After receiving quite a few request, I have decided to post a blog on “How to contact our Benevolent ET friends” and perhaps be blessed with a visitation…

This blog is meant to dispell the fear associated with encounters with beings from other worlds and dimentions. there is not nearly as much to fear as we have been taught to believe.

I will use simple concepts…these have all been inspired by my own experinces and encounters...
My encounters sort of happened spontaneously at the beginning, but now I eagerly ask for them. i am not blessed with concious visitations all the time, but each is life changing... and awe inspiring...in the most beautiful ways...
I am going to share what I do personally… and I have been blessed with dozens of magnifiscent experiences and encounters with our brothers and sisters from the stars…
So please, If this is something you are interested in, read on…

FIRST AND IMPORTANTLY, I wish to highlight that it is always important to USE DISCERNMENT! If something does not feel right, or if a presence creates fear or pain… you must ORDER it to GO AWAY… or maybe start by asking it if it is “OF THE LIGHT”.
A benevolent presence may startle you quite a bit, but it should not be associated with the energy of fear... you should feel a sense of excitment and well being or even extacy... after the original startle that is :)

It is important to always use discernment. Even though the vast majority of ET beings are benevolent, there are some that are not. the ratio is somewhat of 5% negative ETs to 95% benevolent.

This being said… it seems there are countless benevolent beings from countless worlds stationed aboard the myriads of lightships surrounding the Earth at this time… it is said there are millions of lightships… I cannot testify to that. But there are some for sure… i have been on some.
And many of these beings have family members presently in incarnation upon the Earth plane, as "Starseeds" or Starchildren". these ET souls in Human bodies volunteered to come here and are on "Earth Mission"The galactic famillies of these Starchildren are patiently awating the awakening of their beloved Children. But as always there is the law of Free Will and Non interference…

They simply will not make their presence known to you if not called upon in one way or another…and will not go where they are feared or not welcomed. so it is.

So here is what I would call the "101 course on how to (re)connect with our Benevolent ET families and friends"... inspired by my personal experiences. I do not claim these have been proven for any other than me. But all I can do is share what has worked for me...and perhaps this will provide guidance. And this is all VERY simple. You don’t need to be a spiritual master for this.
And with practice this will only take like 10 minutes

1. First I suggest meditating and release all negative energies. For some reason they visit when I am very happy. For which reason I am not sure. But I suggest getting to a happy place first. even if it takes you a few days to get there. start from a happy/happier place... feeling happy and full of light attract like energies. feeling negative and fearful and sad attract lower energie. therefore I insist you release negativity before you begin.

2. Then USE PSYCHIC PROTECTION. ALWAYS! no messing around with this stuff.
This is what I state: “ I now call upon God/All that is, my Higher Self, my soul,my bright angels, guides and teachers. I ask to be protected by an impenetrable blanket of white light, through which only the highest vibrations may penetrate, and I ask to be proteected always.so be it. and so it is.”
Then I visualize for a short moment pure white light surrounding me and infusing my body…and filling up my room.”( I do this every night before sleep.)

3. Ok now that you have done this protection technique, please trust that you are protected. because you are! You must let go… you must not fear… if they sense fear, they will either not come or they will not make their presence known to you.

4. Very important aspect now is the Asking them to visit or welcoming them. It has to be an earnest request with true and pure intention of a loving nature. A true desire.

5. I suggest something like this : “ I ask God/ All that is, to bless me by sending me a bright* Angel or benevolent being of light… and I ask to be given recall of the experience. So be it. And so it is.” you can add “I deeply desire to meet a benevolent and high vibrational being form the Stars.”
*I really suggest always being very precise about what you ask for. for you may get exactly what you ask for… If you only state “I wish to meet an extraterrestrial”you are opening the door to all sorts of ETs. And that is NOT a good idea. I only recommend encounters with the highest of beings.

