If I could bring happiness and/or relief to people, I'd feel useful and would have found my way on Earth.
Awakening
As a child I was sent to an outdoor play centre during the holiday. One day we were installed in the gymnasium of the village. Some dusty old curtains had been hung to create a “nap time area” and shabby covers were strewn over the ground. I slipped underneath a cover to have a rest but the strong smell of dust disgusted me. I felt like a miserable pauper. Then one of the supervisors played a relaxation cassette. It played a very soft, calm music with sounds of the cosmos. Suddenly I felt my soul set free and fly into outer space. I was like a star among the stars, loving the whole world. When the music stopped I felt like "withdrawal symptoms". I begged the supervisors to play the cassette again, in vain. I longed for this “cosmic feeling” and I would have given so much to experience it again.
