Hello again. I lived through the 90's just like the rest of you yet didn't hear the song "Creep" by Radiohead until yesterday.
So what am I getting at here you ask? I wanted to share a great version of the song sung by a homeless man from the streets of New York who was asked to sing on the air at a radio station. They handed him a guitar and this was what he came up with. In my opinion, it's beautiful.
As far as I know this man, "Daniel Mustard" has since recorded other songs and has a place to live. He seems happy, healthy and proud of himself. He just needed to be heard....

It's been a little while since I wrote on here. I wish I had good things to write about, and encouraging words for everyone but I do not. My incarnation on this plane has been nothing short of a tortuous path, while necessary for my awakening, my feet keep dragging, I'm tired and weary.
I'm not complaining; I know I brought most of this upon myself, but I'm lost in this 'dream'... Or rather, nightmare.
7 years ago, I crossed paths with another being on his own path. There's no denying that this was meant to happen, as he and I have known each other for several incarnations, and even though, by blood he isn't, by soul he is. He is my brother. He has been there for me on a spiritual level, helped me getting to a higher level of Consciousness, and for that I can't thank him enough. He has also been there for me on a more personal level, which he is not obliged to, but he has been and still is. He has watched me spiral down until I hit rock bottom, and never once he judged me, but along the road, he's been giving me what I call deserved "verbal beatings", which usually brings some sense back into me, and helps me see clearer.
This time it's not working. Since the solar flares a few weeks ago, I've been releasing a lot of negative energies I've kept trapped inside throughout the years because, if my physical journey wasn't an easy one to begin with before I met him, it got progressively worse afterwards. It could always be worse, I'm aware of that, the universe kindly put me back in my place the one time I dared asking if things could get worse, so I always keep that in mind.
Back a year and a half ago, I unlocked a portal where I jumped without looking back, shedding my fears in the process, and that enabled me to make a considerable leap in the expansion of my Consciousness. But since then, I've been stuck trying to decipher how to unlock the next portal; Clarity. Ever since then, life has thrown a lot my way, each time a problem presented itself, several paths opened up, usually going by pairs. This time, I have three different paths I can take, and I'm back to square one, completely crippled by fears of repeating past mistakes.
One of the paths would lead me to get rid of most of my problems very quickly, but it would also tear me apart inside, and I would be reunited with my brother and his family physically.
The second would be a path of loneliness, still facing my problems but alone because of pride and selflessness being the cause.
The 3rd would still have me dealing with my problems but I wouldn't have to do it alone.
I know what I will be hearing. "Listen to your Heart." My brother told me that already. I have tried, but in each of these paths, my Heart is present. There has been something keeping me in this country, a little voice in the back of my mind convincing me to stay, but considering all the crap I've gone through since then, my brother tends to think it's a scheme of the Dark, aiming at weakening and killing me slowly, which is part of the reason why he's tried to get me to come back to my country. I tend to agree for the most part, but not entirely. My health is deteriorating here, drastically, after all. But there's something else. Something I can't quite put my finger on, yet, unfortunately.
I'm not asking for anyone to tell me what to do; it's not the point of this post. However opinions, and the sharing of personal experiences are more than welcome.

Some band names and lyrics, I don't like them at all but I like the rhythm, speed, technigue and skill.
I love some lyrics too, but those are not "dark". Metal music to be honest, saved me too, I was teased a lot and
I meditated with metal music, It really helped me a lot and I was "happier". I thank my dad who bought me a
casette player back in the day, oh boy it was a lot of fun , sometimes even during classes, haha...but that's a secret ;)
Is metal music somehow "satanic", personally, I don't think so, It all depends how you FEEL about and what kind EMOTIONS it brings to you, and even then it doesn't necessarily mean that it is "satanic",
Yes, I have grown about music tho, I have listened to a lot of metal bands back in the day and just recently BEFORE or UNTIL I got a wake up from so many PEOPLE, and I don't know .. my music taste got a lot wider.. which is NICE
I like PARTY music and for sad times, something that is encouring and makes me cry tears.. I am a lot more sensitive nowadays, and happier...
This is just my opinion,

