Many years ago, it was midnight in a small coastal town.
I was writing music, intensely in trance, and it suddenly struck me to go to the beach.
I convinced my mother, and my then girlfreind that we should go, and reluctantly they agreed.
We sat on the beach for a short time, discussing philosophy and looking at the stars. Thats when we noticed - one of the stars was moving, it wasnt a star.
The movement was unmistakable, as was the object and clearly beyond normal explainations.
When we realised, we suddenly became three seperate realities.
My mother, convinced that they were going to abduct us, had a telepathic communication explaining why we arent any good as abductees.
My girlfreind has a telepathic communication, where she receives images of armeggeddom. Eventually under hypnosis, she recovers that shes been abducteed her whole life.
I see a pure light being in my minds eye, and despite the other two people actually physically stopping me, and dragging me away - i try to establish contact, mentally and physically and am facinated.
What really happened?
We saw a light object in the sky that moved differently from our expectations. Funny thing, expectations really. Anyway, thought id share that...
I wish u all the most beautiful of october 14th's!
Peace to you all, and may peace find us all here on earth and in other places unknown.

The Bridge ~ Reminder #120
The Godspark
It'll all come together.
Just smile and watch it all come together.
You can call it the Godspark, the 100th Monkey, The Reunion, Critical Mass, or whatever you like, but, regardless of what you call it, it is coming. People are going to be lifted up and out of this encumbered mindset into a freer, more exalted place. We may or may not leave this Earth, however, the days of being a slave to another man's whims, the days of having our happiness tied to how much money we have, the days of us harming ourselves for reasons we are unaware of are coming to an end. It will be a huge relief and a release such as we have never felt before. We'll wake up one morning, and everywhere you go you'll see people happy and smiling because they will be being given everything they need freely and lovingly.
"Consider what happens when you strike a match. There is a critical point when just enough friction occurs to cause a spark to spring forth and a fire that wasn't there a moment before to burn brightly in front of you. It's the same with mankind as we move into the new millennium. It doesn't take all of us to bring about the change; it just takes enough of us to intend that we live in a world of peace and freedom and joy. It will happen in an instant. One moment we may still be shuffling through the shadows, and then, suddenly, in the next moment, one inspired person breaks a lifelong pattern and opens up to the highest good - and with this simple act of love, the entire human race reaches a critical point. A spark of light flickers, then bursts into flame, heralding a new standard and the life that we all deserve to live.
That person could be you."

My Intention for today is:
I Intend that I am completely and utterly free.

i have a friend who is of a different spiritual path, and when she knew that i'm a wiccan/lightworker, and she also saw this website (wonder why she was looking??? haha privacy please! lol kidding. i got nothing to hide. people can see things whatever they like...)
my friend of mine immediately said... "wow. so people that you don't know tell you that you are their YOUR brothers and sisters and they give love to you? eew! weird! new agers are escapists!"
and i asked her, "why do you think so?"
"well, look at it! you don't know these people and they give you 'love and light' as they say it. i mean, they give you peace etc. you don't know them and how sure are you that they are sincere? for all i know they are just saying that because they don't want to look at the reality of things and that is sometimes, things do get wrong! you should get out of that mindset immediately (my real name lol) before they get to you and convert you and you are stuck in a world where only 'love and light' exists. puhleeesssee!!!"
i didn't react to her but rather diverted her attention to something else. she even asked me, "aren't you going to defend yourself or something?"
i just smiled and said nothing. i just told her that "there may be validity in what you have said."
and i know people may get mad at what i have said but, you'll see my point later. ;)
as i have diverted her to something else, i immediately remembered a good lightworker here who reacted about another blog... i remembered the essence of her message which was...
"the world may become crappy but it doesn't mean that we have to go with it. we have to work with it as much as we can until we get what we feel we deserve." and i agree to that all very much.
in a way, and i don't mean to be controversial, we can be escapists. but not by what the meant! like we do not want to face the real world which can sometimes be interesting. lol.
we are, because well, we look at this world and we know that it can be better than what it is. sure it has some negativity now and we respect that, that is why, as lightworkers, we make it "as loving and light" as we can while we are here on earth. "we want to escape from vicious cycles of negativity" so yeah. in a way we are escapists. lol we want to escape to something much better because in some cases, we do believe that man can become better and can only get better.
so what makes us so weird is that, she is right... we don't know each other very well and yet we give love and light to everyone that we see here. we support each other and give each other the greatest understanding that we can give... we also give different views that can help the person move on from a bad cycle and so forth.
we are weird because we believe that love and light is for free... i mean, it should be given to everyone who is open to it. we practice equality and all those other "non normal good things that other people do not do" like do good things to strangers. hehe.
and if there is one comment on my friend's statement it would be this... i really wouldn't know if every line of "love to you and peace to you or light to you in this site is really fully meant"... but i know that mine are... however, does it matter? do people even think about it? especially here??? no.
what makes this site really weird is that we really don't know but we just feel that everyone IS sincere. lol. and whether or not we are wrong, we don't care. at the end of the day, we know that the intentions of everyone here is for the good, the love and light! (goodness! how many times did i mention these words--- love and light) hehe.
if there are misunderstandings, we look to the goodness of each person's heart and deal with it from there (at least to where i am standing lol)
so anyway, yeah... we are weird! and it's a good thing! because if we are normal just like them... i wouldn't feel such love and light!
i love you all!!!!

WHAT IS TIME? ................................
When Einstein introduced his theory of Relativity, a new concept was born that changed the world of physics and captivated the minds of science fiction writers............"The Space-time Continuum". In one dramatic leap Einstein re-defined the Universe and incorporated time in a radical new fashion...........time was from this point on, regarded to be an integral part and physical property of the Universe, somehow intertwined with Space. Time was perceived as the fourth dimension that was responsible for the curvature of space and even involved with the mysterious force of gravity.
Exactly how this amazing theory was developed is well beyond the scope of this blog, but one of the main cornerstones was the discovery of the limiting velocity of light. No matter how fast you are traveling, the speed of light always remains the same..............in other words, if you were traveling at 99.9999999999% of the speed of light and shone a torchlight ahead of you, you would expect that the lightbeam would be nearly twice as fast when observed from the ground..............Well, for some reason it doesn't happen and the speed of your torchlight's beam remains the same! This obviously doesn't make any sense, the two velocities should add up...............To get around this paradox, Einstein suggested that TIME ITSELF slows down when we approach the speed of light .........
In other words there is this physical thing called time which seems to change depending on how we look at it......... it's all relative. After this amazing suggestion, Einstein discovered that he could account for the phenomenon of gravity mathematically if we looked at space itself as being curved----the more curvature, the more gravity . According to Einstein ,TIME was the fourth dimension that described the curvature of Space itself.......After Relativity was accepted by the Scientific community in the early part of the 20th century, this "Space time continuum" and even the notion of "Time Travel" was readily integrated into mainstream thought throughout the world and became a recurring theme in science fiction, even to this day.
Its a shame Einstein wasn't a meditator..................he made one crucial error................one fatal flaw.
TIME IS AN ILLUSION
If any person who has meditated is asked about their experience of time during this state of Spiritual oneness, they would all say the same thing........... Time just disappears, all that remains is a feeling of eternity..... When there is no mind, there is no time...............
ALL THAT EXISTS IS THE PRESENT MOMENT.........the past no longer exists, the future has not yet happened...
This seems really obvious, but when analyzed in depth it leads to the inescapable conclusion that the notion of time being a continuous stream of SOMETHING, is a load of nonsense.......If all that exists is the present moment, then the perception of time as a flow from the past continuing through the present and into the future is merely a mental phenomenon. In other words, our brains using our system of memory, construct our experience of time-------if we had no ability to recall previous events or any imagination to project future ones, our perception of the world would be based solely on the present moment................... time for us would simply not exist. Obviously we would not be able to survive without our memory faculties.........we need this appreciation of past /present/future to function normally, BUT outside of our minds this is no physical phenomenon of time at all.................................
Everything that exists is moving--objects cannot keep still and are constantly changing their various energy levels. The intrinsic energy that anything possesses is reflected in the object's motion , heat and vibrationary state. What is happening is that the energy of everything is in a state of flux that is constantly changing as the present moment evolves..........
How this relates to the curvature of space is simple..........
If we could somehow visualise our 3 dimensional space of length, width and height somehow flattened into the surface of a sphere, the various energy levels of objects within it could be represented by another dimension rising above it. This fourth dimension is not time , but describes the various energy modes that objects possess i.e. kinetic energy (motion), thermal energy (heat) and vibration (oscillation)
In this way we can describe the various changes that occur in the physical world without introducing the concept of some fluid time phenomenon. All that exists is the present moment, things just rise and fall 4th dimensionally.........
Space IS curved however.................. This 5th dimensional curvature is also involved in gravitation, but it is nothing to do with time TIME EXISTS ONLY WITHIN THE MIND
Einstein must be really kicking himself...................................

"Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds."
Albert Eintein
I think light workers shouldn’t not have to fit a title that limits the possibility of them being "imperfect."
Nor boast about a topic that is based on conclusion(judgment) of the illusion of duality. We are one. Therefore only judge ourselves. What we recognize in others, its the things within us.
Maybe if we walked in there shoes we would see were they are coming from and stop judging to see that everyone else is ... everyone else. Human.
All unhappiness is caused by comparison. And breaks up unity. Only causes separateness.
So with that,
I think true light workers don't judge what there ignorant on. But answer with a love that see's no such difference of the light dark black white illusion.

Questions on God
"if we as soul children of God the Original Creator of All that is, have been given life by God taking a very small a portion of his/her/its existence Consciousness to enable that consciousness portion to exist as an Individual Soul, so that every souls Life would again be experienced by God, as God cannot live in his own Consciousness in the way we do, Is it therefore so, that God can only live through our experiences, since outside of Gods Consciousness there is Nothing?
and Therefore God cannot experience anything outside of himself !"
We shall break down your question so we may respond.
It is correct to say we have been given life by God as we are God’s soul children. It is also correct to say, we, as God, the original creator of all that is have given ourselves life…or have given ourselves a third density experience, or in our case a sixth density experience.
It is also correct to say that each being embodies a small portion of God’s existence. Yet it is not like taking a tiny piece of the whole and putting it into something else. The entire portion of all that is God is within each & every being as a perfect replica or holographic copy.
It is correct that every soul’s life is then experienced by God as each and every soul is God. It is correct from one perspective to say that God cannot live within his own consciousness in the way you do in third density…..yet from another perspective God does live within you and is therefore within his own consciousness. The ultimate original creator embodies everything and all in one entire moment simultaneously. There is no linear time, no separateness and no “others” there is only self. Yet it is by experiencing others that the self learns what self is.
“Is it therefore so, that God can only live through our experiences, since outside of Gods Consciousness there is Nothing?”
This question cannot be correctly answered as there is no outside of God’s consciousness.
God’s consciousness is all that there is…it has no outside, no beginning & no end. There is no such thing as “nothing” in the sense you know it but there is consciousness experiencing consciousness to discover it consciousness exists. Therefore there may indeed be a “nothing” but that “nothing” would itself be consciousness making it “something” and cancelling out the concept of “nothing”
"Is it also so, that God does not really know where he himself originated from?"
This question again cannot be correctly answered as God did not “originate” there was no origin. God exists and in that one moment of pure consciousness there is no other point of reference….no other space or time.
God exists in the now moment for the now moment is all there is and it has no origin.
Even if Gods existence is in reality a collective of All Individual Souls put together and perhaps this God is the result of a Paradox, where did the Souls or The First Soul originate from in the Very Beginning ?
From one perspective it is true to say that God’s existence is a collective of individualised souls together…but from the truest perspective…..in the absolute now moment before any distortion, there is only consciousness that is neither one nor many yet is only one and is many.
The First soul after the distortion of the one now moment, all that is, source that is known as God…would be awareness. The consciousness became aware. Yet this distortion is still so much part of the original oneness that this aspect also has no “beginning” as you know it yet it would be classes as the First Soul.
So there was no “very beginning” only one now moment which is circular and then is a spiral and is ever fluid in movement and beginning and end cannot be quantified within this one pure thought….for within this perception nothing is linear. Within this perception linear is illusion, time is illusion.
"Since it is truly impossible that anything can Always have existed, there must always be a beginning for anything !"
We respond to this that there is no concept as “truly impossible” when speaking of the one pure consciousness, the all that is, God. For within this perception is only limitless and infinite possibility. Indeed within this perception is infinity and there are no beginnings within infinity.
Your question is logical only when thinking with the linear mind. Yet the very subject you ask about is non-linear and infinite therefore “truly impossible” cannot be used within this question for “truly impossible” is linear.
“there must always be a beginning for everything” this again is perfectly true when thinking with the third density linear mind but again cannot be used in a question relating to the beginning of something that never began.
Pure thought is pure thought. Pure consciousness is pure consciousness. There is no beginning and there is no end.
"is life atheistic and with no purpose?"
There is always purpose for there is always creation and creation has purpose.
"Is there a intelligent creator of life and a purpose?"
There is an intelligent creator of life and there is purpose. Each soul mirrors the one pure source which is intelligence and is creation.
"Why is there no hard evidence for the existence of god and the supernatural?"
There is much evidence of God and of the supernatural in every corner one wishes to look but one must have eyes to see what one is looking at.
If by “hard evidence” you mean scientific proof, again this is available but has not yet come into the forefront of man’s collective consciousness in your timeline. Regarding evidence of the supernatural this is in the process of being birthed and shall come. By the time scientific evidence of the supernatural is available you shall no longer need nor desire it.
We do not have the answer as to whether scientific evidence shall prove the existence of God. For how can you prove that which has not proven itself?

