January 2009, more from the T.E.A.M.
How time fly’s. It seems just like yesterday that I was sharing the message for 2009 with you all and here we are already half way through January. As I wrote this sentence I could feel the T.E.A.M. chuckling at me and I distinctly heard, “Shall we tell him? They said and I quote: “It will seem indeed that time is flying past at an ever increasing rate. Do not be concerned dear hearts for you will have your wings fully fledged and you will flow with the currents”. Surrender is clearly another key word for this year. The more we can surrender, the less resistance we will encounter.
Even though we are only two weeks into the new year, already all around us, I am seeing the changes we talked about in our last message. Heck, even in the last 7 days…
I had a reading in some form or other last week almost every single day and as always not only am I able to assist those that come for the reading, I always also receive a little gem for me and I want to share these two with all of you… In two of the readings (one was with a female and the other for a male) I was clearly shown how it is time for them to let go of all old concepts of how relationships past and present should be, how their old fears and programming were influencing them and holding them back from the potentials of how they are meant to be and WILL be in the not too distant future.
I will go into that more deeply a little further on in this message…
Something else truly magical happened on two more occasions this week. That our messages are received and are well read in the USA was quite clear and well known to me as many of you write to me after the messages. What I didn’t know or expect was a whole bunch of requests in a language I could not understand. I now have reason to believe that they came from a small country called Muldavia. This country is a prime example of the T.E.A.M.’s 2009 message for change. It is a country that is primarily dominated by the male energy. However! The divine feminine is no longer taking it sitting down, she is standing up and coming into her power. The divine masculine is feeling extremely uncomfortable in his old ways, but as of yet they did not have the tools to change. Apparently the free mini e-book about relationships has been translated and it is causing quite a stir. These people are so hungry for change, so hungry for the new that they have even set up organizations to work with the tools offered in the e-book. You could have knocked me over with a feather and I swear to you I heard my heart singing. What ever the results are of these tools of change, only time will tell and in each different county they will carry a different vibration. Who knows, I might eve be invited to go over there to speak and share with them what we know. It is also looking quite possible that I will be coming to the USA again this year to talk about the new man and the new woman. What ever happens it is all truly exciting.
The team wishes me to emphasize a few things that we did not talk about during our 2009 message.
As you watch your news programs around the world you are seeing a lot of doom and gloom. Though a lot of it is indeed true, it is a tactic from the controlling elite to keep the watcher enslaved in fear. Have you ever noticed that very few of these news programs have anything positive to tell? Now why might that be do you think? All around the world, changes are taking place and so many of them for the understanding eye/heart are very positive and are changes that the light-workers knew would be coming. What will you choose? Will you remain in fear and continue to be controlled by the few who are manipulating the news, or will you look for other sources that share much more positive messages for humanity?
The next thing the team wishes me to touch on is the financial collapse and how as a result of that so many people around the world are losing their jobs. They tell me this is a change that has to take place. Having said that, I am being asked to request that you look back through your lives to a time that perhaps you had no idea how you would get out of a particular tricky situation. It might have been a huge bill you could not pay at the time, you might have been faced with losing your home? No matter how dire the situation was, looking back you will see that somehow or other the universe provided a solution. It ALWAYS did and it will now, all you have to do is surrender and trust. In doing so the challenges/changes you are faced with will all move to a solution more rapidly.
What I would now like to talk about is the changes we as human beings are experiencing.
How many of you have noticed that as you take a time out to lay down and rest that your bed or sofa seems to be vibrating under you? Guess what, it is not your bed nor the sofa, it is you. You are being assisted and worked on by your guides and higher-selves. YOU are changing from within.
I have received a lot of e-mails asking me what the heck is going on? There are other examples too, so many of you are running high fevers, having cold shivers, aches and pains throughout the body. This is a natural phenomenon. Your cells are absorbing more and more light and as they expand there is not enough room for a small space of time to accommodate them. Therefore there is a form of friction between the cells, which in turn is creating the heat, and the expansion is creating the aches and pains. Do NOT be concerned, it passes after a short while. Your bodies get used to the higher vibration, your cells adapt and the higher vibration is your new natural state of being. Another thing that is happening a lot is that you are having strange dreams or visions. This too is your mental and emotional bodies transforming past events into this new higher state of awareness. It is assisting you to allow new programming to enter you, which is changing your way of thinking which will have an absolutely awesome effect on you a little further down the road. Here again, the key words are surrender and trust. Now that you know what is happening, you no longer need to fear it, or in many cases stop it because it is uncomfortable or unpleasant. Simply surrender and trust, it will serve you well and the periods of change will get briefer and faster. There is no point in resisting, it is happening all through your galaxy and it is taking place whether we go with the flow or we offer resistance. Which one will you choose?
Our next topic is about our lives in this incarnation. So many of you are now having flashbacks of your life. Please do not be afraid, this is happening so that you can let go of the negative vibration of judgment. So many of you now are seeing that you did not make any mistakes in your life, though perhaps for a long time you have felt them to be so. You are simply reviewing them because you are now ready to make changes and new choices from a new place of knowing and understanding. You are living on the planet of duality and you had to experience what you might have perceived to be negative or mistakes so that you would be ready to see how you can do it differently. This is especially poignant within your relationships past or present. We touched briefly in the beginning of this message that the new man and new woman are ready to emerge. You are being prepared to make the shift into the Golden age. It is clear that the old ways have not worked for humanity. The predominantly patriarchal societies are falling/failing. Where there is resistance to this change there is an escalation of violence, unfortunately humanity has often chosen to resist change and requires painful experiences to such an extent that they will be forced to look at what they are doing, have been doing and eventually choose a new way of being.
What is the new man and new woman, what will they look like, how will that work? All you have to do is go back through so many of my messages in the past 2 or 3 years. If you have followed them and the tips we gave? You are already beginning to embody the new woman and the new man. Are you in the male body? The hunter, gatherer, provider is changing, it is taking it to a new vibration, gone are the times that this caused friction within families. Soon to be gone are the times that this would cause friction and frustration as the male did not feel appreciated for these old skills that we have embodied for centuries. Are you in the female body? Soon to be gone are the times that you did not feel appreciated for all that you are and have always been? Your beauty and skills are soon to be recognized all over this planet, your role and participation within the game of creation and manifestation is soon to be fully embodied and understood. So many of you are already understanding that both play a specific and beautiful role in this game of creation and manifestation and that it is no longer about the physical gender, but more about specific energies. More and more of you are embodying the two within yourself. Dear hearts, we wish we could express to you the joy this brings us as we see you choosing this new way of being, understanding it and embodying it. We can assure you that the end result of which can only be expansion. Expanding each other to new and greater heights as you will understand that it is not about being separate entities, it is about you merging your skills and energies together so that the end result is always higher. You are all equals possessing a half of the apple if you will and as the two halves come together it is again ONE whole. In this wholeness lies the keys to your Golden Age and we are so proud to see you are drawing it to you, absorbing it, understanding it and BEING it.
I/we could write so much more about this, but it would end up being a book, so we simply invite you to ask questions, or better yet, invite the being through which we communicate as we are proud to say that he does understand exactly what is required for the shift into the new woman and the new man, the roles to be played in balance and perfection.
It is with a great deal of LOVE that we take a step back and continue to observe your changes, assist where we can and offer insights to those that choose the change, to BEING the new man and the new woman.

Allowing the Light in
Many of you are now feeling and seeing with your inner eyes, your psychic eyes, the light within the cells of your body and brain. The body belonging to the connected one who walks in alignment with the higher path, who allows their DNA to spin in response to emotional compassion and unconditional love is now able to hold much more Light than ever before.
In meditation you can see this Light. Go within and look psychically at your cells, the way you see the auras and magnetic fields of others and see the Light within your cells. See those cells that do not yet have Light and visualise the Light coming into these cells also. Ask your higher guidance that this process be done in accordance with the aligned pace that you, as an individual, is ready for. The higher guidance of Angelic, Extra Terrestrial, higher dimensional love and light works clearly with so many of you now and even those who do not consciously have that close connection that manifests as communication or higher creativity, the connection can still be felt.
Even for those of you who do not feel the connection you have the knowing and the trust that it is there. It is to these people we speak now about the moving of Light into the cells of your physical bodies.
Sometimes some of you may experience a "healing transition" where you pick up an illness, despite following all nutritional paths and are exercising your bodies. This "healing transition" works in homeopathic, energetic form to clear and cleanse energetic blockages that may manifest within the physical. At the end of this "healing transition" one shall literally feel the cells of Light within and those with eyes to see shall see that Light within.
You shall literally feel so Light and this feeling, whilst very pleasant, may be strange for some. Despite the Lightness or from another perspective, because of the Lightness you shall remain grounded to your Earth reality, yet the Earth you ground to is the fifth dimensional Earth. You are aware that the third dimensional Earth still exists but when you come to this point of Lightness, because the consciousness has entered the physical brain you understand and process what it means to be grounded to the fifth dimensional Earth.
Metaphors of Lightships lifting you and of Ascending in a flying state off the planet into a cloud above the Earth now have clarity and meaning and one understands and sees the truth within them.
The Light within your cells that you feel and see is the beginning of the transformation of the Light body, the leaving behind of the old and embracing the new, the "switching on" of the Light within that shall be your torch that shall Light your way.
We speak so much of Light because it is the Light that literally you are becoming. Your scientists on Earth know this as a magnetic charge, a frequency rarely seen within the human body or brain. Now they will see this Light within and put it into the realms of the unexplainable and when you hear of this you will know it is the Ascension, the transformation and evolution of the human body.
Light also exists within all life around you, within the animals, within the plants and herbs and flowers and trees.
Yet many of you still hold no light within your cells although those that I speak of here will not hear these words. Each and every person to hear these words will hold Light within, for that Light holds resonance and leads you to other sources of Light that match yours. We the White Winged Collective Consciousness of Nine hold Light, we pass this Light to you through our energy and you that already hold that Light are drawn to other energies of Light.
We from the higher dimensions come forward now in many forms, yet we are one collective form. We come through many conduits on Earth, the number grows with each passing Earth day and each being who holds our Light is a conduit for the higher dimensions.
Many children are born already holding the Light within their cells, these are the Crystal children, the new rainbow children, the children that hold the Light.
Embrace this Light now for when you consciously understand this Light, when you process this understanding within your human brain this Light shall grow and expand within you and so shall it touch others that you meet, who are open and flowing, willing recievers of the higher service-to-others energy that flows through the planet now.
Allow into your sphere that which holds the resonance to yours. That which holds the Light that you hold, for your Light shall shine bright when you connect with other Light sources. The resonances you seek are within others, within your foods, within the sea, the sun, within crystals and rocks. Find this Light, gravitate towards this Light as it shall gravitate towards you.
These are that which you know as "safe zones" for they are not literal places, although indeed some may be exactly that, but they are resonances of Light that hold the charge that is already within you. This is why we say "work on yourself" and it "all starts with you" for as you awaken that Light within your cells and gravitate towards the matching Light frequency you truly become one, on Earth, living in seperateness, you find that oneness, you find it through Light.

This is to announce my eventual return to Lightworkers.org to those who may have missed me in my absence. I have been rearranging my life these past few months-as are all of you for your own reasons, I'm sure-to prepare for an upcoming surgery on the 21st. Don't worry, it's a minor procedure.
This is also to announce the continuation of the 'Way of the Warrior' posts, which I will start after I have returned home near the end of the month. That being the case, I am going to make the next post a continuation, of sorts, of the last topic I discussed. I will also be giving my thoughts on modern warfare as it relates to the recent conflicts throughout the world, Georgia vs Russia and Israel vs Hammas/Hezbolah in particular, and how the Way of the Warrior can be best implemented in the chaotic years that will pave the way for the harmonious New Age.
Love is of course the way of the New Era and must be upheld at all costs, but that doesn't mean we lay down and do nothing to stop the dark forces that are attempting to consume the world. There are ways to stop evil without violence.

The subject is Sainthood.
I’m not sure how this matter arose to be, perhaps it was over a conversation we had around the noon hour lunch break. Actually, I listened while two co-workers talked about “The End of the World” and the “Anti-Christ”. In which those matters will be touched on later.
Right now I want to focus on something that has always made me stop and think. How is it that one man can determine another man a Saint? And what does one have to do to be labeled a Saint?
The question is, “What does one have to do to be labeled a Saint?” The answer should be obvious right? Well he must follow all Ten Commandments, listen and read the word of God, be generous and loving, helpful to your fellow man, and blah, blah, blah! Now to me, NO MAN … or woman for that matter … can EVER be PERFECT as this Sainthood mumbo jumbo reads. No man, no living, breathing, man or woman … can ever, I mean NEVER, be a Saint.
Do you want to know why? That, too, should be obvious. We are natural born sinners. We’re not perfect, we’re not even close to perfect. We can even see the perfectness (is that even a word? It is now!) around us, we can’t breath it, can’t even fathom what perfect is.
There is only ONE person that is perfect. No one else but HIM can be prefect. He is the Lord, the Almighty, my Savior, my King… The Holiness of all Creation! GOD.
How is it that Man #1 can determine Man #2 a Saint? Is it his duty to God? His unselfish ways? His generous offerings to those lower than he is? Do we really know what a Saint is?
A Saint can be you or me, can be Joe, can be Rita, can be George, can be Sarah. Who knows. It can be your best friend, your co-worker, your landlord, your neighbor. It can be anyone.
But is the power of giving a title such as Sainthood in the hands of man? No. We have no right to say who is a Saint and who is not. We should leave that up to God. For He truly knows what a Saint is. He is the one that determines who is best suited for that honored title.
What man sees as perfect, God does not see. He sees us all, no matter who we are, as perfect.

