About 10 years ago, I was inspired by my guide to eat fruits only for a period of time.
In Malaysia, fresh fruits of many varieties are available whole year round. Seasonal fruits also could be obtained at different month of the year. Plentiful of imported fruits could also be obtained easily.
Since then banana and papaya have been my main food, with other varieties of fruits as secondary.
For the first six months, my weight reduced a bit. But I realized then I have been transformed from an unhealthy person to a very healthy person. My speed and stamina also improved when I play tennis.
Since then, I have never consumed any medicine or supplement. Although nowadays I still consume vegetables and meats for social purpose, it is likely that I will continue to prefer eating fruits for the rest of my life.
