With our new light, please make sure and drink more water. Ask the Angels to bless your water for you. The increase in our light, has produced less than desirable effects for many. This is not the light making us hurt, or be in pain. This is our lack of shift in our habits. If you are like water, no matter the change you will adapt and overcome.