DON'T SAY IT, BE.
Everything we do on 3D/4D carries a judgement, I'm judging right now.
From naming it a rock, or it, to presenting your self as Your self, to your very name; its a judgement.
To not judge is to 'escape' duality. At the end of the day we are everything, everywhere.
We experience duality due to our judgements which result in an illusion of separation.
Relate back to my blog titled 'Sometimes Its Best To Do Nothing'
Everything is in harmony, just our illusions of duality which bring about the assumed problems.
Water does not judge, therefore:
Water does not complain,
Water has no will,
Water has no desire,
Water has no needs,
Water can be water at any given judgement.
Water is in harmony with creation.
Water is not water, water is
"Oh no I'm gonna die then I'll have to learn everything all over again" Y
ou are everything, you now have learned.
You are not judging therefore the process of oneness is initiated.
Now, the body is very much a part of duality as it is everything, the body seems to judge, but we are judging.
There is no battle of good and bad, light and dark, negative and positive.
Those separations are created so one can remain in the illusion as an individual, with other individuals.
We incarnate to realize we Are.
As judgements cease there are no blocks, we become transparent, we shine through life and life shines through us.
We Become, realizing no bounds, no distinctions, no pain, no gain.
I AM? That is a judgement.
I AM , that is a separation, to say you are something is a separation.
"I AM love, beauty..." You are also evil, ugly... Come to terms with this and you'll no longer judge.
When you no longer judge there is no words, actions necessary.
When you no longer judge, you are the very god your self, you are what you create and that is everything.
Someone once said to me: "if we truly have free will, why must we eat? What if I don't want to eat?"
To label it as eating it is a judgement, to want, you're not living in harmony. You do not eat, your body wants food, so you show no self service and allow your body to eat. The body eats, in reality there is no reality, the body did not eat, I am not typing this, thoughts begin to dissolve, going, going... We are everything. To say 'going going gone' would be a lie cuz we are everything everywhere.
You can only see this text because you want to see it, you just created the seperation as you do not realize you're everything and think these words need visual claification. I judge them as words. We are on this 3D plane and judgement is a form of expression.
To put it in a more literal sense, we are everything, in and out all dimensions at once, our judgements bind our illusion to 3rd density where apparent seperation exists. As we shift into 4th density we are beginning to blend back in to what we are, we are just doing what we are doing, in reality what we do, just is. There is no words upon our actions, they're not actions, they just Are.
Why must I help humanity?
Who cares?
The true answer to a question is a reflection.

Seems when many refer to 'judgment' they do so re: terms of "good or bad", "right or wrong" and so forth. Offered is perhaps that judgment is merely forming an opinion....."Oh! That's wrong" is no different from "Oh! That's black" or "Oh! I'm a Light Worker". Offered is that all are judgments. Judgment is inclusive of 'holier than thou' but not exclusive.
Seems many invest emotion in "not" being judgmental. Offered is that the only way to be non-judgmental is to be in the original, eternal state of awareness. That is, w/out 'thinking', for once thought enters, awarenss stops and judgment begins. The illusion says we must "know", the eternal state says we already do, there is no other option. All that is necessary is to be "nothing" and realize all is an illusion. With this comes our original state returns, we need no-thing for we are no-thing but awareness.

The Sacredness of Life versus The Illusion of Life
Perhaps remnants of my Roman Catholic upbringing, I've generally had a sense of "sacred" attached to any notion of "life". That is until more recently. Not to say that I find life opposite of sacred. I find it neither. Now, there is a part me.....a part of "memory", if you will, abhors that thought. To that part this seems blasphemous for it takes away the 'reason' for living. "Why, I might as well go suicide!" Not true. The only value of life is the significance that we place on it. The same as if we were watching a movie. However this "movie" is much more intricate, much more engaging, and dehibilitating, in the sense that it separates us from our original eternal state of being. Awareness tells me that the more one is invested in the "life illusion" the more difficult this notion would be to consider. Also, I offer there is no right or wrong in whether it is considered or not. IMHO
If one accepts/entertains the notion of the "illusion", then one would be prudent to question "sacredness vs illusion".
Next question - who/what is the "man behind the curtain"????
Question everything!

Mark

I really do not know what to say or how to say it. I am the first one in the office and i was wondering a lot of things about my life in general. All that i can say is that a lot of revelations have been happening and time has been speeding up so fast, i was not able to find time to actually say something about it.
for example, in the past the angels have told me that the reason that i am here in this temporary job was because i am supposed to help someone here in the office. i thought, well of course, i'm supposed to help. i am hired to help people do their jobs here. but then, after a week at work, i have realized that the reason i was there was because of dr. Joyce Dy. She is my boss and she's a lovely woman. She and her son recently parted because her son was accepted to have a Scholarship in China. She is really depressed nowadays and feels so alone. I guess, i was meant to stay here to comfort her and keep her company to ease her in this transition.
another note is that yesterday, as i have seen the fruits of my labor, i have realized that the students around here do not respect me as an admin staff in the office. since they think that i am just older than them and i am not a teacher nor a permanent staff, they treat me like crap. i feel so bad (so much for christ consciousoness state, i feel as though maybe i was wrong with that belief... but that's for later)... because i have showered them with love and yet they spite me like a rodent in the gutter.
but before and during that event i have seen demons and negative spirits running about the office. it was weird because this office is full of Jesus, Mary and everything Catholic, yet I see them everywhere... some of the ghosts try to scare me but the demons, they just flew right on by, not disturbing nor talking to me. so i have figured that these things are not for me. so anyway, i guess that maybe it's not really the ambiance but the people that attracts these demons in the first place or negative beings... i don't know. i really don't know what's happening in the planet right now, but i believe that these spirits are becoming rampant because of the upcoming Oct. 14, 2008. i feel as though there is already a great shift in energy levels... like something is being prepared for...
all energies are changing into their proper places and i don't know... that's why i think i'm seeing all these things fly by without notice of other things... Curiously, i haven't seen the angels so much... just the usual. Guardian angels... of each person...
anyway, yesterday as i have showed my presentation, one of the students said loudly "why is it so slow?" i felt very bad with that comment because this student did not even participate in the preparation, yet she has the right to criticize my work publicly... i know this is the reason why Teacher Lexi, a co-worker of mine, kept on asking me yesterday if i was fine... i said i was because to tell you the truth, i'm thinking... does that comment matter in the end? my work is just the manifestation of my ego and my ego got criticized now my ego is mad... is my ego me? no... my ego is not me... i'm just energy. ball of energy... controlling energy.... affecting energy... living energy. that is all that i am... as such, this has reflected on my studies...
i feel that i just keep on passing papers. i just feel that if i just keep on passing papers all the time, i'll just get by. i just want things over with and get on with my life... but the question of to what?
earlier this morning as i tried to put on make up... i have again seen that i have imperfections on my face and dandruff on my hair... although it was not as exaggerated than before... i felt bad again... and after i have put on moisturizer and a medium beige mousee, i picked up my lip moisturizer and i kept on placing it on my dry lips and i just keep on thinking...
"what is the point of putting on make up when my face will never be perfect?"
"what is the point of washing my hair and trying to get rid of dandruff when it will always be there?"
"what's the point of dressing up very good in the office when you don't get treated like your equal?"
"what's the point of being nice when the rest of the world will always treat you like crap?"
"what's the point of respect when you will never get it?"
"does everything else matter?"
*sigh* me and my thoughts.

I am off to work for now. Will be interesting to see responses when I return.

A new awareness for this one. Used to think that "death", or rather the fear of death, was the most prominent ingredient of this illusion that stands before us. Not so sure now as even THAT is subject to 'time'. Stop, clear yourself of all internal chatter (thinking) and let the moment just be an infinite "state". THAT is what is real. Time is of the Grand Deceit that separates one from the original state of eternal being. The "Ascension Process", itself, implies a sense of 'time' by connotation. Our "path" is about 'travel', which is about "time". Re-incarnation is about "Time", so it too must be of the illusion. Whew, my whole seemingly 'enlightened' state is being challenged. Question everything and you'll find there "is" no-thing for you are eternal, perfect. All else is an ILLUSION.

From the musical Time by Dave Clarks (1969) - narrated by Laurence Olivier
Stand before me on the sign of infinity all you of the Earth. With the granting of the law of provination, comes the application of change. I will give you the key. And with
this knowledge please realize comes the responsibility of sharing it. I will show you
the way, it’s simple. Throughout the Universe there is order - In the movement of
the planets, in nature and in the functioning of the human mind. A mind that is in
its natural state of order is in harmony with the Universe and such a mind is timeless.
Your life is an expression of your mind, you are the Creator of your own Universe,
for as a human being you are free to will whatever state of being you desire,
through the use of your thoughts and words. There is great power there. Can be
a blessing or a curse, it’s entirely up to you. For the quality of your life is brought
about by the quality of your thinking. Think about that!
Thoughts produce actions – look at WHAT you are thinking. See the pettiness
and the envy and the greed and the fear and all the other attitudes that cause you
pain and discomfort. Realise, that the one thing you have ABSOLUTE control over
is your ATTITUDE – see the effect that it has on those around you, for each life is
linked to ALL life, and your WORDS carry with them chain reactions, like a stone
that is thrown into a pond. If your thinking is in order, your words will flow directly
from the heart – creating ripples of LOVE.
If you truly want to change your world my friends, you must change your thinking.
Reason is your greatest tool, it creates an atmosphere of understanding which
leads to caring, which is LOVE.
Choose your words with care. Go forth with LOVE.

Spiritual Quotes about oneness
A human being is part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. ...The true value of a human being is determined primarily by the measure and the sense in which they have obtained liberation from the self. ...We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if humanity is to survive. (Albert Einstein)
The notion that all these fragments is separately existent is evidently an illusion, and this illusion cannot do other than lead to endless conflict and confusion. Indeed, the attempt to live according to the notion that the fragments are really separate is, in essence, what has led to the growing series of extremely urgent crises that is confronting us today. Thus, as is now well known, this way of life has brought about pollution, destruction of the balance of nature, over-population, world-wide economic and political disorder and the creation of an overall environment that is neither physically nor mentally healthy for most of the people who live in it. Individually there has developed a widespread feeling of helplessness and despair, in the face of what seems to be an overwhelming mass of disparate social forces, going beyond the control and even the comprehension of the human beings who are caught up in it. (David Bohm, Wholeness and the Implicate Order, 1980)
The Death of the Idealist Philosopher
Idealist philosophy believes that the mind exists, and that our sense of the external world (physical reality) is simply a construction of the mind. Given that all our knowledge is in fact a creation of the mind (imagination) it has been difficult to refute this - to get from our ideas of things to the real thing in itself (see Kant).
The experiment. Imagine an idealist philosopher in an aeroplane at 30,000 feet. A ten second timer is activated that will eject the 'philosopher' from the plane. They are wearing a parachute, but it is not fastened. They must decide if they wish to fasten themselves to the parachute or not.
This eliminates idealist philosophers / philosophy- they either fasten the parachute and thus acknowledge the truth of physical reality - or they do not and fall to their death!
This argument is a bit mischievous, but it does make two important points - that the physical laws of nature apply equally to humans as they do to all other matter - and while it is easy to be an idealist when writing essays, we should always apply these ideas to physical reality (the ultimate determiner of truth!).

Having dabbled with DIY regressions and Guided Meditations for years now I felt it was time to try it out with an experienced practitioner. The Saturday workshop was everything I could have hoped for. The day with Deborah was extremely insightful to say the least.
My husband and I attended the workshop together and due to bad weather there was only four of us present. Better for us really because it meant that the whole experience was a lot more personal, and we were at ease from the moment we stepped into the room.
The first session in the morning was spent doing some gentle meditation, aura exercises and a mini regression, in which Deborah talked us through some dates on a timeline to see if there were any in particular which we felt drawn to.
While Deborah was talking, every time she mentioned a date I would see a stream of pictures, so fast that it was virtually impossible to try and remember them all to record later on. When she mentioned the Egyptian Period I saw an image of myself standing with my arms raised to the sun, fully clad in ritual adornments, with the winged disc of Isis behind my head. The next thing I knew I was seeing it from her perspective, walking up some steps towards a temple door, with two guardians either side of me.
When we finished the first regression, I got up feeling chills all down my arms from behind my shoulders, to the tips of my fingers and down my spine.
The afternoon session lasted a lot longer, giving you time to explore a past life of your choice. I found it a bit difficult lying for over an hour, simply because I am used to meditating sitting in a chair. There were some rather interesting results though. The first image to pop into my head was my feet, clad in brown leather sandals. I was looking down at my feet, and I was standing on a boat. I could see the hem and folds of the long wool robe. As Deborah talked us through different aspects of that life, like where we lived and what kind of a life we had, I felt right at home in this eerie half conscious world with images of places and things that I had owned.
It appeared that I had been some kind of female hermit, or wise woman that lived in relative solitude on a sacred isle, teaching children how to read and write, in return for supplies from the village. My life had constituted of a great deal of study, worship, meditation and contemplation, living estranged from society and being cared for by “those across the water”.
My dying thoughts had been to do more with my next life, and never to waste time. I had to laugh at the irony of that, as my husband is constantly telling me that I do far too many things. So if you have ever thought about doing a past life regression, in my humble opinion, it is fascinating, and well worth trying.

Not sure what is to be said here.
Belief systems under fire and crumbling as they're examined.
No-thing is real, for it's all illusion.
Not only the aspects which I find unacceptable, those that I desire, also.
"Light" is manipulated by thought.
"Light" is an illusion. Illusion can be manipulated by thought.
Hurricanes affected by thought but still an illusion. An illusion that pleases some and has others to question.
The illusion is layers deep.
It is not through intellectualizing that the onion is peeled for intellect is thought, thought creates illusion.
Only removal of thought, the mind, the self - to no-thingness till eternal original state reveals the illusion.
Remove all that you are not and what you are will remain, which is no-thingness.
Ego (thought created) abhors no-thingness, for there is no separation (death of ego).
"Sleeper, AWAKEN!"
Light & love are illusion.
Comfortable, intoxicating elements of hypnotism that impede from true no-thingness.
Illusion has value only within the illusion.
Light and love only have value within the illusion.
As we operate within the illusion many find light and love desirable.
Remove thought, remove the illusion, know the eternal original state.
One that is invested in politics, love, light, us, them, is the same as the man on stage being hypnotized into believing he's a chicken, same dynamic.
These are not popular views for ego still remains king but tis a king on the death bed.
No fear is the only path.