Headphones will heed good results however this one can be played in the background to help raise the vibration in the room while you do other things (like surf the net). However if you wish to fully engage in the music that to is fine and quite beneficial. This meditation contains gamma and delta isocronic tones and binaural brainwave entrainment. My highlight of the day for some reason, I keep returning to those words: "Actions speak louder than words."
I've been stuck in limbo on this physical plane for so long, I almost forgot what it truly meant to live and strayed away from my path, only to experience what some call "The Dark Night of the Soul" but I call it an important lesson I needed. I needed to hit rock bottom in order to go higher up.
My feet finally led me to a place I needed to be at. It enabled me to finally open myself up to the Source, and I'm now finally able to experience, intense, but also beautiful and unique experiences as I continue to elevate myself, and I'm extremely grateful for that.
I've always been very sensitive to energies, even as a kid. But, because I pulled the plug for a little bit, I'm having to relearn to trust myself and what I'm feeling. Thus, the solar flares from a few days ago affected me greatly, and I found myself unable to shield from negative energies nearby, as I would have done almost automatically, a few months back. I was presenting what people have been claiming are symptoms from those solar flares; physically and mentally exhausted, yet restless inside, ready to burst. My heart chakra was going out of control. However, there was this "little voice in the back of my mind" telling me it was time to travel, so, I finally gave in, and laid down to get some rest.
Unusual, and odd for me, because it takes me a while before I can sleep... I fell asleep in almost no time. And I experienced one of the most intense travels I've had in quite some time. On this material plane, I was perhaps asleep for an hour, an hour and a half at the most. My travel spanned through several hours, that I'm certain of.
I was in a world, vibrating at a lower frequency than ours. A world ascending as well. I was at a gathering of Souls, and I was assigned some responsibilities. Despite the chaos surrounding us all, I felt a level of detachment so high, it was liberating, and I was at inner peace. And it ended with a beautiful lesson from another healer in shamanic healing. It was brutal in its practice, yet very powerful and efficient. He unblocked all of my chakras, and I came back here, soon after. But before I left, I told him these words, that still echo in my mind "I screamed so loudly, I rendered myself deaf." I feel these words are very important, yet I'm struggling to find a meaning to them. (feel free to post your opinions!) I felt so energized, I got up, grabbed a pen and paper and wrote every single detail I could remember, down. I couldn't go back to sleep until much later that day.
My conclusion... These symptoms were not due to the flares entirely. I had experienced an attack as well.
Not for lack of protection, because I am protected. But some energies can still go through the most protected of us, and I didn't have the presence to close my heart chakra momentarily and preserve myself as I would have done before; and I was starting to believe all these symptoms were due to the flares.
So moral of this...
1) Detachment and developing it is crucial in those times we're going through.
2) Whatever you're experiencing, do not lose hope, like I did, for some time. Whatever personal hell or "Dark Night" you're going through, know that it won't stay like this, and you'll grow much stronger from it all.
3) Love, but do not let your guards down.

I woke up this morning today and decided before startting to work to listen to some music. Usually I wake already with some music in my head that I want to listen for an while, sometimes the entire day.
Today,I had none...so I decided to follow the songs that I like and it just stroke me that most of them have an element in common: fire!
Is there subtil meaning in this? I done a very short and quick research about the fire element.

Make some music! It's good for your soul :)
Doesn't matter if it's singing, drumming, or whatever kind of music suits your tastes, just making music is making vibrations... it is a form of 'lightwork' in that way
In my home I am confronted with much anger, or lets just say displeasure at the way I am. The person I am. I accept that, yet you could imagine how tough it can be at times to be constantly faced with adversity and even hostility when I am just striving to live my life the way I know I must, whether or not it is understood or not.
Centering myself keeps me from reacting with the same vibrational frequencies thrust towards me in negativity, but music transforms the emotions that flood me into something greater! Something beautiful.
Music has been just one way to cope with my living situation, and I am realizing that it is an 'emotional safeguard' or acts like a vibrational barrier of sorts.
And remember, it doesn't matter how 'good' or 'bad' it may sound to others, or what anyone thinks of your sounds. Just pick up any instrument you have that strikes your fancy and play it! Doesn't even matter if you've never had a lesson in your life!
I am playing the keyboard and wood flute. Neither of which I have lessons for but still love the music I make because it is an expression of my soul and love! It's me, and it's uplifting!
I encourage you to do the same, even if you, whether you have daily challenges acting as emotional baggage or not, you will enjoy it! It will feel good for your soul!!

