in the many life times that weve all lived, we have been rich and poor, good and bad, black and white...
and in this incarnation some have been more fortunate than others...

I got a call yesterday from my friend Jordyn, when she told me she had information on Derek i thought she was going to give me the address...and instead she told me that Derek will not be able to write or receive letters for at least 6 months, and you have to get approved by the prison to get visitations. This whole situation is getting quite ridiculous.

For the lost souls in search of answers,

For those that are cold, hungry, and homeless who are living off their strength
let us pray for freedom
For those who were abused, mistreated, and disrespected, and they still arent the same

For those in power who seek only to cause pain and misery,

Yesterday, september 23rd 2009, a dear friend of mine Derek Martin was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a murder he DID NOT commit. I went to his trial and i saw with my own eyes, the dna results. the judge and both lawyers said they KNOW that Derek did not kill the boy. Things were looking really good for him, and he was supposed to go home on the 22nd.

i need some new meditations, and yoga videos if possible...preferabbly sound mediations, or violet flame mediations but im not picky...
