1. My first impression:  This is a dramatic card, the message is not easily identified, it will take some effort to get to the real message or to a message that makes sense.  Getting this card makes me feel like it's a powerful card even though there is nothing very clear about it.
2.  Open eye in the throat chakra stands out to me.  An open eye symbolizes conscious realization & insight, maybe even a form of enlightenment and being able to see something clearly.  The throat chakra symbolizes the power of our words, communication, and manifesting with affirmations.  The power of speaking truth is the lesson of this chakra.
So an open eye in the throat chakra is showing that we need to become aware of what it is that we are communicating to the world, to our selves, and to the divine celestial helpers that are around us.
A star on fire, or in some state of awakening, next to the throat chakra stands out as well.  Stars represent fate, destiny, astrological influences (check the astrological patterns for the day).  1/11/10 shows that the number 1 and 0 are dominate astrological energies for today.  (So I will look up the significance of those numbers.)
3. Sachiel means "covering of God" and this angelic being brings the energy of prosperity.  I notice that this picture is an accurate image of the "covering of God" around prosperity because the message about money isn't clear and yet we know it is a powerful message if we can figure out what is being said.
4.  Putting this all together I get that we need to remember that money is a powerful and dramatic energy.  If it had a personality, money would make you want to be closer to it even as you realize that you don't know much about it, what makes it what it is, how to create it, and even how to connect with it.  Money is like a mysterious stranger that you want to get to know but are intimidated by.  On some intuitive level you know that Money has the power to bring up a lot of issues because it is so dynamic, it can't help but cause a little drama when it is in your life.  This causes you to stand back instead of engaging with It.
This card is saying that Money is asking you to come closer, "Speak to me, talk to me, get to know me so that we can develop a relationship and connection.  I don't want to remain a mystery to you.  I want you to uncover my secrets and engage with me.  Don't be afraid of me, be my friend, come closer to me and let me change you with my powerful energy."
Looking up the numbers 1 & 0 we find that today carries the numerical energies of guidance from the Divine Mind. "Powerful divine guidance from God and the angels asks you to alter your thoughts.  The Divine Mind knows that the solution for which you seek is born within your thoughts.  Ask Angel Sachiel to guide the directions of your thoughts with regards to prosperity, and support you during your time of transition into the new divine light energy of properity."
5.  My angel therapy advice is that we are receiving a message from a divine prosperity angelic being.  His message is telling us that we view Money as a mysterious and intimidating energy.  This perception is keeping us from engaging with Money in a more personal and direct way.  Instead of being "scared" of how money will change our lives we should overcome that fear by directly connecting with It and realizing that it is just divine energy like any other divine quality.  Also today carries the powerful cosmic energies of an "open door or window" where divine guidance about prosperity is coming in much more clearly then it normally would.  So I would recommend doing some sort of angel therapy mini ceremony or ritual where you invite God, Goddess, Angel Sachiel, & all the angels of prosperity to come to you and bless you with 1 million blessings of divine wealth.  When you can view money as a friend, a lover, and a soulmate you will find that your ability to have money and prosperous experiences will come closer into your everyday life without having to struggle for them.