Traditions of our Ancestors by Grandmother SelmaMany of our traditional, cultural and spiritual teachings have been lost or suppressed due to the influence and forced co-existence with dominant society and it's implied and or regulated expectationsOur Creator and the spiritual world at large have protected some of the ceremonies and some of the traditional ways, beliefs, teachings, and concepts by placing them with some of the elders to keep them "under raps", safe, accurate, pure, secure and intact Individuals complain that many do not understand our traditional values and ways Some that lack that understanding are of our " own peoples", even greater numbers are of dominant society The elders are willing to teach these gifts and assist with the inner walk to understanding If they are approached in an honorable fashion and they read sincerity in not only the words, but also the walk of the professed talkElders have a wise window in their heart and in their heads......it allows them to "sense" another's sincerity thru patterns of speech, attitudes of energy and how the individual walks what they profess thru talk Those who seek and request in an honorable fashion will be exposed to the traditions as a small child is fed small bites, a little at a time. The elder will observe as to whether the " food" has been accepted...chewed well... and understood. If those small bites are not incorporated in to that individuals walk, they will never receive a full course meal Even an elder will not spoon feed to the point of choking the recipient who is unwilling or unable to digest. This is why one of the basic lessons they must master is personal self discipline ! Without it they will never understand or " see" beneath the superficial surface of the teaching Many an elder has been the subject of criticism due to this.....and actually that very criticism is a " good thing" Part of the elders purpose is to get the individuals attention and cause them some discomfort. They " squirm" a little and question themselves and their limited view which ultimately causes them to think ! Those actions of avoidance eventually lead the individual to adjust, attempt change and trigger their personal emotional and spiritual growth The elders can learn from the criticism they receive from "outsiders" as in each criticism there is at least a grain of truth along with the opportunity to better understand the individuals who levy judgment. An individual who is constantly passing judgment on others is essentially exercising externalized self judgment and lacks acceptance of themselves. Criticism is not an effective "weapon" against an elder who knows...lives and walks their traditions...it actually makes them stronger ...adds to their depth of character and aids them in being more effective Often the criticism comes from unlikely sources, those amongst our own culture. One of the most common is " why would you share traditional teachings or ways with those of different color or culture " ? It usually isn't worded quite that politely, but that is the essence of their verbiage. Each must answer that criticism in their own way, but personally I fail to see that it is even a valid or reasonable concern If you were Baptist and someone came to you who was not Baptist, seeking accurate information..struggling to learn and understand your beliefs and convictions as a Baptist....if they decided to " convert " and become a Baptist who actually lived their life based on those beliefs you shared.....would you say they " stole" your spirituality ? Why would you not be flattered and honored ? Shamanic connection - embrace the energies of the shift
The higher dimensional energies are strong within the sphere of the connected ones. Those you know as Wayshowers and Lightworkers. Never before has there been such a shamanic connection on such a large scale on your planet. The fifth dimensional energies are now being anchored firmlyon your planet as the connected ones embrace these energies as the new reality.
Many of you are still walking this path alone yet 2009 on your planet will be a gathering together of souls – a connecting and sharing of unity and support amongst you. The divide between those that walk the path of service-to-others light and love and those that exist within a reality of fear is now noticed by those that have not yet awakened. The presence of that divide is great yet there is always time for change and there will be change and there is change as those that embrace fear move into the love and unity of the higher path.
Support is all around you – it is always there- for the higher dimensional energies are always with you – you are never alone.
For many, the flow of universal frequency that you know as Karma, appears to be instant from your perspective. Instant and balanced as you work through experiences and lessons in a conscious, connected way.
Sleep patterns are changing amongst those that embrace the energies of the shift. Many of you are sleeping longer than before and some will find they need less sleep. Many will alternate between these two different sleeping patterns and your dreamtime will be more colourful, connected and 'real' than you have ever known it.

Today I made a reply to a post at another blog that was taken totally out of context and so offended some people. I find that often when we talk of operating in universal love and light, we only mean that as applied to our own religious teachings. My response was to a blog post about the mark of the beast. I chose a very long time ago to be sealed into the DIVINE LIGHT by the HOLY Spirit when I walked in the Christian paths. Leaving the church didn't break that seal. I m an open channel for the light, sealed unto the Creators purposes and I embrace the Light. Even it the darkest of nights there are so many stars radiating the light of the Creator that if you are focused on the light then the darkness cannot overwhelm you. 666 'the mark of the beast is only found in the Christian religion not other religions that have no roots in Christian doctrine. even occult traditions that use that number trace its original roots to the Christian Bible, no matter that they apply a different meaning to the numerical power. And the prophecy of the mark of the beast is a self fulfilling one. Just as there has been a messiah for every generation (Hebrew meaning anointed messenger of God, not salvation from sin)there has also been an anti messiah or anti Christ. And every known attempt to bring the mark of the beast to manifestation has been propagated by professing Christians. From the social security number to the bar code to the micro chip implants they were designed and implemented by professing Christians. I do not judge these people for what they have done in trying to force the end times to happen according to their interpretation of scripture. i only point out this fact. Make no mistake there is but one pope more and then the mark of the beast will be a reality. I hope and pray sincerely that I am gone from this earth before that happens, Still I embrace the light and the Spirit of the Divine I do not fear the Dark nor do I adhere to its ways. I believe that God has enough love in his heart even for me for if the social security card is as some Christians testified 30 odd years ago the mark then I am damned already. However I believe God sees me and my efforts to continue as an open channel of the Light and I am sealed unto HIM/HER/IT
I believe in blessing and not cursing and so I leave you with this thought. Embrace the light so fully that you do not see the Dark and it is not attracted to you. Be blessed in all good things dear friends

The subject is war.
Throughout history we have seen/heard/learned/read/written war. There is no way around it. Each and every one of us here, then, now, and next will experience some kind of war. Whether that war is personal, communal, or worldly we have all experienced it somehow, somewhere, at sometime.
At each given time the reason for war is two clashing believes. Two different sets of views. Who is to say who is right and who is wrong? The reason for war? A state of change. Ever occurring, ever flowing is the Path of Change. As I have been constantly told and reminded that things have to change.

But more than just change, also comes the idea of survival and from that comes the need for power. In order to survive you must change, and in order to change you must have the power. Do you see where I’m going with this? Everything is connected. As far back as human history goes we have struggled and survived, we’ve raged war on other humans for survival, for change, for power.
It’s natural human instinct to have the power, to want to survive, and to change whatever old there needs to be changed. So why is it that we hate war so much?
Because it kills innocent people that are caught in the crossfire. It’s very sad yes, the loss of life that can never be replaced is devastating. Especially when they are so young. As harsh as it may seem, life does go on. These innocents that are caught in the crossfire, these people that die of horrible/horrific acts of human nature are only dead in the physical realms of this world. Their shells turn to dust while their spirit moves among the Astral Realms.
Ever evolving is our human nature. It is not that there is more war now, in all actuality it has not increased. You see, there is only “more war” and “horrific acts of terrorism” because of the media. We have satellites, cameras, reporters in every nook and crevice in all over the world and more so!
Each set of government, each group of people are in a constant battle, as it as always been. It may not be a battle with weapons and armies, but it is a battle of wit and survival, words, creeds, and for change.
Humans constantly struggle to survive in our harsh reality. Face it. This is where we live, this is what we go through. As humans, no matter your soul group, this is what we are. We are beings that war. We love war, in fact, we wouldn’t be ever changing, ever evolving, ever trying to survive and learn, and grow if it were not for war.
It has taught us so many things, and yet it has taught us nothing.
Look through history. Nations have been born, fallen, and pushed to the limits and survived with war. And on each side of that war stand the unspoken heroes. They are the ones that have picked up their weapons and carried on what they believe with all their soul was the right path to follow and fight for their people.
As a Shadow Walker, I live for the war that will come. Whether it be here, or on another level of existence I will be standing shoulder to shoulder with those like me and fighting in a war. That war? The belief that I will be one that brings another bout of change, and the survival of Life itself. Will I, too, be called evil and damned because I fight in a war that will bring bloodshed and death? Or will I be called a hero because I have brought change, power, and survival?

A damaru is a small two-headed drum shaped like an hourglass. The drum is typically made of wood, with leather drum head, or made out of human skulls. Its height ranges from a few inches to a little over a foot. It is played one handed. The strikers are typically beads fastened to the ends of leathern cords around the waist of the damaru. Knots in the leather can also be used as strikers. As the player waves the drum using a twisting wrist motion, the strikers beat on the drumhead.
The damaru is well known throughout the Indian subcontinent. The Damaru is known as a power drum, and when played tends to bring spiritual energy. It is especially associated with the Hindu deity Shiva. One legend has it that Shiva gave the world its first syllabary as the sounds of the Sanskrit language arose from his drumbeats (see Shiva Sutra for the sounds). The damaru is used by itinerant musicians of all stripes, due to its small portable size. It is also used in Tibetan Buddhism in a ritual manner particularly with the trance sadhana of the Chöd.
The damaru (Devanagari: डमरू) or damru is a small hourglass-shaped drum from India and Tibet.
It is one of the attributes of several Hindu deities and gods, particularly of Shiva, and is particularly associated with Shiva in his aspect as the Nataraja, performing the cosmic dance of tandava. The sound of the damaru represents the primeval sound and the rhythm from which, according to cosmology, the universe emerges and in which it dissolves into, before re-emerging again.
The shape of the damaru, which is a triangular upward representation, also symbolizes the male creativity of procreation (the Lingam), and the downward representation symbolizes the female creativity of procreation (the Yoni). Symbolically, the creation begins when the lingam and yoni meets at the mid-point of the damaru, and the destruction takes place when both separates from each other.
In Tibet it may be made out of human skulls.[1]

Vitamin D3: Immune System Essential
Vitamin D3 - Essential For Health
Vitamin D3 is, in essence, crystallized sunshine. All sources of D3, from mushrooms to human skin, require sunlight to manufacture this essential substance.
We are learning that Vitamin D malnutrition may be associated to chronic diseases like high blood pressure, tuberculosis, cancer, periodontal (gum) disease, MS, chronic pain, depression, schizophrenia, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), peripheral artery disease and various autoimmune diseases. Low vitamin D levels are associated with Parkinson's disease. In fact, a recent study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (Norman, August, 08) shows that at least 36 organs of the body can become compromised through lack of Vitamin C including bone, breast, prostate, immune functions, liver, heart, pancreas (insulin) and a host of other organs and function. Muscle strength, increased risk of falling, and colorectal, prostate, breast and other major cancers all become more common in the absence of sufficient Vitamin D.
Getting enough of the right kind of Vitamin D can be a challenge. Few foods are naturally rich in D3, no matter how urgently we require it. 1 tablespoon of Cod Liver Oil contains 1,360 IU, 1 egg contains 20 IU. But cancer prevention or the treatment of osteoporosis, for example, may require 10,000 IU per day.
Maximum production by your own body, with full body sun exposure is about 10,000 IU per day. Most of us do not spend our days naked in full sunshine, so that is not an effective option for most people. Vitamin D overdose can occur, but there is no need to worry about overdose at reasonable levels: all known cases of vitamin D toxicity with hypercalcemia have involved intake of more than 40,000 IU/day.
A good source of natural, non GMO free Vitamin D is essential to your health. General Bert and I take 10,000 IU per day, the amount that our bodies would make, given the chance. General Bert's osteoporosis (caused by years of heavy steroid use for asthma before I met him - no asthma and no steroids now thanks to natural medicine) has gotten significantly better on this regimen and I use it for prevention since women in my family tend to get severe osteoporosis.

We come this day to ask of you all to continue your focus on the Light in these last eight days of the Seven Sacred Weeks. This activity is so important at this time. There is much at stake and your Light helps to anchor in the energies needed to bring forth the new energies upon the Earth plane.
Earth is cleansing and releasing and the Light you generate helps her in this as well.

There is much information coming through now that needs to be validated by you from within. If you read messages that tell you your job to bring in Light is done, NOT SO! Your job to bring in Light has only just begun! Everything you have done up to this time in the history of your world was in preparation for what is to come in the days and years ahead.

Blessings to all,
This economic crisis is not the end.... it's just another recycled beginning. History has a way of repeating itself when reality is controlled by the "money changers".
Few will have the attention span necessary to watch this video through to the end. Those that do, will come-out of the experience with a new knowledge, and an understanding of what needs to be done. If one wants a complete over-view of the current economic situation ~ rife with undeniable evidential fact ~ one should take the three and a half hours necessary and watch the below video. Shut-off the smoke-and-mirror "tube" for one night, awaken from your hypnotic state of consciousness, and educate yourself as to the agenda that controls your reality.

Taking the fight to new dimensions is what I see in this picture. I say fight because so often in our good intentions we have wrongfully attacked one another in our so called struggle to be right and defend our egos. In order to give light me must first hold the light. WOW! How are we doing with that? It is my intent to share it greater this year than before, but I must have mastered holding it first. I do not have to defend it. It will shine on it's own. I must go in and cultivate it. There is nothing on the outside that will magnify the light. When I go in I find more space than on the outside. That's a paradigm shift. Within is larger, within is massive, within is brighter, and going within will help us to hold the Light.
Now after I hold it. I cannot and will not be selfish, because going within also causes us to become lovers of the world. The compassion of the Christ consciousness comes from within to without. I now have something more to offer the world than ego. I do not have to be right, I just have to be light. When it is all said and done, who knows what is right. We are all on a path and that which was truth for me before is no longer truth. Revelation after revelation and the peeling away of religion gives way to Light! That which I defended so fiercely now gives way to true illumination and I see who I am and always was.
When I was a kid I had a reoccuring dream where I was always falling. Now I know I was only remembering. I fell to earth of my own choosing, so that one day I would wake up and be LIGHT.

