The Master Cleanse
my experience in the realm of inner and outer clearing.

This cleansing regimen of a liquid diet is very effective in releasing long held onto patterning, old weight, parasites, colon plaque, emotional eating disorders, depression, anger, sadness, and various other health problems.

What is THE MASTER CLEANSE all about, anyway?

Answer: For a period of ten days, one must perform a salt flush in the early morning hours and for the remainder of the day consume 8-10 Master Lemonades. On the FIRST day, you begin by aquiring all the materials you will need, and create a log on the wall to document the number of drinks consumed and the number of eliminations the body has performed. This is to ensure the body is keeping hydrated and nourished while cleansing and clearing the digestive system.

Ground Cayenne Pepper
Maple Syrup
Detox Tea w/ Aniseed, or laxative tea with Chinese Senna

Capsaicin, the compound that gives red pepper (cayenne) its fiery flavor, is a potent topical pain reliever, according to the Handbook of Nonprescription Drugs. When rubbed on the skin, it causes mild superficial burning. But that sensation desensitizes nearby pain nerves, and soothes pain in deeper tissues. Capsaicin is the active ingredient in several over-the-counter pain-relieving creams, such as Capsin, Zostrix and Pain-X.
The pepper gives the lemonade a great spicy taste, engaging the tongue and satysfying the brain's need to "taste food".

Surprisingly enough, one does not lose energy, feel lethargic or weak during the cleanse.
The unique compounds formed by the combination of the three primary ingreidients (lemons, pepper and maple) are complete in their nutritive value.

Another aspect of the experience was an enhanced and strengthened connection to the Higher Self. When consuming the great knowledge and sweet blood of a Maple Tree, one comes closer to the infinite knowledge and wisdom of the Nature Kingdom and the Wise Beings who are the keepers of the knowledge of all that is.

Traumas and illusions can surface and be cleared. I experienced greater clarity, stronger connection to my Higher Expression and a reopening of neural pathways.

Increased sensitivity of the nose, eyes, ears and skin was noticable. Increased patience and appreciation that seems to come with any fasting procedure and a new perspective on what is means to be nourished, fulfilled, and all these other terms that relate to their counterparts; lack and emptiness.