Where do we find Peace, Love, Light and the acceptance of the presence? Can we ask for help finding these traits, characteristics and services? If we pray/mediate or listen to that still voice that is inside of us, answers will come if we can tune into that still special place in our heart. There are ascended masters, arch-angels, avatars and illuminated beings that have our best interests at heart. Now the web has much knowledge that can answer many questions and hidden spiritual knowledge can be revealed for the betterment of mankind.
Computer's have now become integral in our life. New and ancient knowledge is there to absorb. If ascension is going to occur by the end of 2012. Wouldn't it be wise to be prepared and find out about what we can become? Do you believe in the times of Lemura (26,000 years ago) we were functioning w/ 12 strands of DNA! Now we are only operating w/ 2 strands of DNA. Soon we will have the knowledge to operate w/ those 12 strands of DNA again. There is so much going on in the world today. Crystals are being place strategically over the world to balance the grids, magnetic grids have been adjusted. and the feminine energy is expanding.
A lot of the changes will begin w/ you. Do you love yourself? You are all important to the unfolding of the new world on Gaia. Nurture love in your heart. Hate and love can not exist in the same place. Be positive, as you are what you think. Love is creation and Light seeks knowledge.

Erle Frayne Argonza
I was once invited by a group of Sunday coffee drinkers who called themselves Freethinkers’ Society. I thought all the while that they were the balanced, Seeker-type of freethinkers. To my shock, they were atheists, and they had envisioned an atheistic Philippine society in the long run.
I noticed that they were largely from the middle-aged section of the urban boheme. They were the idle petite bourgeois who got nothing much to do on weekends, and so they decided to gather together every Sunday morning to concur courses of action about their supposed mission to destroy ‘religionism’ or ‘spiritism’. After having observed closely the cognitive operations and patterns of the group, I decided to pull out, having acquired my empirical data about the atheists of the present.
What I made known to the group, and ditto for other sectors of society, is that I am no atheist, that atheism and freethought are not identical, that atheism is vulgar materialism and I got nothing to do with its dissemination nor with that of its advocacies. However, there are instances when, together with some atheists within the academe, I did join them in coalition to demand for greater justice for state laborers, overseas workers, youth & students, and related sectors.
In my book Libertosophy and Freethought, I re-echoed the contention of HP Blavatsky, founder of the Theosophical Society, that the danger to humanity today comes from the two extremes: on the one side is Vulgar Spiritism, represented by religion and quasi-religion, that had mired people in superstition, dogma, and fanaticism; on the other side is Vulgar Materialism, represented by the atheists, who deny the existence of the Spirit and the other ontological domains (dimensions, planes).
In the same book, what I advocated for was the Integrated Man, who had synthesized the material and spiritual towards his/her own liberation (nirvana, salvation). By Man I don’t mean the male gender, but rather the human being, man having been derived from manu or ‘thinking being’. The Integrated Man has none of the characteristics of contemporary humans who are, in the main, drifters in life, who had compartmentalized life into ‘material life’ and ‘spiritual life’, who are like zombies (in Marcuse’s language) whose life orbits around a one-dimensional pursuit for the hedonistic and crass materialistic things, and who suffer from incurable alienation precisely due to the tension between the material and spiritual within them.
In no way will I say Hallelujah to the Atheist who had denied and continues to deny the Spirit. Any force that denies the Spirit, and who delimits reality therefore to the 3-dimensional world of the bio-physical, commits a terrible error of reductionism. The spread of a highly materialist weltanschauung (world outlook) largely by the atheistic sections of the population, notably the Western intellectuals, had created new traps for the human soul. By reducing reality to the 3-dimensional, mankind confronts a new blindness of sorts, or is made to believe in the illusion that life is only the 3-dimensional reality.
Having been castrated of the impulse to know further the other possible life domains, the beings inherent in them and the purpose for their existence and missions, the atheist therefore drifts in the lower life domain like any animal or ‘zombie’. The one-dimensional man (to borrow from Herbert Marcuse) of today, who had reduced life to money making-buying-accumulating-consuming hedonism, is the classic case of the somnambulist or the sleepwalker.
Per my own enquiries, there are a total of seven (7) major ontological domains, or seven (7) planes of existence. There are dimensions of life that are invisible to the physical eye, but since within us we also have bodies that correspond to the other domains, then such bodies, possessing their own corresponding ‘eyes’, can be activated to observe and move in those other dimensions.
During the sleeping state, for instance, the physical body sleeps together with the physical eyes. And as the body sleeps, the 2nd body, called Astral Body by the mystics & masters, awakens. Even before the body had slept, the Astral Body already wakens up, floats around nine (9) feet above the physical body, and than stands up in wakened state, and simply walks along the avenues of life in its natural domain: the Astral Plane. The sceneries where the Astral Body moves is then registered in the memory and visuals of the physical body as dream scene. The Astral Plane is, in fact, the ‘dream plane’, the ‘plane of illusion’, where we can practice engaging in materializing objects using our thoughts, including houses, that we cannot do in the physical plane.
Various academic researches on Out-Of-Body-Experience or OBE had documented very well the prevalence of another body. In Manila, among the top experts on the matter is the Jesuit professor, Fr. Bulatao, who is based in the Ateneo De Manila University. Wherever Fr. Bulatao goes to deliver lectures on the paranormal, he demonstrates the factuality of OBE, and therefore of the existence of subtle bodies other than the bio-physical body, by making the audience participate in the experiment. After each workshop or seminar talk, the awe-struck participants have openly expressed the amazing experience they just went through, of their instantaneous presence in some areas thousands of miles away.
Note that in this instance, the professor used scientific method to let people realize that there are other aspects to reality that the ordinary state of consciousness cannot reveal to us. Well, to the atheists, they would simply label this method as ‘pseudo-science’ and dismiss the results as merely illusory games. And that’s the problem with the reality reductionists, the atheists, for having created new superstitions in place of old ones that they have themselves so militantly come to demolish.
So be it that there are atheists in life. For as long as the atheists would respect the reality paradigms of other people, that they would come to appreciate difference, then no one would accost them. This is no longer the time to persecute people such as atheists, and so the atheists should likewise reciprocate this by tolerating competing paradigms.
But as one can see, this hasn’t been the case. When the situation arrives that atheists come to dominate the public sphere, such as what happened to Communist states, the atheists resorted to mass witch-hunting by exterminating people who strongly believe in the Spirit and the other dimensions of life. This is a case where atheism celebrates the mass mind, the Herd Mind, the cult of the Party Cadre and the State, and has nothing to do with freethought whatsoever.
Not only that, the Communists also resorted to the extermination of freethinkers, including many spiritual Seekers (freemasons, anthroposophists, etc) whose competing weltanschauung is incompatible with the worship of the State and the party cadres. For even within the Communist Party, there are also freethinker-Seekers who are silently conducting their own duties, missions, and tasks toward their inner transformation. Being free spirits, they tend to be highly authentic in their views that they cannot thoughts that contravene with the accepted dogmas. They are the equivalent of free spirit clergy whose ideas contravened against the dogma of the Church during the medieval period, and who were burnt at stake for their free thought. So is it the Communist Party and other ideological movements of the extremists.
Look at the mainland Chinese today, after decades of official atheism. We wonder what happens to the souls of the Chinese of the present generations when they depart from the physical plane, without any spiritual engagement whatsoever. And I don’t mean the devotional engagements, which they had demonstrated aplenty by showing filial piety, devotion to the Chinese nation and to the Communist leadership. I mean the life of a spiritual Seeker, which at least is accorded the devotees in those states where spiritual life is considered a fact of life and sacrosanct for existence and transcendence.
That is, without the spiritual moorings, without the profound virtues that are immanent from the higher spheres and well anchored in the conscience and unconscious, the person concerned will simply be an agglomeration of vices, to note: lying, deceiving, conceit, manipulating, divisiveness, obstructionism, and so on. Atheism reduces people to the level of the ‘reptile’ which signifies everything that is cold-blooded and Machiavellian. Lucky enough if virtues will permeate an atheist, and finding a virtuous atheist is like searching for a needle in the hay stack.
I’ve had atheist friends before, among university professors, and I stayed with them so closely for almost two (2) decades. As my own yoga practice progressed, I noticed that I became weakened by the incessant resort of these former pals to deceit and slandering of their competitor groups in the academe. My aura was practically bombarded with negative vibes by their talks and their dense auras, and so finally I had to decide to pull away from these friends. They were fellow free spirits, but they were no LightWorker types, and the demarcation between them and me was so marked. Their lifestyle was vulgarly hedonistic which I had nothing to do with.
So, fellow free spirits/freethinkers, this is my position and proxemics: deconstruct atheism and keep a distance with the atheists. I shall give my respect to the atheists as fellow humans, even as the walls between us shall remain here and in the other domains.

Do you know,
that there may be no ultimate truth?
Destroy your Ego & BS
"Intelligence is the capacity to receive, decode and transmit information efficiently.
Stupidity is blockage of this process at any point. Bigotry, ideologies etc. block the ability

censorship blocks transmission."

"We can all see how other people's BS (belief system or bullshit :p) makes them blind and "stupid" at times, but we find it very hard to notice how our own BS is doing the same to us. This is what anthropologists call 'acculturalization.' Following Gurdjieff, I prefer to call it hypnosis... Every politician knows how to induce hypnosis, and very damned few people on the whole planet know how to de-hypnotize themselves. The world is not governed by facts or logic. It is governed by BS (belief systems)."

Dear Pixie
You asked about reincarnation and past lives.
Reincarnation, as you perceive it, the cycle of death & rebirth is a correct concept when looking with the third dimensional eye.
Seeing time as a linear line correctly shows you the human clothing you have worn in your ‘past lives’ and if one has eyes to see one can look ‘forward’ and see the ‘future-self’ one is to become
But in reality these lives are not past or future at all but exist in one moment and are the multi-dimensional parts of your own soul self, incarnated within a different (but similar) earthly body.
There are many layers to ‘reincarnation’ as there are to explaining any concept that is ‘out of time’ but know this…..when one awakens the spiritual self and attains a place in the higher realms one is able to conduct a conscious death to birth memory transfer experience choosing the next earthly vehicle AND it’s soul group. If one attains mastery over the elements and the earthly body one can ‘lead’ the group soul into the next soul incarnation projecting memory along with it. This ‘type’ of reincarnation means ‘you are the same person’ you were before but in a different body, you continue on the path you were on before and when you achieve knowledge in that lifetime you are in fact re-learning that which you knew before. This has happened to many of you known as ‘lightworkers’ or ‘starseeds’ living on earth at this time this is why you attain knowledge so quickly.
The clearest method of attaining direct death to birth transfer is to be in a state of pure bliss when one leaves the body (the process you know of as death) all ‘fear’ must be eliminated for death to birth transfer to occur. Surrounding oneself with loved ones who also have attained the knowledge of the higher realms so they may ‘give you their energy’ or surrounding oneself with the ‘cosmic shape conductors’ such as pyramids, crystals and sacred stones (hence the reason the pyramids and places like Stonehenge were built) will ensure your direct and smooth passage from one living electrical conduit to the other. All the beings come into play here creating ideal genetics and astrologically aligned birth places for your new human conduit with memory intact.
Of course one cannot project conscious memory into the human brain of the tiny new-born infant so one projects it into their DNA. Or rather, it is more correct to say that your DNA stays with you….transferring from one body to another. The genetic imprint will be different but the electric level and memory will be the same waiting to be ‘activated’ as soon as the human brain is ready for memory activation which occurs as early as three months old. The memories are processed as the human becomes ready throughout its life. Reaching the other dimensions of existence through spiritual discipline will activate memory recall.
The second type of reincarnation is the one where the soul has not attained spiritual mastery to the correct level needed for direct death to birth transfer. This soul, after spending ‘time’ (as you perceive it) revaluating the karmic decisions one made in the lifetime and how far they wandered from their ‘blueprint’. (Remembering that those remaining close to blueprint will have achieved spiritual mastery & thus direct death to birth transfer IF spiritual mastery is one of the map markers within the blueprint to be attained in that lifetime )
These souls will then be ‘recycled’ (which is not the best word to describe the process) another word would be ‘changed….with a piece removed & a piece added’ again “not correct concept” as nothing can be added or taken away from the whole but describing this process to my human conduit is difficult.
Just know that the process is natural and occurs smoothly and is the way it is.
The higher consciousness will lead the individual soul through its reincarnate path until THAT SOUL HAS INDIVIDUALISED. The way a soul INDIVIDUALISES is by its own conscious knowledge of the reincarnation path and direct death to birth transfer. The INDIVIDUALISED soul has then in essence ‘separated’ itself from the whole, although nothing could be further than the truth in reality. When the ‘soul’ INDIVIDUALISES they are nearer to the group soul than ever before but become its MIRROR!!!!
The path of each ‘soul’ is to INDIVIDUALISE. You do this by realising fully the concept within the human brain that you are NOT AN INDIVIDUAL and are, in fact, part of the ‘all that is’ this is your key to individualisation and “memory retrieval at will” ability. When this happens you become the driver of the vehicle not the passenger. You become “ A god realised being.” You become your own “god!”
Then of course there is the concept of ‘time’ and the various ‘timelines.’
The INDIVIDUALISED soul achieves direct death to birth conscious travel by aligning itself with its multi-dimensional-alternate selves. ALL alternate selves must be aware of one another at the point of leaving the body so that direct death to birth conscious awareness transfer can take place. This awareness of one’s alternate selves is achieved through spiritual mastery and the energy emotion of unconditional love. When ALL infinite positive polarised selves follow closely their incarnate blueprint they will ALL arrive at the same point in time in order for direct death to birth transfer to take place. Any alternate selves that left the body not in accordance with the divine plan, the individualised blueprint, will automatically be taken along with their alternate selves to the new vehicle.
All negative polarised selves remain within the anti-matter mirror, that which you know as ‘spirit’…..or the ‘astral realms’ for it is the positive polarised selves that lead the overall soul vehicle forward…..these negative polarised multi dimensional selves that mirror those within the overall polarised positive soul group are NOT the same as negative polarised human souls living on earth. The process is ‘the other way’ round with them! These souls work with the ‘opposite energy’ and could be called ‘darkworkers’ they also attain direct death to birth abilities with intact memory but follow the opposite spiritual path to that of the light!
The negative polarised multi dimensional selves that mirror the positive soul group that remain within anti-matter realms, have the negative force but in essence are ‘of the light’ as they reflect positive incarnations on third dimensional earth. Whilst they hold the negative charge they are in fact ‘positive beings’ and are necessary for the growth of the incarnate human. As is the law of physics everything has an equal and opposite reaction.
Positive and negative are EQUAL AND OF THE LIGHT when the overall charge of the individualised soul group has polarised positive. These are the ‘lightworkers’ incarnated on earth who hold the electrical charge of love within their DNA.
Negative and positive are EQUAL AND OF THE DARK when the overall charge of the individualised soul group has polarised negative. These are the ‘darkworkers’ incarnated on earth who hold the electrical charge of fear within their DNA.
The electrical charges held by lightworkers and darkworkers are OPPOSITE TYPES OF ELECTRICITY that our human conduit does not have knowledge of. But know that the molecules in each ‘type of electricity’ move in the opposite configuration to each other. This can be explained within nuclear physics of which our human conduit has no knowledge of; therefore we cannot communicate this force with correct terminology.
If you have clear past-life-memory recall then you will ‘remember’ the point of exit from your ‘previous’ vehicle. This is because your ‘past life vehicles’ also exist in the same moment that you do. When you truly understand the concepts of the death-rebirth cycle you realise that ‘time travel’ is something quite natural and you do it all the time! Your ‘time machine’ is your body (or more precisely the DNA within it!)
These concepts can all be explained by the law of physics. When scientists explain the “Unified Field Theory” then all this of which we speak of will become clear. Know that ‘we’ who speak through this channel ARE the unified field! When the scientists explain “the unified field theory” they will then explain psychic phenomena, mediumship, clairvoyance and “channelling” for whilst this phenomena is dismissed as “new-age-mumbo-jumbo” (I search my conduits mind here for a humorous phrase) it is in fact, highly scientific.
I AM the unified field (this statement is bought forth with humour and truth.)

