This was something I wrote in hopes that some would follow the steps and be able to reach the peace that it brings, the freedom you feel, and the hope that they can give others. It is one of many writings I have done which encourages a peaceful life filled with love from everything, from the smallest pebble to the tallest mountain, from the smallest insect to the largest animal as they are your brothers and your sisters as well. I hope anyone who reads this can gain a feeling of love, and that anyone who does it will come up from there knees with a greater understanding of the life surrounding them.

The Sovereignty Of Life

I recognize the divinity of your soul
I recognize the sovereignty of you as a living being

Through the ashes of your old self you will rise
To that which will return life
A rebirth of the old into the new dawn
Let your arms relax
Let your heart open
Let your soul feel that which you cannot see
Let the emotions fall as stars from the sky
As the damp tears gather and you realize no matter what
You are one of the many gifts to this Earth
Whether alive physically or alive spiritually you have the power to help
Those who cannot help themselves by giving unto them the hope
They need to one day reach peace within themselves

Raise your palms upwards, let them face the heavens
Let them feel the energy pass over them
Close your eyes and let the tears run down your face
When you open them, look at the life around you
See the energy as sparks all around in the air
The force of which the trees breath
The mountains tremble under
The seas rise and fall with
You are one with your Mother
Her children watch you as you change before them
They are your brothers your sisters

Come to your knees
Place your hands upon the ground beneath you
Feel her heartbeat with yours
Place your forehead on her earth
Let your tears give the water of life back

When you have cried as much as possible
Let yourself rise up and let go of all that is negative
Breath in the energy of life
Feel it around you and remember who you are
You are who you are because of life
You are who you are because of love
And now it is time to return it 10 fold
To all those around who will accept the path of life without fear

You may think it is not possible to feel anymore
But at the brink of your emotional stability
You will feel more
You will hear more
You will love more
You will live more
