Blessings beautiful ones,
I was watching this video and as we all know the effects of the media over any individual on beauty is overwhelming. But the good thing is that I see many accepting themselves and trying to follow a healthier and more positive lifestyle. And sometimes it takes inspirational events, activicism, movies or videos to knock our door and show us our own right path. I saw this video and got me very emotional for what this model had to go through, but at the end she gave a message of true to the world.
Our beauty begins within, and the more we nurture it, the more it shines ourwards like a flowering plant full of life and beauty as well. Acceptation of self is the first step, then accepting who we are and our good and bad ways of living is the next step to make a mayor change in our lives, for good.

I have been monitoring my behavior and found out one button that pours out the all warrior energy I have within in a second. It is when I see children or woman mistreated.
I was in southern Europe last week and I was having a drink in a hotel lounge. There was parents with a 2 years old boy. He’s dad pushed the boy on the trollies from the head so that the boy started to cry. Then he forced food on he’s mouth. Bang! I really was getting on protector energy state of mind in less than a second. I solved my part of this situation with non interference but put my energy available for the boy and trying to have some love and compassion on he’s dad and mother too.
Now tell me what you think. Should I take an act of talking to these parents or not to. I feel I in a way I should but also not to because I do not know what they are in a middle but in other side I believe and feel that no kid should be ever hurt physically.
This violence for kids is my button and another is suppressing feminine energy. Mistreating kids and woman is for me something that takes out all warrior energy from me. Comments please how you feel these situations.

The Global Peace Wave 1440
As described below, the Global Peace Wave 1440 is a project that has been inspired by Ac Tah's One Minute for Peace campaign in Mexico. The Global Peace Wave 1440 hopes to serve humanity's evolving consciousness by working towards a sustainable global peace.
Einstein once said, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it". War is a three dimensional construct. Therefore we must raise our consciousness or vibration above the level it was created in order to break the construct of the war paradigm.
As the Dalai Lama said "War is obsolete". It simply does not work as a means to solving the world's most difficult and challenging problems. The Global Peace Wave, initiated by The Emergence Project, attempts to harness these underlying principles and ideals to bring about the inner and outer transformation needed to sustain a lasting global peace.
According to Mayan spiritual teacher Ac Tah, we are in the window of time where we have the opportunity to reach unity consciousness and humanity's collective enlightenment. In a talk on his Boston tour last year, Ac Tah explained, "One of the reason we still have war and suffering in the world is largely due to the fact that the frequency level of peace has not been sustained long enough to cancel out and transmute the lower vibrational frequencies of war and violence."
The idea: There are 1440 minutes in a day: 1440 minutes to create a global peace wave day and night for as long as it takes to help shift the global consciousness paradigm towards a sustainable peaceful, egalitarian society. We will combine our effort with all similar peace efforts around the globe.

Dear Friends ~
Life on Earth has never been easy, has it? Our souls restricted to a physical environment means we
have to adapt to the physical constraints in everything we do - from having transport to take us long
distances, to having to top up on food and drink to sustain the physical body. I certainly don't need
to tell any of you about how tough earth-life is!!!
With this momentous spiritual and physical event taking place now on Earth and within all of us, I for
one value beyond measure having a place to come and share spiritual 'stuff' that can't be shared
elsewhere, unless you are fortunate to have a group of people close by you can meet up with.
This place, for as long as it has been running, has saved many lives, offered support when desperately
needed, joined like-minded folk together to share and grow and have a laugh with! And we have
certainly learnt off of each other: learned our strengths and weaknesses, and came back and kept
sharing and loving.
I try to keep the vibes up by sharing material to assist or to give a different point of view about Life topics
and spiritual articles of varying subjects. There are at the moment over 5,000 guests online which means
that many souls are searching for answers, guidance, etc. Harmony helps to keep up the vibes and
gets us out of the old 3D habits that keep us tied to lower vibrations. We all blow a gasket occasionally,
LOL, but the focus, I feel personally, should be for the site as a whole. How can we be of service?
And also looking beneath the words of someone's blog, reading between the lines as to why they may have
to share daily their innermost thoughts and feelings.............and it is usually because it helps them to get
perspective on what they are thinking, and also because they may feel isolated where they live.
Love and compassion is my food, drink, and air. I speak plainly and sometimes can't find the right words.
You know, Lighty friends, some of us are suffering from battle fatigue and this site is like a haven to come
to each day. Sharing and caring and loving.............
Battle fatigue is from years of spiritual work, going in and out of dimensions so much in one day and at the
blink of an eye. And fatigued because we have suffered so much as first-wavers, over 20 years of selfless
service (put the violins away...) and also lost partners, children, etc. I have watched for years my husband
taking all of the psychic hits from the negate entities out there who are trying their hardest to stop the workers,
dead! My husband was repeatedly sent severe angina and several heart attacks, plus other conditions
as well. Yes, many things exist 'out there' that people are just not aware of..........
Many of us went bankrupt doing our spiritual work, but thank Heavens we live in Australia where there are
decent pensions and free health care.
What I am trying to say is: Please remember why this website is here and what it is for. There are social
websites where One can constantly swear and generally say and do what they like. What this does is
bring down the vibes, big time!!!!!!! AND, I don't blame solar-flares or any other astrological thingy as an
excuse for behaviour! Those things have never affected me before, and I would never use them as an
excuse for bad behaviour. BTW ~ This is not a vent blog, just a calm expression of how I feel.

It's one thing to DISAGREE with people and the ideas they present, and even vehemently disagree. That is all fine and good; it's the nature of discourse. It's another matter ENTIRELY to attack someone's character and post lies about them. It happens to me, but I see it happening to other people on this site too and there is just no excuse or reason for it. There have been multiple cases today, alone! It happens to me even when I have specifically requested that these particular individuals NOT post to my comments because I don't care to be subjected to their abuse.
Learn what an ad hom attack is. You do have the right to have the negative comments removed.

Good Morning Beloved Friends of Light and Love ~
It is Sunday morning here in sunny Qld Australia, and I feel I must share a story I just heard on the Radio News.
It was about a Medical Doctor who practices on the Gold Coast, Qld., who is under investigation for malpractice.
He has not practiced since October last year, but, the Department investigating him has heard disturbing reports
from patients which has led to this Department spokesperson to write to the Medical Board to have him
de-registered, immediately, on the grounds that he is a PSYCHOPATH !
Now, I have had dealings with psychopathic people during my earthly sojourn, and I can tell you friends, they appear
to be very caring when they want to, but beware, they are very good actors! In my Nursing days I have also come
across some medicos who were verging on being psychopathic.......that is, having no feeling for another human being.
What psychopaths lack is being able to sense another's needs and be able to tune in, which comes natural to any
caring person, but with the psychopath, everyone else is trying to hurt them, they are always the victim, and cannot see
that they have no feelings for any other person.
It is very sad to witness this, and very dangerous if that person is in a professional capacity, in charge of peoples'
lives!!! I have worked in many different large and small Hospitals around the country, including some Psychiatric.
I am also a "professional patient" I call myself because of my chronic illness, and after seeing what I have during my
nursing work, I am NEVER afraid to question a doctor or ask for certain tests if i think I need them.
No one who sees a doctor should be afraid, and if anyone suspects there is something wrong with one, speak up!
I have even reported one here for Medicare fraud when I saw what he was charging Medicare for after my consultation!
And that is another reason why Bulk-billing doctors don't give patients receipts! Every patient is entitled to a receipt
after being bulk-billed, I was told by Medicare.
So, please be alert always with anyone who is in charge of your health. Once our lightbodies take over from our physical
bodies, we won't need to worry about medicos!!