Respecting the religious & philosophical views of others
The key words here are unity and respect. No matter what religious belief another has even if you feel it is in opposition to your own, it should be respected. Each human on Earth has their own personal space around them, this we know as your energetic electromagnetic electrical field system. This is an extension of your chakras and contains imprints from all physical and light bodies.
You may simply feel this as "personal space" this personal space, these boundaries that you have are how you understand your own self. It is very important to understand your own self, for as you learn about yourself you learn of the cosmos and the one source energy, you learn of God. Therefore the more you travel within, the more you travel without.
In order to allow this discovery of self & thus of the universal forces to be completed in balance, one must have understanding of one's own boundaries. Therefore if you are not ready to receive new information then that simply is exactly as it is. You are not ready. Therefore it is moving forward in harmony with your brothers and sisters tp try to force beliefs upon them that they are not ready to receive, or that they may have evaluated within their own personal research and dismissed as not relevant to them. THis is valid.
One can co-exist within a planet whereby each being or groups of being share different beliefs. This co existing is only possible however where mutual respect is practised.
We say to you now, let others freely express their beliefs and opinions without you becoming angry or fearful of their beliefs. We say to you now respect other's opinions, philosophies and beliefs as they are part of another person. That other person in another dimension is YOU and therefore so are their beliefs! Respect and honour the space of another and that includes what they believe in, even when you disagree.
We say to you now that ALL religions and ALL philosophical and scientific paths can lead to enlightenment and truth but ONLY when this individual path is taken whilst respecting and embraciong the path of your brothers and sisters.
If you embrace one path and believe it to be the ONLY right path that there is and you go about trying to convince others that their path is wrong and yours is right, then you violate that person's personal space and thus their free will. This is working against universal law and no matter which religious pathn or spiritual or scientific philosophy you subscribe to, you shall not find enlightenment or truth.
All paths are valid, it is your free will to choose which path to take....or you may devise your own path or feel that you are not walking any path, whichever you choose to do we tell you, there is enlightenment and universal truth waiting for you IF you take this path without violating another's personal space.
Therefore one can be agnostic, Christian, Pagan or Buddhist or may embrace ANY religion, there are truths leading to enlightenment and oneness with the divine within ALL THESE PATHS.
We are not here to teach you our beliefs or to get you to change your religion and follow us. We are here to guide you and to show you how you can raise your consciousness and move into a dimension where this kind of unity we speak of now, exists.
This place of unity is waiting for you, it is known by many names, Nirvana, 5th density, heaven....whichever name you wish to refer to it as, they are all valid.
You have such energy you humans. This energy can be used for healing each other and healing your precious planet Earth. Yet this energy has been wasted on meaningless arguments between you about which religion or philosophy is the "right" one.
We tell you now that there is no one "right" religion or philosophy. Any and all are right and correct if followed privately, personaly or in groups of mutually respectful fellow humans.
Pixie you asked us if another person was valid in believing their job was to "Expose evil"
We tell you that their is honour in wanting to do this. Much honour. However we tell you again from our perspective there is no "evil" only polarity. That which you refer to as "evil" is a negative polarity that shall attract more negative polarity. There is no need for anyone to try to "expose' this negative polarity being unless they are causing harm to others. It is natural to want to protect your fellow humans and if a person is a danger to others by their negative behaviours then one is permitted and indeed is advised to take action where necessary.
But before one does this one must establish if this person really is a danger to others or is causing harm in some way. If someone feels that "exposing evil" is to speak up against someone else who talks publicly of spirituality or religion, then this CANNOT POSSIBLY cause harm to another person. Each person has the free will which religion or path to follow and it is NOT POSSIBLE for another person to "lead them astray" each person is responsible for their own beliefs and their own actions.
We cannot tell you that our conduit speaks truth or wisdom, we have said this before. It is only you, who resonate within, when you hear these words that shall discover this. And you, who resonates within, already knew these truths PRIOR to hearing them spoken from the lips of another.
Therefore we say to you follow your hearts and your beliefs and your religions and philosophies....but whichever path you choose LOOK DEEP WITHIN TO THE TRUTHS INSIDE for they all teach the way. The way is that of love, of unity, of forgiveness, of acceptance and of service to others.

Truth and Illusion
by Andrew Schneider
Over the years I have been disillusioned by public figures and
spokespeople for institutions 'telling lies' to the public, or
twisting the truth, in order to manipulate people's thinking. I have
thought a lot about truth and lies in order to gain some peace with
this common reality, and wish to share some of these reflections with
you.
I have learned a few things, such as the fact that everyone has some
kind of agenda which is frequently self-serving, and they will do
whatever they can to fulfill that agenda. I have also learned that the
words 'truth' and 'lie' don't usually apply in the way we normally use
those words. If we think about it, we could always find other ways of
more accurately describing what we would label with these words. Most
often we use them as value judgements, implying that we agree (truth)
or do not agree (lie). What we think we are doing when using these
words is making a factual statement, but that is seldom the case.
In spiritual philosophy we separate reality into truth and illusion,
equating these terms with the real and the unreal. While these are
valid distinctions in themselves, they cannot be applied to describe
the manifest world. They are only valid as descriptions of our
perceptions. Perceptions, however, can be either superficial or deeply
insightful.
Truth is a perception of depth in which we perceive more of what is
there, while illusion is a superficial perception of reality.
From this description it is quite obvious that a lot of what passes as
truth in the public arena - clearly evident in political statements -
and between people, is illusion.
At the superficial level of reality we experience separateness and
disconnection. At deeper levels we experience unity. It is through
deepening our perceptions that we begin to experience the deeper
levels of who we are and of what things are, and there we find
connections. This is why people make meaningful connections with one
another when they reveal their depths to each other.
Truth is what is real at a deeper level than the form or appearance
level of anything. This is why in Eastern philosophies the form world
is called the world of illusion. The form is but the outer expression
of truth. To put it philosophically, truth is therefore the essence of
something or the existence of something, rather than the appearance of
something. The essence and existence of anything or anyone are unique
in the sense that they each contain both the universal dimension and
the individual dimension. It is the universal dimension that links all
life and all beings together. Truth is therefore always unifying in
its effects. And when we speak the truth we are integrating our inner
(soul) and outer (personality) selves.
When we perceive or experience either the essence or the existence of
something, we do so with both personality awareness and soul
consciousness. The personality awareness enables us to see the
individual nature, and the soul consciousness enables us to perceive
and experience the universal nature.
Truth is not the same as facts. So in our pursuit of truth, we are not
talking about 'telling the truth' as opposed to 'telling a lie.' We
are talking about living truth versus living illusion. What we call
'telling the truth' and 'telling a lie' are both often different
versions of illusion and ways of remaining in control of a situation.
We adjust to the version that enables us to be in control, have the
upper hand, get what we want, or be 'right'.
As we develop soul consciousness we increasingly respond automatically
to that which is true, good and beautiful because we increasing
experience the essence of things, including our own essence. Then
whenever we deny the true, good or beautiful, or attempt to act
contrary to them, the brain immediately detects an error. The brain is
an instrument of the soul and knows instinctively when we are
functioning inconsistently without our true inner nature. It says,
'There is something wrong that needs to be rectified.' This creates
physical, emotional and mental conflict and anxiety, relative to the
degree of soul consciousness a person has. Responding to this inner
need for rectification, we are urged to expand our consciousness by
going deeper and embracing more fully what is real.
Illusion is an incomplete perception of truth. When we do not perceive
with soul consciousness we do not know the universal dimensions of
what we are seeing or experiencing. We are then able to perceive or
experience only the form or appearance of something. This partial
perception, which is personality perception only, is described as
illusion. It is seeing the part, the particular, the individual or the
appearance, and relating to it as if it had no other dimensions to its
existence.
Illusion is rigid, fixed and somewhat static. It is limited and held
in place by its form. Truth on the other hand is very flexible as it
can express itself in endless ways and still be itself. One truth of
who we are is our human nature. All human beings share the same nature
but every human being is a unique expression of that nature. So human
nature expresses itself in billions of different ways. When we are
creative we express this uniqueness, which is not an expression of
what is different, but what is real about who we are. This is truth.
Exercises:
1. Think about a situation where you feel separate. What illusion are
you holding onto? What do you have to let go of in order to see the
truth of the situation?
2. Think of a situation or a person where you can't see the good, the
truth or the beauty. What do you have to do or perceive to see the
truth of this person or situation?

I had thought of something to write about last night as I was lying in bed but then I lost it. I’ve got no wisdom to impart; not today; maybe never. I don’t know. I feel like I’m being compromised today, by myself.
Perhaps this is part of being human, the self doubt; the way we punish ourselves, thinking we should have endless, undying faith in whatever we believe in; trying, so often, to be more than human, though human is what we are in this world. We do not know how to be more for we have no memory of ever being anything else.
How would we know something else if we even saw it, if we were looking right at it, because it may not be perceivable to our limited array of human tools? How would we know if were right there?
We would not know at all.
This is the way the truth is. As a human we do have the tools for knowing truth but we, more often than not, make the choice to overlook the signs. We choose what we would like to see, maybe based upon what we desire, and we try with all of our might to see it.
We’ve all wanted love so badly from another that we refused to admit to ourselves when all the signs were there that our affection was not returned. We have all been the object of someone else’s affection, too, and, though we did not feel the same, we allowed it to continue because we only wanted to be in love so much. Have we not been there?
It appears to be in our nature to lie to each other in almost every way and, though we know we know the truth, we pretend as though no one else does, knowing they will want to believe the alternative that we offer.
But there is no reason to lie, is there? Why should I pretend to like jalapeño peppers to please someone else who likes jalapeño peppers? What use is there for me in a bond with someone who enjoys something I do not truly enjoy? What use is there for me to remain in the arms of a person whose arms I do not enjoy? What use is there for anyone in this?
Do we pretend to feel differently than we really do out of fear? Do we not lie to those who cannot handle the truth? Is it not true that if you find most people to be liars then, the truth is that, it is you who has the deficiency? Why are people lying to you?
Perhaps that is one reason but it is also a lie.
There is no good reason for it. To be false with another person is to create something that is not really there; therefore it hasn’t been created at all. What use is that to anyone?
We are brothers and sisters, we are all one, and we have inherited the truth whether we choose to see or not. It is our God given right to be loved and to be forgiven. It is our God given duty to love and to forgive. This is who we are. This is what we want. This is what we need.
The more we lie to one another, the more we paint this veil of illusion and the deeper we bury what is real. The more we paint this illusion the more lost we appear to become.
In truth we cannot ever be lost but this does not change the experience of Hell that we continue to create for ourselves. This does not change the pain that we feel while we are here. Though it is not real, and though it means nothing, knowing this does not immediately take us away from here.
Though we are one we appear to be two. Only knowledge is our answer but it does not erase the illusion from the eyes of all. It does not erase the eyes.
Knowing the truth and accepting this only opens the heart for the light of God to enter and thus be projected onto others. What are we if not projectors of what we feel within?
We do not change our lives by changing who we are. We change our lives by changing the way we view others. By giving our forgiveness and our love to others, all others, we claim it for ourselves. By giving these things unconditionally we acknowledge that we are also deserving of it.
When we offer our condemnation and our hatred to our brothers and sisters, we accept it for ourselves. We acknowledge that we are deserving of the same.
Nothing that God creates is deserving of anything but love and grace. When we offer anything else we judge God’s creation and deem it beneath us. This cannot be so.
There will come a time, however far away, when this will be accepted by all. There will come knowledge of what is true, for it always there within each of us. There will come acceptance and we shall then be free. We shall then be one again.