Change…
One of the major constants of this year is going to be change. As we observe what is happening in the world it will partially be as a result of the general population’s resistance to the changes. You who are reading this however are different. We have said before that you are the way showers and you will be called upon this year like never before to show the way by being all that you can be in every single moment. It will be about you being fluid in many different ways. Everything that is fluid is always in motion, always changing and you are the change. You are the ones that are making the difference.
Every single time you accept change your energy fields will touch others in your immediate vicinity.
So all you have to do is be you and continue your ascension path and know that you are guided assisted and loved every step of the way.
Our request to all of you is to be willing to be fluid and observe the changes as they take place and pour fluid love/light into all situations. Understand that no matter how dire some situations might look, we have always been close and for so many we are coming ever closer. You are never alone. As you are willing to simply be an observer of the change, not step into fear or panic, pour fluid light and love into all situations no matter how they may appear to be on the surface, we will always be here to support and provide/create with you.
Acceptance…
In this year, acceptance is going to be another word that will keep coming into your conscious awareness on a regular basis, whenever you are not accepting, events will take place to show you.
We use this word also in a fluid state as it has many meanings. First and foremost you will be more accepting of yourself. You will find that you are being freed of past events that you might still be viewing as “mistakes”. Understand, there never are any mistakes, there are only experiences. You have become the awakened and consciously creative beings that was your destiny. You no longer dwell on what you perceived to be mistakes, you understand that as some choices you might have made were not for your greater good or the greater good of the all, you will make different choices which ultimately are. This new understanding will also allow you to be more accepting of where another is on their evolutionary path and you will no longer judge them, but bless them for the changes they are making and will make as they too evolve.
Truth….
This is another word that will play a prominent role in this year. We are also asking you to be open to change in this area too. Why? Because “truth” is also fluid, always in motion and susceptible to change.
As you travel your path of accelerated expansion this coming year many old belief systems will evaporate, therefore your truth will change as you vibrate at increasingly higher frequencies. This is especially prevalent in old belief systems, as we move more deeply into your inner consciousness, your old belief systems will change and therefore what you have always held to be the truth.
Responsibility…
This is another energy that will take place for many on your world this coming year. Many will realize that it is your collective consciousness that has created your world and the situation it is in, they will take that responsibility and they will open more and more to change. More and more will no longer choose to be controlled by the few who have dominated your world. They will make choices that they individually and collectively will take responsibility for and because of the heightening vibrations they will be choices that will benefit the many and no longer just the few.
Love of self and others…
Another prominent experience that will be expanding exponentially this year is the love of self. It is extremely important that this first takes place. You see it has a lot to do with your vibrations, your energy fields. As you love yourself more, your vibrations will rise and people will want to be around you, close to you, then they will mirror you and your example as you share your experiences.
What can you do for another?
This year will also be a year of asking yourself what you can do for another? As the huge changes move forward, many who are not yet awakened, in denial, or recently awakened to their divine selves will start to ask questions and seek answers. It will be important for you to remember that your role is that of sowing divine seeds through your words. It is also important to remember back when you awakened and how skeptical you were. It is important that you simply share your insights and allow the questioner to have free will choice and personal discernment.
This is all a natural occurrence because of what is happening around your world right now. As the financial world crumbles there will be many who have been living their lives on auto pilot as up until now they have not seen the need to understand that they have been puppets dancing upon the strings of the controllers/illuminati. Nor will they understand that the controllers are also playing a perfect roll to activate/awaken them. You to varying degrees know what is going on in these auspicious times and no matter how much you do know, the universe will know who to send to you, how and when. All you have to do is be there and share your insights.
There are of course other ways you can assist others. Many because of their old belief systems, their trust in your governments etc, will be in a state of shock, or at the very least they will most certainly be in a state of fear. This will happen quite naturally as it is human nature for the most part to go into fear, look for others to blame etc. Many will be in panic mode and certainly do not understand that the universe does and always will provide. This also opens doors of opportunity for you to be able to “DO” for them. It could be words of wisdom, food, comfort, etc. It can take on many forms and you will have ample opportunities to learn to read the signs when someone is crying out for assistance. It will be necessary for you te be the highest light you can be, to not be in judgment, to simply be there as a loving, caring being.
Pass it forward…
Many of you will have seen the film with this title, “Pass it forward”. You as the enlightened being are going to be called upon to share your wisdom where you can. Having traveled the journey they are embarking upon you have received tools of assistance along the way. This can be messages from your favorite and most trusted writers, channels, authors, movies, providers of tools. There are many who have traversed the 3d levels of human experience and have provided tools and insights via YouTube, books, courses and the like. On occasion you might want to go along and hold their hands, like we said, this all going to be a shock to their systems.

Chaos…
Finally, it is important that we impress upon you that you are indeed the way showers. This is the reason you incarnated in these special times. It will be important that you choose your words with insight and wisdom, that you invoke hope instead of fear. You can let them know that these times are necessary because the old ways of being are no longer working and why. It will be important for you to remain calm and not get caught up in the fear tactics being utilized via the controlling elite.
It will be important for you to rise above anything that mirrors fear, by rising above it you get a better view of things and you will find that you are able to see from different perspectives. It might take a little practice, but you will benefit in so many ways as you are more comfortable doing this.
The Old…
As the old strives to hold on you are being called upon to share your wisdom about the new, the reasons why it is happening and where it is leading us all. If you are not comfortable in doing this yourself, you can always forward the messages from so many wonderful beings here on earth that are providing information from beyond the veils.

So, a year ago (1yr 1day) I had this dream and two things really stuck out "Solaris" and a date "9-18-2012". Nothing too out of the ordinary, because I thought perhaps this was a date that indicated my full awakening.. but that wasn't the case. (See old blog here)
This afternoon however I found out differently. My sister, Nevaeh, got the "Enchanted Spellboard" (found here) for Christmas. Now I am able to talk freely with our three Guardians. We've had loads of fun on it. But we've always got good information. Now, I'm not sure if I should be putting this on here, because I'm still unsure, but what the heck.
A lady, named Lara, was on the board and it seems like we knew her in a previous life, but she told us about the economy and mentioned Obama. I asked if he would help in the crisis, and she said yes.. then she spelt out "die" .. and I said "Obama will die?" and she said "Yes". Asked if she could give us the year, she said "2012".. and I said, can you give us the month; and she said "9" .. and I said "Can you give us the day?" and she said "18". My sister and I freaked out. Asked how he will die and she said "Will be killed" .. and asked by whom and she said "Pope".
Freaky stuff huh? So as you can guess I will be doing the board again (and mind you it's nothing like a oujia board.. the feel isn't the same, and our Guardians wasn't able to come through on the oujia board).
I will be asking more series of questions regarding this whole Obama thing, and trying to get to the bottom of it. Oh I should mention that she stated that he would be moving into the Light, and I get the feeling that he will be helping us from the other side.

The published author, self professed pagan / Wiccan and a global activist in our midst Starhawk has an essay that one, in addition to the one posted here below, recommends reading. Pardon me, in the moment, the title escapes me. Essentially she speaks of the Jewish people.. as the chosen people.
Her supposition is simple, basically she advocates that the idea of being the chosen people be thought of in terms of or, in the context of: a parent child relationship. Where, essentially, the parent tells the children: every child ...you are my beloved and I AM your Lord.

Turning the Trolls to Stone: Strategy for the Global Justice Movement

In Tolkien's book The Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins and his friends the dwarves are caught by trolls and about to be stewed for dinner. They are saved by the wizard Gandalf, who keeps the trolls busy talking and squabbling until daylight. Sunlight turns trolls to stone.
That fantasy story could be a good model for a direct action strategy for the global justice movement. Essentially, we're all in the stew pot, with the trolls of corporate power feasting on the resources and labor of the world. But global corporate capitalism depends on hiding its true nature and functioning in the shadows. It cloaks itself in the rhetoric and semblance of democracy. Exposed to light, it cannot continue to function.
What is corporate globalization? It's an ideology that elevates corporate profit to the highest value and determining factor for all human activity, individual and collective. It says that corporations must be unfettered in their pursuit of profit, that all natural and human resources should be open to exploitation, that services and infrastructures once collectively provided by governments should become arenas of profit making, and that while some people will gain more than others under this regime, following this program will make everyone richer and benefit all.
Corporate globalization is implemented by certain institutions, such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund that impose its constraints on the heavily indebted countries of the third world in return for participation in the global economy. It is enacted through trade agreements such as NAFTA (The North American Free Trade Agreement), the proposed FTAA (Free Trade Agreement of the Americas -- the extension of NAFTA throughout the hemisphere), and many others, including the global GATT, (Global Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), enforced by the World Trade Organization. These agreements and institutions override democratically made laws of countries, allowing them to be struck down in decisions by a tribunal of the WTO which can rule, for example, that a law restricting imports of goods made with child labor is "restraint of trade," and not allowed. Many of them allow corporations to sue governments for loss of projected profits if laws restrict them: a Canadian corporation has won a judgment of hundreds of millions of dollars from the State of California for banning an additive in gasoline that pollutes groundwater. A U.S. corporation has sued Canada for banning an additive that causes brain cancer in children.
This program is backed by the vast military and police power of the state -- primarily the U.S. but aided by our friends. The "war on terror" is the perfect excuse for extending that power until it becomes a true global hegemony.
This program is problematic on a number of different levels: it is blatantly unjust, it runs counter to every human impulse toward compassion, generosity, and mutuality, it contradicts the teachings of every religion or system of social ethics, it is destroying the basic life support systems of the planet, and it doesn't work. It allows corporations free movement across borders to seek the lowest common denominator of wages and regulations, and lowers the global standard of living for workers everywhere. It appropriates the resources that should belong to all and concentrates wealth and power in fewer and fewer hands. In fact, it creates misery, poverty and despair for billions.
Trying to counter that system may seem an overwhelming and hopeless task. How do we confront a system that can commandeer such vast economic resources, control the major media, and mobilize all the military, police and judicial power of the state in its defense?
As powerful as the system seems, it rests on the compliance and tacit consent of the very people it exploits. The vast, vast numbers of us who don't truly benefit from the system support it through our participation. Without our labor, without our obedience, without our willingness to police ourselves, the system cannot function.
The public complies with this system in part because the system hides its true workings under fancy rhetoric, obscure economic theory, and the trappings of democracy. Trolls breed in the dark.
So a strategy for global justice involves exposing the trolls to light: telling the truth about the system, showing how it affects people on an everyday basis, pointing out clearly where it doesn't work. Ultimately, our goal is to undermine the legitimacy of the system and erode the tacit consent that supports it.
There are many, many groups, from organizations such as Public Citizen or the Council of Canadians to independent media, working on shining that light. But in a world overloaded with information, how do we get people overburdened with messages of fear and urgency to pay attention?
Educators speak of the concept of the "teachable moment," that instant when a bored and apathetic student suddenly becomes eager and able to learn. People become teachable when they realize that they have a need for information.
That is one of the key purposes of protest: to create so much excitement, so much urgency and drama around an issue that people who have previously tuned it out suddenly feel a need to pay attention.
But people are also controlled by fear. We might hate the system, but we also depend upon it. What will happen to us if we act against it? How can we trust those urging us to take action, or believe that what they propose will be better?
People comply with the system because they don't see an alternative or believe that they have any choice. Systems of control always work by limiting our perceptions of our options.
Our challenge as a movement is to delegitimize the current system, pose a wider range of choices, empower people to risk opposing the current system, and to embrace an alternative vision.
We've been relatively good at shining a spotlight, creating drama, and delegitimizing the current system. In the two and half years since Seattle, we've awakened public awareness of many of the institutions of corporate globalization, shifted the terms of debate, and undercut the unquestioning acceptance of their policies.
We've been less successful at posing a clear, alternative vision, and building public trust.
Trust is built over time, of course. The global justice movement is not centered on charismatic leaders or ongoing institutions that give a face to trust. It's an amorphous, ever-evolving, self-organizing mass. But if people involved in the movement devote time, attention, and their skills as organizers to their home issues and support local community-based organizations as well as large summit actions, trust can grow.
But trust has to grow from a vision. And I believe we do actually have a clear alternative to the ideology of global corporate capitalism:
We stand for democracy, community, and true abundance.
Democracy means that people have a voice in the decisions that affect them, including economic decisions. Democracy requires time and public space and quality education and freedom of information. And democracy means that no group can be excluded from power because of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, or any other "ism."
We stand for the right of communities to control their own destinies and resources, whether that is indigenous community preserving its land and culture or a neighborhood deciding to keep its local hospital open. Enterprises and businesses must be rooted in communities and accountable to them.
We say that real abundance means protecting the life support systems of the planet, that there are things too precious to be bought and sold for profit, from ancient rain forests to the water that sustains all life. Abundance does not come from the extraction and concentration of wealth, but from its widest possible distribution. True abundance means security, and that can only come from an understanding that we have a common responsibility for each other, to see each other through hard times and support each other through misfortune.
We also say that democracy, community, and true abundance are the real antidote to the despair that breeds terrorism, and the best means of assuring our global security.
When we think about actions and tactics, we need to consider how they fit with our overall strategy. We need to create enough of a ruckus to arouse people's attention, while making sure it's the system that gets delegitimized, not us. Different tactics and actions serve different needs:
Protests that are safe, permitted, and legal serve an important purpose: they mobilize people who might otherwise be afraid to take action. They give people a way to overcome fear, feel a sense of unity, and speak out, and can embody our vision and build trust.
Direct action, actions that directly confront oppressive power, actively withdraw our consent from the system, create drama and confrontation and urgency, and often make the violence inherent in the system visible. My own generally preferred set of tactics involve nonviolent direct action, because they allow us to both create urgency and trust. Nonviolent actions can be openly organized, letting us mobilize more people and encourage people to move beyond fear and take higher risks.
The most powerful actions are those in which we create confrontations that also embody our vision. When we live the alternatives, in our organizing, in our coalition building, in our daily lives, in our courage to act, we become the sunlight that can freeze the trolls in their tracks.

THE NEW RAINBOW CHILDREN
The Ascension energies are now firmly anchored upon your planet – existing within every fluidly vibrating being and structure that allows in more light as an anchored conduit.
Signs of Ascension are visible everywhere, from the people you meet, the animals behaviour, the children filled with knowing and memories awakened – the flowers, the trees, the plants – the sea creatures and birds – all embody the vibrational changes of the shift.
The systems and structures created by service-to self darkworker energies move and change, crumble and fall and the seeds of the new systems and structures of light are planted.
The consciousness of humanity is reflected on your internet system and here the growth of the seeds of light is well underway – so too shall this be reflected in your working reality.
The lightness of the Ascending ones takes them into flight as they leave the third dimensional earth within a collective consciousness wave.
Having left the old planet Earth, they anchor themselves to the new fifth dimensional Earth and the energies of the fifth dimensional frequency of love is grounded onto the planet.

The changeover into your Earth year of 2009 marks the time when seeds become shoots and the newborn takes her first steps -
Children of the rainbow frequency come forward into their new education – following the teachers of the higher path – leaving behind the paradigms of control through punishment based on restriction and fear.
The new children find freedom within the darker systems and no structure of lower density shall contain them as they shine their light like a beacon.
Their frequency shall be felt by all – including those still half asleep – and those that serve the dark systems that they remain unaware of -
The new children shall be the ones to follow in the footsteps of the Wayshowers – yet the Wayshowers shall only serve as guides on Earth – awakening in the children the memories and knowledge that has always been there.
The new children shall create a rainbow spectrum of light and once they join together the collective consciousness that is the living universal blood of the planetary grid of light shall expand to encompass all who contain her frequency within.
The divine feminine has returned uniting with the twin flame masculine counterpart – restoring balance, once again, on the planet you know as Earth.

