According to the Gita Equanimity is the Goal to Achieve in Life

According to my understanding is that we Humans do not know what is going on inside!

This question is crucial to ask yourself:

What is going on?

We all are very well aware what is going on outside. There is so much information there on the internet and the people we meet now days are very knowledgeable.

But, what is going on inside?

There I am puzzled most of the time. The confusion I collect from the outside is affecting my inside and this creates a problem for me.

I now know that my inner world is exactly creating the outside. So my next thought is; if my inner world is disturbed, I will consequently also be disturbed in the outer world.

It sounds so easy; I totally relax my body and consequently my mind and the peace I find there is so vast that it penetrates everything I come in contact with.

Here Coherency is a word to remember.

What I talk, I have to practice!

There are too many people in the world who talk very sweet, but their practice is of different nature.

So what is the lesson to learn here?

1. we need to be calm and relaxed to face any situation.
2. equanimity means to be dis-attached from pain and joy, from loss and gain
3. instant conflict resolution
4. freedom in immediacy of perception

Put yourself first, this is not an egotistical thought. It means that if you are in peace – always – the world is also in peace.

It is that simple.