Your journey is also mine. Together we learn and together we grow. We cannot do this is as separate individuals for that is not what we are. We must be as one or here in this flesh we shall remain.
This flesh is a barrier, keeping us from ourselves. We are attached to the flesh because we are taught that this is who we are. We look into the mirror and we think we see ourselves. This is not so.
Believe me when I say that I am learning this as much as anyone else. I easily forget, as many have forgotten, but there are none who do not know. Somewhere in there we know what we are but we become so lost in the flurry of thinking that we lose our way; or we think we do.
We are not those thoughts and we are not the one who observes those thoughts. We are the one who observes the observer and the one of whom we are unaware as long as we remain here within the flesh. We are without the senses and we are only one thing surrounded by nothing else. We are the I am.
There is nothing in this world of skin that holds meaning. There is no symbol of God. There are no ghosts. There is no alien race. None of this is real. All of this is a creation designed to keep us here, in the flesh; to keep us wondering and to keep us distracted.
There is beauty here, to be certain, but it pales in comparison to what is real; what we are. Besides, any beauty we are able to find is always tainted by sadness in some way. There is always the polarity that keeps us from ever truly feeling the purity of such beauty. There is always the yin to keep us in the yang. There cannot be one without the other, except in the truth where there is neither.
There can never be healing as long as we believe in the flesh, for true healing happens elsewhere, if it happens at all. There can never be wholeness as long as we believe we are apart from one another. How can we be whole and apart at the same time?
We are very attached to the body we believe we inhabit but we are not really in there at all. We are not the body that we believe we see out of. We are not any other body, either. We are not here. The soul, even, is an illusion for we believe it resided within the walls of skin, which it does not. There is only one soul and it resides in Heaven and it is God for it is one with God and all else that is true and real.
I was recently reading about this idea called the “walk in” where some believe that a body can become inhabited by a new soul and either coexist with the previous soul or somehow push out the previous soul all together. How can this be when there is only one soul in the first place? It cannot be.
Every person is inhabited by the same soul. There cannot be two.
As I discover so do you. As you discover so do I. We are one and so we make this journey together; this journey, which is no journey at all for we have already arrived in that we have never left at all. As I find comfort so do you. As you find comfort so do I.
Do not let yourself be attached to what you see in the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes and know that, once you have gone, you will not see that face again. You are not that face, which changes and sags with time. On the inside don’t you still feel the same as before? Then how can you be that body that shifts and stiffens? How can you be those cells which create an entirely new physical you over and over again through the years? How can you be that which will die and never be again? You are eternal and so you shall always be what you are now. You will always be the one that is complete and you will always be only pure.
You are never alone.
You will always be without the chaos of the mind and the emotion that tears you into pieces; lifting you up only to topple you again. You are always and steady in your true being. You are without fail and you cannot be anything but the perfection that is you.
You cannot hurt and you cannot be empty. You will always only ever be full and whole within the heart of God.

I was in Hattiesburg, MS, in the late 90's, and passed an Unitarian church that had a message out front. It read "Question Everything". I thought, "I don't care much for churches but if I were to attend one, that one would do".
Being willing to question anything/everything is freedom. Freedom from beliefs that no longer serve me. Freedom to be assured in those that do until they don't. Freedom to create and love. Question enough and we find that all answers lie within. I can remember my daughter at a young age and her reply to every answer was "Why?". A "fact" that cannot be question is built upon a shaky foundation.
Question whether it is terrible for one death to occur. Question whether it is terrible for two deaths to occur. Question whether it is terrible for 100, 1000, 1,000,000 to occur. Question whether children are more important, lovable, valuable than adults. Question whether light is more desirable that dark. Question whether light is desirable. Question whether when we use the word 'judgmental' are we are being judgmental. Question whether the greatest thing outside us is more valuable than the least inside us. Question enough and find there are no answers. Question enough and you're no longer questioning, you're BEING, for nothing is based upon past beliefs, it just IS. No expectations equals no disappointments. Questioning helps us to that place that is the NOW. Living in the NOW is no longer having the need to question for no longer are we rummaging through the past or attempting to control the future. The greater my ability to stay in the NOW, the more grounded my energy is, the more I AM the FLOW. Teach your children well, teach them to question/challenge everything, including what you teach them.

Today I must admit to being human, as lost as anyone else. Nothing is certain but there is great hopefulness within my heart that we are about to awaken. If all of history has occurred within a single explosive moment, then our awakening will be sudden though, to us, it may seem longer for we perceive this from inside the explosion.
As all things within this illusion, there must come down what has gone up and so the universe will contract the same as it has expanded. Then it will happen all over again, never ending.
We will get there one way or the other, no matter the path we think we have chosen, we all go together, and there is but one destination. The same thing is in all direction.
From a young age I felt the pain of every person. From the start I thought we were doing all of this wrong and it took me a long time to see that it wasn’t possible to do it wrong. It is not possible for us to change the destination and the destination is the journey. We will get there.
If we should drop the bomb tomorrow and erase the entire planet from existence, we will get there. We will find peace. If we should all plug into the collective conscious of the World Wide Web and forget the world behind our backs, we will get there.
The destination is the union of you and me, or rather the remembering of the union that we already have. The destination is the journey for we have already arrived. There is no way to go. There is no path. There is no mistake. We cannot fail.
What lesson is there to be learned in this life? If there is even such a lesson why must we learn it and for whom? Where will this lesson learned accompany us to? Where will we find use for it once we have shed the flesh?
Every one of us is an “old soul,” as they say, for there is only one soul to choose from and it is all there has ever been. There is no such thing as a new soul or a young soul. Where would this soul have come from if there is no beginning and no end? If birth is yet another illusion then how has this new soul defied reality?
It is the same soul that possesses all of life and it does so for no reason other than to look upon itself. What purpose could there possibly be for mankind that would have any real meaning to God?
This is not meant to be a sad message but rather these words can set you free. There is nothing to fear. You will not be punished, you cannot be hurt and you cannot be imprisoned. You are free if only you should choose to be. There is nothing for you to hold onto so let go!
You are love in pure form and the pain you feel is only illusion. It cannot ever truly hurt your soul for nothing can hurt God and that is all you are.
Every memory you have ever had has slipped into the sea of recollection with all other memory that anyone else has ever had. Sometimes they come back up and this is why you will find more than one person who claims to have been Julius Ceaser in a past life; because every one of has been.
There is nothing you do not know. There is nothing you have not seen. There is no place you have never been. You are everything and everywhere at once and you need not realize anything else. You need not experience some rush of wind or weightlessness in order for it to be known.
Have faith that you are the most beautiful thing. You are all and there is nothing you are without for there is nothing that is not part of God. There is nothing that you need.
Pursue your worldly ideals but do not let them rule over you for they are your own creation and they are already yours. You seek achievement as part of your own game. There is nothing that is out of reach; nothing you haven’t already taken hold of.
There are no victims here. There are no demons and there are no sinners. Only love and lack of love; only those who have received love and those who cry out for love.
A person will inflict upon the world around them as much pain as they feel within. This pain is, though still an illusion, very real to the person who feels it. We must forgive them for they have done nothing that could ever truly harm us or anyone who we love. We must love them for they feel only lovelessness. There are no exceptions to love. We cannot love one and not the other for love is either all encompassing or not at all. There can be no partial love. As long as we offer any man our hatred we offer it to every man for we treat love as though it is ours to give or take, though love is what we are.
By forgiving one another we accept that we have never been harmed and we set each other free, thus we set ourselves free. We can only be free or we cannot be at all.
Place yourself inside the mind of the murderer and feel what they feel. Feel their emptiness, their fear and their pain. It isn’t easy but we must if we are ever to heal. We must heal if we are ever to let go of all this flesh. We must understand every man if we are ever to understand that we are not any man at all. We cannot ever be alone.
I was given only one spiritual gift in this world and that was to feel and to imagine what others must feel. I can sense fear and I can sense its root. I can place myself within the mind of any other man and I can immediately know what they feel and why they do the things they do. I often choose to forget.
This gift is not exclusive to me, as no gift is. This is a gift we have all received yet we, most of us, have chosen not to use it.
There are those in this world that we see as “bad” because we need “bad” in order for there to be “good” but this only holds us here in this illusion. We all want to be good; no one wants to be bad. No child says, “When I grow up I want to be a rapist,” and no rapist was never a child. This may be among the more extreme examples, because it’s a hard one for people to forgive. It is very difficult for us to look upon a person who has committed such deeds without drawing the conclusion of evil.
We must understand that all of this is our own creation. We are all responsible for this and as long as we draw the line between ourselves and those who are evil we only deepen the darkness in which they dwell. We only create more evil and we only create more distance between ourselves. These are our brothers and sisters, whether we like it or not, and beneath their flesh they, too, are innocent. They are tortured in Hell and we have chosen not to save them by deeming them to be something else.
They are in the void and you are blessed if you are not one of them. There is nothing you could have done with your flesh to spare yourself such a fate. Who you are is a blessing, not a decision you made within this delusion. Yes, you know right from wrong but you are blessed with this knowledge, as well, and the ability to uphold it. You are blessed because you feel your closeness to God while those others do not, though they are no further.
Feel their pain. Do not be afraid to; it is important that you do for, though you know about the illusion, they do not. They are you. Save yourself.
There is no child of God that shall be cast into darkness for eternity. There is no child of God that is not loved and that is not forgiven.
As long as we refuse to allow ourselves to feel their pain or to step within their minds, they will continue to exist. If we truly wish to live in a world where evil does not exist then we must cease to believe in it.
Take this thought with you into the world today and forgive them.

I am blessed with the outpouring of love from so many of you on this site; I wish to express my sensation of wonder at what has occurred here. Here is only love and it abounds for all who choose to revel in it. It is there, being given freely with utter abandon and no one is overlooked. It is truly inspiring to me as I have received so much of it in such a short time. Thank you!
It was not my intention to come here and write away like this, expressing my thoughts as they run here and there within my mind. It was not my intention yet here I am, unable to contain myself. Blessing!
Some thoughts are very abstract and they take some effort to put words onto that come even close to illuminating them in such a way that they are grasped by others. Some thoughts, also, take as much effort to see when they come from another as they do to express. Here there is no shortage of any of it.
I feel energized here. Again, thank you!
I remember being a child and living in the dark then but always knowing there was light, though I could not see it. I remember being afraid and I remember being alone. I remember being on the outside.
I often say that the molecules that live inside of a raindrop don’t know they live in a raindrop. To them that raindrop is everything there is. For all we know, we could be inside of a raindrop, too. When I was a child, I remember, feeling like I had somehow escaped the raindrop and I became aware of it.
All it takes for us is to see things just a little differently. This is the blessing of being an outsider that we do not always see right away, especially as children. As children we just want to be like everyone else. We just want to fit in but, somehow, the other children knew that we were in a different place than they were. Somehow they knew and they either ignored us entirely, as in my own case, or they isolated us in a tiny hole and they abused us with names, sticks and stones. We did not know then that it was them who were afraid, and so they sought to keep us on the outside.
The outside, though, was where we belonged and, though we did not see it then, they were helping us for the outside is a blessing. From the outside we can see what we are, we can see the truth and we can see where we are. From our position we find the truth more easily. Then, as we begin to see that what is real is not within that raindrop at all, we look around, we look in directions the others don’t even know exist and, soon, we find one another.
We see that we are not alone. We see that it is those who are there on the inside whose world is small and who live in fear and emptiness. It is those who must find the bad in others so that they might be good. It is those who chase their own creations, mistaking them for purpose, and those who live in the deepest sadness of all; the realm of flesh. They take things apart to find answers never seeing that, to find the truth, we must put it all together until there is only one thing that is.
God is.
On a quantum level, the more we take things apart the more we find that they are all the same. If one holds in his hand one million dollars while the other hold only air, in reality they both hold the same thing. The difference is that one may choose to spend his life in pursuit of that which he believes he is lacking while the other may choose to accept that he needs no thing that he does not already have. We can pursue all manner of wealth and fame and we will find in the end that we never gained anything for we had it all from the start; if only we would choose to see. The valleys become mountains while the mountains become valleys and there it is.
I find happiness in knowing we are all one another. That in a past life I was you and you were me; that we have all been every other in every time and every place. If all is one then every life is every other life. If all is one then we are every other. When I look into your eyes I see myself. When I forgive you I forgive myself. When I love you I love myself. When I look within I find you, brothers and sisters, in my heart.
My spirit is incomplete without each and every one of you. There is no one who is on the outside, in reality. There is no one who is not me and there are none of you that I am not. We are more than together, we are one.
The universe is beautiful; endless sea of serenity and all the while we have mistakenly thought we were looking outward into it. No, we are not. We are looking within. All that is “out there” is actually in. We are looking the wrong way!
We can seek to control what we think we see and we can seek to manipulate time and space for our own gain but why? Do we really know what will be best for us? Do we really know what we need? How can we control the future if the future has already occurred? Why would we even want to if none of this is real to begin with? There is nothing to find for we are not lost! There is nothing to gain for there is nothing that we do not already have!
Now that we know about the raindrop we have no choice but to let it go. Eternity is only the time it takes for the whole thing to fall back into the ocean and then we will be right back where we belong.

No matter what we appear to be, we are a light which nothing can extinguish. Our connection to the heart of God can never be severed for God is what we are. No matter what you see; whatever it is that causes you fear, remember that it isn’t real.
Nothing can hurt you where you are. Nothing can reach you for there is nothing to reach you. You are the only thing. There is nothing else. When the body gives out and we lay down the flesh, this is only the gateway to what life really is.
You won’t come back and you won’t want to. There is no punishment for there is nothing you’ve done wrong. The hell you have endured was your own creation but it wasn’t real. Hell is a creation of the mind and that is where it remains. The world beyond the self is one and it is a peaceful place. There is nothing beyond its border for it is all there ever was.
At this illusive moment you sleep and so you dream. You may dream of time and of many lives but the truth is that it all happened at once; in an instant so fleeting it never really occurred at all. All time is a speck of dust drifting past. Quietly, the human race is only passing through; unnoticed, unseen, unheard.
In this darkness we drift but in truth we are in light. We are the only light, the only warmth that is the heart of God, the essence of being, the I am.
There are a thousand ways to say it but there is only one truth. There are a thousand paths to take but all lead back here to the only. No matter the path you choose, or that is chosen for you, you are only dipping your toes into the coolness of eternity. Once you have slipped through this layer you will be free.
All of this time we think we have lived is like the uppermost later of the cool ocean water. All of this time; all of these lives are only the passing through and into the deep. It is only the surface of the sea.
Together we drown in the beauty of God and the truth of eternity. There is no time and so we can never truly end. There is no flesh to cut and there are no eyes to shed tears. There is no heart to break and there is no Hell in which to suffer.
Come, you, out of that shell you think is your home. Come, you, and bathe in the water of eternity. Open your heart and let it beat once more and then let it fade. It is not you. There is nothing that can ever take you away from what you are and the place you reside; the heart of God.
There is no judgment but that of man. There is no torment but that of the boundary of skin and bone. We only think we inhabit this carcass but we are nowhere near this thing.
Feel our hold and fear no pain. You are free.

