Woke up disturbed last night after a vivid lucid dream that I was trying to comfort a girl I know vaguely (my friend's daughter), and as soon as I did and tried to hug her, she started strangling me with immense physical pressure.

It kept happening - she needing comforting again, so I went towards her and as I went to hug her, again her hands went straight to my throat and gripped immensely tight. So powerful I couldn't fend her off physically, and in the scenario, my other half was there and pulled her away, and off from me each time. Very real and very lucid.

Still confused as to why this girl was involved in particular.