Life is what it is Folks. WE KNEW what we were volunteering for, even IF we WERE asleep and couldn't remember. AND NOW IS OUR TIME---It's FINALLY HAPPENING.People are waking up more and more EVERYDAY. It is like a wave that is getting bigger and bigger ALL THE TIME. All the pain, tears, lonliness, frustration, was ALL worth it, and WE WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG. God bless, and may the MULTITUDES of OUR MAJESTIC LIGHT shine down upon us to guide us home, and WAKE UP OUR SLEEPING BROTHERS AND SISTERS.

Iraq Veterans Against the War is involved in a variety of activities from campaigns to rallies to artistic projects. Members, chapters and the organization as a whole take on many projects at different levels of participation. Please see Upcoming Events to find an event near you. We would love to fill this page up with even more projects, please donate to help us make that happen! Here are a few things we (and our partners) are working on.
Combat Paper
The story of the soldier the Marine, the men and the women and the journeys within the military service in a time a war is our basis for the project. This is a collaborative project initiated by Drew Matott and Drew Cameron along with members of the Iraq Veterans Against the War. Utilizing uniforms worn in combat in Iraq, veterans cut, cook, beat and form sheets of paper out of their uniforms. In this way, veterans are able to use the transformation processes of papermaking to reclaim their uniform as art and begin to reconcile their experiences as a soldier in Iraq. Warrior Writers Project
The Warrior Writers Project provides tools and space for community building, healing and redefinition to Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW). Through writing/artistic workshops that are based on experiences in the military and Iraq, the veterans unbury their experiences and connect with each other on a personal and artistic level. The writing from the workshops is compiled into books, performances and exhibits that provide a lens into the hearts of people who have a deep and intimate relationship with the Iraq war. Furthermore, it gives the veterans a sense of ownership over their stories and strength in their voice, perspective and power.
We have conducted three writing workshops for over twenty (IVAW) members. We compiled members writing into a book entitled: Warrior Writers: Move, Shoot and Communicate. In April we organized an exhibit, which showcased photographs of Iraq Veterans Against the War and artwork of two members. At the exhibit, veterans read from the book and performed pieces they had written in the workshop earlier that day. The event in Burlington, VT was also the public unveiling of Move, Shoot and Communicate. Our third workshop took place at the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum in Chicago on June 18th. That evening we shared our writings and photography at "Intrusive Thoughts" which was attended by over one hundred people. We will continue to facilitate workshops and organize exhibits and performances. Veteran's stories of conflict are a powerful tool that can be used to prevent others from entering into the military without a full understanding of their actions. Sharing our stories is not only eye opening for those who are listening, but healing for ourselves. Click here to learn more.
Veteran Gulf Reconstruction Project
As veterans, we saw first-hand how diverting billions for an endless occupation in Iraq is responsible for the shameful lack of aid for reconstruction in the communities that survived Hurricanes Katrina and Rita here at home. Iraq Veterans Against the War realizes the importance of working with other organizations in the fight to end this war. Our most important partner is Veterans for Peace. I like to see the proof before I believe in something. I don't know.... seeing the evidence kinda/sorta lends a little more credence to a belief system.
Having "faith" in, or "resonating" with someone's allegation doesn’t settle well with me. I like to “see” the evidence backing-up an assertion ~ especially when the assertion is outrageous to the accepted norm.
A long time ago, I found out the continuous cabal of secrecy uses hidden "knowledge" against the Mass of Humanity that has been kept secret from those Masses for millennium of time. One of the closest guarded secrets ~ until recent times ~ has been the use of sacred geometry by the secret cabals.
This system of mathematics has been historically used by these homogeneous groups-of-many-names to maintain control over the Masses.
Anyone wishing to study how frequencies in the third dimension are manifest, must study the use of sacred geometry.
An excellent book on the subject is titled, “Sacred Geometry, Philosophy and Practice”, by Robert Lawler:

Dark Night of the Soul
"Dark night of the soul" sounds like a threatening and much to be avoided experience. Yet perhaps a quarter of the seekers on the road to higher consciousness will pass through the dark night. In fact, they may pass through several until they experience the profound joy of their true nature.
Many seekers would encourage the dark night experience if they knew what it was. However, to one engaged in the dark night, suffering seems unending.
The dark night occurs after considerable advancement toward higher consciousness. Indeed, the dark night usually occurs like an initiation before one of these special seekers is admitted into regular relationship with higher consciousness. The dark night also occurs to those who do not seek relationship but immersion or unity in the higher consciousness. While the term dark night of the soul is used broadly, its general meaning — in the field of higher consciousness — is a lengthy and profound absence of light and hope. In the dark night you feel profoundly alone.
The dark night usually develops this way:
You, as a genuine seeker, have gone through many significant phases as you progress toward higher consciousness. Your faith is strong. You have kept loyal companionship with fellow seekers and perhaps you have already found a special teacher. You’ve experienced indications of the reality of higher consciousness and yearn to be more deeply in communion with it. You see the principles of a higher power at work in your life. Yet, all in all, you find yourself somehow painfully on the outside. You feel caught between your old way of living, your old tendencies and associations, and this nebulous, unreachable realm of higher consciousness.
You feel an exile in both places. You don’t belong in the old pastimes. in the old empty or numbing way of life, yet you somehow can’t fit in or feel at home in the fellowship of those who talk naturally of the higher consciousness and its reality. They are experienced, they are absorbed in it. They are loving, giving people. But you are unable to live, with full heart and mind, the way they do. They’re able to apply the principles of higher consciousness easily, yet it’s so hard for you. They have manifestations and proofs on a regular basis. You only stretch like a human mule after a receding corncob while pulling the heavy weight of your old tendencies behind you.
You try to be good, and often you can’t. You try to be loving and find at times your heart is hard like stone. Sometimes your projects fall down around your ears. You keep struggling and still you don’t break through. You understand the path is one of joy and yet your life seems to have been barren for a month or two, perhaps longer. Where did that early joy and zest go?
Up to this particular time there was joy, there was delight. But now there is only a hanging on, a dogged hanging on. You persist because you can’t conceive of going back to your old way of life. That seems impossible now. That would be like going to prison, living as if with a transorbital lobotomy.
You deeply want to have joy and fulfillment, easily manifest prosperity, but something’s not working. You don’t know what it is but something’s awry, and your meditations have lost their luster. Sometimes, during rare meditations, you do experience brief moments of peace. Your agonizing mind and heart rest from their turbulence and even these fleeting times of calm are so deeply appreciated. Your light dance of life, which had gone on for some time, is now a trudging in what seems a devastated and alien land.
Your fellow seekers look at you and show their concern. Their words of kindness are valued but you feel you’re somehow incapable of responding well. Your heart is numb. At these times your friends try to cheer you up. They invite you to dinner. You seem to perform fairly well, despite the emptiness you feel inside. What else is there to do? You wonder if you have any right to be in their fellowship at all. You think of leaving town, but where would you go? What good would diversion be?
A number of your friends in the fellowship of this great path know what you are going through for they have been through it themselves. They feel the main thing to do is encourage you to go on. They know if you keep it up and do not quit you will succeed. They know if you quit you will be a self-reject and will return to the old life, forever a foreigner, being neither at home with it nor at home anywhere else. They recognize that your own higher self, out of love, is lifting you up into its embrace. They see you are being drawn into your dark night because:
your inner potential has great stature
your crusty, old ego requires you go through the dark night in order to be transformed.
You Feel Totally Alone
Other seekers, for various reasons, do not have to pass through the dark night. However, the dark night is your way.
Your night is a very difficult time. While others may one day envy you for the marvelous growth you experienced in such a short, intensified period, you will, because of the pain of your experience, always feel profound compassion for those whom you one day see going through a similar night.
Being caught between the old way of life and the new possibilities, your sense of alienation intensifies. Your sense of inadequacy and not knowing what to do next becomes gnawingly constant. You feel you would do anything to get out of this state, yet it is only your ego which is keeping you in it. However, this insight is impossible for you to grasp while going through your long night.
And you feel so totally alone. Sure, you have friends and you appreciate them, but you are keenly aware they are not capable of feeling what you are feeling or knowing what you are going through. Sometimes they seem like clowns, sometimes they seem empty-headed, caught up in meaningless pursuits. They do not understand, you think, how much you are suffering or how you cry out and pray deep into each midnight. You try their advice but it doesn’t seem to touch the heart of the matter.
You begin to enter the dark night in earnest when you feel completely stranded. In the fullness of the dark night you don’t know where you are spiritually. You’re separate from God and man. You do not know where to turn. Your friends love you and wish you well but your condition does not improve.
The dark night is a very private matter. The person in the dark night is generally able to function quite well despite inner suffering. Often your acquaintances never suspect that you are going through the dark night — they probably do not even know what it is. Only people close to you — especially friends along the path — can recognize your pain.
You feel like a hollow person doing the activities of life with no motivation except expediency. Your eyes seem deeper in your head. You are profoundly aware of the suffering of humanity and the cruelty of one person to another. You feel that cruelty and negativity far outweigh love and constructive action.
You Enter Midnight
Alone, and not wishing to be, unable even to express yourself to others, you enter midnight and the greatest intensity of the dark night. Here you have finally come to the time of sovereign solitude. In this precious time, which has no apparent prospects of love or happiness, you clearly perceive that nothing in the outer world has proven adequate to heal your condition. Nobody, not even your dearest friends and loved ones, can make you whole. Even if they have tried, and love you enough to try loving you forever, they can’t give you peace.
You eye your books and consider all the benefit you have gained from these extremely wise vessels of truth. Yet not one book, not one thought, goes deep enough inside you to where the affliction abides.
You look at your possessions, your money container. No material thing has been able to help you. No material means have worked. Nothing, no one, in the outer world has enabled you to come out of this dark night.
In your loneliness, you next — in a seemingly random process — notice that none of your thoughts have proven adequate to your suffering. Not one — even repeated fifty thousand times — breaks the inner storm and lets in light. God and higher consciousness seem so far away that perhaps they are unreal. Neither one has, despite your protracted exposure of yourself, done anything to ease or remove your agony. Nothing appears efficacious. Nothing works.
Clearly, there is nowhere to turn. There is nothing to be done. All actions you considered have been tried. There is nothing to think, nothing to feel, nothing to do, nowhere to go. It seems you have to accept this defeat — or, you can persist in struggling against it. For awhile longer, you go about thinking, feeling, and doing other options that occur to you. But you realize in the midnight of your soul that you have tried every option you know of.
The Peace Comes
Helpless, totally helpless, as well as ever so alone, you abide in this condition. And you accept your predicament. You accept that there is really, except for a murmured prayer to a remote Lord and a remnant of a shredded faith, nothing else left.
Suicide would be absurd. Suicide would be an act of arrogance and vanity. You have grown far beyond such primitive responses to your private agony. No, nothing to do. Nothing remains in this lonely helplessness. There is, without question, nothing you can do.
You abide. You accept your state. How have you gotten to this place? That’s insignificant. Musings and feelings aside, you wait. You feel you may have to stay this way forever, doing the regular day-to-day things, but in this mood of emptiness. Nothing. Nothing.
Then, it happens. A holy presence comes into your room — sweetly, softly. You feel it filling you. Your mind is filled with mellow or bright light. Your heart, your still heart, is permeated with peace. This peace moves through your body like a cold spring of mountain water. It flows in your spine, your brain, and under your skin. Everywhere.
Also, this presence, this comforter, moves like a breeze across your arid mind and numb heart. Then, or a few days later, the fire of joy begins to smoulder. Here, abiding with nothing more to do, your ego drops away! Your ignorant, arrogant, fearful sense of self falls away from you. You stand in light — a new being, a free being — transformed.
Your Ego Sense
Believe it or not, that’s what the dark night is all about: transformation. Your ego, your limited sense of self, your inadequate complex of ideas about who you are had to be dissolved. Your ego was, you begin to see, eclipsing higher consciousness and your true nature. Your old sense of self was inadequate to your new hopes and proper state. Your suffering intensified because of a major misapprehension. You were too used to thinking of yourself based on inputs from your previous experiences in life. On and on through life, you gathered information and responses from the world which indicated to you what kind of person you were and are. These superficial units of related inputs became integrated in what is called the ego — your sense of self, your sense of who you are. As long as you allowed this inaccurate or only partial sense of who you are to dominate, you could not know or abide in your true nature.
Your ego sense is so powerful — you invest it with so much of your thought and feeling — that your attitudes of life become based on an egocentric perspective. The ego gains a progressively greater foothold on your entire life because your basic attitudes about your existence and essential nature are strongly linked with ego.
Then, your ego sense, due to your suffering or your limitations in life, wants to have more power over circumstances and a more pleasant life. The ego sense often becomes motivated to seek higher consciousness and, thus, greater ability to dominate in life. Not always, but often, it is the ego sense which most eagerly pursues higher consciousness. It wants to be in charge; it wants to manipulate events and make life come out more to its satisfaction. But, as long as your ego dominates, it is on a collision course with your true nature and your higher consciousness. There’s going to be a showdown. There has to be a confrontation sometime if your higher consciousness is ever to emerge, if you are ever to know truly who you are and what your human capabilities are.
Furthermore — and this is extremely important, especially in understanding the dark night of the soul — your ego, as it develops from childhood onward, has the conviction that it is the doer. Generally, your ego assumes that it chooses what your mind will think, and chooses what your heart will feel. It feels it selects the various actions and activities you are going to undertake. Your sense of self, being convinced it is the doer, feels it accomplishes anything and everything in your life. Do you see, then, how the dark night develops? A false sense of self has been ignorantly and manipulatively standing in the way of enlightenment.
Additionally, until you are consolidated in higher consciousness, your ego can return and reestablish control if you let it. Sometimes when you’re fatigued or when you have special, new opportunities in life, you are vulnerable to the reestablishment of your ego and its opinion that it is in charge of doing everything. It will again eclipse the higher consciousness until you recognize what has happened. Then you must courageously and consciously reaffirm your true nature, and deal with the upstart, old ego. Otherwise, another dark night phase will again develop.
Attempts of the Ego
A person seeking higher consciousness is, in effect, and with intensity, seeking the transformation of his own ego. He is seeking to end the tyranny of the ego and abide in his true nature, instead of a false nature concocted through experiences and emotional inputs during the process of life. While it is true these inputs have a value in subjecting you to new experiences and so offer unique learning situations, they often give you a delusory sense of self. You are not your mistake. Even a murderer can change and become a new being.
Still, as you progress toward higher consciousness, your ego may not be humbling and daily transforming itself. You may, instead, have a highly developed ego which is sure that it is causing the events of higher consciousness to unfold bit by bit. Your ego, after all, can be very interested in the attributes of higher consciousness, in meditation and association with enlightened beings. Your ego feels gratification and satisfaction in moving on down the road toward higher consciousness.
Your ego may also have the opinion that, because of its grasp of matters, it will one day establish or — by its thought process and feelings —bring about enlightenment and awakening. It is convinced that it will achieve higher consciousness. This is ironic because by the time of the dark night, the ego is the main obstacle; it is the obstruction of the light of consciousness. It stands between you and your fulfillment. In fact, the length of your dark night is based on the truculence and cunning of your ego. It can fight a very lengthy battle if it fears it’s going to be destroyed or will have to give in to something so much greater than it knows itself to be.
Incredibly, your ego wants to be in on the act of enlightenment. Ego wants to bring about higher consciousness by its own dramatic means. Certainly, it doesn’t want to be granted fulfillment by a power outside of itself. Convinced that it is the doer, your ego holds on for dear life — until that event called the dark night of the soul, when your ego awakens to the profound fact it cannot cause or bring about higher consciousness.
Ego cannot, by its will or any other skills whatever, create the wholeness of heart which will end your deep suffering. In a sense your ego recognizes itself — in the dark night — to be the disease. It recognizes that its foothold on your mind and heart has, at an advanced stage on your path, proven a great numbing agent and a high stone wall against the light. Ego stands against the fulfillment of your faith and the realization of your profoundest yearnings. Finally your ego has found something it cannot do and, in the dark night of the soul, it becomes totally convinced it is inadequate. It cannot deal with your suffering or the fulfillment of the heart’s yearning. Nothing it can do, think, say, buy, or travel to, will in any way suffice.
Dawn of a New Life
Here in this dark night, the lifelong ego sense dies: impotent. Having fulfilled its part, now weak and incompetent, it is dissolved — transmuted. From a higher sense now awakening within you, you slough off your false sense of self. You now know yourself to be a different person than you thought you were. Your ego was merely experiencing some of the attributes, some of the qualities, of your true nature, while at the same time obstructing others.
You, in passing successfully through the dark night, enter the realms of higher consciousness. You’ve been cleansed of the most deep-rooted sickness: your ignorance of your true nature and your inadequate, often totally wrong opinion of who you are. You now cease your inner conflict and abide serenely in your true nature. The night is over. The dawn of a new life in higher consciousness transforms your bleak life of the past few months into one with a heavenly nature. You have been delivered of the intolerable bondage to ego.
Henceforth, you will walk the earth seeing others afresh, living a new life, and abiding in your true nature. You have become a son or daughter of higher consciousness. Now your words and actions will be attuned with your true self. Now you express inspiration and comfort.
The dark night has passed. It is over.