Don’t be afraid, the way we are, of one another. There is no reason yet here it is; afraid to love because we don’t want to lose. But what is there to lose when all of this is an illusion? Nothing is real that does not last forever. Nothing is real that changes. Nothing is real that experiences loss.
This life is so very brief and we live it, for the most part, believing we are alone. We cling to our ball of gas and dust, hurling through space, neither up nor down but in all direction at once. We yearn for the God who we think is someplace else yet God is here within.
There is nothing that is real outside of Heaven and we do not exist anyplace else. There is no pain and there is no darkness; we only think there is and this is why we are afraid. There is nothing to fear.
There is only love in reality and in this illusion that love is lacking because the illusion itself is lacking. We can see this, though, if we choose to. We can reach through this night and into the light of god and Heaven. This is the God that does not judge; who only loves, who only warms and who only embraces. This is the God with whom we are one and only. There is no other place besides the heart of God, which is all.
When confronted with hate we are really being confronted with fear, which is really a cry for love. We fear that which cries out for love. We fear that which would need more of us than we know how to give. Instead we push it away. Instead we abhor it and we run from that but there is nothing so beautiful in this world as our connection to one another. We do have the power to love every other being with all of our hearts. We do have the power to forgive one another and through this forgiveness is the only way.
We forgive by accepting there is nothing to blame. We forgive by offering our love, even if we find we must walk away.
There is no certain thing that is more perfect that another for there is no certain manner in which to be a perfect thing. There is no structure to perfection except for that which is exactly as it should be. Perfection does not have to mean deathless (amara) for death is perfectly dead. Perfection does not have to mean without sadness for sadness is perfectly sad.
Nothing is brought into this illusion more or less perfect than anything else, just as nothing leaves this illusion as not forgiven. All of this is within a human perception, which is manipulated far too easily by our past experience and the ideas of others who may or may not be reliable for that sort of teaching. If we had never been told the word “bad” then we would have no concept of its meaning. This is a thing that only exists because we perceive it to be so. It cannot exist without us and, therefore, it is untrue.
Love is the purest state of being; of being one with God and Heaven, which is the love of God. Love is all there truly is and Love is what we are. May we reach out to one another and push aside the boundaries that we have created that keep each other at a safe distance. May we open our arms and our hearts and dare to trust that there is nothing that can ever really hurt us. May we open our hearts to one another and offer only love to one another, and so to ourselves. May we say to one another:
I am deserving of the love of God for that love is mine here and now. That love is all I ever have been.

AND THESE PEOPLE WHO CANNOT ENJOY ANYTHING -- love, life, food, a beautiful scene, a sunset, a morning, beautiful clothes, a good bath -- small things, ordinary things -- if you cannot enjoy these things, and there are people who cannot enjoy anything: they become interested in God. THEY ARE THE MOST IMPOSSIBLE PEOPLE; THEY CAN NEVER REACH TO GOD.
GOD ENJOYS THESE TREES, OTHERWISE WHY HE GOES ON CREATING THEM? And he is not fed up at all, not at all. For millennia he has been working on trees and flowers and birds, and he goes on listening. He goes on replacing: new beings, new earths, new planets. And he is really very, very colorful! Look at life, watch it, and you will see the heart of God -- how it is.
AND PEOPLE WHO ARE VERY UP-TIGHT, unable to enjoy anything, unable to relax, incapable even of enjoying a good sleep, they are the very few people who become interested in God. And they become interested for the wrong reasons. They think that because life is useless, futile, they have to seek and search God. Their God is something against life, remember.
Gurdjieff used to say that "I have searched into every religion, into every church, mosque and temple, and I have found that THE GOD OF THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE IS AGAINST LIFE." And how God can be against life? If he is against, then there is no reason why life should exist or should be allowed to exist. So if your God is against life, in fact, deep down, you are against the real God. You are following a Godot, not a God.
God is the very fulfillment of life, God is the very fragrance of life, God is the total organic unity of life. God is not some thing that exists like a dead rock, God is not static. God is a dynamic phenomenon. GOD DOES NOT EXIST, IT HAPPENS. When you are ready, it happens. Don't think that God exists somewhere and you will find a way to reach him. No, there is nowhere, and there is no God existing somewhere waiting for you.
GOD IS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU WHEN YOU ARE READY. And when you are ready -- when the sadness has disappeared and you can dance, when the heaviness has disappeared and you can sing, when the heavy weight of conditioning is no more on your heart and you can flow -- God happens. God is not a thing that exists; It is something that happens. It is a dynamic, organic unity.
And when God happens, everything happens: the trees, the stars, the rivers. And to me, TO BE CAPABLE OF ENJOYING IS THE DOOR. Serious people have never been known to have reached him. Seriousness is the barrier -- the wrong attitude. Anything that makes you serious is irreligious. Don't go to a church that makes you serious.

Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Dimensions
This is a message that was given to me recently. I don't pretend to understand it; so I'll just share with you what I wrote down.
The 4th Dimension is this psychic/spiritual experience we've all been awakening to.
The 5th Dimension is what some are calling "ascension." It is the enlightened state of being of the awakened soul, the ethereal home of the expanded spirit.
The 6th Dimension is the creator. Though we are all co-creators of our existence, the 6th dimension is the elevated status of creator in which an individual, now in the oneness state with all that is, manifests into creation. In the 6th dimension, all are one; so the manifestation of creation is unimpeded; without resistance. There is no ego in oneness; so there is nothing to be gained by aspiring to become a powerful creator. The power is in the state of oneness; so belongs to all that exists. It is the unified life force energy of all that exists acting in unison for a single divine goal of perfect creation.

Dimensions: A Higher Consciousness
Many of us are receiving messages and knowledge about dimensions at this time. I am told that this knowledge and understanding of dimensions is being given to us so that we can understand concepts about our existence that are beyond our traditional view of reality.
But this term "dimension" is used because it is the only term in our language that comes close to approaching an understanding of this concept.
It is not a scientific or mathematical term used in this manner. Science or quantum physics will never be able to say quantifiably, "Yes, this is the absolute meaning of the term 'dimension.'"
So don't try to take the spiritual/psychic/paranormal knowledge of dimensions and apply it to linear analytical thinking to prove a scientific or mathematical point. You will become frustrated because the entire concept is beyond our current capability of quantification.
Instead, allow the concept to open your mind, heart, and soul to infinite possibilities, and embrace the vastness of all that is.

Hi: The film is unique, creative, timely and finely acted. Ben Kingsley is amazing. A story of modern "dysfunction", and how to survive it with panache -- love, addiction of many genres, transformation, redemption (of sorts); coming of age; mens' issues, womens' issues, marijuana dealing, rap music, lust; what's not to like? :))

Whatever we put out eventually comes back to us. That’s Karma and it works like this because we are connected to everything and everything is connected to us. We are one thing; or rather we are not two things.
When we pass judgment onto another we are actually judging ourselves. When we see another doing something we determine to be beneath us we create separation. When we say “I would never…” we isolate those around us.
The truth is that we don’t know what could have happened in our lives that could have changed the entire course of who we have become. This was not in our hands as human beings. We don’t know what fate we chose for ourselves when we were outside of space and time; before birth and after our “previous” death.
What happens when we say, “I would never…” is that we create an atmosphere where others are afraid of our judgment. In such an atmosphere, others may be less open with us; less truthful about what is happening in their hearts. This creates isolation. Not only does it isolate them from us, but also us from them.
Loving one another is to make effort to understand and to also forgive by accepting that, in this great illusion, we have done nothing that could have ever hurt God. Because we are, in fact, God, then we cannot be hurt, either. Every person we meet is us. Every person we see observes the world from the same collective conscious that we do and every pain that they feel affects us.
We must constantly make effort to practice such forgiveness and remind ourselves that we are one with our brothers and sisters. It takes much effort to cause this energy to seep into our subconscious and create healing. The walls between who we believe we are and who we are really are thin but, because we associate so strongly and stubbornly with the ego, we believe they are impenetrable.
The truth is that there is no pain in the place that we exist. The truth is that we have never left God in Heaven and that we have done nothing that needs to be forgiven. To forgive does not mean to “let go” of something that we believe was done to us by another. To forgive actually means to accept that there was nothing done in the first place. There is nothing to forgive in Heaven.
Because we are all connected; because we are one, one of us cannot go where the others cannot go. There is no such place as Hell. Hell is only this illusion that we believe we are trapped in; this separation; this not really knowing our brothers and sisters as we would know ourselves; as we would know God. As long as any one of us remains in this “Hell” then so shall we all. This is why we must help one another to transcend rather than only helping ourselves.
That is not to say that no one of us can transcend this level of awareness and become aware of the one true reality. Rather, it is to say that if any of us is in pain then this pain is a part of all of us. The enlightened being knows this pain is not real yet he does not forget that it may seem very real to those around him; his brothers and sisters. He can still feel their pain and he can offer comfort because he knows it is not real. He is not afraid of such pain.
Once we have transcended time and space and we find ourselves in Heaven with God, as one, again, there will be no one of us missing. There will be no one of us who is still trapped in the pain of “Hell.” Once we have transcended time and space we will see that all of this never occurred at all.
The bliss and ecstasy that waits in Heaven is always there and we are always a part of that. We have never been apart from it. The “Hell” that we only think we are experiencing right now is only an illusion of the mind and the ego. We must transcend that place and we must do it as one.
It may seem as though one person has transcended time and space, without the rest of us, while we are still here within this illusion but that is only because of the illusion. Because time is not real then it has actually already happened to all of us only, as I have said before, there are some of us who are still in review.
Though this is an illusion, we must still offer the love of God to one another because when we attempt to obstruct it we are only hurting ourselves. Though that pain is illusive, it still feels quite real while we are here and to be here does serve its purpose. This is still a sort of test for us; a learning experience that we have chosen for ourselves. Perhaps it is a chance for God to love in a different way.
I am no Sage and so I could not venture to claim I know what we are doing here. I know what I have read of what others have said on the subject but I cannot say it is true or false. The only thing I can express is what I have been shown and so this is what I attempt to do. Some of it goes right along with the teachings of others and some of it does not.
As for what does not; I am sure we’ll stumble across that sooner or later. Until then; Love.

Is there anything significant about this date? I don't know, but I have noticed quite a few things happening the day after. I had the opportunity to be in three different places on the 9th. There seems to be things beginning and taking place on this date. So what about the 8th. Well, the 8 represents the serpant power, kundalini, and also infinity when viewed from a different perspective. The eight is the power symbol of beginnings and endings, of karma, and of the revolution of things.
It also appears to be the opening of the 'crystaline gateway' or 'ascention portal' whatever that may be.

I had a mild revelation last night, just before falling asleep, and it was about the circle analogy that I made in my first blog. I would quote it here but it was a bit scattered and so I’ll just leave it up to you, the reader, to do that research. To summarize, though, I had made the point that the dualistic nature of all existence, the yin and the yang, were an illusion and that both sides of a dualistic relationship are actually two sides of the same circle. I also said that the image of a circle was slightly misleading because the space within the circle would imply that there were two things; the circle and the space. This would imply duality, which does not really exist. That’s why I said the circle would be more accurately depicted as a dot, although this would still be an incomplete illustration of reality because even the dot has an edge, implying that there would still be two things; the dot and the space that borders the dot.
It’s strange how we can think of something in a certain way for a very long time, and that way of thinking about it can make perfect sense until suddenly, out of nowhere, we can have a simple thought that changes everything. We must be open to these experiences for this is the way we can remain open to what is true. If we hold on too tightly to ideas then we can find ourselves lost again before we know it.
I had always answered this question of the illusion of duality by filling in the circle to create a dot. What I had always failed to realize is that it’s the circle itself that is an illusion and it’s the space within that is what we really are. If the circle represents what we see and what we think is real, then the space inside the circle represents God and what we truly are behind the illusion. If we take away the circle but leave the space, you have an image of what is true. We are only that space and that space is the collective.
If all of time has already occurred, and if all of time has occurred in one single fleeting moment, then all that we are, we are all at once. Every life we have ever lived we have lived at once and, because we are one, we have all lived every life that has ever been lived and, further, we have lived them all at once.
If time is ever going to end it has already done so. Right now we are only reviewing what is already occurred. We are like the Earth turning which creates the illusion of night and day. The sun is always shining but we are not always looking into it. We are reading a book that has already been written.
This is why the arcs that come together to create the circle are an illusion. There is not really birth or death just as there is not really dark and light. All that we think we see and feel are nothing more than the reactions of our nervous system inside of our brains. If this body is not real then none of what we see or feel is real. This shell is not real.
Some believe the truth is out there but there is nothing out there because out there does not exist. The truth is somewhere else entirely but it is a direction that is beyond our comprehension.
What we seek is to dissolve the circle, our illusion of self and of body. This will reveal to us the incomprehensible direction of what is real; the direction of the collective. In the collective we will find one another and we find that we are truly one in a way that we could never have imagined with the flesh or the shell that we have come to believe is really who we are.
Imagine you are looking into a building through one of many windows and you have been looking through this window for so long that you have come to believe you are the window and that what you see inside of this building is what is real. You have lost touch with the world that is behind you and that is real. What you see and what you believe to be real is all manmade and you know nothing else. Imagine somehow that you have been moving from one window to the next and looking into the building but you have no memory of this. Each time you look into a window you forget about the others and you believe you are the window you gaze through at this moment. The truth is that you have been all of these windows if you have been any of them. Beyond that, though, the truth is that you have been none of them.
Looking inside of the building you can see the other windows and, because time is not real, you can still see yourself looking through each of them. Now you mistakenly believe that every other window is someone else.
The truth is that you are God looking through that window and that every other person you see is also God; each of them is you.
This is a lengthy analogy but it does the trick, I think.
What we think of as love is an illusion because we believe that love is ours to give and to take. Love exists throughout all of reality, though, because reality is love. It is the love of God, which is God. Any love we believe we have ever felt pales in comparison to the love that is real and that saturates all of existence. We love one another as separate beings but this is not real love because we are not separate. Love is not something we must attempt to give or attempt to feel for it is all that we truly are. It is unimaginable in every way.
What is done is done and we believe it still occurs. To forgive is to accept that it is done and that it never really occurred to begin with. While we are here in this illusion, we must learn to step aside and allow one another to be the love that is all of us. We must come to see our brothers and our sisters as simply another window through which we look upon this manmade illusion. What is real is beyond what we think we see. What is real is within and what we believe to be without is actually in our own minds. Our minds are the illusion of separate self.
Look at the image below and you can get an idea of what I mean. The space inside of the larger circle is the collective mind that we all share. The smaller circles represent each of us as individuals. The part of the smaller circles that is outside of the larger one is the illusive self while the part that is inside the circle represents the illusive subconscious. What is beyond the illusive boundaries of each circle is real. Each one of us thinks we are separate but in truth we are one with all space and time. We are one with each other because we are only the same. Nothing more or less.
What we have come to believe is outside of the circle, or the reality that we see, is like the inside of the building that we have come to believe is reality, though it is not. What is real can only be reached by looking within and past the ego and then the mind. If we keep going we will eventually disolve that illusive barrier and we can find one another and be whole. We can find all of what is real and we can be one with God outside of space and time.
Note: The final, and most interesting, conclusion to my ranting here is that, if we want a more accurate understanding of this situation, we would need to turn this entire scenereo around again. We must come to realize that we are facing the wrong way. Each of the circles in the image is actually looking inward and the subconscious is the part of the smaller circle that is on the outside. What we have done is to capture a tiny illusion within the confines of this larger circle and we have neglected to see all that is behind us. What we actually share; what is actually the collective; is the vast, unending "space" that is "outside" the circle. What we have come to mistakenly view as "out" there is actually "in" there and it's really just an illusion anyway.

