I have a sister i have never met. (I believe it will take a miracle for her to come into my life)

My mother had her when she was 18, at 9 months old gave her away to chidren's aid and my family has never seen her since. I was born a year and a half later...
I have looked since I was 14 for her. I have called the place she was adopted out of, regestered with all places I could think of and was told of. I have posted on adoption sights...everything turns up nothing. Can you please help me send it to the universe that I would love nothing more than to have my one and only biological sister in my life.
I have put it out there for many many years...maybe with some help things will start to manifest.
I truly believe I am ready now.