Celebrating the Holy Days
“This is your Christmas now. It is not simply a commemorative

Every time we turn on the news, we hear stories of financial meltdown and disaster. Most people are experiencing some effect on their lives in the credit crunch, whether it be a downturn in their businesses, the risk of losing their jobs or the decrease in the value of their pension funds. Some of us are experiencing a very stern life test indeed and an unexpected and challenging future.
If we're honest, we know this needed to happen. We have watched greed and corruption running rife through our financial systems. Our lifestyles were achieved on credit, with instant gratification responsible for binge shopping and I don't exclude myself from some of this. Some people have bought into this rampant fear of ruin, perpetuated on a daily basis by the media.
However, we could take a different view and focus on the hope that arises from this unique chance to reset our systems and start again. The surge of hope we had that Barak Obama can make a difference is still tangible. Collectively we can decide to build a simpler, more honest way of being, bringing back to the fore qualities like honour, mutual respect and integrity in our dealings with each other. That includes respect for all life, including the other species on our planet and the earth herself.
As Lightworkers, I believe it will increasingly fall to us, to hold our nerve, stay centred and offer calm, hope and assistance to those struggling to adjust to the new world.

slumlords that survive on the misfortunes of others

I greet you all in Love and may the Sirit guide my words, for I am at such a loss for them. Overwhelmed by the truth of my enviornment amd all the lives these conditions grieve.
You know how I usually survive through this life? Horrors so bad that a 3 year old would want to commit suicide.......by focusing on the needs of others. Often do I find, i neglect my own needs..............lol! I think I need a man in my life to remind me to eat hahaha..kidding...and, despite being raised a ward of the court, legal protection and rights are not my forte'. Not only that, it is not just my life at stake here.
This is the 3rd lace I've lived here in the last 10 years by the same owner, who aparently is some kind of guidance rehabilitation counsilor in prison. I think that's where he gets all his managers from.
The first trailor park i rented from this owner I lost everything and was homeless for over a year. I died in my hubble I dug out from under the road, of starvation, dehybration and complete systamatic body fuctions failure. They brought me back. Then I climb my way to another trailor park, where the living conditions were so bad pets died, people got sick and everyone lived in terrior. I lost my cat, my trailor, was charged double rent, went hungry, got scars from spider bites with my trailor parked over a pool of raw sewage. I didnt know it was the same guy. My name was put on a list of a multiple lawsuit against this guy.
Please note, I did not trake any action besides answering a few questians in reguards to this lawsuit. I have never suied anyone and when it comes to defending myself, i so bend under terror. Apparently I won that law suit tho I have never seen a penny.
So here i am again over a year later and i'm fightng for housing, because my [x] daughter-in-law lost all my grandkids to the system. Guess what, same guy owns this place. I have lived here for a year, on an extention chord, no heat, no hot water half the time, with toilets flushing up in my kitchen sink. I understand now, that they did the switcharoo on the management again and they dont have to provide heat. They never paid the bill on the electric here so we just g
To top it off they have me so heavily medicated for migraines I cant even think straight.

So it is with acute trepidation that I delve into the taboo subject of "organized religion" here on a site that mirrors the dogma and zealotry of an organized religion..
Very little about the book we know as the Holy Bible is true.
It has been discovered from ancient accounts found in the archeological record from around the world, the Old Testament was plagiarized by the Levite Scribes ~ to whom modern organized religion attributes the text ~ from records of more ancient times. The Jewish race simply wrote itself into a pre-existing history at a much later date than the origional stories were written. And, of course, the names were all changed to protect the deception.
It has further been demonstrated, the entire book of The New Testament was the work of specific members of a secret society associated with the Courts of the Roman Emperors over a period of several hundred years, ending in the third century with the "canonization" of the book known as the Bible by the Roman Emperor Constantine.
There is strong evidence to conclude the New Testament, the Church, and Christianity, were all the creation of the Calpurnius Piso family, who were Roman aristocrats. Associated with the Courts of the Emperors of Rome, there is strong evidence to conclude this family could have been responsible for The New Testament and all the characters in it ~ Jesus, all the Josephs, all the Marys, all the disciples, apostles, Paul, and John the Baptist ~ are allegedly all fictional.
As more archeological evidence is discovered casting evidentiary doubt on what we assume we know, what does one believe? This is why I don't speak lightly when I say, "everything we think we know is a lie!"
These Annunaki, these Reptilian Aliens are very smart. They've been fooling Humanity for a very long time. Don't allow yourself to be hypnotized into a false sense of security. Organized religion has already played that "trump card".
Focusing only on the good vibrations is a wonderful "la-la-land" to visit. Training one's mind to reject any thoughts of the continuously increasing dark-side of atrocities occurring in this particular third density is analogous to the ostrich with it’s head in the sand.
If one is to observe the butterfly, one must look at both of it’s wings flapping. Otherwise, one will never experience the total butterfly.
Focusing the Golden Light of Love on the atrocities of darkness is the only way to get the Mass of Humanity to see the patterns of obscenity and put an end to it all.
The best lie ever told is the one filled with enough “truth” to convince the masses of it’s legitimacy.

~Stepping Out Of The Cave Of Illusion And Into The Pure Light Of Our WHOLE Self!
Continuing to step out of the dark cave of illusion and into the light of our true multi-dimensional selves is our grand mission. May we continue to remember our truth and release the polarities of the illusion so that we can experience ONENESS, UNITY and PEACE within ourselves and with others- for they are truly one in the same.
As we quietly inspire others to release and then upgrade any limiting, firmly ingrained perceptual systems, we further tap into the expansiveness of our own mission and purpose. Love, connection, spiritual evolvement, energy expansion and growth are all part of that mission. Purification is also part of the process involved in clarifying our truth. As we consciously purify and cleanse our consciousness, we can raise ourselves and our planet into a higher level/dimension of living. When we learn to refine our thought patterns, we will be well on our way to spiritual re-birth. Refining our thought patterns involves removing and releasing attachments to old ways of thinking, expecting and believing that previously kept our consciousness captive inside a small, heavy box.
We each have a particular frequency and divine purpose with which we uniquely express ourselves in this spiritual mission here on our beautiful planet. As we reach to expand beyond the limits of our past conditioning and raise our consciousness, our memories are reactivated. There is a silent, powerful, mystical energy that is felt in the purity of consciousness. It is in this space that we can recall more details about our purpose and mission here. As we become enlightened, we naturally begin to hold more multi-dimensional light energy. This is a boundless energy that knows no limits. The further we tap into this limitless light energy, the more aware we become of our limitless selves in our purest state, and the more effective we can be at awakening others in our path.
One way that we can learn to tap into greater levels of awakening and consciousness is through deepening our levels of concentration. This occurs as we practice focusing upon our thoughts. This requires effort. We can use healing sounds and music to deepen our level of multi-dimensional concentration and activation. Our subconscious mind plays a large role in whether we lay spiritual asleep or dormant, or move upward and onward along our spiritual path. We can liken our subconscious mind to a computer where certain functions are programmed so that an outcome is therefore predicted. The key is for us to recognize and embrace the control that we have over our subconscious mind. We feed it with information and once we consciously choose what to feed it and what to let go of- we will have the ability to comprehend the vastness of our multi-dimensional selves.
We are simultaneously living multi-layers. We are simultaneously moving our energy and consciousness in many different places. On a physical level alone, we are only seeing glimpse of who we really are. We are far greater than that which we perceive in this physical manifestation. We can learn to become aware of, tap into, and open the gateway to the fullness of our multi-dimensional nature. We come into a heightened awareness of ourselves by releasing old, dense energy/thought patterns and opening and activating our subconscious mind to all realms of existence. With focus and awareness we can implement new programs that will enhance our experience as spiritual beings rather than limit our experience. Repeated prayers and affirmations can serve to unlock codes in our subconscious mind- so that we can receive the light from within us. Meditation also offers us the opportunity to open the gateway to higher levels of consciousness that reflect the wholeness of our true selves.
The more we expand our spiritual awareness and wisdom, the more we will be able to work in the higher dimensions - and the more aware we will become of the work being done. We are expanding, just as everything is expanding. This is a time of transformation on many levels. Part of our mission is to connect with other lightworkers so that we can bring about a planetary transformation. May we choose to continue to work together with as many people as possible to bring lightworkers to a common energy resonance. Once that happens, we can focus together and assist in the shift. It's important that we consciously choose to elevate our energy vibration and place ourselves in surroundings that encourage this increase in vibration. When our environment is conducive to growth and the betterment of our spiritual expansion, it makes it much easier to shift and raise our consciousness and enhance our overall vibration.
We are here not only to awaken and activate ourselves, we are here to awaken and activate others. We do this through personal purification and cleansing- so that we may then transmit and emit the clarity and purity of that energy out into the world. We can consciously become a spiritual vessel traveling throughout each day emitting love and light to all around us.

The lack of thoroughly understanding the struggle that we participate in is very aggravating. The fact the you are not doing it alone is of utmost importance. Having the ability to relate to others experiencing similar effects brings strength and confidence and some understanding of paths to be chosen. Understand that it is not just happening to you, it is just happening :)
We are here to support one another through these trying times. Money is the old paradigm. We need as third dimensional beings, food, water(lots and pure/clean), shelter, heat (has been quite cold), and love. Any of these things we can endure a period without, however without any of these for a while we will wither. Take care of yourself, we need you around. I have extra shelter. I have extra food. Plenty of standing dead black locust, the hottest firewood on earth. Amazing spring water. Love- no brainer, I'm here am I not? In order to manifest earlier visions I need help. I also understand that there is potential for robbing others of their power by engaging them in my understanding of reality or the creation of my vision so the circumstances that would lead to help arriving are beyond my comprehension. I can wait. I have waited for 16 years. I'm used to it, comfortable with the wait. Thank you to whoever or however I got to this place in time, much gratitude. Thankyou to those who taught me to install tongue and groove, build a jig, mix and pour concrete, harvest solar heat. From the heart.

