Dear Friends, Every day I usually wake up with some new prophetic thought or idea from spirit. Today however it seems it is trick or treat! My thought for the day, Cook some spicy black beans. I am not sure what the deeper meaning behind it all is, unless of course the gas that they seem to come with will keep the goblins away later in the eve. The color seams appropriate enough for the day. Now what to find that is orange that I might serve with them. Hmmmm, Papayas, no, mangos, ehhh, no, carrots, doesn't quite go, pumpkin pie, well I don't know how to cook one of those. Oh well, anyone comes to my door tonight guess what they are going to get! Much better than sugar based candy and the fuel it adds to your broomstick travels is verrrry powerful. Happy Halloween