The following announcement has been issued by the Raw Milk Freedom Riders. A call to action for Monday, May 14th is also included below. The Minnesota government is taking its cue from California and declaring war on fresh milk, threatening to throw moms in jail for providing fresh food to infants and families. Here’s the announcement:
Minneapolis, MN — Several Minnesota mothers who organize community access to local fresh farm foods plan to risk criminal charges by openly and publicly defying warnings from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA). The MDA has threatened several mothers, conducted investigations against them and sent them warning letters that if they continue helping provide fresh food to their friends and neighbors, they will be subject to criminal charges and prosecution. The MDA alleges the Mothers are violating food-handling regulations.
Dozens of individuals who are disgusted with what they regard as MDA’s overly aggressive tactics are expected to join in the same activity as these mothers.
“It is absolutely outrageous that during this time of economic crisis our state government is investigating and sending warning letters to mothers and putting farmers on trial who are helping provide communities with fresh foods. It is my right to contract privately with a farmer for the food of my choice just as it is the right of every American,” says Melinda Olson a mother and recipient of one of the MDA’s letters. “The MDA’s harassment against mothers will not work. We plan to ignore this warning and continue operating as we are. MDA should not waste taxpayer money investigating, prosecuting and jailing peaceful farmers and mothers for helping their communities secure fresh foods. Our time to stand up against this tyranny is now!”
In addition to the threatening letters the MDA sent the mothers, MDA has brought charges against two local farmers for supplying their communities with fresh foods. Mothers who rely on the food and delivery service of one of these farmers, Alvin Schlangen, are facing loss of their food supply if Schlangen is jailed on four misdemeanor charges for providing food to his community. The charges against Schlangen stem from alleged handling of food without a permit, mislabeling food, and handling unprocessed, fresh milk, which is a crime according to the MDA.
Action item:
Customers and supporters from around the state and country have planned a rally for Schlangen on the first day of his criminal trial on Monday, May 14 at 7:00 a.m. outside the Minneapolis courthouse. At the rally supporters will sign a “Declaration of Food Independence” and demonstrate non-compliance against what they deem “unjust” regulations. The rally is expected to draw hundreds.
Please anyone in this area support these people and the idea that we should be able to have fresh food.

Hi friends, I saw this amazing story on our local News Station tonight, but unfortunately,
I can't provide a picture of this 'young' and spritely 95 year old!
Keith Wright might be on the wrong side of 90 but the Queenslander is not
letting this stop him frombackpacking around the world.
"I have had itchy feet all my life," said the 95 year old, who started travelling
a decade ago when his wife Barbara passed away.
The World War II veteran from Burleigh Heads says he's not afraid to navigate
the less beaten paths alone.
"I have hitched a ride on the back of a scooter in San Sebastian... and seen things that
most tourists haven't seen because I have walked the back streets and taken
the train or bus to a nearby town for the day."
Keith will stay in hostels during his two-month European odyssey,
fly economy class and take several rail journeys.
He says most people he meets on his travels are surprised when they discover
his age and that he has come all the way from Australia.
"Wherever I go I wear my Australia cap, which gets me a lot of attention from the locals."
Travel agent Flight Centre says it has paid to upgrade Keith's economy-class flights
to business class so he has more room to stretch out.
"Every booking I have made for him has been an inspiration to me," said Flight Centre's Christina Kerr,
who has booked many of Keith's holidays since he first visited her store in 2002.
"I like to tell his story to other travellers, particularly those who may have thought
themselves too old to travel overseas."

Regarding the theme of a previous blog of mine about creating a new paradigm, I came across
this online article that I thought was fantastic news. If you would like to read the article

The article states that the big picture is thrilling, that globally, the deaths of children are
falling, funding for primary health care in the poorest countries had been rising (but is now kind
of stagnating, yet it is still high compared with years ago), and with advances in medicine and
ways of distributing it so many more lives can be saved....
The consciousness for the ending of "survival mode" is here! And the beginning of a new
paradigm is becoming a reality. Such incredible news! We have such power to make change
happen in global ways.

Hello all,
As yesterday's supermoon carried with it a great time of change with the vibrations of the "5", I wanted to share with you all my activity.
When I woke yesterday, I had an overwhelming urge to send sort of a "Love Virus" through the energetic grids that connect all of humanity. I called it a virus, because in my mind I had a vision of how a virus spreads through our computers at the moment. Not to hold any negative intentions in any way, since it was designed to spread Love quicker.
At any rate, the meditation was designed by Archangel Michael and Archangel Raziel. It was very important that I do this outside. We brought in the vibrations of Divine Love, Divine Consciousness, Divine Peace and Divine Harmony all together and sent them out to all of humanity through the grid lines that connect not only to the earth, but to each and every soul.
I was just curious as to how many individuals can actually feel the Love corsing through their entire being Now, that maybe they were not able to feel before.
I have been watching the internet this morning as well, to see what changes are detected there. I am quite sure, I was not the only one to recieve these instructions as I know our "Light" work is much more powerful when we work together and in unison. So if anyone else recieved these same instructions or anything similar, or just happen to feel a little more "awake", Love, peace, or harmony today... Please leave a comment.

Every detail of this meeting has been planned by my Heavenly Host team of angels. They kept me up all night, in an urgency for me to get the details of this message out to you in a timely manner.
The object of the online meeting is to create true and lasting change for the entire world by bringing in true Divine Love, Peace and Harmony to all the inhabitants of earth.
In order for this to be as successful as possible however, I need your help! As it is, when a prayer for one goal is sent up in unison by many, the results take effect much quicker. Meditation is simply another form of prayer. And Jesus said, where two or more or gathered in my name!!
The simple fact is the more of us there are sending out this energy at once, together, the quicker the results will be felt.
I am not setting this meeting up for my benefit, but for the benefit of humanity. As stated earlier, each detail of this meeting was planned precisely and Divinely.
Below, is an explanation of the details and the reasons for each:
The month of May-- carries the vibration of the number 5 as it is the 5th month of the year. Incidently, the year 2012 also carries the 5 vibration. What this means for our purposes---- The number 5 carries the vibration of change. With the 5 vibration, you are presented with a set of choices. Either choice will bring a change, but what change would you like to bring to the table for humanity?
The date of the 17th-- 17 reduces to 8. As such, carries the 8 vibration. I wasn't at all aware of why this particular date. I kept asking, Why this date? What is the significance of this particular date? Why can it not be on any other date?
I sat down to meditate on this. Here is the response I recieved:: 17 carries the 8 vibration. 8 is they ultimate symbol for infinity or eternity. Therefore, whatever change you work to create on this vibrational date will have infinite results carried out into eternity! We are to be jump starting the age of Love with this meditational meeting that will continue working throughout all eternity.
Additionally when I looked up the number in numerology later here is what I found--
Astrological Correspondence for the number 17/8-- Saturn (and Aquarius). 17 has the 7 of receptivity (the moon) and the 1 of concentration (Mars). Together they equal 8, the Saturn correspondence and the symbol of the kundalini force rising from the Saturn center at the base of the spine. These are necessary attributes for the subconscious mind to use in meditation.
The Aquarian influence brings the revelation, which 17/8 represents, and the universal consciousness, both of which are the ultimate goals of meditation!
How's that for on target!!!

Below is my favorite song, as handed down to my from my twin flame, for de-stressing and I highly recommend listening to it if you come under attack or if someone wages a War of Lies against you.
First of all, when you fight for the TRUTH about LOVE and JUSTICE, understand that you will invariably come under attack (because knowledge is POWER), so never take it personal!!!!
In fact, my twin flame spoke to this very issue in his last book:
The Politics of Knowledge: "If wishes were pigs, it would be harder to keep kosher. In the same twisted way, advocates of a critical complex epistemology cannot just wish the producers of validated knowledge would simply change their ways and open new ways of thinking about how we see and report on the diverse phenomena surrounding us. There are too many power interests invested in those ways of seeing and validating information." (Kincheloe, Knowledge and Critical Pedagogy: An Introduction, p. 67)[And note that 6+7=13, my favorite number].

I don't know how my Twin Flame does this from the other side like he does, but he has great power over the Internet.
We are running out of time to get our acts together because the Ascended Masters and Archangels are working on the "final act." That is, they are putting together all of the final pieces of the NEW WORLD, along with eveyone who's working with them. There will be no more lies, violence, deception, or any of that stuff allowed (not that it's ever been allowed but the difference is that MOST people will be able to see through the deception which will put a prompt stop to it).
Thus, his clue just a few moments ago at our morning meeting was "final act" and the song below is what came to the top of the YouTube search.
He's totally against using drugs as are all the Great Masters because they know TRUTH. Drugs blind us to the truth. The Masters provide us with truth because they care for and love us all. It is time to become more fully awakened. I am ready!!!!

