Lesson Four
Hands On Healing / Energy Transference

Hands on healing / Energy transference - Here I will hopefully be able to teach you to sense the energy in your body through your hands, this can be used for Hands on healing/Energy healing

Now, with a slight difference to the meditations we have done so far. I want you to stay sitting up, rest your elbows on your knees, put your palms so they face one another, about 2 - 3 inches apart to start with. Quite your mind, but don't put yourself in that deep meditative state, keep your conscious mind aware of what is around you. Feel energy from your heart and your entire body flowing through you to your hands... you may feel heat or tingling, or air in between your hands, that's the energy. You are projecting energy from your entire being into your hands. Start moving your hands a little bit, you can feel it move between them. Move them in circles, slowly. Now move them away from each other and closer again. The farther apart they get the less you'll feel it, but keep at it and you will feel it no matter how far apart they are.

Now that you've done that for yourself. Bring someone else into the room with you. And start again with yourself, and then when you feel it. Ask the other person to close there eyes, move your hands over and around there hand or arm without touching them. Ask them what they feel. It will probably be different from what you feel, but they should feel it if they are open to it. You are doing body work with the, energy healing, a transference of energy from your to them and from them to you. If they are sick or hurt, work with them, intending to alleviate the cause the of the illness or pain. You intend for your good energy to go into them, and their bad to go into your, take there pain or illness onto yourself. Do this as long as you can, if you feel you are getting weak anywhere in your body (your mind, your hands, your arms, your entire body) it is time to stop, you do not want to deplete your energy. Now that your done working on them, you may feel weak or hungry or thirsty or all of it. But first walk to a sink and turn the water on, wash your hands. And as you do so, picture the sickness or pain that you pulled from them washing off your hands, coming from all over your body to your hands and washing off with the water. Do this until the energy coming from you is nothing but clear radiant light, stop and go do what you need to do.

If you do this without stopping when you start to feel weak, chances are your not going to be able to do it for a while. You will deplete your own energy and it will have to rebuild itself. It may take one treatment, it may take many treatments for the other person to feel better. But either way, put your own energy first, as selfish as that sounds, you have to conserve what you have so it will rebuild faster then if you use it all at once. You will need sleep more then likely after this, the body will rejuvenate itself and you will no longer feel weak, but it will still take some time for the energy to rebuild itself. When it does, you'll know it, because if you try working with just your hands, you'll feel it when its there.

Here are two exercises to get you used to sensing energy.

Sensing Energy
Exercise 1

Turn off all fans and air flow in the room, make sure it is quiet in this room

Sit on the floor, or on a chair, or even on the edge of a bed. You may cross your legs or sit with your feet flat on the floor.

Place your hands so the palms are facing each other about an inch apart, relax your arms against your legs to you don't feel strain on the arms from holding the same position for too long.

Close your eyes. Concentrate on your hands, imagine energy from all over your body traveling to your hands.

Start with your feet, you see the flow of energy (however you want to perceive it, colors or something more tangible like a ball of energy) flowing from your toes up your feet, and up from your feet into your legs, and then into your torso.

At this moment energy from your head starts to flow downward into your neck where it will meet with the lower half's energy.

From the spot at the base of your throat where it meets it begins to flow into your shoulders and down your arms into your hands.

Visualize the energy now in your hands flowing in a smooth slow flow out of the palms of your hands, you can feel it between your hands, you can see it in your mind as it flows out, swirls around, and flows back into your hands.

Concentrate on it, telling it with your mind to stay out of your hands and remain between the palms so you can see it and feel it.

Now start to move your hands in small circles, feeling it move between your hands, forming itself into a ball. You should be able to feel, or sense the ball of energy between your hands.

Now let the ball transition back into free flowing, swirling energy between your hands. Slowly flowing back into your body. You can feel it surrounding your hands, about a ½ inch all around your hands. As the energy starts flowing back into your hands, the area of which you can feel it surrounding your hands begins to expand to read an inch. You can sense the energy around you, your energy surrounding your hands is beginning to be almost tangible. Your own energy can touch the other energy around you and you can fee it. It may seem as if there is a soft breeze, warmth, coolness, or even something else around you, not quite touching your physical form, but it is touching and mingling with your own energy.

Now let your energy travel back into your arms and head, your torso and legs. You should now be able to feel a good ½ in of your own energy surrounding your body.

Concentrate on this, feeling your own energy surrounding you. It may feel like your body has expanded in size, or as if there are now two of you. Let your mind go blank and just feel this, throughout your body inside and out, in every inch of your being both soul and physical. Get acquainted with the feel of your own energy.

Now that you have taken some time feeling your own energy, let it expand itself and feel the energy around you that is not your own. After sensing the energy around you, slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath of fresh clean air and slowly let it out.

Exercise 2

This time, again turning off all the air flow around, with a quite environment. Bring someone else into the room with you.

Being the process of sending all your energy to your hands and letting it come to rest between the palms of your hands. When you can feel it there it there between your hands, ask the person in the room with you to place there hand between yours, with a ½ inch between your hands and there hand in the middle, and to close there eyes as well.

Bring to move your hands in slow, small circles and them what they feel. If they feel anything at all, it is a sign that your energy is starting to mix with theirs. They will most likely feel a soft breeze, or heat radiating from your hands. Some people wont feel anything, if they aren't open to it or if they think to hard on it it could deaden out their senses.

As you do this, and they are starting to feel it (and even if they don't), you should also start to feel their energy. It may feel like a magnet pushing against another magnet, or an almost physical touch, or just like you lightly brush your hand against something, or you may just sense it.

Now let the hands stop moving, absorbing your own energy back into your body and let them take there hand away.
