Namaste everyone, George and I often go out for walks around our village to meet the local people and observe the changes that are happening here in Rishikesh. We also love the jungle areas here. We do not have to go far on our scotter to reach these areas .Below I share with you all a day in our life here in India.

Hi all, yesterday I saw a dragon fly on its back on the window sill in our yoga hall. When I went to see what was wrong I realised it was caught up in some cotton thread, as you can see in photos. It eventually got the cotton off and flew out. Such a beautiful moment to see it fly off...

Hi everyone, had a great afternoon with the girls and one wee little boy yesterday. The children here in India in the Goverment schools never get the chance to be truely creative. And as for having coloured pens or paints, it just does not happen. George and I decided to use him as a model for portrait drawing.