Areas of unconsciousness represent areas you are unaware of, but that doesn't mean they don't influence you 4) Be willing to walk away from situations that rob you of your personal power 5) Be willing to let go of control over others. Trying to control others is usually as sign of fear and resistance. We cannot be self-empowered when we are trying to control others. 6) Be willing to feel your feelings without resistance. Embrace all emotions with enthusiasm. When you are angry, for example, really feel the anger. When you are in pain, be willing to fully experience the pain. Remember, it is the judgment of our feelings that causes the resistances that inhibit our personal power. 7) Connect with all the aspects of yourself. Get to know your inner child, your logical adult and your spiritual or higher self Work on integrating the three into a harmonious unit. 8) Examine those areas in your life where you are not yet self-empowered and see what choices you have made that you may be willing to change 9) Know the difference between self-empowerment and self-isolation. Ideally, when we are self-empowered, we connect more fully with others rather than less. Intimacy is the product of two self-empowered individuals willing to be totally seen and known by each other. 10) Understand that it isn't so much what happens to us in life,but how we deal with it that matters. 11) Be willing to be "cause" rather than "effect" in your life. This means taking full responsibility for your words, thoughts and deeds. It also means never seeing yourself as a victim of circumstances. 12) "Dance in your passion and play in your joy." BLESSING: Today I awaken with an unshakable intention: to experience my power no matter what. Because God is the source of all things, and there is nothing else, everything must come from this One Perfect Source. All things have their origin in God, and this includes people, events, nature, the world...and myself. The nature of God is perfect peace, perfect power. It is compassionate understanding. God is the courage it takes to go beyond the small and powerless minded places I've lived in before. No matter what my little intellectual opinion may be, the choice before me is plain. Will I live from the biggest dream I can imagine, or will I merely repeat what has gone before? The choice is completely mine. The Buddha was born as Siddhartha Gautama in Nepal around 500 BC.
The word ‘Buddha’ is a title, not a name, it means ‘one who is awake’ — or having ‘woken up to reality’.
He did not claim to be a god or a prophet. He was a human being who became Enlightened, By understanding life in the deepest way possible.
Born into the royal family of a small kingdom on the Indian-Nepalese border. Accordingly Siddhartha, had the privileged early lifestyle of a royal, kept away from the Negative aspects of life and culture he was shocked to discover that beyond the Palace walls on a secret escape, from the shelter of the court, he found old age, sickness, and death were the reality of the World.
He had to leave the palace and followed the traditional Indian path of the wandering holy man, becoming a seeker after Truth. Learning meditation from specialised teachers, and then took up ascetic practices. This was based on the belief that one could free the spirit by denying the flesh. He practised austerities so determinedly that he almost starved to death.
But he still hadn’t solved the mystery of life and death. True understanding seemed as far away as ever. So he abandoned this way and looked into his own heart and mind; he decided to trust his intuition and learn from direct experience. He sat down beneath a pipal tree and vowed to stay there until he’d gained Enlightenment. After 40 days, on the full moon in May, Siddhartha finally attained ultimate Freedom. Buddhists believe he reached a state of being that goes beyond anything else in the world. If normal experience is based on conditions — upbringing, psychology, opinions, perceptions — Enlightenment is Unconditioned. A Buddha is free from greed, hatred and ignorance, and characterised by wisdom, compassion and freedom.
Enlightenment brings insight into the deepest workings of life, and therefore into the cause of human suffering — the problem that had initially set him on his spiritual quest.
During the remaining 45 years of his life, the Buddha travelled through much of northern India, spreading his understanding. His teaching is known in the East as the Buddha-dharma or ‘teaching of the Enlightened One’.
The Buddha was not a god and he made no claim to divinity. He was a human being who, through tremendous effort of heart and mind, transformed all limitations. He affirmed the potential of every being to reach Buddhahood. Buddhists see him as an ideal human being, and a guide who can lead us all towards Enlightenment.

So many Gurus, Masters and enlightened Beings I find here on Lightworkers.org
I ask me sometimes where are the students which all those I mention above are looking for and want to teach?
I prefer to devote my life to GOD, this brings me back to HIM where I left many thousands of years ago!
Ascension is happen to all of them which allow HIM to teach us! But His voice is only then heard if we stop to talk and listen!
If we learn direct from SOURCE how to leave material life and have a spiritual life instead!
He told me to much reading can harm, Yes, I know how long I was reading anything which had to do with LOVE AND ASCENSION etc. As I found out that all the REAL masters speak the same wisdom only with other words, I stopped reading that stuff and found afterward HIM instead!
I wish all masters gurus teachers healers all the best, may they have so much students that, -they don't have time for find back to GOD! It wold cause pain for them I know, but sometimes pain turns us back on the way! It give us a "wink" that we should turn our face back to the light, instead to the mirror of our self!
The ones which are real masters are to sense - here are a handfull Angels in flesh! Look out for those and you will find them easily!!! They touch you with ANY word they type on their keyboard on their PUTER!
Look also out for all of those, which share their life with you in the life stories of their own life. The sorrows the Joy they share with YOU! Those all are masters in training as I am one of them too!
My innermost GRATITUDE to all of them, which walk their Path and carry their cross! I am WITH YOU and help you carry! Call me and I am under your arms, I may can't carry all your burden, but give you strength with my words!

slick night time rain
washes down my valley
clearing my aching head
with cool fresh emotions,

Hi
Its been w couple of weeks since I posted in lightworkers. I have for good reason had to keep away, and now I'm back and I need to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same.
My life has always been nuts, in fairness I had a great childhood that was unfortunately smeared with the trauma of sever bullying and sexual abuse. Believe me some of the stuff that goes on in my life even Dr Phil wouldnt show lol I've lived a crazy wonderful life in all its ugliness. As I have mention before in posts. I started sorting that life my life out about 3 years ago. Thats been no picnic, but it wasn't meant to be, I wanted hard and fast lessons and thats what i got. I wanted to be me and thats what I got. I wanted love and thats what I got :)
Through out these last 3 years I have experienced what I can only describe as quickening of my life. Its like I can feel that time, or my life is speeding up at a natural pace and then all of a sudden it feels like you have been smacked round the head with a large lump of wood, the next few couple of weeks you go into hyper drive. I dont mean literally as is walking at 50 mph, but more like you have been put on an on the spot lesson and test, and your mission should you chose to accept it is to learn hard fast and adjust at a less that natural pace????
Now dont get me wrong I'm not slating the lessons, sure they are bloody sh*t at times and yeah sometimes I would sit there and think "I so must have been Genghis Karin in a past life" or alternatively " If I created this, what the bloody hell am I playing at " lol What I'm trying to find out, is if others are experiencing what I call these quickening at the same time. For the very simple reason I have 4 soul sisters around me in my life ( I am very blessed) For some reason its like we are all 6 months apart ) even through our ages are very different) but in the last year we have experiences these quickening in our lives at the same time. Different stuff and at times crap to deal with, but a hard fast lesson and at times far to similar to be funny :)
and well for anyone who is interested heres my last little slap round the head ;)
Basically 6 months ago after 2 emotional years sorting my life out, I stood celebrating my life, not just my psychical life "psuchee" as the greeks and bible would use to describe our psychical, natural, fleshly, or blood-life. but also that of MY life or "Zoee" as the greeks used to describe the spiritual life, our souls. 6 months ago (26th May) I thought I had put those two together, I had kinda, Nah I'd put my mind and body back together, what I forgot was my soul. Anyway was a good start :) Then slap Yep a quickening, quiet a big one actually, 3 months of donkey poop and it settled down, I got use to the pace of my life. A couple of mini pop quiz's but nothing a student with a passion for ife cant handle :)
So the last 3 months have been smooth sailing really :) watched my life unfold just the way I wanted, the way I created it :) Spiritually shifted onto a path that felt right, following the signs (thank god I left post it notes), listened to my own instincts, ask for guidance when needed Tore off the restrictions I placed apon myself and did what I'd always dreamed of, Learned to love in every colour in every way. I also did what most of my friends thought was impossible I fell in love, BIG STYLE :) <3 A man that when I looked into his eyes and beyond into his soul ( I can see into a persons soul ) I both wanted to dive in and run away like forest gump lol Why? because I saw myself better :)
And like the crazy little life I lead, Slap another quickening. That love was taken away from me, not that it was mine to have. I thought I died that day :(
The last couple of weeks have been mental. I have dealt with so much in my life I thought I could handle anything, I mean really except for the end of the world ( hahaha not a good joke really) there wasn't much I couldnt handle. I couldnt handle this, I couldnt handle the pain. I crumbled and became more fragile than I'd ever been. But signs, messages, reminded me of the lesson. I realised that the pain served to remind me of that love, its depths and unconditional conditions. I also realised why It had to be taken away, I was not ready. Why because my fear of that pain had stopped me loving to my fullest " what it gets better" Ok so your telling me appreciate the pain, respect the pain except the pain but do not fear it. Ok gotcha :)
So decided to have another go at writing a book, and while I sat there I realised I had never done something. I'd never looked into my own soul the way I can see others, through my own eyes, into my own eyes. That was last Wed 26th (6 months to the day the pile of donkey poo landed on me) what I saw left me crying and laughing so hard. So much pain so much happiness, balance, equal, ME wow. HOLY CRAP :)
3 days of a lot of spiritual info, then 2 days of body shut down, crippled with a massive head ache (over load me thinks) and now......
Why do I feel like I've just started my 1st job out of college lol my life, crazy, busy even asked to help 2 friend spiritually and just did it, not try, just do :)
But the best bit is my love has found his balls and for the 1st time in his life "psuchee" fighting for his life "Zoee" ME :D :D
Anyone else feeling like dancing the lambada naked in the supermarkets at the minute :D lol

