. I seen this long after I experienced it. I experienced this when I first started meditating for only maybe a month or two at the time.

How To Do:
This is rather tricky.. Because, I remember how it felt, so I just imagine it, then I really try to make it happen, n then I'll feel it. But if you can, just imagine that a fire inside your body, between your chest, and stomach, and is sweeping around, and doing loops, and swirling all around in your insides like water. You can do this to any part of your body.

Mental Flame Meditation:
Just a few days ago, I was trying to meditate (I've been having trouble meditating for a while). And about maybe 5 or 10 minutes of the meditation, (I was in) I started to lose concentration, as I tend to do with literally everything. In otherwords, I pretty much forgot I was meditating, and started day dreaming. I was remembering a frightening experience my mother had at a psychic church/meditation sessions. I'm not going to get into it, but I think she had a bad experience, because she was ill informed with what she was doing, honestly, I know she was fearful kinda, and probably manifested her fears. Her friends house became very haunted all of the sudden (spirit can see you) and she had a very religious brother who even suggested "how do you know that the person walking around the circle with the big scary candle in the middle wasn't giving you energy, but taking energy from you?" The term "energy giving" sounded rather obviously alien to her, so you can see my point. I was thinking of how in that circle the candle light would be shining on everyone while they meditated.
That's when I felt something very soothing, and just felt very good in my whole front side. I was unknowingly imagining me a part of the group, and the candle shining on me. I focused on the candle. The feeling increased, I made the flame grow brighter and bigger, slowly, and I felt this also.
This candle light, that never was, felt so good. I felt meditated enough to be satisfied, with only a minute maybe with the candle I imagined.
While at work, for about 3 seconds, I closed my eyes, imagined the candle before me, it's light shining onto my body, and I felt it again, instantly, like I was meditating for minutes atleast. Even now, it's amazing.
When ever I even think of it, shining on me, eyes opened even, I can feel it just as well, it's great. I really hope it works for anyone out there.
Once I imagined it getting bigger, and coming closer, to the point where it went inside of me, that felt unusual, hard to control, because the change in feeling was so great it threw me off, and I got in a way "kicked out" of meditation.

How To Do:
I really hope it works for you who reads this. It works best with me, that's why I have such high expectations, and response to this.
Just imagine that there's a candle in front of you. But most importantly, imagine the candles light on you, and your skin, and for me, that's it, and it feels great.

That's all really, thanks for reading, I hope you all enjoyed it. It's not too often I put down meditation techniques, because I don't really discover many, because I don't meditate so often any more. But I'm greatful for what I've learned, realized and discover so quickly, and I honestly, and literally thank everybody for that.
But thank you all for your reading, comments, patience, and most of all, good will.
Namaste