Namaste All, and great day to YOU!
This is a a personal story... A story about grounding and living in the 5th dimensional Planet Earth TODAY. There are many hows and whys. Grounding Unity Consciousness is a personal process that only YOU can make. These stories are shared for YOUr own personal benefit. It is possible for all because that is where we are. On this day, the gift is YOUrs if YOU are willing to let go of how YOU remember YOU saw things yesterday.
The first question is what does it mean to ground Unity Consciousness? It means that YOU make decisions based purely on knowing that everything around YOU is YOU. All that YOU experience IS YOU. A really great modality of seeing this is psychology 101. Anything YOU say about YOUrself or anyone else is first and foremost a reflection of YOU and who YOU are... and YOUr belief systems. Indeed, having discussed this with some lightworkers, there is some tendency of a third and fourth dimensional consciousness to get caught up in what is termed "The Hall of Mirrors." Did YOU cause it? or did I cause it? or am I expressing the effect of it? Are YOU expressing the effect? Which came first? the cause or the effect? All of which points to taking personal responsibility! Also, allow others to explore themselves as "they" need without pushing. The co-creation of experience is that perfect.
These are valid paradoxes within the dimensional framework of linear time and space. This is not so when vibrating above the condensed space-time framework. All paradoxes are, in a sense "resolved"... when ALL is ground as Unity. The cause is the effect and visa versa.
The True Nature of Time (and Space)
Many have said that time doesn't exist; that there is only RIGHT NOW and RIGHT HERE. What does that mean? Is there a framework for understanding and grounding these concepts? YES! The mathematics of time is a gateway to grounding RIGHT NOW. There are an infinite number of infinite "irrational numbers" between 1pm and 2pm. In order for time to move from 1pm to 2pm, an infinite number of irrational numbers must be traversed. We break time down by the passage of infinity through a sequence of markers... but infinity must be traversed to reach each marker. From a third dimensional perspective, how can there be change without time? There is a much easier perspective that pulls apart the concept of zero time NOW... Twist the number Zero 180 degrees into infinity. We are riding the edge of the ever expanding crest of infinity of all time that every was and will be. Any changes made to NOW echo through the future and the past!
Why is this important? As veils of time thin, thought itself becomes the attractor of experience. Synchronicity accelerates. Time becomes more slippery and loose to provide a more non-linear time/change experience. As such, using present tense vastly increases the amplitude (power) of written and sound complex distortions.
How does One know that they are grounding non-linear time? Synchronicities accelerate. Noticing synchronicities is enhanced by the thought that YOU are creating YOUr reality. At first there may be a few each week. Then a few each day. This momentum proceeds. 10 each day... 25 each day... 50... 100... 500... 1000... I am personally experiencing several per second, every second, of every day. At what point can it be said that One is literally consciously creating their reality? hehehe. These have always been there, we just never noticed them in 3rd dimensional consciousness.
Letting go of the fear vibration is an absolute must to become so affective. Indeed, within Unity, there is no need for fear. All the recurring thoughts are non-sequitor to realizing One's Godhead. Any fear vibration can produce a spin out crash back into the third and fourth dimensional consciousness. Like a toddler learning to walk, we get up again and keep going.
Third Dimensional space is a matrix of condensed light. It is a hologram made up of 4th dimensional horizontal thoughts and feelings and vertical spirit/consciousness essence. Each "particle" of the hologram is the SAME particle interacting with itself. Star people call this one infinite particle the "Prime Radient." Nassim Haramein indicates that this one particle is a black hole. A black hole is a rip in space-time (and time-space). Given that all particles are extra-dimensional, they rip time and space to the same "place" at the same "time" of here/everywhere, and now/all time. The best way to look at space as being only ever RIGHT HERE is that no matter where you go, you are always HOME. Home is where the Heart is... which is always right where you are... here and now.
This leads to a very interesting personal story about having a multi-dimensional time-space experience.
A few weeks before New Years Eve 2011, very religious friend of mine said that he spoke to God. God told him that Source was going to provide a very special experience... possibly even stop time one second before the New Year of 2012 and then start it again. That last night of 2011, I went for a walk around 11:30pm. It was a long meander around a park. Upon arriving at a lake in a nature area between a few housing sub-divisions, I said some blessings for Gaia and threw a clear quartz crystal into the stream. After a long bow, I straightened up and said "Namaste!" At that instant, many, many houses around me burst into cheers and celebration. "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" It was a perfect night. I could feel the drunken kisses, hear Auld Lang Syne, and fireworks bursting in various places in the distance. It was an astounding moment.
I kept walking. About 10 minutes later, within a sub-division, I heard the people in the houses around me count down... again! 3... 2... 1... "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!" For a second time, I could feel the drunken kisses, hear Auld Lang Syne, and the fireworks bursting in the distance. At first, I was very confused. How could I experience two 2011 New Years Eves?!? It then connected. I had bilocated. Somewhere between the first and the second New Years celebrations, my consciousness went back in time. It moved from 12:05 am back to 11:55pm to re-experience New Years Eve. I was in two places at the same time, yet with a continuous experience. If had yelled my name the second time... I would have heard "someone" yell my name in the first experience.
That night was stunning. It was further grounded the next morning. As I was waking up, before opening my eyes, laying in bed... the thought occurred "Wow! I bilocated!!" In that very instant, a text message rang on my phone... That same religious friend said, "Ditto." It was in response to the text sent the night before... and it couldn't have been better timed. LOL.
Opening Pandora's Box
I could already write a book about my various 5d experiences on Earth. For instance, at a local irish pub, I went to the bathroom and it smelled great, like honey and flowers. To admit, it was strange for a men's bar bathroom. Another guy walked in just after me, his comment was, "Gah! It smells like s**t in here!" Each person is, quite literally, in their own reality.
There is one other example that is common yet confuses many within the third dimensional consciousness. YouTube! There are many comments on Youtube about how the view counter changes. People tend to blame Youtube for manipulating these counters. From a 5D perspective, the view counter is very unstable from a quantum frequency stand point. Watching a video can change the counter in very substantial ways. Once the energy contained in a video is "digested", One is literally in a new reality where the view counter is vastly different. YouTube didn't change the view counter... YOU did! A really excellent example of this is an experience I had with a user whom documents weather, HAARP, earthquakes, and tornados. He did a video where he recorded his Youtube homepage. The total number of views, as recorded in the video, was about 250,000. The next video I watched was from a "debunker" whom very much disliked the weather info being put out. This second video had a recording of the same Youtube homepage of the weather documenter from a few days prior. To the debunker, there were only 75,000 total views. That is to say, we can each see into someone else's unique experience if we are able to allow our own experiences not to distort the view. Our unique perspective may not be the same as what others experience. There is no wrong view (count). [pun intended] There only IS what IS.
To know that we are each in One's own reality also means to acknowledge others in their own reality. This also is the start of taking personal responsibility for all that is in our unique reality bubble.
Taking full responsibility for SELF is not something the EGO "likes" to do. Grounding Unity Consciousness massively changes the perspective of all that One has ever experienced. Everything good and bad was based on YOU and YOUr belief systems at that moment. To become "timeless", means to be able to flash YOUr entire life before YOUr inner eye. It is a re-interpretation within self-less-ness and that is needed to make the leap into Unity Consciousness of 5D. It is to UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE, UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT, UNCONDITIONALLY FORGIVE all that YOU are and remember YOUrself to be.
One of the locking mechanisms used by the "Dark Cabal" is a personal horcrux. Horcruxes are dark magical objects that hold a piece of a soul. Many in third dimensional consciousness have no idea that they are willing participants for their own prison of mind, a prison without bars. There are a few of these that are inadvertantly used daily, not knowing the kind of spiritual significance they have on the integration and re-integration of our Soul. Social Security Numbers are actual fictitious corporate statutory persons. Due to corporate personhood, they are a second YOU! Also, a birth certificate is actually a birth bond. On the back is a market traded bond number which represents a third YOU. YOUr passport is a fourth YOU. YOUr state drivers license is a fifth fictitious person that has divided YOU.
Why re-integrate these aspects? The answer is deceptively simple. These remove YOUr own power of sovereignty and self determination. If YOU choose, YOU may believe these externalizations to not be affective in YOUr own journey. However, having removed these horcruxes from my own life, it is much easier to experience freedom and especially from the systems of control. The light within has been able to shine so much more brightly because of removing some of these soul splitting "devices." I didn't understand their spiritual soul significance until experiencing not having them.
How to cancel One's SSN. Print out IRS Form 966: Corporate Dissolution. Under name, put MR./MS./MRS. and YOUR FULL NAME in CAPS. Under EIN, put YOUr SSN. Under Return Type, check Other and write in 1040. the other fields YOU can figure out. Sign the form. Above YOUr signature write, "Without Prejudice UCC 1-308". This UCC code preserves YOUr Common Law right to not perform under any contract that YOU haven't explicitly, knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally agree to. This makes the cancelation binding and un-abridgable by the fictitious statutory corporate system. Make a copy for YOUr records. Lastly, send it to the IRS with a return certificate of receipt. This nullifies YOUr statutory person. This fictitious person is how the bankers are able to loan money into existence and break the Constitution for what is tender and defined as debt. From this point forward, it would be unlawful to pay taxes to the corporate federal "government" and the corporate state "governments."
To cancel a birth bond, fill in a birth certificate change form for YOUr state. Change the Name (or for Commonwealth States, Subject [yes, Commonwealth States are still owned by the Queen]), to blank. Then change the date of birth to blank. Lastly, change the file ID to blank. Sign the form and place the text "Without Prejudice UCC 1-308" above YOUr signature. Lastly, provide a reason for canceling the bond... My stated reason was that my Soul wasn't born... it existed before vessel birth and will exist after vessel death. Using reincarnation as a reason works perfectly. There are plenty of Zen Buddhist and Daoist quotes around the concept.
These instructions are obsolete with the arrest of the Dark Cabal, the removal of these control systems, new governance, and a new monetary system. However, if YOU wish to take personal responsibility for moving YOUrself forward instead of letting others "do the work for YOU," know that YOU are not alone. There are many that have taken steps to personally enlighten the darkness of personal shadows in this way.
The idea of externalizing energies in this way is a very interesting topic that I've been testing. Some of the greatest movements in releasing fear and integrating more love into my experience have been letting go of various energies that have accumulated over the years... not in creating new but in letting go of the old. For instance, giving away all my black clothes, deleting all my music and movies, and giving away all my books, and throwing away all my negative personal journals increased my internally light significantly. I can't describe the feeling of perpetually soaring, emotionally and spiritually. All of the things there were written, read, watched, worn, etc still exist within me. I can re-read all my journals as they all happened RIGHT NOW... even without having them physically present. I can re-experience all the books, music, and movies, as well, even without them. They were like an anchor in 3D keeping the balloon from rising free into the sky.
A very easy way of looking at this, from within duality, is that YOU are what YOU eat. From a 5th dimensional experiences... YOU are what YOU create (and have created/live with). Everything YOU taste, smell, touch, hear, and see is YOU. YOU are YOUr experience... all of it. Even telempathy, telepathy, and other multi-dimensional senses. That much response-ability can be hard for the third dimensional ego to handle. Even what is termed illness and disease, YOU have created for YOUrself. Disease is a chronic fear, a dis-ease, an un-easiness, in the mental, emotional, astral, etheric, or spirit body that has become so strong that it manifests in the physical body. For instance, in the book The Heart's Code scientific research has been done that shows that the fear of anger, the discomfort of feeling anger, manifests as cancer after some threshold. Bipolar disease is a discomfort of the heart mind wanting something opposite of what the brain mind wants. Modern 21st century medicine is great at dealing with acute physical issues. Within Unity Consciousness, many of these issues can't and won't exist.
The infinite One of All that Is
Being that there is only YOU does not mean that YOU are alone. All that Is is with YOU as we all walk this path together as One... as One interacting with and through ourselves, growing, expanding, remembering, and becoming. This is where all becomes possible and thus is.
Don't let fear keep YOU from YOUr highest excitement! Even if YOU feel a bit "OMG!" about doing something, if it is the most exciting thing to do... do it! NOW is the time to proudly claim our place in 5D. Feel the communion with all that is... the Tree beings, star beings, inner Earth beings, Gaia, atoms, electrons and photons, elementals, dogs and cats, computers, music, ALL Earth beings, even the Dark Cabal deserves all the Love that is, and most importantly, our self. To be selfish is not 5D; to be self-centered and balanced is. The fulcrum is the point of power and balance. Let go of all extremes and duality.
I Love YOU, unconditionally. With all my heart, light, and excitement, we walk this path no matter where we go and have been... we always are. God bless YOU. Our every foot step is in the expansion of all that is. If YOU should ever need anything, we are here... ask. And remember, the light YOU give is the light that comes back many fold. The question was never, when will I receive. The question has always been when will I give. So give all that YOU are to all that YOU experience... and let go of all expectations for BEING as fully as possible in the moment of RIGHT NOW... in YOUr heart.
The only question that needs to be answered is, Are YOU willing to live right here and right now through YOUr heart? Beyond this threshold, there is only IS-ness.
With that, there is a special program that can be run on our mind computer of the brain. It is what we call the perfection and activation program. This vastly increases synchronicities.
First take 4 deep breaths.
then say "I am Perfect! I am Perfect! I am Perfect! I am Perfect!"
Then focus on how everything everywhere is perfect right here and right now. All that YOU feel is exactly what should be felt. All that YOU think is exactly what should be thought. All that YOU experience is exactly what should be experienced.
Saying this phrase four times is like double clicking a computer program to run it... except in the mind, it is a quadruple click.
The second program is the activation program.
Take 4 deep breaths.
Then say, "My words are activating. My words are activating. My words are activating. My words are activating."
Then focus on how everything YOU say and what others say has a deeper meaning now, and that it can be connected, remembered, and experienced.
May this be of the utmost help, guidance, and acceleration. I AM that I AM.

