~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Welcome Fellow Lightworkers~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi everyone. Aren't days of "just cruisin.." wonderful and relaxing, also healing.
I feel it is well needed every now and then. Stop ~ Breathe ~ Relax.
With all the activity and sorting out over the last few months, it's nice when that person
inside of you takes charge and makes you stop! Thank goodness for 'inner-self.'
When one stops, another state of being becomes more aware - the senses are more heightened,
nature jumps out at you, and you rekindle that love for afternoon naps or a good book.
Have you ever noticed how clear the mind is after taking time out?
When we become silent it allows for Godself to come forward and give you some TLC.
Even new awarenesses are experienced when the mind is more rested and you are at peace.
I find that sitting staring at the ocean or my abundant trees and birds is like a meditation.
That's when you join with the energies of nature and feel one with it. Beautiful feeling.
It even brings a sense of no-self - a state of just being one with all that you see and feel.
It gives a new perspective on the pettiness of life - no judgements, no wrong perceptions from
others, just a chance to be in peace. Everyone deserves to experience who they are and to be
who they are.
I still think the animals are a good example of this, they just rest when needed and eat when
they are hungry. Life to them always looks to me like they have it all - living and accepting
in the Now. My furry kids are a great example of this. No rush, no worries.
I also think that humans have forgotten how to really live. Now that we have experienced living
with lots of gadgets to make our lives easier, some people are reverting back to living in the
country and going back to basics. Less complicated, I think. Also less electricity used.
I think it's time I cruised back to have another nap. It's nice to just let-go and just BE every
now and then. After all, we're also here on Earth to enjoy ourselves, aren't we?