Shambhala the Path of the Warrior

Speaking of warriorship in the context of the search for inner and outer peace might seem at first glance to be contradictory. The warrior in history is usually associated with unchecked aggression, with hostile Indian tribes in our early history, or with the violent assaults of nomads who roamed across Europe and Asia in ancient times destroying whole cities and villages. On the other hand, the warrior of Shambhala, as described originally by Chogyam Trungpa, combines fearlessness and gentleness. The warrior is not, therefore, addicted to naked aggression as the way of accomplishing his individual and selfish will, or, for that matter, the will of his or her state or nation. For the warrior, fearlessness is the source of strength and though it is mythically identified with masculine energies, it is not the exclusive property of men.
Gentleness, which is mythically the feminine side, is related to heart, with openness to others, with sympathy, compassion, and understanding. When people arrive at a Shambhala Center to begin to learn meditation and to incorporate the attitudes it brings into their lives, the reaction to “warriorship” is at first ambiguous. Somehow the meditative path seems to evoke quietness, suspension of action, letting go. How is that connected with being a warrior? How especially is it connected with the history of the term warrior and its identification with war and violence?
The Shambhala view of warriorship shares some of the qualities of earlier warrior traditions such as those from the Middle Ages that combined fearlessness with dignity and wisdom. The most important quality of the Shambhala warrior is being non-aggressive. The Shambhala warrior is defined by gentleness and fearlessness. As Chogyam Trungpa said it, “the first principle of warriorship is not being afraid of who you are.” That simple statement, however, contains a world of further investigation, searching, discipline, and openness to what we have become in this world and how we react to situations and people. The ultimate goal of the Shambhala path is to create an enlightened society of wise and compassionate human beings, which is the tradition of the Kingdom of Shambhala,
Shambhala, in other words, is very ancient. Its origins have been lost in time. Chogyam Trungpa, while he was in Tibet, had a vision of the possibility of bringing the insights of the meditative path into how we could create a sane compassionate society. When forced to leave after the Chinese Communist invasion of that country, he wrote an early version of the Shambhala view while hiding from the Chinese military in a cave. But when he was forced to cross a river with the Chinese shooting at him and his party, the manuscript was lost. It was not until years later, after reaching India and finally coming to the United States that the vision was given to him once more and he began to dictate the material we now have as the teachings of the path of the warrior.
The Teachings of Shambhala
Basic Goodness
Shambhala Training begins with the notion of basic goodness. The essence of basic goodness is the recognition that ordinary sense consciousness, looking, touching, tasting, smelling, hearing, has in it, no matter what the circumstances, a core of primordial energy which is beyond good and bad. This energy is said to be "unconditional," "unoriginated," and indestructible." To appreciate this teaching, one has to realize how much Western thinking, despite its rationalism, is dominated by the notion of "original sin." Not only does this Western tradition instill in us the feeling of innate evil in human affairs, but it separates us from the universe as sacred in itself. In fact, to show just how concrete such a difference can be, a Japanese economist recently attributed the problem with "quality control" in America to the "belief in original sin." Shambhala begins very differently, with an emphasis on “basic goodness.”
The first step for a spiritual search is to examine our own habitual minds. Meditation practice is like a box of tools for examining what and who we are, what the world is, and what our connection is with that world.. We begin to understand by means of meditation technique that the object world is not the source of the problem, rather that it is how we relate to that world that causes pain. If at this point we start actually walking the path of Shambhala meditation, we are given a very large generalization to help us understand ourselves and the world. We are told that the world and ourselves are basically good, that we already have everything we need, and that realizing the basic goodness in our own lives can revolutionize how we experience self and world. Basic goodness become a kind of background, or perhaps we should say the sky in which we work with the details of everyday world.
As we practice meditation over time, we may find we can go further and begin to understand and then let go of the various reference points that we have internalized during the process of growing up. We can see through all those concepts that defined how things were related to each other and to us. These reference points were not, for the most part, wrong, but they become so solid we can’t see beyond them. We need to learn how to connect with our human world in ways beyond our interactions with a mere collection of objects. Trying to accomplish that task with our conceptual, analytical mind too limited and narrow. Conceptual mind actually makes everything more solid. Somehow we have to go beyond that ordinary practical understanding to a deeper realization. So, as a first step, we should look more carefully at basic goodness.
Waking up, through the practice of meditation, allows us to distance ourselves from our personal clinging to outcomes, and to see the whole situation, as it were, from a birdseye view. We can recognize the energy of anger as a way of connecting with something very positive in our experience. By not projecting emotions, we can see how they originate, what nourishes them, how to go beyond them. So, as I say, emotions are energy, and there is nothing wrong with them. However, they are often connected to old systems, so that their main engine is fear. By going within our frozen attitudes, by melting them in our meditation practice, we find unlimited goodness within the energy of joy or anger, passion or fear, peace or anxiety. These frozen attitudes have a name in Shambhala. We call them "cocoon."
Cocoon is the protection we have built for ourselves of our view of self and of the world. Many aspects of cocoon begin when we are very young, so the roots of our different protective strategies are not immediately visible to inspection. We want the world to exist in ways that confirm our preconceptions. It was said by one psychologist that we continue to look constantly for information that “matches our perceptions.” Each of us, thus, sees a different world. That world exists in our minds as various systems of belief. The way to cut through cocoon is to use the tools of meditation to first quiet the mind and secondly, to see into the patterns of cocoon.
The practice of meditation is characteristic of teachings from the East that they are offered personally and orally, rather than through abstract theory given in books. Thus the Shambhala teachings are ordinarily presented in a series of sequential weekends where we interact directly with the teachers. In effect, weekends combine theory and practice.. So, as we wind our way slowly through the weekends, we begin to take meditation practice seriously. There is a point, in fact, when we cannot go back to where we were. When we let our practice go for some weeks or months, we find that we miss it. Something is going on! We begin to discover, as we continue to meditate, that our mind is actually slowing down, even after meditation has ended. Instead of getting caught in every little trivial thought, we can see the thought arise and decide whether to follow it further or not.
Much of what happens to us will still resembles the old mind and memory that we originally brought with us to meditation. Still, we see enough evidence of change, even after a few months, that we are encouraged to continue. It would be nice to discover that everything mellows out, gets more peaceful, but that isn't the way it works. We actually begin to be more sensitive to our own contradictions. We begin to get glimpses of how we relate to our spouse, our children, our parents, our work. We begin to discover hidden hopes and fears that we didn't even know were motivating us. Sometimes we feel disgusted with ourselves. So, in some ways, the split between the restfulness of practice and the agitation of discovery is very painful, but we also begin to realize that we are on a very meaningful journey, perhaps the most important of our life.
The second stage of meditation is often described as the stage of "insight." This usually develops quite naturally, but it is a stage that can be quite vexing. As long as we have the simple task of following our breath, all seems very straightforward. But we are also charged with "getting to know our minds," this without analysis or following thoughts to their logical conclusion or trying to find out where they came from. We are told that we can develop a non-judgmental awareness about what is happening, without trying to decide whether it is good or bad.
At first this seems to be rather abstract. "Whatever are they talking about?" we may ask. But then, in the midst of the usual trivial buzz of thoughts and feelings, we seem to enter a space where everything is present simultaneously. We see not only this thought and that thought, this feeling and that feeling, but contradictory thoughts and feelings, seemingly all at once. Furthermore, we find that we do not have to identify ourselves with these concepts and emotions. Thoughts, as it were, come and go; they elevate emotions, they depress them, but awareness is there no matter what the thoughts are doing. Things begin to slow down; we find that we can pay attention simply to the events of our daily life. Finally, we can realize that the "me" that was so involved in all these projects is itself somewhat questionable. This is the beginning of the discovery of egolessness.
Egolessness is the method that allows us to slowly see into the cocoon and ultimately to dismantle the patterns that hold us to particular reference points in our view of reality and of the self. Mindfulness/awareness meditation is a very ancient technique, older it is said than Buddhism. In any event, it has been tried and proved in action by thousands of practitioners over many centuries. The technique itself is deceptively simple. We sit quietly, usually on a cushion, and focus our attention on some object. It could be anything, a rock for example, but in this tradition we usually focus on the act of breathing. We follow the inbreath as it goes in and the outbreath as it goes out. Very simple! When we get distracted by fantasies, feelings, or thoughts, and wake up to the fact that we are no longer paying attention to our breath, we simple note what the distraction was and then come back to the breath. It is important in this technique that we not regard distractions as “bad.” Rather, they are treated as irrelevant, simply as momentary events arising out of basic mind.
This is boring work; as Chogyam Trungpa said, it is like having only one teddy bear which we explore thoroughly. For a long time we do it more out of faith or trust in the teachings than out of any sense of accomplishment. But faith and trust in who or what? Not religious faith in this case, but faith in our own basic goodness balanced with some confidence in the teachings and teacher. The first level of faith is that we begin to find fairly soon, even on the first weekend that something is going on, something that we get very interested in. Moreover, the teachings themselves make sense to us and those who are teaching us, as we get to know them, seem to have learned something.
Awakened Heart
The scientific rational tradition has tended to reduce the world, including the body, to a mechanism. Our thoughts and feelings go on inside, and they tell us about the real existing world “out there.” Only the head, the brain, in our modern world seems real and alive; only conceptual thought knows reality. And reality is conceived as objective, separate from the self and the source of all valid knowledge. Our subjective selves, as hundreds of psychologists tell us, are really impoverished. In consequence, we suffer from deficits in feeling, a sense of isolation, alienation. Inner conflict often turns into serious illness - into all the diseases that are peculiar to modern industrial civilizations.
At the same time, on the cultural level, separate, physical things, whether food, sex, or simply air, soil, and water, were gradually depreciated. Abstract truths of politics, religion, and more recently economics seemed more true than our concrete everyday experience. In consequence, we find ourselves divided into thousands of separate worlds by ideas which we hold with a murderous fury toward those who disagree. As humans in the modern world, we have forgotten the more basic reality, that we are connected to each other and the world at a very deep level, in what Fritjov Capra has called “The Web of Life.” When we are separated by abstractions - which includes a “consumerism” in which quantity replaces quality - we lose the possibility of living with each other in a fully human world.
The knowledge of the heart, by contrast, is direct and concrete rather than abstract. When we realize that our attitudes to self and other are constructions of mind, we can begin to appreciate relationship as more real than separation. One very important aspect of that knowing is intuitive insight into our connection with others. This insight is the ground of compassion. Compassion is knowledge beyond and before abstractions or universals. The key to understanding compassion, as the Dalai Lama has said, is to realize that it is our basic nature, not something added to our repertoire like learning to dance.
We attain insight into compassion by working our way back through our cultural and personal conceptual constructs. By clearing away the false conceptions that separate us from the world, we are actually able to realize that our welfare and that of our neighbor or that of the world itself are inseparable. Thus, f rom heart-knowledge arises true compassion. Charity and compassion in our culture are often institutionalized rather than individual and then they are subordinated to economic systems. That is why our culture can be so contradictory, taking away with one hand what it apparently gives with the other. We encourage private charities but, if they don’t solve the problems, we oblige government to pretend nothing is wrong.
True compassion is not something acquired, it arises from the unfolding of wisdom. Wisdom sees that “self” is not solid but more like a collection of views, a micro-self looking at a micro-world. We support our feelings of a central self by clinging to various aspects of the world that are familiar. De-centering from our own obsessive preoccupations with our selves leads to an intuitive and direct sense of our connections with others. We can then realize directly that we construct the world in which we live together with others. We exist interdependently with those others. Without others, we cannot experience a self. The first step, then, in connecting our hearts with our experience is to reduce the domination of our fixed agendas, our ready abstractions which we project onto situations and people. We can be inquisitive about the world without trying constantly to make that curiosity serve a purpose. Then we open ourselves to the world with all of our rawness and tenderness. This means especially opening up to perception, to our ongoing connection with the world of our direct experience. An important part of that connection is our relation to other people, not only those close, but all humans everywhere. It is a natural kind of human knowledge that our materialistic culture has seriously damaged. To economic man, according to economic doctrine, helping others is simply another kind of “utility,” a gain in pleasure for the self.
Without this inner understanding, we find in everything we see our projections. Our ideas of cars, food, houses, dolphins, acid rain, liberals and conservatives are about "me" not about "them." There is nothing wrong with interpretation in itself, but we must be able to go back to the raw experience. Direct perception is the basis for Awakened Heart, which also includes our sense of connection with the universe and each other.
Awakened heart, in this sense, can also be called "non-goal oriented questioning." Instead of constantly demanding specific answers in situations, we can just be open to all of the possibilities. As we are active in the everyday world around us, we see that interpretations arise quite naturally, that is how mind works, but by staying in touch with awareness, we can come back over and over to simple perceptions. From basic perceptions, we see how things in the world work, how situations and people are connected. This is wisdom. Seeing connections, we discover compassion or sad and tender heart. From wisdom and compassion arise skillful means, knowing what to do and how to do it. Thus we create an enlightened society.

A while ago I was looking for my cousin on the internet and I found him on a website called "Heartlights Ministry" - they are a group who use the intuition mountains, heartlights. ascended masters etc to raise awareness and awakening for those that are open to it. This is something I didn't know much about it, so I joined their mailing list out of curiosity.
Each of their mountains has 3 people assigned to it - an avatar, a guardian and a caretaker. My cousin had a feeling I might be the caretaker for Mt Cotopaxi, which is in Ecuador. I didn't know whether this was for me or not, so I left it to God to give me a sign if this was something in my path I was supposed to do.
Well, after a few weeks without any "signs", I've had an interesting day today. I'd like to know what you think, a chain of events with lots of "coincidences" - but we all know there is no such thing! :-)
A couple of weeks ago at the spiritual movie night I go to we were talking about interesting movies over the years. We mentioned ones like Close Encounters of the Third Kind and stuff like that.
Then on Austar, one of the channels this week is running old scifi type movies like that and Close Encounters was one of them. So I looked up the times it was on, but it wasn't really at times I could watch it, so I just forgot about it.
Then today my husband Steve came across a replay of it, so I watched it. I probably wouldn't have even noticed it had my friends not mentioned it the other week. Tyron had just got a new playstation game, so he was busy playing that so I could actually "watch" it.
I don't know if you have seen it, but at one point in the movie it shows an old ship that shows up in the desert "Cotopaxi" (which I found out later was an old navy ship that went missing in the bermuda triangle). So that made me really take notice! hehe
Then the main characters in the movie were drawn to a mountain (which wasn't Cotopaxi, but a mountain nevertheless - to me it seemed to be an important link)
So, this got me really thinking and I wondered whether it was the sign I've been asking for. I got on the net and found out a bit about the ship etc.
Also, I found out that movie was made the year i was born - 1977!! They could have used any other ship that's gone missing!
Now, the next thing was while I was looking for this info, I found a Mt Cotopaxi in NSW - so close to me - about an hour away - and I actually used to live closer - about 10 minutes away when I was little!!!
So by now I felt this is all too much, surely it's a sign.

Good afternoon loved ones!
So i have finally pulled through this um...how would i explain the insecure, fearful void i have been cycling through. I tell you, the light works in the strangest of ways. It seems we just keep on climbing and letting go. the more we let go of our former chracters, the lighter we become. I know that each of us are enduring our own inner changes. an sometimes each of us hit that same bump in the road. myself, i seem to hit the random bumps a few times before i actually see what is being presented to me.
I am a very stubborn woman. something that has been a mixture of strnegth and weaknesses through out my lifetimes. I also have recogonized that i am also very insecure. And I lack trust and love for myself. this lesson has portrayed itself to me, geez, i can look back and actually see each time it has been right in my face and i chose to ignore the lesson at hand. This last weekend this fear surfaced again. did i recgonize it? NOPE! you bet your ass i didnt. this very gift the universe has offered me, time and time again. i still refused to accept that i was jealous and insecure of myself. not another but myself. Or for that matter trying to contol anothers choice. never did i ever truly think that was what i was doing. even though the voice inside, has always told me the truth.
Theey say throughout these spirtual sites. your souls counterpart will show up when you begin to vibe higher. its a gift the universe gives to you. that heart and soul evreyone of us has yearned for. well you could meet that very person right here on this plane. its an amazing meeting really. especially if your counterpart has always been with you in your dreams. CREEPY TO SAY THE LEAST. but this energy that radiates from this very soul is so pure. i believe for you to actually meet your counterpart you must go through many trials and errors within this human exsistance. and then once you fully respect both sides of you. meaning your masculine side and your femm side. then rises before your eyes a soul that you have dreamnt of, yearned for, and searched for in every single person you meet. you look within anothers eyes. Is that you? The meetings were planed before this incarnation. If and when you complete a certain amount of soul expierences, and you balance both of your sides out within. then the side you yearn for will rise. There is no question you will know the very moment your eyes meet. the physical touch is another story completly. the heart and soul...well you feel them dancing from deep within. It is such a truth that rocks your whole body, heart and soul. When you look in their eyes and in that moment know without a doubt, everything you have endured was worth it. becasue without it, you wouldnt be standing there looking into the eyes of your own soul.
I dont know i guess really everything seems to lead right where you are ment to be at exactly your moment. one thing i have learned is everyones moment is diffrent, yet very much the same. it the little diffrences that are nice, when you realize all the similarities. life is truly simple yet we as humainty have made it so complex.
many many of oyu have been following my unvieling. some know who this soul writing these words are underneath all the bullshit i seem to project. i, myself am just truly seeing without my human eyes. and it disturbed me to my core. not so much the world at large, but my own self through my journey. the diturbance was more so over what i see that i created myself. and when you begin to recgonize your own negative patterns, then you begin to truly understand why the world is in chaos. becasue you see how confused and programed your beliefs have been. then you look around and see how programed others are. The whole gay marriage ban really sent me into hopefully a final unraveling. the expirence i had on sunday with myself. reminded me of the bitter sweet night back in aug of 07'. When a part of me died. that i know for sure.
I am honored to be sitting her today speaking to all of you without my insecurties floating and flittering about. I am honored and thankful that the love mac and i share is strong enough to endure my own unvieling. thankfully some see underneath fears and insecurties. i myself have always been one. but through out my human expirence. i have been THE ONE AND ONLY. i use to tell everyone whom freaked out one me, projecting their insecurties and fears at me as if i was their enemy when they would come back around asking for forgiveness. i forgave the moment it spilled from your mouth. we are only human. and we all make human errors. that is in which we grow, learn and expirence the diffrences in life. when i love i do so uncondiotonally. cuz i myself have made many many mistakes. and i know that i learned and grew and changed.
what seems to hurt is the fact that everything i have shared with others growing up is exactly what i was searching for, for myself. Everyone came to me and i made them feel better. but i hurt so deeply. i thought i was alone yet i had proove everyday in my loved ones that i was far from alone. we shared the same feelings and emotions. sometimes my friends would tell me shelly, take your own advice. listen to yourself. the advice you are searching for is already coming from you. look i took you advice and i see so much clearly.
its funny how things finally begin to register. its sad that it takes almost losing it all for me to see. yet that has been my way since the bgining. why am i so shocked by my own stubborness? you take your strengths and weaknesses. combine the two and with that you have wisdom. wisdom to be strong yet to know weakness. that is how your soul grows. recongonizing love in all forms. if mac would have left me, it would have been soley out of her truest of love for me. she has the strength to illiumante my shadows without being over taking by my after shocks. she loves me inspite of my own self. and that my friends is not worth letting fears or insecurties to interupt our growth as one unit.
I feel the calm after a storm. my own storm. much love light and respect through each of your own unveiling!

I am so frustrated! I'm angry! I am beginning to wonder about the people here on the site, not all, just some.. and if they read this, so be it. I'm not going away pouting, I'm going away to cool my jets before I end up saying something I will regret.
But let me put it to you simply. I came here, hoping to understand my abilities better. I came here to awaken to who I truly am. I came here to learn. I came here .. to be myself. But I am having to constantly defend myself and recent "channelings" because some people can't take it as it is! They tell me I'm wrong! They tell my my messages are fear based! And it hurts! It angers me!
Why is that?! Why do I constantly have to defend everything about me? Why can't you people see me? Take the messages as it is, and open yourself up to different possibilities?! Hell I can get this anywhere else, but here?
We cannot all be "fluffy-bunnies-sunshine-and-daisies"! We cannot all be skipping around throwing rose petals and thinking everything just right, and to give people our love, and whatnots.
Some messages that I post will not resonate with you at all, fine. They could resonate with others, who knows. But don't sit there and judge me, or the messages I get, and say they "Repeatedly discourages", and that it "promotes helplessness". People don't understand the messages I get! They don't understand the way it is for me! Perhaps you need to read the messages a bit more and actually look at it.
I know what I have been sent here to do, or at least the gist of it. And they are telling me to "Remain Still" and "Wait." To "enjoy my life" as it as been given to me. My time will come, it has yet to get here. And while I do that I'm told to enjoy my life.
So before you go off and tell me that my messages are "discouraging", please understand they were never meant for you. They are mine, and I only share them because I like to.. and that they could resonate with others.
I will not apologize for any messages I put out there.