My predictions:
Best case scenario: Peaceful protests, very little impact. Only minor disruptions.
Worst case scenario: Escalation into violence, ignites a shooting war between protesters and the government.
What you can do:
* Be prepared for disruptions! If you can, STAY HOME and avoid being on the streets on May 1.
* If you must travel in a vehicle, carry extra food, water, fuel, flashlights, warm blanket, and whatever legal self defense items you feel comfortable having with you.
* If you have children or teens in the family, encourage them to stay home on May 1 and avoid getting caught up in possible riots or police response actions.
* If you stay home, beef up your home security and neighborhood watch efforts. Keep your cell phones fully charged. Keep flashlights handy. Lock your doors and keep an eye out for looters or home invasion crooks.
* If the local police are distracted by having to deal with marches, protests or riots, local thieves will use that opportunity to invade private homes while the police cannot respond!

It may be obvious that Corn Flakes and Frosted Flakes are both made by Kellogg's, but did you know that Hot Pockets and L'Oreal share a parent company in Nestlé?
A ginormous number of brands are controlled by just 10 multinationals, according to this amazing infographic from French blog Convergence Alimentaire. Now we can see just how many products are owned by Kraft, Coca-Cola, General Mills, Kellogg's, Mars, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, P&G and Nestlé.
(Disclaimer: We are not sure how up-to-date the graphic is. For example, it has not been updated to reflect P&G's sale of Pringles to Kellogg's in February.)
It's not just the consumer goods industry that's become so consolidated. Ninety percent of the media is now controlled by just six companies, down from 50 in 1983, according to a Frugal Dad infographic from last year. Likewise, 37 banks merged to become JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and CitiGroup in a little over two decades, as seen in this 2010 graphic from Mother Jones.

A VISION FOR CLEAN, PURE WATERS
One of the main principles of the Intention Process, perhaps the most important, is to see
the end result from the beginning; to hold a vision in our mind of the final outcome;
to see whatever we are intending as a done deal.
The dynamics of how this works are simple when we have learned that our thoughts
are the forerunners of our future.
As we hold the thought of our desired outcome, it has to manifest for us.
Accordingly, we are holding the template for clean, pure water in every body of water
on this planet, happy wildlife in these waters and along the shorelines,
humanity having risen to the call, and a pristine Mother Earth
everywhere now and forevermore.
We ask you to join us in holding this vision.
And remember, you need not know the "how" or the "who" is involved
in attaining the manifestation of this vision.
You only need to hold it, unwavering, regardless of all the current media hype,

Up to 40,000 Norwegians have staged an emotionally charged singalong in Oslo near the court building where Anders Behring Breivik is on trial for the murder of 77 people in a protest organisers said showed he had not broken their tolerant society.
“It’s we who win,” said guitar-strumming folk singer Lillebjørn Nilsen as he led the mass singalong and watched the crowd sway gently in the rain. Many held roses above their heads, and some wept.
The protest followed several days of defiant testimony from Breivik, who has admitted killing his victims but denied criminal guilt.
The crowd chose to sing Children of the Rainbow, a song that extols the type of multicultural society Breivik has said he despises and one he dismissed during the trial as Marxist propaganda.
People then marched to the district courthouse where Breivik was on trial, close to the site where he set off a bomb that killed eight people on 22 July last year.
Thousands more Norwegians held similar musical protests in towns across the country. The protest came as survivors lined up inside the courtroom to take the witness stand and describe the bombing.
“I was spitting teeth,” said Harald Foesker, who had been at work in the Ministry of Justice when the 950kg fertiliser bomb went off outside his window.
“I felt at once that this was a terror attack on the government building … I called for help but nobody answered.”
He said he lost 80% of his vision and his face had to be restored afterwards, but added he was proud to live in a country that treated criminal defendants with dignity.
Breivik, 33, has called his victims “traitors” who deserved death for embracing leftwing values that, in his view, opened Europe to a slow-motion Muslim invasion.
He has said he felt he had no choice but to strike back, bombing government offices and staging a brutal gun massacre at a Labour party island summer camp that killed 69 people.
Breivik has often used chillingly graphic language to describe his killing spree, but it seems to have taken his comments about the Children of the Rainbow song to touch a nerve in a country that prides itself on a tradition of tolerance and justice.

