We all know that doing a meditation in a controlled situation, within a group, can be very different to doing one alone, at home. I have found that both methods can get amazing results, but I have learnt from experience that there are loads of distractions at home. When you go to a meditation session, you know that you will be left alone until you are done, at home there seems to be a different set of rules. In my house, there certainly are no restrictions on the possible distractions.

I came to Michelle's channellings with a healthy dose of scepticism, but I am the kind of person who will try anything once. And when I try something, I give it 100%. I got into that first visualisation to the best of my abilities, but I seemed to go to sleep. As I was to discover, it's not sleep, it's more like a faint. And it happens often, especially in the beginning.