6. Ok, now that you have asked straight from the heart...
I suggest a short meditation/visualization. first visualise yourself connecting to the "grid", or "all that is" through your heart. send out waves of Light/energy from your heart chakra into the grid.
know you are very protected. You feel no fear.You know only the beings of the higest vibrations have been welcome into your world.
next visualize a bright light in the distance. Very very far away. into space. perhaps even coming out of a "lightship". This bright light is a being of light.
You focus upon this bright light. And you ask this light to come closer to you. You welcome it. See it coming closer, to a few feet away…
Then you ask it to help you make a very strong connection with it. I keep repeating the words”connecting, connecting, connecting” until I feel connected…
Imagine now a stream of light flowing from the Light Being to you from its heart to yours…send the love back to the being. when you feel the connection is strong, you are free to communicate with this being of Light, and express your wishes.
Know that this bright light is the benevolent ET you are connecting to or an Angel which will see to it that your wishes come true.
(I suggest keeping the visualization neutral by not giving the light being any shape or form other than a simple light).
Ok you may ask it things such as “please bless me with a beautiful visit form a benevolent being of light or benevolent star being…. I deeply desire to retain lucidity and recall”
If you know that you are a starseed, ask to be connected to your galactic familly, and ask that they vivit you...they are likely to jump on the invitation, if it is in your best interest at the time. you may also state things such as ”please come in a form which will be most acceptable to me” or on the contrary if you are a bit more gutsy”please come in a form closest to your original form” most are beings of very high frequencies anyways and appear as pure light, but they are able to lower their frequency to take a form. They appear usually in various degrees of etheric density. Sometimes semisolid-semi etheric. but do not have ANY expectations as to which form they will take... EXPECTATIONS ONLY CREATE OBSTACLES...

7. Ok, now that you have engaged in telepathic communication with this being of light, I suggest you completely LET GO… and FALL ASLEEP! with no expectations.(sory I know that’s hard:))
Know that your prayer has been heard, and that when the time is right for you, you will be blessed with a visit.
They are eagerly awaiting our welcoming them into our hearts. and they will be present when called upon... but only when the time is right for YOU... and this could take some time, or be almost immediate... this I cannot say as it is different for all of us.
Most of my visitations have happened around the hours of 3-5/6 am. and they have all been very different and extreemly beautiful... again you will find some in my blogs.

YES! IT IS THIS SIMPLE…!!! Be patient. They will come. For the star children this can be almost instantaneous… ok, once you are blessed with a visitation, you can start having a more intimate connection with them and ask them to bring you places… ill go into that later… but first lets look into another important aspect.

More important stuff:

What is not as simple, is another aspect of the process. The one of remaining lucid. Or having any recall at all… Yep! That’s the hardest.except for those of you who remember practically all of thir dreams...

So I suggest doing a bit of “Dream work. ” visitation often occur either in a state between wakefulness and sleep, or during dreams. But if you have been visited, you will know without an ounce of a doubt. It is incredibly powerful and cannot be mistaken for anything other than what it is… there is a very powerful energy associated with these beings of light.

Ok I suggest to state 3 times out loud, or write 3 times, right befor falling asleep, these words, or variations of these words: “ Tonight I will have very vivid dreams, I will remain Lucid, and I will have full recal of any visitation by benevolent beings of light.”3X every night befor you fall asleep. And if you want to do it some more during the day, it serves the purpose of programming yourself.

Then I will share with you which are my most cherished crystals. There are 3 which I highly highly recommend…
CITRINE
CELESTITE
MOLDAVITE

I wear a piece of citrine around my neck at all times. Never take it off. It serves as Psychic protection buble . It ransmutes negative energies into positive ones. The ones coming from you, and the ones coming from the outside world.
It is also a wonderful stone for dreamwork, dream recal, astral projection etc…

Celestite calls the angels… it helps in Angel communication and also dream work and work with the higher realms. This is a very valuable stone for me. It makes a difference without a doubt.

Moldavite, is the result of a meteorite landing on Earth eaons ago. It is the highest vibrational crystal on Earth. It is the ultimate “Starseed Phone Home” crystal.
It helps in communication with ET beings, and helps ease the “homesickness” Starseeds so often feel…

I sleep citrine around my neck . moldavite in one hand. And Celestite next to bed or pillow.
These 3 stones will make a huge difference. Please trust me on this.

Ok one more thing... new crystals must be cleared before use. for this simply run them under cold water for 10 minutes with the intention to "purify them", and then you can clear/charge them under sunlight for a day or moonlight for a night...
celestite is best not put under water...because mine fell appart under water :( so maybe just put under sunlight, that will clear it and charge it.

And I hope you have the magnifiscent experience of beeing taken aboard a lightship :)) BTW... this may mean you will be lifted and passed through a wall or ceiling... and you wont even feel a thing... so if it feels right... go for it :)