In my blog entry yesterday I made the comment:
If it needs a human mind in order to exist then it is not true. There are some things that we only think we need our minds to exist but that is because we do not understand what they really are. Love, for example. What we believe to be love is not love at all. It is a creation of our minds; it is a creation of dependence and of selfish need. Even the purest form of Human love is quite conditional in contrast to real love; which is a thing that cannot be described or even discussed. It simply is, and because there are not two things, it is God.
Love is the state of God simply being. Love is not between God and something else for there is nothing else.
Today I was thinking about this and I thought I’d like to talk more about it. I think there are a lot of people in the world who would take exception to being told that they do not know how to love, just as there are people in this world who take exception to the idea that there is no such thing as evil. People do not like the suggestion that they are on the same level with characters like Adolf Hitler or Jeffrey Dahmer.
When we do reach our destination, though, and we are able to transcend space and time, we will “see” that none of these things ever really existed. We will see that any pain we ever thought we knew, either as a race or an individual, was nothing when compared to the eternal love of being with God, as one. Once we see this we will know that we had never actually left and that all of this that we have believed to be real was nothing more than a fleeting dream.
When we offer our love and forgiveness to our brothers and sisters, we offer it to ourselves; because we are one. When we offer our judgment and our hatred we offer that to ourselves, as well. When we judge one another we judge God and his intentions.
We do not have to work for the love of God and we cannot do anything that will cost us the love of God for that is what we are. We do not understand what we are.
There isn’t really a path for we are already there. If everything is one thing then the journey is the destination and so we are already surrounded by the God that we seek. We are already one with God and we have already arrived in Heaven. We never left.
Love is not ours to give and take from one another. Love is undying and the only choice we have is to accept that we are loved or to deny it; though, to deny that we are loved is not to change the truth; that we are. To love another is to remove ego from the equation and allow, within your own mind, another to receive the love of God, which it is not yours to decide to begin with. This is only for yourself that you can make this choice, which is really a choice between happiness and despair. It is really the choice to allow yourself to feel the love of God that is already yours in the first place.
When we love another in our human way it is a selfish love and it is not real. We equate love with wanting and they are not the same thing for to want is an illusion because we already have all that we could every truly need.
Love is not within our control for love is what we are, not something that we do.

I make this post to all of my new found friends here at lightworkers. I was directed here by a friend who I share with online and I was not entirely sure what the site was really about. I joined up and now have been exploring and checking things out. I think it's very nice and I very much appreciate the collective atmosphere.
I keep another blog that is private so this will be good for me, this lightworkers blog, providing me with an avenue to refine some of my more jumbled thoughts, in order to share them with others; pretending as though they haven't already been delivered through the back door.
I try to write in nondualistic terms, which is where my philosophy lies. I have only been studying this concept outwardly in recent months, but I have been working with my own ideas for about a decade. There was a time when I thought it was only me who had been shown the things that were delivered to me. There was a time when I had no idea that there were books about these things or that some of these ideas had even been around for thousands of years. I was very naive on the subject.
What I find most fascinating, though, is the accuracy with which it was actually shown to me; the detail that was shared and how closely it matched so many of the ideas that I have been reading more recently in books like the Book of One, I am and a Course in Miracles. I only recently discovered the term, "nonduality" for myself, although it was a concept I have understood for a few years. The bottom line is, though, that once you have the key, all doors are open, no matter what you call it.
Ten years ago I was given the key. I didn't know then that it had been given to others, now and in the past, as well. I thought, then, that I was alone and that I was being called to some great purpose. I was very confused and even more lost. It has taken all this time for me to come to terms with what I was given; that I wasn't special and that I wasn't being called to anything that anyone else wasn't also being called to.
It was a time in my life of terrible fear, durng which I was falling quite rapidly from the sky and frantically pushing buttons in hopes that one of them would steady the plane. I had no idea what I was searching for; only that I was searching for something and it couldn't just be anything and it had to be one thing. And I knew, always, that I would know the truth when I found it.
I remember one night I was trying to sleep. I was full of fear and I had, by that time, moved my bed into the basement and hung thick curtains all around it so that I could sleep with something of a secure feeling, which was becoming harder to come by for me. I was very afraid of the world then, at 23 years old, and I couldn't escape the feeling that something terrible was on the horizon. I was desparate to believe in something, I knew that I had to; but what? There were so many ideas out there and I just didn't know how I was going to find it. I knew that, of the millions of years we humans had been on this Earth, someone would have had to have found it before.
That night I was in a particular state and I was still questioning; what can I believe? I remember it happened when I simply said to myself, "I must choose something. I cannot just believe in everything."
Suddeny I was very warm, but not hot. I felt the sensation of pressure over my entire body that was purely comforting and there was a voice within me that asked, "why not everything? Isn't everything ONE thing?" and there it was.
All fear was lifted and I just knew I had found it. Any question I ever had, I suddenly realized, could be answered simply by starting with the phrase, "if everything is one thing then..."
If everything is one thing then birth is death; light is dark; good is bad; heaven is hell; we are one another and so on...
I suddenly knew that the Hell I was so afraid of was not a separate place from the Heaven that I dreamed of but that it was up to me to decide which of the two I would see. Would I see truth or untruth? All concept that we have of separateness is only within our own mind. It is a creation and the truth cannot be created; the truth will be whether I am there are not. A lie requires a human mind in order to exists because it does not exist outside of a human mind. It's very clear to see.
If everything is one thing that does not mean that everything we believe is a part of that. There are many things we believe that are lies and those things cannot exist at all. The illusion of duality is merely the truth in contrast to nontruth.
I remember once my sister, who is very religious, telling me that "Satan is the father of all lies." She had meant this to be a very profound statement but the moment she said it I knew what it meant. I told her then, "a lie is a thing that does not exist. It does not exist because it is not true. If Satan is the father of all lies then he is the father of all that does not exist. He is the ultimate lie and so, it stands to reason, that Satan does not exist." Satan is the duality that our human minds must place onto God in order to view God as "good." Satan comes from within while God is without, meaning God exists outside of our minds, which are only illusions of separation.
Our mind represents the ego which is not real. There is another "mind" behind the one that we think is real. There is something watching all of this and that observer is only part of the path to God, though it is a step closer.
Back in that time I was also shown the symbol of the circle, which is an illusion because it appears to be a ring, at the center of which is an empty space. This is why it's only a symbol, because that space, which implies something besides the circle, does not exist. A circle is actually a dot, which is a more accurate symbol. The illusion of duality reflects the illusion that each side of the "circle" are separate, though they are not. The yin is not separate from the yang, and it isn't the opposite of it either; it's only a different way of looking at it.
Everything in the universe moves in this circle. Day becomes night; hot becomes cold; death becomes birth. The universe itself revolves and so does all truth. If it does not revolve then it is either not true or we have mispercieved it.
This can be said of time, which is only our perception of the future becoming the past. We are the filter that the future passes through to become the past. We create time in our minds. That is something I will dive into later (which is really now!)
The truth becomes that we are one another, because there are not two, and that we, as one, are God. There is nothing else. There is not death and there is no time. now is eternity and so we are eternal.
The truth does not have to be written to be the truth. It does not have to be known. The truth is the only thing that is true.

PLUR · Philosophy
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
PLUR or PLURR is an acronym that stands for "Peace Love Unity Respect", a credo or mantra[1] of the rave culture. Many in the rave scene have heard this term at sometime or another, although its common usage is relatively recent. Early 1990s and mid-1980s ravers often followed similar principles, but did not use this coinage to describe their beliefs.[original research?] It may be interpreted as the way that a raver believes he or she should live his or her life, and how people are expected to behave at a rave. This philosophy of the rave culture often takes precedence over any chemical aspects of the rave scene.[2]
PLUR can also be viewed as a more mainstream variant of its predecessor LPE (Love Peace Ecstasy), because it removes the drug reference. LPE was mainly used in Europe in the early 1990s, when the rave scene became a youth subculture

it is attached to the thread.
So here I am sitting at my kitchen table preparing the songbooks for the local Spiritualist Church, of which I am affiliated even though I am neither a Christian or a Spiritualist, and a knock at the door disturbs me from my calm reverie. After I wade through the debris discarded by my 11month old son David, I find an older lady and a very young girl standing, looking rather apprehensive, holding copies of the Watchtower and Awake.
The Lady introduces herself as Elizabeth and asks me if I would be interested in reading their magazines, to which I politely decline. She then proceeds to request that there may be information significant to my life in the article about making a marriage work, and asks me if I would read it and give her my opinion next time she calls. Not wishing to debate the matter any further in case I return to find that David has eaten our new kitten, I say "Yes, OK, I'll do that for you"
The two magazines lie on the table in the kitchen for about half an hour until I decide to make a cup of tea. The front cover looks innocent enough until I notice the snippet.
"Why you should be beware of Spiritism"
So without further ado, I turn to page 10 to see what I should beware of. Apparently, "Spiritism does for the demons what lures do for fishermen." So I read the full article and.....
Wow! That smarts. Now, I always try to maintain a healthy skepticism, objectivity, and an open mind when reading material written by various religious sects, but this was offensive in the extreme.
Considering that I am a Medium in training, and according to this particular literature I am being influenced by wicked demons who are misleading me by "averting my attention away from my true purpose in life; which is to develop a personal relationship with our creator", and that my actions will inevitably lead to "divine disapproval, hopelessness and eventual destruction"
When my scanner decides to work I will copy the article and attach it so that you can read it and tell me what you think about it.
In truth, I sense there must be a decline in the interest in all branches of the Church, as this visit was preceded by two separate visits by young men touting the Mormon faith, in the last week alone.
I told them the same thing that I told the ladies from the Jehovas Witnesses, which is that I don't ascribe to the notion of a personal God, and that it is logical to me that if people devoted more time to finding out who they really are and promoting tolerance of ANY FAITH, instead of being led by the nose into doctrines that do nothing but slander those who happen to disbelieve their particular religious set of laws and rules, that there might be a little less discontent in the world.
The part I disliked most about the article was the underlying message, which was simply propaganda against Mediumship, Spiritualist movement and Mediums. The idea that having anything to do with the supernatural makes you a sinner is ridiculous. Furthermore I am not entirely sure of the difference between Spiritism and Spiritualism but I would hazard a guess that the fundamentals are fairly similar. I yearn for the day when people can just accept each other as fellow human beings, whatever their religious persuasion, and promote tolerance instead of brandishing the heretic label because of a difference of opinion about faith.
Religion, in my opinion, is "man" made and has nothing to do with divinity or otherwise; control and conversion being its sole purpose, and if you happen to do any significant research into the history of such subjects as the crusades, then you possibly may find yourself horrified by the actions taken to change a person's natural inclinations into whichever law had been decreed at that time.
Please read the article for yourself, have a think about how you feel regarding the subject, and ask yourself.......Would the society in which we find ourselves benefit, or degrade if we were allowed freedom of expression.... as long as they did not degrade, hurt or insult another, and the promotion of individual spirituality rather than enforced religion.
Self development, and global awareness as opposed to dictated indoctrination and rigid ideological belief structures. We are all different, so it goes without saying that there will be many different needs, for many different faiths.
I confess therefore, that I must be "detestable to Jehovah", for I practice divination, magic, looking for omens, and not only consulting a medium, but actually training to be one!
Anyway, point me in the direction of the nearest stake?