After publishing Bill Gates' $600 Billion Challenge (in which I mentioned Warren Buffet's donation
of $30 billion to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) and Five Charities Bill Gates Supports,
I discovered a new phenomenon. There is in fact a large number of people who are devoting
themselves to philantropy after amassing tons of money: Pierre Omidyar, Jeff Skoll, William Draper,
Klaus Schwab, Sergy Brin and Larry Page, John Doerr, and many others. While discussing the matter
with a friend today, he said (referring to Bill Gates specifically, and by extrapolation to the others) that
"because of his bad actions before becoming a philantropist, his karma is already too dirty.
Nothing will clean it now."
I replied that what we are really concerned with is not whether the new philantropists have a clean or
dirty karma, whether their hands are clean or dirty, but whether their actions will help change the world,
whether they will help alleviate the sufferings of the hungry, the dying, the sick, the homeless and all the
vulnerable people of the world. Those people don't have the privilege of asking about the color or odor
of the aid they're receiving: either they accept or they are doomed.
I thought it would be interesting to publish a lens on the world's New Sanyasis, and I'm doing it only a
few hours after meeting my friend. At a later stage, I will add my thoughts about questions related to
fortunes amassed through corruption, crime and organized crime.
Karma and Karmic Law
According to Merriam-Webster's dictionary, karma is "the force generated by a person's actions held
in Hinduism and Buddhism to perpetuate transmigration and in its ethical consequences to determine
the nature of the person's next existence."
In Hinduism, the Karmic Law is a law of cause and effect. Whenever we think or do something, we
provoke a cause, which in time will bear its corresponding effects. The concept of birth and reincarnation
is derived from law.
The karma of a human being is determined by his positive and negative actions.
A person with good karma will have a rewarding life in his next birth, otherwise he will live a lower life form.
To achieve good karma in a life, it is necessary to live according to dharma or what is right or godly.
So, is it possible that our New Philantropists have taken their new paths because they have suddenly
realized that their karma isn't good at all, having accumulated tons of money up to now? Because, let us
be clear about one thing: a person who possesses much more than what is normally required to live a
normal and healthy life is in fact responsible for the fate of other people's sufferings. Resources and wealth,
contrary to what the protagonists of the Law of Attraction believe, are limited, and the unequal distribution
and overconcentration of wealth is one of the major causes of poverty, hunger, homelessness and spread
of diseases in the world.
Yes, the philantropists have probably realized that they've made many people suffer. Now they are trying to
alleviate those sufferings. Are we to tell them: "your karma is bad, you will never be able to clean it"
or should we not instead commend them for changing and for taking care of the vulnerable, albeit a bit late?
By changing, they are also provoking other people with bad karma to change.
This is what's going to change the world: a chain reaction from all the persons with bad karma.
If the people with good karma can't change the world, let those with bad karma do it.
Hat's off to the people with bad karma who have taken a new direction!

My dear brothers and sisters of Earth, it is known in all cultures that great significance has been attributed to this time; there is not one among us who is unaware of the myriad speculations about 2012. Let us take this Earth Day and understand the frailty and beauty of this planet and this universe. Regardless of how it became the way it is nor why it is, let us simply take a moment to appreciate that it does exist. No matter what happens there will always be one truth that endures, and that simply is the essence of existence, also the essence of consciousness. May our hearts sing in beautiful harmony together in gratitude, with open arms and naught but love among us. Let us celebrate as family that are all in this together. Will someone PLEASE DEFINE EGO? - that would be great "next blog topic." 101 Dalamations - er I mean definitions of ego.

Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Light:
I have increasingly become saddened and frustrated by something that has come to my awareness: people who have incarnated here to help people are not. People who claim to be "enlightened" and "informed" are perpetuating the system that we currently have and so desperately need to dismantle. I recently took a trip out to California (well, it was more like a move, but I decided I didn't want to live there after all), and on the way back, I asked my brother if we could stop in Sedona. Arizona is beautiful and Sedona was magnificent. The energy was amazing, and I loved it. Unfortunately, Sedona has turned into a tourist trap for people searching for answers, trying to better themselves, and looking for a different way to live. This whole Truth/New Age/2012 movement has become about making money off of people. Worse, it has become an ego boost for people being sought out for their knowledge, wisdom, and special skills. Shame on anyone making a profit off of lost souls.
If we truly believe that the Universe provides for those who have chosen the path of service to others, then you would help anyone and everyone no matter what their circumstances. If we were all doing what we came here to do, we would all have ascended to 4D already. We have to stop perpetuating this corrupt and service to self system. In addition, we need to spread the word to every single human being that we are not special, that they too are Divine. People are perpetuating the idea that people need a teacher/master/guru to guide them, to show them the way, to tell them what to do to become enlightened, to ascend. The only thing they need help with is remembering who they are: Divine Sparks. Each and every one of us is our own master/teacher/guru. We all have the answers within us. Just as we are all unique aspects of the One, so too are all of our paths to find the One different. There are infinite paths to the One.
Please, I am begging all truly enlightened and awake people to band together in true service to others so that we can create Heaven on Earth. If you truly live with integrity, honesty, and love in your life, then you will do all that you can for others and not worry about money or material possessions. I leave you all with love in my heart for you, my other selves.

This homework assignment is for everyone who uses the word EGO on this site. YOU STILL DON'T HAVE A CLUE. And that applies to whether you are using the word yourself or your are plagiarizing someone else's work.
Your trip home is going to be delayed unless you get this figured out. What is EGO? Do you really want to KILL IT?
Doing some deep research, defining your terms, citing your sources, and all that academic stuff can be helpful for this crucial task.
Confusing and misdirecting the masses is a HIGH CRIME.
It may not seem like a big issue to YOU, but the TRUE powers-that-be in the Cosmos DO see it as an issue because when you throw egos around it hampers soul and consciousness evolution. Do you want to be responsible for that? WE DO NOT KILL EGOS!

There is still a lot of disinfo going out about spirituality and what it entails. This needs to stop. We are running out of time! I would like to see as many beautiful souls on the NEW EARTH as possible. Misconceptions and misinformation - and even worse - DISinformation are hampering this from happening.
For those who are seeking knowledge and wisdom, please do not believe everything you read. There are still TWO sides to every coin. Research deeply the topics you have questions about. Your Guides and Teachers will lead you to appropriate information. Do not rely on merely ONE perspective. Get many perspectives so that your mind can alchemize them and create what's TRUE and RIGHT for YOU. It's hard work, yes. But the Fruit of the Spirit are worth the effort. And the GIFTS are awesome.

What is a possibilitarian?
It's what I chose to say about myself when asked once about my political beliefs. What does this mean, really?
Well, here's what I believe...I am happy and enthusiastic about life. I believe peace is possible.
To know this together as a planet, we need to gradually heal individually. We will then lighten up, be less focused
on creating our identity through external things and actually value getting to know ourselves and one another.
I find listening, solitude and silence to be essential to a peaceful life and thus a peaceful world.
As is self-love, self-confidence and a sense of your own beauty and value and then realizing--since we're all one,
that same beauty and value extends to everything. From this we are transformed. The more loving and gentle we
are to one another, the greater potential we open into. I know peace is possibly by my own life--I am living a
beautiful peaceful life. We are innately drawn toward inner openings which guide is to this state of being.
Kindness, humor, hope and self-love are our greatest allies.

