And then I drempt:
I drempt of oceans....crashing against rocky shore lines and lapping on white sandy beaches and swamping
oil tankers and upsetting fishing vessels and flattening sand castles and washing up matts of seaweed and
forrests of driftwood and leaving starfish stranded on high rocky outcroppings and waving their legs feebly
in the early morning air.
So many things have been written about the power of visualization, the law of attraction, the power of positive thinking. But when all is said and done what it comes down to is the ability to focus your intent
Be careful what you wish for - or rather what you focus your intent on -because you will get EXACTLY what you focus on, just not always in the WAY you thought you would get it.
You! Yes you, there, the one standing on the edge of the abyss!
No, don’t look over your shoulder, I’m not standing behind you. How could I be? There’s a sheer cliff face behind you.
No, it doesn’t matter where I am – would you knock it off? It doesn’t matter who I am, it really doesn’t. I just need you to shut up for a minute and listen to me.
You feel the urge to start over; to be someone new.
Perhaps you have just started a new job, moved to a new house, ended or begun a new relationship, had a child (or conversely finally gotten your kids out of the house) or have had a spiritual epiphany. The reasons are not important. What is important is your urge – your NEED - to begin again.
The ego is a tricky bugger; slippery, sly, and with a full repertoire of tricks it keeps in reserve, ready to pull out of its hat when it appears that it may be losing the battle.

Energy that creates heat through the friction of it’s consumption of matter.
Heat that serves as the catalyst to change physical objects from one shape to another through transmutation.
Are you living a lie?
No, no – don’t get defensive! Consider what I am asking…and answer the questions honestly (you don’t have to share with the class, but just think about it)
Are you able to be 100% authentic with everyone in your life?
Are you 100% open and honest with everyone you deal with?
Do you want to be?
Who hasn't heard of the concept of a trinity?
Christians in particular should be familiar with the concept of "the holy trinity"--God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. But the teaching of the trinity is not restricted to Christianity, one finds it too in the ancient Pagan teachings where they worshipped the Great Goddess in her triune form--Maiden, Mother, Crone.
