"Only this I have found, that God made man right, and he hath entangled himself with an infinity of questions" Ecclesiastes 7:29 (Douay-Rheims Bible)

Curiosity killed the cat, they say. I never liked that saying, because I felt curiosity is the human trait that allowed us to evolve so much. "I wonder what fire is?" "What is electricity?"
Now, I am getting a different perspective on the type of curiosity this saying is all about.

I had a friend once who took all sorts of spirituality courses in very short span of time. She was feeling overwhelmed by the information and by her own stirred up feelings, yet she couldn't stop. At first, I admired her. But then, I asked myself: "Why, really, why is she doing all this?" I asked her, one day: "Why do you need to move objects with your mind? Isn't it easier to move them with your body?" "It's cool", she finally admitted. The way I see it, she found this new aspect of reality and she was drawn to it like a fly into the light. What is important is the motivation behind your actions. Her motivation was from ego mind, through her own preconceptions and obsessions. For me, her presence in my life was like a wake up call. I was new to spirituality, too and also in danger of falling into the same pit. So I am thankful to God for bringing her into my life.

In shamanic training, we learned that a shaman goes on a journey in Upper or Lower World to seek information or guidance ONLY when he or she has a very specific and 3D relevant question to ask. So, in other words, "What is it that you really need to know NOW, for this moment?"

Any valid question is anchored into NOW. I find that the answer to NOW-relevant questions is SOOOOOO EVIDENT, SOOOOO CLEAR, that can be no doubt about proper action, no confusion whatsoever.
The answer comes from within, ... I wouldn't even say it comes. The answer IS WITHIN, even before the question can even be formulated in words. "When you are praying, don't say meaningless things like the gentiles do, because they think they will be heard by being so wordy. Don't be like them, because your Father knows what you need before you ask him." Matthew 6:8

I remember a beautiful story called "Three Questions" by Leo Tolstoy

"One day it occurred to a certain emperor that if he only knew the answers to three questions, he would never stray in any matter. What is the best time to do each thing? Who are the most important people to work with? (Who are the best people to listen to?, in other versions) What is the most important thing to do at all times?" (http://www.yuni.com/library/docs/200.html - read the whole story, it's short!)

The emperor went to see a hermit who could answer his questions. In the end, after a few events, the hermit tells the emperor that his questions have been answered to by the actual events he has been through. The most important thing to do - something that you feel right there and then is right to do. The most important people - those in your very proximity. The most important time to do - NOW!

No matter who you are - you are someone. (he-he, like in that word" Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken" ) No matter where you are - you are for sure somewhere. (Why want to be somewhere else. When you are somewhere else, you are there.) No matter what you do - what you DO NOW matters.(What you must do is CLEAR, when you are present).

Be aware of this! Be grateful for this! Be in love with NOW!

"What about wishing for better?" you may ask. "What about moving from here there?" I know. I had the same questions before. Presence in NOW teaches me: if NOW I am present in another different location, then there I am. It is the easiest way to move from one spot that you heart desired to another spot that you feel it is now right to be in. Simply ... BE ... there.
There are no wrong and right places to be. There are simply right places to be at a certain moment in time. What we do is simply delay our departure from one place that offered all the learning it had to offer, to another place that feels right NOW, that has to offer more learning. It is fear. But we are learning something anyhow. Learning who not to trust, I suppose! (fear, I mean!)

Enjoy the NOW, dear ones!

Love,

Daniela