We all live in a community in one way or another and we all have an
opportunity to make it better in some way.
It’s easy to get caught up in our personal lives and forget that we have an obligation to be responsible
members of our communities. For some of us, expressing this responsibility is so interwoven into our
personal lives that it is simply a natural extension of who we are. Others may need to take a moment
to consider how to be more responsible for the communities in which we live. For those of us who live
in large cities, we can start with our neighborhoods. Anything we do on a small level will automatically
ripple out into the larger system.
Communities thrive on the talents of their members, so one approach to community responsibility is to
consider what you have to offer and find ways to bring that into your community. If you have a special gift
when it comes to bringing people together, you might agree to throw a party or event once a year that
includes the whole community. Even a small open house in an apartment building can accomplish a lot
in terms of making people feel more connected and comfortable with each other. If you have a talent for
organic gardening, you might offer to help people in your neighborhood plan their own organic gardens.
You might be the go to person for neighbors who need someone to water their plants or care for their
pets when they’re away. You might take an abandoned space in your community and galvanize others
to help you transform it into a community garden or a playground for children. In an area where there are
many homeless people, starting a soup kitchen or organizing a holiday meal makes a big difference not
only to those in need but to those who want to help.
All holiday parades, picnics, and ceremonies started somewhere, with someone who wanted to give back
to the community in which they lived. It’s not too late to propose and execute a new tradition in your own
community, whether it’s a block party or an annual picnic. Your particular vision, gifts, and strengths are
part of what makes your community unique, so as you recognize them in yourself, feel free to offer them
to those who live in your vicinity.
Whether your offerings are visionary or practical, they are the very essence of community.

Film director, producer, actor and writer Sean Stone has thrown his weight behind a resolution introduced in the House last month by North Carolina Republican Walter Jones. Resolution 107 states that should the president use offensive military force without the authorization of Congress that such an act would be "an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor."
Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves exclusively for Congress the power to declare war. Both Thomas Jefferson and James Madison argued that the power to declare war must reside in the legislative branch of government and the president will only act as the commander-in-chief and direct the war after it is declared by Congress.
"The constitution supposes, what the history of all governments demonstrates, that the executive is the branch of power most interested in war, and most prone to it. It has accordingly with studied care vested the question of war in the legislature," Madison wrote.
In the video, Stone notes Obama's unconstitutional war on Libya was waged "despite the fact that the United States was neither attacked, nor threatened for attack by the nation of Libya."
Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said during questioning by Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama that the Obama administration does not believe Congress has the exclusive right to declare war and that the Pentagon answers to the United Nations, not the people of the United States.
The Obama administration "does not believe that the Congress has the exclusive power to declare war," Stone notes, and "accordingly the president should be impeached."
Stone also mentions Obama's facilitation of the banker engineered 2008 "bailout" as an additiojnal reason he should be tried for High Crimes and Misdemeanors and impeached. Obama's efforts worked in favor of the "consolidation of private banks, many of them in Europe."
"There was no investment of any meaningful type in the physical economy, there was no protection of the American people," Sean explains. "Rather, an illegal commitment made on behalf of private banking interests, to commit the American people to paying a debt that the American people did not accrue."
He rightly notes that Obama's actions "represent the most clear violation of the principal of the general welfare of the people in the preamble of the Constitution of the United States."
In addition to setting the stage for the economic rape of the American people and waging illegal and unconstitutional wars, Obama has committed a number of other egregious violations of the Constitution.
Specifically, Obama violated the Constitution's Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while political connected labor unions and preferential others better deals.
In addition, the Dodd-Frank financial "reform" bill created the so-called Financial Protection Bureau and Financial Stability Oversight Council, bureaucratic monstrosities that are now engaged in unchecked and unconstitutional economic action without consulting Congress. The Dodd-Frank bill also further empowers the bankster's preferred cartel, the Federal Reserve (which has engaged in unconstitutional activity for nearly a hundred years).
"No list of President Obama's constitutional violations would be complete without including the requirement that every American purchase health insurance, on penalty of civil fine. The individual mandate is unprecedented and exceeds Congress's power to regulate interstate commerce. If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme. Fortunately, the Supreme Court has a chance to strike this down during its current term," writes Ilya Shapiro, a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies, Cato Institute.
Obama signed into law the NDAA with a provision allowing the military to indefinitely detain American citizens. "He will forever be known as the president who signed indefinite detention without charge or trial into law," said the executive director of the ACLU, Anthony Romero.
Finally, Obama may be tried and impeached for signing a large number of executive orders. Article II of the Constitution provides the president with three options when presented with legislation -- do nothing, sign the bill, or veto it in its entirety.
"Obama's use of signing statements has clearly shown his willingness to continue the George W. Bush legacy -- not only of torture and illegal detainment, but in the dangerous trend of de facto rule by 'executive fiat.' Worse, such signing statements put in place a precedent for future presidents to follow -- or expand upon," writes Aaron Dykes.

I am posting all of these updates to alert anyone here of these posible tsunami threats, and also
they may know of friends or family holidaying in these areas. Although Australia is included on
that list, the word here is that there is no threat. The latest on the evacuations is here:
8.2 AFTERSHOCK SPARKS FRESH TSUNAMI ALERT
A fresh tsunami warning has been issued after a strong 8.2-magnitude aftershock rattled the same area off
the coast of Indonesia.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) said the aftershock struck at 2043 AEST 615 kilometres from Banda Aceh.
This follows expert advice that the first tremor had been horizontal, rather than vertical, and that a tsunami was unlikely.
Southeast Asian nations had earlier issued tsunami alerts and urged people to move to safety away from coastlines after
a massive 8.6 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Indonesia's Sumatra on Wednesday.
Sri Lanka, India, Thailand and Malaysia issued evacuation instructions as US monitors issued an Indian Ocean-wide
tsunami watch after the quake, which according to the USGS struck off the coast of Sumatra at 2.38pm (1838 AEST)
at a depth of 22 kilometres.
USGS had initially reported it as an 8.9-magnitude quake.
German experts who helped install the tsunami warning system off Indonesia said Wednesday's quake was horizontal,
rather than vertical, making a big tsunami less likely.
"There wasn't much vertical movement," said Rainer Kind, of the German Geo-Research Centre (GFZ), which helped
to install the system after a 2004 tsunami killed hundreds of thousands of people in the same area.
Based on data from the system, "it's very likely that it generated a tsunami," Kind told DPA from the GFZ headquarters
at Potsdam near Berlin.
But the size of the wave was "very difficult to predict, because we don't know the topography of the seabed", he said.
Larger tsunamis are usually created by quakes with vertical movement, or by landslides into the sea.
An analyst at Indonesia's Geophysics and Meteorology agency said five of the nation's provinces - Aceh, North Sumatra,
West Sumatra, Bengkulu and Lampung - were at potential risk.
Sri Lanka and India issued tsunami warnings while Thailand urged people on the Andaman coast, a popular tourist
destination, to move to safety. Malaysia ordered a coastal evacuation.
A Sri Lanka government statement said potential waves could hit the island's eastern coast by about 2040 AEST and
urged an orderly evacuation of the coastal strip.
"There is a strong possibility of a tsunami hitting the island after the earthquake in Indonesia," meteorological
department deputy director M. D. Dayananda said.
He said the quake in Indonesia was felt in Sri Lanka, which is 1340 kilometres northwest of the quake epicentre.
India issued a tsunami warning for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, located in the Indian Ocean.
The Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Service issued a red high-level warning for the islands, and also
put out lower alerts for the coasts of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu states in the southeast of the country.
Thailand's National Disaster Warning Centre advised people in the area to move to higher places and stay as far
away as possible from the sea. The quake swayed buildings in the capital Bangkok.
Australian Bonnie Muddle, vacationing on the Thai resort island of Phuket at the time of the quake, said people
were being evacuated from popular tourist areas including Krabi and Phang Nga Bay.
"Everyone is getting a little concerned over here," she told AFP.
On Wednesday Japan's Meteorological Agency said that there was no risk of a tsunami affecting Japanese
coasts.
Geoscience Australia, Canberra's geohazards agency, said there was no risk to Australia from the jolt.
Taiwan and New Zealand also said the earthquake posed no threat to them.

Indonesia issued a tsunami warning after a powerful 8.7 earthquake struck off its westernmost province Aceh,
leading panicked locals to scramble out of their houses to seek refuge.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) says the quake was detected 33 kilometres beneath the ocean floor about
495 kilometres south-west of Banda Aceh.
The quake was felt as far away as Singapore, Thailand and India.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre says a tsunami watch has been issued for the entire Indian Ocean.
The Reuters news agency is reporting that India's tsunami warning centre said waves measuring up to six metres
were expected along parts of its eastern coast, which was heavily hit by the 2004 tsunami.
Smaller waves were expected to hit the remote Andaman and Nicobar islands.
The Bureau of Meteorology says no tsunami warning has been issued for the Australian mainland.
A giant 9.1-magnitude quake off Indonesia on December 26, 2004, triggered a tsunami in the Indian Ocean that
killed 230,000 people, nearly three-quarters of them in Aceh.

