~ A Day with Nature ~

My son is in the accelerated language arts program in his school and the task was to write a poem beginning with the word "glamorous" and ending with the word "glamorous". There was some discussion about the meaning of the word and to what it pertains. The dictionary gives it more of a "person" feel. However, he was dead set on applying it to nature. To which I said, "Do your thing!" lol

In class tonight, we began watching Marshall Rosenberg's videos regarding his work in nonviolent communication. I was so happy once we got into it..... It's learning to take judgement and accusations of right and wrong (duality) out of the way you speak and communicate with others. I will share links :-)

I'm always dreaming that other people..sometimes random people...just walk over to me and hand me their babies. They want me to soothe them or comfort them or just take them. I'm always happy to do so and there is always an instant bond with the baby. Last night, a stranger walked over me and handed me his baby.

I dreamed last night...that I teleported myself to another planet--just by willing it so, thinking it--with the purpose of picking up some pieces of pyrite there and bringing them back. Wonder why I needed the pyrite....fool's gold? lol They were pretty geometric in formation. It was fun anyway :-)

Talk about female dominance!!! Yikes! :D

I was able to open and read some in my Mom's prayer book yesterday (whew-that was tough) when I came across this prayer that I thought it was worth sharing. It's from Marianne Williamson's "Illuminata: A Return to Prayer".