We’ve spoken of change. Of course, you say. Change is needed. It’s all about change! Change is always needed. As each day that rolls on by, you must change the system of how you do things… things become out dated, so you have to change them in order to compensate for things to come.
I know, you are getting tired of us telling you about change. “Change is coming! Change is coming!” To you we feel like a broken record, and it makes us cringe to tell you this in message after message. And believe me when I tell you, I’m getting tired of it myself. You make us laugh!
But that is not the message I’ve come to deliver to you today. This time I’ve come to tell you something of a greater value, and you will probably understand better than anyone else who reads this. You have already stated it yourself: “Things will get worse before they get better.” And they will. But that doesn’t mean you should fear, because we know you won’t. Worry, perhaps, but you won’t fear. My dear friend, this is just icing on the cake, as you would say.
Our word of advice for you. Sit back and wait.
Yes! Do just that. When the time comes, when we require your assistance you will know. You’ve come to not only experience human life, to spread Truth, and fight as a “Shadow Walker” (or Light Warrior) but you’ve come to witness the Earth’s “Final Days” as it were. A Revolution is dawning, and things will get nasty before they brighten up again.
You already know what your mission is, and this is why you feel the lack of resources. It’s not time yet to completely “awaken”. There is no need to rush what is already in motion. Take your time. Enjoy the life you’ve been given. When the time is right, and you will know when it gets here, you will take action.
You ARE Love. You ARE Light.

First of All, I like to make us understand (I speak about us because I include myself) how much we are affected by CYBERSPACE.
I don’t know anything, but my feeling is that all our existence is going on in this CYBERSPACE.

A dream to hike Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ leaves 34-year old Minneapolis resident, Teri Halonen, physically and mentally broken after a devastating 40-foot fall. Despite all odds, she reached safety and rapidly recovered. Hiking Accident Breaks Woman's Life into Pieces
The Dream
Teri Halonen had only a few hours to fulfill a dream for her 34th birthday. Within that time, her entire reality shifted. Her plan on April 24, 2007 had been to spend a few hours in the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona the evening before her scheduled flight home to Minneapolis.
But she never made her flight.
"I've wanted to visit Sedona for about ten years. I heard that Bell Rock is a beautiful place," Teri said. "It's a high energy spot. I needed to go there to be part of something that's much bigger than I am."
So she set out on the drive from Mesa, where she had been staying with her cousin, to Sedona for a day trip. "On the drive, I missed my exit and lost two hours. I was moving into the unknown, going some place I'd never been and I was alone."
But despite the missed exit and her trepidation, Teri's deep desire to visit Sedona kept her moving forward.
The Hike
Donning a sundress, a long-sleeve rayon shirt, leather boots and a backpack, Teri made only small excursions in the Sedona area. She made certain she was always close to the car she borrowed from her cousin, Marj Daily. Teri had made several stops before 5 pm, when she took a break to eat a sandwich she had packed for dinner. She found a walking stick and also collected sand to remember the trip. Teri, in awe of her surroundings, felt like she was a child looking around her for the first time at the blazing red and orange rocks. She took several pictures as the sun began to set and the temperature grew slightly chilly.
At one point, she sat on a rock, her legs dangling in front of her. Teri's last memory was taking a few pictures of her surroundings and one of her boots. In her mind, she was completely at peace.
And she was completely alone.
The Hospital
Her next memory is waking up in the hospital in Phoenix three days later.
Teri had already undergone two surgeries – one on her face, where she had two metal plates put in each cheekbone and her broken jaw wired shut and another on her fractured wrists. But everything that happened to her since taking that final picture on the rock remains a blur. She is left putting all the pieces of the puzzle, and her life, back together.
Daily had sent several text and phone messages to Teri that remained unanswered. It wasn't until she received a phone call around 10 pm from the sheriff's department in Sedona that she realized what had happened. "I was so scared. I knew it was more serious than what they were telling me. I just about died when I saw her," Daily said. She had been the first to the hospital and also the one to inform Teri's parents of the accident. Daily, a pharmacist, queried the hospital staff to confirm that her cousin had the right amount of pain medication before she went home in the late hours of the morning.
It's suspected that Teri fell 40 feet from the place she had been perched taking pictures. She managed to travel nearly one mile to the road at dusk despite many ravines, bushes and sustained injuries where she was then found by the senior manager of a large chain hotel who was driving on the road. After a phone call to 9-1-1, Teri was soon taken to the Verde Valley Medical Center in Sedona before being driven in an ambulance to Phoenix where she could be better cared for at John Lincoln North Mountain Trauma Center Emergency Room.
Teri was diagnosed as having "multisystem trauma (from a possible fall)." She suffered facial and head injuries, including multi-facial fractures, orbital rim fractures and a depressed nasal bone fracture. She was bleeding from her right eye, a hole had been made in her forehead the size of a quarter and both her eyes were swollen shut. Teri also had multiple abrasions and contusions in her legs and back and bilateral wrist fractures. She was later diagnosed with a fracture in her left foot and a separated right shoulder.
"They thought I had been beaten up," Teri said, although foul play had later been ruled out. Despite her body being terribly mangled, her sundress remained surprisingly intact. A blood stain on the front of the dress and a few places where embroidery was ripped are the only signs of her ordeal.
The initial report also included the place where the accident occurred: Bell Rock, the exact place she had heard about and was hoping to visit. "I was surprised that I had found it," Teri said. "It's ironic that I was looking for it and didn't know I was there."
Although she couldn't remember what had happened to her, Teri remembered she had left her backpack in Sedona. Her father, Dave Halonen, who had flown from Minneapolis with her mother, went to Sedona with Daily to find his daughter's pack and attempt to put some of the pieces of the puzzle together.
Dave and Daily were successful in retrieving Teri's backpack, along with her cell phone, camera and wallet, which had remained in the same place on the rock for three days following the accident. He scouted out the area around the rock where the backpack had been found and was amazed at the scene. "The area below the rock was craggy with trees. If she had fallen in any other area than where she did, it would have been fatal. She was really lucky," Dave said.
Although they managed to find the backpack, they discovered little else. Walking down the rock, they found only a few drops of blood, no shreds of clothing or other signs that anyone had suffered a fall at Bell Rock.
A crew from the Sedona Fire District (SFD) first responded to the call. According to Fire Chief Matt Shobert, of SFD, he and his staff respond to an average of one to two hiking-related emergencies per week during much of the year. Accidents involving hikers on Bell Rock receive more calls than most other areas, but he believes it is due to the high volume of people on Bell Rock rather than the treachery of the rock itself. Two-thirds of the calls are regarding visitors to the Sedona area and half of the calls are fairly serious.
"Catastrophic injuries are not the norm," Shobert said "but you need to respect the topography."
The Journey
Teri remained in the hospital for a week. The first of her visitors was Teri's sister, Ericka Halonen, who had received a call from her parents the night of the accident. Although confused about what had actually happened to her sister, Ericka originally believed that the accident wasn't very serious.
But as Ericka was getting ready for work the next morning, her intuition told her otherwise. "I had a feeling that my sis was alone and in a lot of pain." She flew to Arizona later that day. "When I saw her, I could barely recognize her. I was horrified that nobody was there."
Erika was later joined by other visitors; among them were Teri's brother, Tony Halonen and friends, Tatiana Katara and Aislinn Firehawk. Firehawk, who rarely flies in an airplane, had come from Kansas City, MO, to see Teri in Phoenix. She performed reiki, energy healing through the hands, on Teri. "I knew she'd be okay, but knew it would be a long road for her. It's hard to recover from something that devastating," Firehawk said.
Teri recovered further at Daily's home and then flew home with her father May 8. Teri continued her recovery at her parents' house for nearly a month, before returning to her own home and her 17 year-old son, Zac.
For the first five months, Teri healed on the outside. Although she was still in tremendous pain, she weaned herself from a heavy dosage of Fentnal, a 72-hour patch that slowly released medication to dull her pain. On the drug, her mouth hurt 20 hours of 72, but although she was aware she would be in chronic pain, she wanted to be "out of the fog" that she was in taking Fentnal. After four nights of cold sweats and feeling feverish, she detoxified from the drug.
The pain intensified, but her clarity returned.
Now, she is forced to heal on the inside. "This has triggered a lot of fear for me. I'm facing demons I've never had to face before. I was so busy being a single mom. Now I've had to stop and deal with everything that's happened."
Teri is taking a prescription for nerve damage. "The pain's gone from a 10 to a five," she said. "(I'm in) constant agitation because I still feel the bones in my face moving… It feels like I've been punched in the face."
"Her physical healing has been miraculous," Firehawk said. "But the psychological healing takes a lot longer. It speaks volumes of her tenacity and will to go on."
Teri has been in and out of depression for several months. "Before the fall I was a strong person. I had the tools I needed to deal with things. Now I don't know how to use the tools anymore. I have the emotions and strength of a two year-old."
In February, Teri had surgery to extract a broken bone which was floating in her ankle. In March, she had surgery on her right hand to take out the metal from her wrist. She still faces surgery to remove the metal in her left wrist and a possible surgery on her right eye. She has seen multiple physical therapists and continues to do physical therapy weekly for her wrists and shoulder. She also sees a trauma therapist to help her mentally recover from the ordeal. Neurological testing is being done to help her focus and adapt on daily tasks.
Alternative holistic healing has also played a major role in her recovery, including cranial-sacral therapy, Rebirthing breathwork, chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy. Teri can't carry much weight in her hands, nor can she walk far without limping. She hasn't been able to return to her former occupations as a massage therapist and hula hoping instructor, although she hopes to do both again within a year.
She still does not remember anything that happened since taking the picture of her boots while sitting atop Bell Rock to waking in the hospital three days later.
The Future
One of the reasons Teri continues on her path to recovery is for her son. "Being a single mother, I've been his sole provider for the past 17 years. I've always been there for him and I want to continue to be there for him." She would also love to help others in trauma get through their difficult stages. Teri found many of her doctors and others in the medical profession that dealt with her to be without grace and patience. "True healers have to transcend through a difficult experience to have the compassion to heal others."
Teri is currently helping her friend, Jennifer Kinney, who recently had brain surgery after a stroke caused by moya moya, a brain disorder in which major arteries that feed the brain close up. Every evening, Teri helps Kinney with tasks and provides her company. "It's helping me heal to help someone else heal. It's been priceless."
Teri also recognizes there's a higher purpose for her. "I need to play the note I make in this percussion of life. I wondered why I got up after the fall, but I know I'm reaching for my tools again."
As she nears her 35th birthday and the anniversary of her fall, Teri is ready to start anew. "Last year was a blur. I've had to overcome many challenges. This year will be spectacular."
A benefit concert and silent auction was held for Teri August 2, 2007 at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community by several local musicians, including singer, song writer Colleen Buckman, who wrote and designated the rights and royalties to Teri to a song entitled, "Tumble." The chorus to the song is:
Though we could not heed the call
We were with you all the way
Could not catch you're fall
We can help you walk away
Hand in hand, heart to heart, till you're healed.

"It's hard for any of us to say what we would do unless we were in this situation. I don't remember the strength that I had that got me up and carried me to the road. Sometimes I wish I could reach into that well of strength again," Teri said. "We all have our weaker spots, but we also have an amazing power and strength inside us to heal ourselves."

Stand Fast, Be Strong….Stand within your Joy.
A Battle Cry.

These times are changing fast; many ‘of the light’ are falling, being side tracked into battles of will against will, right or truth against another’s right/self truth.
Its time to remember; wake up to why we are here.
The battle cry is not of who is right, who holds the better truth or whose truth is right or wrong. We all hold that truth. We are All amazing, Divine Beings of Light and Love, no matter where or at what point we are within our life path, we are all equal in what we truly are. We Are Light, Truth and Honesty; we are Strong and shall not fall with fear, anger nor hatred for those who do not follow our own Will/Truth. Another’s truth is irrelevant; it holds no power over us. Let it Be, Let it Go and have no fear for another’s way of being. Each shll find their own way and Dance their life as they will and wish.
The Battle cry of a Light worker is Joy. Stand in it, hold it and carry it close.
Spend some time daily creating a Joy Moment. Sit and find one moment, a moment of pure Joy that has been felt during this or any other lifetime of which you are aware of. That moment can be as simple or complicated as you wish to make it. A child’s smile, a beautiful sun set, a time when a gift was freely given or received, the touch of a loved one…any point of Joy that is held within. Manifest it, enlarge it and Be it.
Magnify that moment, hold it close within the heart, visualise it if possible and embellish it with your Love, your delight, decorate it with whatever makes you happy…spring flowers, beauty, your own sense of creative Joy.
Make it easy to access and bring to the surface of your thoughts, perhaps associate it with a scent which you favour and brings memories of Joy. For instance, Lavender fragrance, or whatever rocks for you. Dab on the scent and sit, recall the Joy moment and strengthen it. Use the scent later to help evolk this Joy moment. Perhaps use a picture to focus upon, associate that picture with your Joy and carry it with you at all times. LOL even make/create a picture, put into it all of your Joy and passion and carry it with you to remind you of that inner Joy that you hold.
Make it so that this Joy moment is easy to retrieve, easy to access at any time. Expand it so it becomes who you are at all times; make your Joy moment infinate and limitless, make it you.
As soon as a point is reached where we step into a fear/anger/pain/sorrow etc moment, recall this Joy, utilise it and make it real, just as ‘real’ as that moment of fear. Allow this Joy Moment to meld with that fear, over whelm it. Change that fear/anger moment into a Joy moment and Stand Strong within the Light that you are.
This Joy Moment can be used at any time, all of the time, thro fear, anger, sadness, pain, sorrow. Use it to enhance the Love which is felt, if you are already within Joy…then create more and allow it to flow in all directions!
I Love You My family of Light and Joy….Stand tall within this Battle Cry of Joy. We are almost there, our hands of Light shall prevail thro all anger, fear and pain.
We are of Beings Light of and Joy, we chose our pathways here within these earth realms and we do not waver from this task of Light and empowerment of Joy.
Let’s Dance This Life in the Unity of Joy !
