Hi everyone. I would like to talk about the fear of losing oneself and the unknown territory
with the ascension process. Many people have not experienced what it is like to be in a state
of higher awareness, such as happens when you ascend to 5D and beyond. This fear is perfectly
understandable, after all, we have become quite comfortable with who we are now, like familiar
territory.

What is familiar to you is the life you have created for yourself in this physical dense world
where we strive to provide for our existence. We live off emotions, action and reaction, sad
and happy etc. What the minds of men and women have created in the physical, is what we deal
with every day with all our sensory organs. Thoughts are mainly on day to day activities,
planning holidays and trying to stay fit and well. That is earth life as we know it, for the
average person.

When we are told that there is going to be a huge change to our way of life, and even our bodies,
this of course will generate a lot of fear and apprehension in many people. Fear of the unknown.
No matter how many channellings from enlightened beings come to our attention, it still does not
always give us deep peace about this whole process. What on earth are we going to look like?
How will we spend our days after we have ascended to 5D?

For the ones who have done spiritual training for years like meditation or any religion which focuses
on expanding your consciousness, they will know about how the consciousness can be expanded making
you more aware of what exists when your frequencies are raised. That is how some people develop
spiritual powers and are able to materialise things and also consciously travel to other dimensions.

Moving your life to a more refined level of existence on 5D means it will enhance your life, not
take anything away from what you are used to, but add more value to it. By being consciously
aware of many things that already exist on these higher dimensions, your life takes on a more
exciting and spiritual aspect as you ascend closer to your higher self. More happiness, abundance
of needs, better health and a much broader understanding of our connection to each other, and
indeed all life forms.

Grand times ahead, just a bit of clearing and physical changes still going on under the watchful
eyes of our divine spiritual friends from higher realms, and outer space. Many hands make 'light'
work! We couldn't be more loved or protected. Bless them all, and thank them every day for taking
the time to come and work on you and give you comfort when you most need it.
