Hi everyone. I was ready to go to bed, it's 10.30pm here in Oz, when I was guided to turn
the computer back on and write a blog. This blog is for those who are still doing it tough
with the ascension symptoms. The energies have really stepped up in the last few weeks, well,
even in the last week. With this acceleration of energies, it is making a lot of people's
physical and emotional symptoms much worse. There are a few things to help ease the impact
of these energies, especially for the emotional side of things.
One's mood can be highly affected with feelings of agitation and sometimes even a lot of crying.
If you are a spiritual lightworker who follows a particular spiritual path, this can really upset
your routine ie. regular meditation, going to devotional singing and trying to keep your symptoms
hidden, and regular mantra practice. Just some of the spiritual practices that are a big part of
your life. You may feel so lethargic and unmotivated that it could cause some distress, thinking
you have lost your spiritual drive. Time for everyone to be kinder to themselves with some pampering.
One thing is a certainty - you will never lose your spiritual self. I know that the practices you are
used to doing, keep you focused on your centreing and connect you to your inner spiritual self.
In these changing times causing so much discomfort, don't you feel it's time to relax and focus on
being kind to yourself. Your personality may be not as serene or placid as it was before these
ascension symptoms started. The thought of "slipping back into 3D" goes through a lot of minds.
Well, it's time for a little "letting go" of the concept of what dimension you are in, and how your
progress to a higher one is going. Let your hair down, if you own some, and just have some old-
fashioned fun like you used to, without worrying about the "D's." This is your life, so you decide
where you go and what you do. Every now and then when things get too much and you're feeling stuck,
go and enjoy the pleasurable activities you did before the ascension process. That's if you have
the energy of course. This will really help to lift the mood and keep depression away.
You will always be a spiritual being, even if you feel somewhat disconnected from that part of
yourself. When you start to feel good again, the spiritual practices are always there to go back
to. Keeping a happy disposition by putting back some fun in your life, will go a long way to your
sense of well-being. When you are feeling happy, the energies can flow better through your body.
Even getting off the computer for a whole day can do wonders. We can easily get "too much information"
syndrome, and feel overwhelmed. Go on, have some fun and put a smile back on your face.
