Is it just me...or is there a huge ZAP happening again? I know the 3AM wake up
calls have started again. What's up with that 3AM business anyway? Are the 'airwaves'
quieter then? Is it easier for Universe to speak to us then? Bloody inconveient timing
I reckon. I mean if I was in charge I might schedule that differently. OR...maybe 3AM to us is
normal office hours for the ascension assistants? Anyway, whatever the Zaps are, they seem to
have shorted out my mouse. Funny how handicapped I am without my mouse...heck, I used to use
a computer before I ever even heard of a mouse, now I'm just cut off at the knees. My how to
move around on the computer brain cells all got updated with mouse technology and the old commands
just got erased.

Anyway, about the Zaps...well, for one thing how about the time Zap? Check out your calendar
folks it's November...NOVEMBER!...the year is nearly gone. How fast was that? It's Melbourne Cup
time down here in OZ...I hope I don't offend anyone...but it's the absolute archetype of what
we DON'T want in New Earth. I don't have any problem with the horse racing...but the show that folks
put on in connection with it is...well, embarassing...for me anyway. I feel embarassed for all of
us when some carry on that way.

For anyone who doesn't know the Melbourne Cup is the biggest race day in our country...they call it
the race that stops a nation. Even offices and factories stop and allow the workers to watch the
race, usually putting on a fancy lunch with champagne...well, I dunno about factory workers, I
worked in offices. It's a very long standing tradition...everyone has a bet on Cup Day. All
the pubs put on a special luncheon...swanky places arrange private parties...you get the idea.
To NOT watch the cup race is downright un-Australian. For weeks ahead of the race everything is
about Cup Day...the news, the current affairs shows, reality TV shows, newspapers...everything...
everywhere.

Now that probably sounds OK...national tradition...horse race...should be fun. BUT Melbourne
Cup day is an excuse for the 'haves' to flaunt it...bigtime. The hype around the race is more about
the race day fashions than anything to do with horses. Yes, I said fashion...the biggest part
of the whole build up is what are folks gonna wear. There was a figure announced on the news the
other night, I think it was something like $12 million that would be spent on ACCESSORIES for the
race day outfit. Not the dress...they are talking about shoes and hats. HATS that cost between
$1000 and $1500...to wear on cup day. Just imagine the pricetag on all those designer frocks.
AND...to really make it strange...nearly every race track in the country will be holding their own
races...and have big screens to watch the Cup Race on...and the folks there...in every city and
country town that has a race track...folks will be copying the whole Melbourne scene...including
the fancy clothes, hats, and alla that. I might mention that the one horse race that all this is
about lasts just a few minutes.

Now is it me, or is this just plain wrong? Millions for outfits and accessories for a 5 minute
horse race, and you will probably not wear them again. At exactly the same time we have Sri Lanken
boat people trying to get into Australia to escape the devastation of their lands after the Tamil
wars.

WELL...THAT came as a bit of a surprise...I had no idea I was going into a rant here...musta
needed to get it out.

About the Zaps...that's what I was talking about...geeze, sometimes I just go off on these side roads
and lose the plot for a minute. What I wanted to point out was that maybe the Zaps are amping up
because we are about to move into the Sixth Night...8 Movember...a week away. Seems sorta logical
that energies would switch up, or amp up, or something, as we move into this next stage in the evolution
of consciousness...doesn't it? I'm a sorta 'cliff notes' kinda researcher...so I am far from expert
on the Mayan Calendar, but it is my personal understanding that during Sixth Day we do the classwork
and in Sixth Night what we learned moves into knowing, experience and wisdom. I'm not sure if that's
a very good explanation, but it's about the best I can explain my understanding of it.

What we are doing here and now is the classroom phase, the finding information stage, discovering
and exploring...and as a result of alla that the collective consciousness is changed. We are pretty
much guaranteed that the changes will be to our advantage as a species...evolution is a one way street.
During Sixth Night, as I understand it, all that we've learned, discovered, whatever becomes part of
who and what we are as a species. The 100th monkey business becomes the 6.8 billionth human effect.
If you have a look as some of the material available online you can follow this process of the human
conscousness from day dot. The current phase we are in is Galactic consciousness...we will next move
into Universal Consciousness...again prefacing this is my personal understanding.

Universal Consciousness is what we have all been getting little glimpses of for the past few months.
Since that last big Zap period during the eclipses and such. Those amazing AH HA moments when, just for
a tiny second, you actually feel yourself as vast as the Universe...and that absolute sense of Oneness
with everything. Teasers. Previews. I'm not just sure what they are, but I tend to think that once
our species moves into Universal Consciousness we will all feel like that...all the time.

Full moon Tuesday...astrologers probably have some pretty interesting alignments to talk about...AND...
we are moving into Sixth Night. Hang onto your hats folks...I think the ride is about to get a whole
lot more interesting...and exciting...any minute now.
