When I wrote yesterday I was so upset to tears... So much I didn't say. It was -3c in this house at noon today. That's like 24 or 27*F. When I got up to take my morning tinkle, I soaked my sock in 8 day old..sewage. * days I haven't had a toilet I can flush. Anyway, I got a hold of the prior managers, who are now oppressed residences like I am.
