Hi dear and beloved hearts of light,

This sunday is the spring equinox her in the southern hemisphere and winter equinox on the northern hemisphere, so i thought lets do something to remember this turn of seasons.

Lets lit a candle and bless the turns of the seasons and all who are involved with it.

I thought for this week to focus on a beautiful but turmoil area, the Ring Of Fire.

Dear and beloved hearts of light,

this week i had difficulties to focus myself but i tryed it though.
I called in manny beings of the light and focussed myself on the ankh and surrounded it with the violet flame.
Dispite the difficultie to focus myself i felt a huge transformation of the lower energies in chile.

Dear and beloved hearts of light,

for this week i thought to keep our focus on Chile since there has been an other earthquake.

I thought to juse the violet flame for transmutating and transforming the lower energies into higher energies.

hello dear and beloved hearts of light,

i started the med a little earlyer as usual.
I noticed that there were manny light enteties and beings where presesnt and merged with them.
I felt verry strong dear Marianne her presens and noticed that she shines verry bright.

i thought for this week to shift our focus on Chile and work on that country for a while and see what grows there.

I thought to juse the violet flame to transmutate and transform the lower energies into higher energies of love and light.

For the rays i thought of the emerald green ray, the blue ray and the pink ray.

Hello dear and beloved hearts of light,

i am sorry but this week i slept completly through the med.
I stayed a little bit to long awake the other day during the night and went to bed the next day.
The next time i will be taking part of the med back again.
It also was a verry intens week and i am still tyred of the past week so i will take it verry easy and rest a lot.

i thought for this week to keep the focus on Haiti and juse the violet flame for transmuting and transforming the energies there to even higher energies as before.
For the rays i thought of the blue ray, the orange ray and the violet ray.

this weeks meditation was verry beautiful and ashtonising since there where more entities of the light present as i had experienced before and i noticed that there where also manny beings already buzzy with working on Mother Earth and Haiti.
