Lesson Three
Doing The Impossible

Doing the impossible - Here we will use a meditative state to learn to accomplish that which we think is impossible. Hopefully someday, you will be able to take it from the meditative state to the physical state.

Now, I want you to use your imagination again, and again in that meditation and starting in your private world. You walk out into your world, there is a lake in front of you. Of clear, crystal, fresh water. Look down, your feet are bare. Walk to the shore line, where the water will come in tiny waves up over your feet. You can feel the sand beneath your feet and in your toes, the water washing over your feet and into your legs. Close your eyes, tilt your head so it would face upwards, lift your arms up so they are straight from the shoulders out to the elbows and your forearms are slightly upwards, with your palms facing upwards. Take a step up as if stepping up on something. Start walking, just like that. Your heart facing outwards and upwards from your chest. Your body is light, you feel like a feather. Walk a ways. Now open your eyes and look down, your standing on the water. The water is rippling away from your feet with each step that you take. You can see the fish swimming under your feet and around you. A dolphin swims next to you and watches you, a keeper and protector of sorts, just watching you. You can lower your arms now and continue to walk on top of the water, from where you are now to the other end where you find another shore. If you should find yourself sinking down into the water, your safe, that dolphin is there to help you if you need it, talk to it, let it talk back and encourage you. You can walk from one side to the other without falling into the water. Believe you can and you will.

Now, that you've done that. Know that you can do it, feel it throughout you. You are a maker of your world, you can walk on water, you can! And someday, you might just do that with your physical world, not just in your imagination. You can give it a try if you want, you can't get hurt. Water is just molecular structure, made of cells and atoms, you can tell it, ask it to change its form and be a physical force under you, you can walk on it.