hi I'm back lol i just discovered for myself some free services that i believe everyone should use and know about.they are useful for many things such as spiritual healing,spiritual enhancements,to everything you could possibly imagine or need them for:)they are called brainwave entrainment and you don't have to pay for them if you don't want and that is why i am telling you go to WWW.YouTube.COM why free everything on there is free in the first place.true it is its free in the way if you know how to download them to your iPods,cell phones,computers and etc.just search up "brainwave entrainment". also i use them and they do work and help and one last thing does anyone know how to download videos from you tube for free to my cell phone and iPod?i would like to know how and where i could do this:) i offer everything i know for free and caring for the best of everyone not just me.i ask a least if someone could tell me how to do this.

*~* THE HEALING BENEFITS OF CHANTING *~*
The chanting of songs, verses, and mystic formulas existed long before the development of even the most primitive instruments. In modern times, the healing benefits of liturgical chanting have only recently been rediscovered, and in an interesting way.
During the 1960s there was a very clear instance of sound potential to affect human health. For centuries the monks of a certain Benedictine monastery in France had chanted several hours every day. Then, during the 1960s, the Second Vatican Council began considering alterations in church practices, including changing the language of chant from the traditional Latin to languages spoken locally. But when the Council could not agree on the language issue, it was decided instead to end chanting altogether and replace it with other, more productive activities.
When this new routine went into effect, the Benedictine monks began to change. For hundreds of years the order had thrived on only three or four hours of sleep, but now the monks became listless and fatigued. Even when their schedule was further altered to allow more sleep, they were constantly weary. A change in diet was implemented. A seven-hundred-year tradition of vegetarianism was replaced by a diet that included meat, but the monks' health did not improve.
Then Dr. Alfred Tomatis, an ear specialist, visited the monastery and tested the monks' hearing. Many of them turned out to be hearing-impaired, though the cause was unclear. The only variable seemed to be the cessation of chanting. Dr. Tomatis recommended that chanting resume. After the monks returned to their old routine, a transformation very quickly took place among them. Most of them again became able to function with minimal sleep.
Dr. Tomatis later told this story to a Canadian broadcast audience and explained that the cerebral cortex can become "charged," or positively stimulated, by certain kinds and frequencies of sound. Through their daily chanting sessions, the Benedictines were bringing energy into their bodies and their minds.

I dedicate this song to all of those who are from the highest dimension in their soul energy living here on Earth. You are not alone. We are extremely sensitive to negative energy and we have to hide away sometimes. I wish you are in a good place and are able to stay strong in your energy. I have a question here my fellow light workers,star seeds and everybody alike!:) what are various sources that could buy new age music i am going to replace mainstream media music as much as i can.for example i listen to just a little mostly old songs but also some new ones but they are not low vibrating music that says bad words,negative meanings and etc.the ones that listen to are like that involve love in a good way and positive message and etc.pretty much uplifting messages and comments behind them.i listen to new age music more now i have some brain entrainment music and songs.but i want to know other various sources where i could get them for free and if not free as cheap as possible.thanks for all the help and advice people.

Suzanne Teng, M. Mus. is a flutist, recording artist, composer, and teacher originally from Berkeley, California. She received her master’s degree in music from Boston University’s School for the Arts and after traveling adventures across the globe, furthered her graduate studies at UCLA’s Department of Ethnomusicology where she completed the coursework for the Ph.D. focusing on music and healing. She is currently based in Los Angeles where she performs with her band Suzanne Teng & Mystic Journey, records for soundtracks and sound recordings and presents music workshops. In performance and on recordings, Suzanne plays C flute, alto, bass and contrabass flutes, piccolo, Dizi (China), Turkish ney and zurna, Indian bansuri, Indonesian Suling, panpipes, recorders, pennywhistles, the Native American flute, ocarinas, flutes from Africa and Eastern Europe and double reed instruments from Egypt as well as percussion and voice.
