this morning at 5:33am GMT i was awake sending out goodvibes to sistermoon and over sudden i saw the hit of the bomb on the moon in front of my closed eyes and shortly after i had a very nasty penetrating sound in my head.
did others feel some sort of effects?

today i feel again more centered after two weeks weirdness:)nausea and feeling tired and sounds in my ears and so on....

while meditation today o got some morsesounds in my ears and just now few minutes ago there waa another sound ringing in my ear is something was falling that type of noise high sound then going low bit by bit...?
maybe anyone an idea?where this is coming from?