The Seeds of a Quiet Economic Revolution: A Review of Gar Alperovitz's "America Beyond Capitalism"

It is not news that Americans overwhelming disapprove of the job Congress is doing. And likely, it's not surprising that two-thirds of Americans told a London-based firm, Absolute Strategy Research, that they believed that the economic system in the US is not working for most Americans and is unfair. But might these beliefs signify something bigger? Scholar and author Gar Alperovitz believes that these phenomena, along with a widespread belief that people within this "democracy" have "almost no say in the government," are signs that a system, such as our own, is in decay. But Alperovitz is not one to devote too much time and attention to complaints or worries. Rather, he is a visionary who sees that, through the cracks of a faltering system, opportunities - and truly profound opportunities - can and often do arise. And that is one of the central messages in "America Beyond Capitalism: Reclaiming our Wealth, Our Liberty, and our Democracy."
Upon reading his hopeful treatise that sheds light on the possibility of an emerging new economy, big-picture questions arise: What would happen, for example, if the so-called 99 percent ignored the 1 percent and began to build a new economic model from the ground floor up? What if masses of people stopped trying to reform an increasingly unworkable system and instead focused on constructing an economy of shared institutions that were fundamentally fair, just, respectful and sustainable? Perhaps, as important as the questions, the fact that the answer is beginning to peak out from underneath the veneer is even more inspiring. This is one of the gifts in "America Beyond Capitalism."
All over the US, people are experimenting with new workplace models that shun the top-down, too-big-to-succeed-for-us corporation. And with these new enterprises, they are collectively taking part in a potential economic revolution, which could also revolutionize politics by both building communities and contributing to the construction of a more meaningful democracy, one based on true political equality.
In "America Beyond Capitalism," Alperovitz explores the scope of these endeavors and details the profound impact that some of them are having on their workers, communities and the ecology. While he acknowledges that the size of the movement pales in comparison to the behemoths of the publicly traded corporations, he sees that their potential collective impact, should the trend continue, can be even more significant, possibly reversing the long negative trend he describes as, "Americans have been steadily becoming less equal, less free and less the masters of their own fate." Adding to their contributions, many of these projects simultaneously build sustainable alternatives to the fossil fuel economy, thereby securing a healthier future for all of us.
One small example is in the economically troubled city of Cleveland, Ohio, where the Evergreen project was born. This network of worker-owned cooperatives simultaneously offers employment, ownership and service to the community while living the principles of workplace democracy, equality and sustainability. Their green laundry service, solar installation company and industrial scale greenhouse contribute to the development of a green economy, while their customers - the universities and hospitals - help to assure a long-term symbiotic relationship.
The Evergreen cooperative project is one of about perhaps 1,000 worker-owned cooperatives in the US. Others include the Bay Area's Rainbow Grocery, the Arizmendi Bakeries and Arizmendi's sister eateries, among others. While these worker-owned cooperatives are perhaps making the smallest economic impact of the enterprises featured in Alperovitz's book, they are the most fair, democratic and transformational. Their intellectual roots originate from the 80,000-worker-owned Mondragon, the world's largest worker-owned, democratically operated cooperative. This company is the seventh largest in Spain and remains competitive while maintaining its fundamental principles of cooperation, participation and social responsibility. Mondragon's highest to lowest pay ratio, for example, is about four to one, rather than 200 or 300 to one, the latter ratio not atypical at many multinational corporations. And - like many historical transformational efforts - Mondragon emerged from crisis.
More recently, Mondragon has struck a deal with the United Steelworkers and the Ohio Employee Ownership Center. Together, they will build yet another variation, a "union-cooperative," merging the tenets of worker-owned cooperatives, such as democratized workplaces, with collective bargaining.
Mondragon-style cooperatives are just one of many new alternatives to the centralized corporate workplace, Alperovitz writes. Other models include nonprofit neighborhood corporations, community trusts, municipally owned enterprises, consumer cooperatives, mission-driven nonprofit organizations and worker-owned companies. In Newark, New Jersey, for example, Alperovitz draws us to the New Community Corporation, a neighborhood nonprofit that operates several businesses - including a supermarket and home construction - and feeds its revenues into community services such as health care, education, daycare and job training. New Community, which formed after the devastating urban riots in the 1960s, owns an estimated $500 million in real estate and related ventures, employs 2,000 people and creates some $200 million in economic activity per year.
Worker-owned companies take on various shapes and structures, some more progressive than others. One of the highlights in "America Beyond Capitalism" is the Delaware-based W.L. Gore, which makes Gore-Tex Apparel. The company, owned since 1974 by roughly 6,000 worker-owners, maintains a non-hierarchical structure (no bosses, no titles), regularly tops the Fortune list of "Best Companies to Work For," and generates revenues of $1.33 billion (in 2003). W.L. Gore is one of several companies that are entirely owned by their employees. Most fall under the umbrella of ESOPs (employee stock ownership plans), which are often imperfect, but when done fairly, are supported by many on both the left and the right sides of the political aisles. Altogether, some 13 million Americans are simultaneously workers AND owners in the 11,000-plus employee-owned companies. Those numbers today represent many more people than the private-sector unions.
Innovative strategies for a more pluralistic wealth are springing up on the municipal and state level as well. Numerous cities lease real estate to commercial tenants, raising millions of dollars per year. San Diego's 700 leases, for example, raise some $40 million per year for the city. Real estate is not the only venture, however. Some cities offer lower-priced Internet, cable and telephone service to their residents, while others own professional sports teams.
In this time of economic trouble, Alperovitz's second edition of "America Beyond Capitalism" gives us plenty of reasons to be optimistic, as millions of people are innovating and participating in some form of community-minded alternatives to the purely profit-oriented economic system. And when one steps back, what the picture demonstrates is that a neither-capitalist-nor-socialist economy is emerging. Rather, economic institutions of a smaller, more meaningful, more human-sized scale are gradually working to rebuild a "pluralist commonwealth" and a sense of community, as they restore some of our fundamental ideals, one enterprise at a time. And while they have a long way to go to impact the overall political and economic structure, they are profoundly important for several reasons: First and foremost, they support their own communities, not just in services and jobs, but by putting important values into practice. Simultaneously, they offer rich examples of how "business" can be used, not just for the wealth of a few, but to enrich the community as a whole, while also enriching the human spirit. "America Beyond Capitalism" belongs in all of our libraries and especially in the libraries of economics departments and business schools, so they may teach a new generation of entrepreneurs about building an economy that works for everyone.

Seva and Service

What is seva?
Seva is an attitude as much as it is an action. Seva, defined as selfless service, is when you
approach the world around you from the perspective of “what can I provide to uplift these people,
this place.” Then, going to the grocery store is not about restocking your pantry but an opportunity
to connect to people in your community with a smile or a joke as well as support your family and
household. Every action and interaction can become seva when it is conceived and executed
without thought to how it benefits you or if you will receive praise.
At other times, seva can be a focused, premeditated activity such as preparing langar, a community
meal, volunteering with an existing service organization, or even starting your own organization to fill
an unmet need in the community. The concept of seva is familiar, usually central, to many faiths
and cultures. And doing seva feels good!
An expression of Gratitude
Being able to give is also an expression of deep gratitude. Starting with our breath, each of us receives s
much, every day, from the Infinite that participating in seva is a natural response rooted in gratitude.
When connected to sweet presence of the divine, serving others is a way of expressing thanks and
responding to the gifts we receive.
Seva allows us an opportunity to be fully compassionate, to engage with our world and community.
Along with creating a space of neutrality that results in happiness, the act of seva is one of gratitude.
Invisible acts of Power
The power in kind words, thoughts, and compassionate responses given in the name of love is the energy
of grace. In her book Invisible Acts of Power, Carolyn Myss, Ph.D., offers this “to-do” list of invisible acts
of power that hundreds of people reported meant the most to them:
1. Hold a door open.
2. Smile.
3. Offer a kind word and encouragement.
4. Give a compliment.
5. Listen without interruption.
6. Make a call when your intuition tells you to.
7. Offer a prayer for a homeless person.
8. Pray – period.
9. Forgive others and yourself.
10. Prepare a meal for a friend.
11. Refrain from judging another person harshly.
12. Remember that life is full of miracles and have faith that every difficult situation can
change in the blink of an eye.
13. Remember the truth that there is no such thing as a small or insignificant act of service.
14. Keep your power and attention in the present time.
15. Begin and end the day in appreciation of either doing or accepting an act of service.
Receiving Seva
As a recipient of a kind act, we often react with the thought, “Oh, I must pay this person back.”
Whether it be about acknowledging the gift, evening the score, or displaying gratitude, this response
tends to be centered in the ego. Instead, when you receive a gift, physical or otherwise, first bring it to
your altar (shrine). Thank the Infinite, the true source of all we receive in this life, and recognize that the
person who gave it to you is G.O.D. Saying a prayer or blessing for this person is a beautiful way to
to acknowledge his or her seva.
And, of course, a big smile or thank you directly to the person is a wonderful courtesy.

As some of you know, I live in rural and largely social isolation with my animals in my sanctuary, in Ireland , surrounded by very unpleasant and cruel people.
Today I went to the city to collect some supplies. While in the post office, I was queued behind a tall young man, he bent as if to tie his shoes but did not tie his shoes.. a little further along he grabbed a seat and sat, a little further along he sat again. I asked him if he was okay. He replied " no, I am not, I am wrecked, really wrecked..' I had dialysis this morning and I am just so wrecked'
I watched him awhile while he collected his benefit money, offered to get him a cab, he declined...
He was at the most 20 years old... brave and so ill...I felt my eyes water in compassion for him, and I am still feeling sad for him so I am requesting prayers for his healing or transplant or whatever it is he needs to have an easier life.
He was extremely humble and had really gentle eyes, nobody accompanied him...sometimes a person or a seemingly unremarkable event gets lodged in one's heart and this is such an event.. we will never know the outcome, but I request prayers, healing, good wishes , whatever is most appropriate to anybody reading this on his behalf.

Why can’t we just allow children to be children? They are BORN wanting to learn. They are born to experience bliss. We begin programming them from day one. Then we put them in psychologically debilitating crowded classrooms and expect them to function in their normal healthy mode and learn. When it doesn’t work, we come up with more ways to control their minds so that we can program them with OUR ideas of an education with a low bar.
The purpose of transcendental meditation for adults is to reach the level of theta brain wave functioning.
"Theta brain waves are associated with dreaming, visions, and more contact with the unconscious mind.
When you learn something, make a fundamental shift in how you see things, or have an aha moment, you release a burst of theta waves. The brain chemicals that are released as a result reward you for learning. When you drive the car while lost in a day dream, that is the theta mind frequency. We have free flowing ideas and think creatively when we are making theta brain waves."
CHILDREN ARE ALREADY AT THETA LEVEL – UNTIL IT GETS PROGRAMMED OUT OF THEM.
So what is the purpose of meditation for children? So we can break them and then “fix” them? How about if we just stop breaking them in the first place?
It's just so wrong, in my view, this whole approach with education and meditation. This is my perpsective. We need to do this differently. Another factor to consider is that while some children may benefit, not all children will want to meditate. There will be no benefit for those children. And then there's the enormous controversy surrounding opposing spiritual beliefs.
But the bottom line as far as I'm concerned is that we need to stop programming children and allow them to BE. They are born functioning at highly creative states and we need to let their learning flow and support that so that they can blossom as God/Great Spirit intended.

The iconic, gleaming grin at the entrance of Melbourne's Luna Park lost its beam for an
hour in a solemn nod to climate change.
The fifth annual Earth Hour also saw dozens of buildings across Melbourne's CBD switch off their
lights from 8.30pm on Saturday, casting an eerie darkness over the bustling city.
Billed as the largest environmental event in history, Earth Hour began in Sydney in 2007,
aiming to send a powerful message for action on climate change and to celebrate the planet.
The event has since taken hold globally, with organisers expecting more than 6000 cities and towns
across a record 150 countries set to switch off their lights for the hour this year.
Luna Park's executive director Mary Stuart said she hoped the gesture of switching off the park's lights
would help "increase awareness of the significance of climate change to our community".
Revellers in the city cheered as the lights gradually flickered back on at 9.30pm, but only time will tell
if the hour-long gesture inspires them to take action.
In Sydney, the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge were the first to go dark followed by buildings
and venues around the city.
Energy company Ausgrid said energy use across the Sydney CBD fell by about 10 per cent during Earth Hour,
which the equivalent of switching off more than 1.8 million energy saving light bulbs for an hour.

I have just listened to the MP3s as listed in the blog below. amazing stuff!!..The ex military Vietnam veteran is discussing details of the Plan conceived in 1979 and worked on to date by memebers in the military who took an oath to defend the Constitution and who want USA to be free again. he estimates around 80% of troops ,and a large base of high ranking officers are reding for action to peacefully replace the existing governement , financial system and corporate power in all forms. Technlogies which were suppressed are to be released. There will be a day head up announcement for this concereted action to be implemented. It is prudent to have some essential supplies as there may be some disruptions in the process. This is not to spread fear but simply to be aware that such change will inevitably disrupt some supply chains .
Overall it is an extremly positive and informative interview but decide for yourself and process through the heart :)

examples for our youth by being compassionate, courageous, and creative; where our inventors and artists
are using their talents to help bring humanity into its highest calling; where our spiritual leaders are enlightened,
awakened, and truly lined up with the Highest Good.
And we envision all people, everywhere, seeing themselves as a hero or heroine to their family and friends because
they show up, make themselves available, and help others whenever and wherever they are needed.

Mic Check! Occupy Dam Square
Hello lightworkers, a few days ago we were ordered by the court-justice to leave our camp and clean up the place after half a year, so we did!
Peace it Is....and the mainstream-media really don't dig this :)
Despite the departure of the Beursplein we will occupy the spring and celebrate!
The spring tickles and we celebrate this with a LentedemonstraatZIe and the SundayIdea on the Dam in Amsterdam.
All artists, permaculture people, writers, performers, dancers, circus-goers, hoopers, singers, artists, yogis and yoginis, musicians, DJs, VJs, and bees … four along the spring and demonstrate your passion quality, cultivated new interests & challenges.
We have a self-made permaculture tower & fountain, opening ritual mantras and singing bowls, acro yoga performance, a ecohottub, water bar, dance performance ‘connection’, recycling art workshops, circus & hope acts, a Cosey chill angle to skip food & drinks, live street acts like Art is what street is worth it to you, artyteaperformance, waders with edible costumes, collaborate on installations and artworks, masks workshop ALSO Kids Corner with many games, dance, music, speakers, workshops, speakers etc.
Every Sunday in spring of Occupy Amsterdam let hear themselves. Several speakers will share their vision about occupy, there will be music, poets, and so on.
Carry out what your heart gives in!

noticed that all the images in the blog are of Sacred Sites which are aligned to the Equinox).
In deepest honour of our Earth Mother-Goddess / Gaia / Parameshware (or other name you like to call Her), resolving to support Her in Her necessary work, ... while at the same time

MEXICO CITY - (AP) -- A powerful earthquake that shook Mexico from its massive capital to its resort-studded southern coast damaged hundreds of homes and sent thousands of panicked people fleeing from swaying office buildings, yet apparently didn't cause a single death.
As of early Wednesday, there were still no reports of deaths from Tuesday's magnitude-7.4 quake centered near the border between the southern states of Oaxaca and Guerrero, even after 10 aftershocks.

Shazam! The Earth-Sky Grid is alive!
Thank you Ophiuchus Goddesses of Light Wisdom and Grid Walkers! Your Light Work warmed the cockles of the Earth Mother’s Ophiuchus Heart to the tune of a magnitude 7.4 Earthquake on March Equinox 2012.
It normally takes us days, sometimes weeks to gather Earth-Sky signs after a Light Work event but we didn’t have to wait long at all for the first sign of Earth-Sky Life to arrive from our Equinox Grid Walk. (follow the link to read more).

For those unfamiliar with the work of Donna Provancher, it is well worth some study - especially if you discover you're an Ophiuchan. (Technically, I'm not Ophicucan by birth ... but once, a long time ago Crow told me to 'follow Ophiucus' and Lizard told me " the Maya are the way back to the Ancients" ... so I take an interest in both these areas ... as well as doing Grid Work