Atlantean Crystals
Theories about Atlantis mention the extensive use of crystals by Atlanteans. Crystals varied in patterns or grid - sizes - color combinations - and tones. Crystals follow harmonic frequencies and could be used with an instrument that looks like a tuning fork. They received power from a variety of sources, including the Sun, the Earth's energy grid system, or from each other.
Atlanteans allegedly harnessed the energies of the pyramids, using crystals to that end. As we have the Great Pyramid at the center of the planet linked to the grid matrix that creates our reality, so, too, did the Atlanteans. Their pyramid allegedly sunk to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean which is a metaphor about returning to the collective unconsciousness or source of creation.
Just as we have major and minor grid points of energy on the planet - so did the Atlanteans. Grids point are often marked by pyramids. The Atlanteans used this energy, combined with crystals, to transmit energy from one pyramid to another.
Depending on the tilt of the Earth's axis at a particular time of the year, one pyramid would function to intensify and transmit energies to other pyramids which would then act as receiving devices and would disperse energy as it was needed. The opposite would apply when that pyramid was at an unfocused point to their celestial alignment, when other pyramids would be used as transmitters. It was an intricate matrix crystal grid system.
Uses of Crystals
- Healing, childbirth, crossing over
- Meditation, awakening, increasing psychic abilities
- Increasing mental capacity and clarity of thought
- Science and technology
- Dematerialization - teleportation - telekinesis
- Magnetic force fields
- Libraries - storing records and other knowledge, much like a computer
- Botany and agriculture
- Weather Control
- Huge crystal tower power generators
- Communication - Crystals have the ability to transfer energy, to retain it, to maintain its intensity, to focus and transmit it over great distance to similar receivers as are equal or comparable to the transmitter. The larger stones, called Fire Crystals, were the central receiving and broadcasting stations, while others acted as receivers for individual cities, buildings, vehicles and homes. On a higher spiritual level, rooms made of crystals were places where the Initiates left their bodies in the Final Transcendence, often never to return.
Fire Crystals of Atlantis
Edgar Cayce's Channelings
The Great Crystal
Edgar Cayce first mentioned Atlantis in a life reading given in 1923, and later gave its geographical location as the Caribbean, and proposed that Atlantis was an ancient, now-submerged, highly-evolved civilization which had ships and aircraft powered by a mysterious form of energy crystal. He also predicted that parts of Atlantis would rise in 1969. The Bimini Road, a submarine geological formation just off North Bimini Island, discovered in 1968, has been claimed by some to be evidence of the lost civilization (among many other things) and is still being explored today.
Before the time of Eratosthenes about 250 BC, ancient Greek writers located the Pillars of Hercules on the Strait of Sicily. This changed with Alexander the Great¹s eastward expansion and the Pillars were moved by Eratosthenes to Gibraltar. This evidence has been cited in some Atlantis theories, notably in Sergio Frau's work.
Thule, in the Greek and Roman mythologies, is a place, usually an island, in the far north, perhaps Scandinavia. It was first mentioned by the Greek geographer and explorer Pytheas of Massalía (present-day Marseille) in the 4th century BC. Pytheas claimed that Thule was six days north of Britain, and that the midsummer sun never set there. Thule is sometimes seen to have some commonality with Atlantis.
One of the most detailed descriptions of the Atlantean use of a mysterious instrument called the Great Crystal was given by Edgar Cayce, who mentioned it many times. The crystal, he said was housed in a special building oval in shape, with a dome that could be rolled back, exposing the Crystal to the light of the sun, moon and stars at the most favorable time. The interior of the building was lined with non-conducting metal or stone, similar to asbestos or bakelite, a thermosetting plastic.
The Crystal itself, the Tuaoi Stone, or Firestone, was huge in size, cylindrical in length, and prismatic in shape, cut with six sides. Atop the crystal was a moveable capstone, used to both concentrate incoming rays of energy, and to direct currents to various parts of the Atlantean countryside. It appears that the Crystal gathered solar, lunar, stellar, atmospheric and Earth energies as well as unknown elemental forces and concentrated these at a specific point, located between the top of the Crystal and the bottom of the capstone.
The energy was used for various purposes. In the beginning it was used as purely a spiritual tool by initiates who could handle the great energy. The early Atlanteans were peaceful people. As they developed more physical material bodies, they used the crystal to rejuvenate their bodies and were able to live hundreds of years while maintaining a youthful appearance.
Later the Great Crystal was put to other uses. Currents of energy were transmitted throughout the land, like radio waves, and powered by these, crafts and vehicles traversed the land, through the sky and under the sea at the speed of sound.
By utilization of other currents originating from the Great Crystal, the Atlanteans were also able to transmit over great distances the human voice, and pictures, like modern television. In the same manner, even heat and light could be directed to specific buildings or open arenas, giving illumination and warmth by seemingly invisible means.
In this timeline, in the Bermuda Triangle, on the ocean bottom where the ruins of Atlantis now exist, the energy build-up in the sunken and damaged Fire Crystals can periodically trigger materialization of anything.
As continental drift became better understood and accepted during the 1950s, most "Lost Continent" theories of Atlantis were shown to be impossible. In response, some recent theories propose that elements of Plato's story were derived from earlier myths.

The Fall of Atlantis
[The Course of Empire: Destruction (1836), Thomas Cole]
As the story goes ... the people of Atlantis had many warnings before the continent sank - [the Atlantean program ended]. Prior to closure, crystals were allegedly used to store information which would be found in our timeline by those who programmed them. These crystals contained the original star codes for the Atlantean program. Once found, the crystals would be used as a means of helping them remember. But if all is happening in the NOW, than we are in a parallel situation, though Atlantis seems like thousands of years ago. Our souls are experiencing in both grid programs simultaneously and the crystals are our spiraling DNA moving consciousness between realities to learn.

Book: Alternative Therapy; Mind Body and Soul Holistic Health
The Classic Question, I am asked very often the last few years of my training, “Leslie, What exactly is Yoga?” What is a Yogi? Understanding this question will begin our Chapter and New Yoga familiarity. This chapter may be the longest of the book for many editions. There is so much information and updates to share on the topic of Yoga. First; Yoga is for everyone. All ages, races, sizes, and religions. You may find this listed again in so many words; but the message remains true. Yoga provides so many gifts and rewards. Now; my answer to “What is Yoga?” changes as I deepen my awareness as a Yogi Junior this year 2008. I am always open to learning new paths and deepening my Hatha consciousness and perception for myself, online students, and any local Gym classes I plan to teach near home. From my personal training; in this definition I notice many religions or churches will not understand the full concept; That a Yogi is one who is in “union with God”, any Yoga Individual or trainee will have this definition memorized over time. As I keep myself updated on the latest news, articles, journals, and conversations; I am starting to discover the many conflicts or misinterpretations between Christians and Yogins. Some individuals are acceptable such as the Kriya and Raja fellowship Yogins. However; this does not include many traditional Christian Churches of today. The concept of God being actually apart of Yoga; is very foreign to the average observing non Yogin. Yoga is not the worship of false Gods or other Idols. Yoga is Universal and the Religion Paths are very sacred. We are all one God, with many Gurus, Masters, Ministers, Monks, Nuns, Healers, and Prophets. I even find it humorous; that some Yogins will quote the definition of Yoga back to you, as if you are brand new to the field yoga. You began to feel small and tiny over time. Why is this? One has to incorporate, master, and view Yoga into every area, core, and inch of your well being, body, mind, and life chronicle. The inner you have to be able to assess this embedded information whenever there is a problem, concern, worry, fear, spiritual unhappiness, chronic sickness, or emotional turmoil. Yoga is not only fitness or religion, but a Psychology of Life. We will discuss this deeper in the Yoga Path Section of this chapter. When I lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan as a Student, I was amazed at the different public perceptions of local Yoga Instructors. I have listed some public statements below for social everyday conversations: 1. They are always happy and joyful 2. Their skin completion is beautiful, they glow 3. They are always financially stable, secure, and wealthy 4. They are so pleasant to be around. After awhile, as I studied my Hatha yoga, I began to wonder (as you will find, many yoga trainees will do. 1. “Am I a true yogi?” 2. “This is so much information, can I absorb it all? Will I become a Master?” 3. “What is the exact definition of a Yogi?” 4. “Can I become the image that is floating around my city?” During the second sophomore year; my Teacher gave me confidence not to “worry so much”, on mastering the yoga and soaking in information; calling me the “Yoga Scientist” in my lesson feedback, and granting me an A grade or homework credit in the end for my hard work. I held this in the back of my mind as the months went by, my worry wore off slowly, and I was driven for more information, feeling incomplete until my 3 year of Yoga; now Junior Hatha. It is very true that action does speak louder than words, in many volumes, and boldness. Imagine one must be able to integrate the yogi concepts in their everyday life, health remedies, stress organization, anger management, and embed them deep into their subconsciousness. Keep in mind mastering the Yogi within, takes time, practice, and patience, before you will actually feel secure as a Yoga Guru. A combination of literature, Yoga practice, prayer, and meditation will assist you on your journey within. There are many yoga styles and paths to choose from. Always understand your path thoroughly; before you educate others, the key is to be very humble and open to receive more information. A complete balance is recommended, bouncing from one extreme to another will not make you a master of anything. Students will only appear impatience and confused when searching for the fast path to enlightenment and Yoga. Take your time and stay focused every day. There are many life distractions that can detour the yogi trainee. Some Yogins will explore one path while others many paths, there is no correct way to begin your journey, keep in mind you are in no competitions or race to the finish line, you the yogi are in charge, the whole entire trip. You will begin to heal your life inside and out, your environment, job, and friends may begin to change around you. The key is to remain “Fearless” as a Yogi. I love Yoga and the amazing thing about it, is the age of the practice. Yoga is more than five thousand years old, it is known as a special gift from India to the World. Imagine practicing or performing an art of fitness and healing, thousands of years old, you cannot go wrong, this has proven effective by other generations. Yoga can be viewed as an excellent healing method of self-development, empowerment, divine connection, and self-realization. Yoga is a very unique health science. I know skeptics that love researching the yoga topic just for negative conversations and gossip, no fib or tale. As a Trainer; this teaches me; some individuals still lack true understanding and knowledge of this fascinating India Art and Practice. Yoga is the only healing system in the world that connects one with a sound mind, a peaceful spirit, and a healthy body, and cures the whole collection of chronic, harmful, traumatic diseases. Yoga assists us on our spiritual journey. It brings us all insight, love, motivation, and harmony to realize our oneness with God. Once you practice yoga for a length of time, you become a fan of its healing and special poses. Each month and year of regular yoga practice will bring individuals instant healing, strength, focus, intuition, clean chakras, and improved health. Yoga is mind, body, and spirit therapy, guaranteed to give rejuvenation, transformation, and relaxation. Understanding the Yoga Paths, Why so many? “Listen to your soul and you will know the way to go” ~Dr Rev Moore As a Yogi of many paths, I can safety say this; Yoga is known as a Power Fitness Exercise and Religion, I find both are true in Yoga Science. This solves the ongoing argument between Yogins and Non-Yogins. You may hear in literature that Yoga is not a religion, however; then you may see Yoga Meditation Churches all over the United States from India. It really depends on your chosen Yoga path or Yoga Style. Each Style provides a form of healing, detox, stress relieve, relaxation, meditation, and problem solving; proven scientific techniques. The Path itself can be spiritual or non spiritual, Meditation or no Meditation, Hinduism or Non-Hinduism, Buddhism or Non-Buddhism, Do you see the picture? We all must keep in mind; the path of Yoga has many founders, teachers, Gurus, and ancient Masters. Each Master or founder has his own Yoga Path. The paths of yoga are endless; (I included a list below in this chapter) this includes both the physical and psychological meditation yoga combined. As a student or trainee, we can freely learn from all the paths available to us. With each path we are advised by any Guru, Healers, and Minister to Master one path at a time. Each path takes deep thought, concentration, research, and meditation on the topic. Once you have studied one yoga for awhile, you are free to move on or incorporate another; only naturally. There are no limits or special rules to follow, but whatever we put upon ourselves. As Children of God we are limitless and powerful human beings. You are free to learn whatever your comfort level is; for the pursue Yoga. You will find many teachers are naturally a little bit of each path. This is due to the fact that; we will borrow teachings, mantras, symbols, meanings, definitions, and such from the fitness and spiritual Yoga paths. Here’s an example: All Yogins will use the Om mantra in Meditations, Chakra Clearing, Exercise, Fashion, and Home Decorations. This Mantra is a Symbol of God and has been taken from the Hinduism Religion. This Mantra is used in Fitness and Churches world wide very easily, and all Yogins are free to use the symbol. Keep in mind, there is no right or wrong in Yoga, practice at your comfort, pace, and spiritual level. Any Religion and Spiritual Path are welcome to join and incorporate Yoga into their everyday reality, health remedies, and way of life. One reason for Religion conflicts with Yoga I find; is due to location. In some cities and suburbs you can count on your one hand the yoga classes in the area. For example: In Ann Arbor Michigan, Home of Wolverines; Yoga studios are not rare. Beautiful, abundant Teachers are easily accessible; very similar to Ann Arbor’s dance studios. You can even find credited classes at your College Institution. There are always some Religious individuals who will try to put you tightly fit into one Religion category or Yoga description. To describe me, I am A Metaphysical, Gnostic, Hindu, Buddha Christian, in other words; Universal Faith Spirituality. Let’s explore in dept the many blissful and joyful Paths of Yoga. The Yoga Paths can really aid in good health, weight loss, less stress, anger management, and raising your energy vibrations. The purpose of Yoga Paths (styles) is to take you inward, exploring your higher self, personality, life questions, and God consciousness. You become more spiritually aware, alert, and on a Higher God Path, very similar to Christ and Biblical Scriptures. As you journey to other paths, confusion can arise or misconceptions, it is wise to take it slow, to not hurry your knowledge and awareness building. Learning at your own yogi speed, is very helpful, in yoga explorations. Our paths can happen naturally depending on your source of information and training. At times, one class alone can provide a grand introduction, however; other classes, barely any style information at all. This depends on the class format and teacher style. I have researched and listed the variety of styles and yoga paths below: Some I have practiced, mastered, and others yet to explore as Yoga Instructor and Metaphysician. Yoga is a life long process; we must learn to enjoy each path to enlightenment without speedy competitions. 1. Raja Yoga: The Royal or Realization path, know as the “highest” yoga 2. Karma Yoga: Achieving union with God with right action and service 3. Bhakti Yoga: The path of love, devotion, and Divinity 4. Jnana Yoga: Philosophy, intellect, seeing the mind and personality clear 5. Chakra Yoga: The Yogi heals with their energy chakras and asana poses 6. Tantra Yoga: individuals explore universal consciousness and sexuality 7. Mantra Yoga: The Yogi uses vocal sounds and Words in meditation 8. Kundalini Yoga: Awakening dormant energy in chakras, similar to others 9. Nude Yoga: Nudist Yoga, no clothing, explores freedom, all body types. 10. Kriya Yoga: Meditation practice, builds awareness of the self and mind. 11. Ashtanga Yoga: fitness yoga, one removes muscle and organ toxins. Each yoga path has definitions that are book volumes long, however; this only gives you an idea, visual, and concept of each practice. Some of theses paths will have their own church of Meditation and fellowship such as the Kriya Path, to help you learn about meditation and that particular path of Yoga. I know some of you will get excited and on a yogi mission to learn as many paths as possible. Yes, this is good, I need you to keep that excitement, however; take it slow. Do not overwhelm the senses, intuition, body, and soul’s advancement process. All Yoga paths will take you on a detox journey, your body, mind, and soul will automatically be involved. We all have our natural speed; do not force yourself too much. Motivation, inspiration, love, and aliveness are good qualities for all Yogins. This keeps us balanced and ready to go, to the next level....

Love, the source of all, comes streaming into our lives
shed the skin of the mould and say our last goodbyes
to emptiness of existence and living for ourselves
the whole is growing stronger and we don't need to look anywhere else
The light of the soul from within, connected to each other
We don't have to fight to know that we are sisters and brothers
Reaching out with your heart, body soul and your mind
retrieve the memories we lost in becoming mankind
A rose for the emblem of those we leave behind
Our lovers friends and family, live on in our memory
our fantasies that we create bring them closer to our gate
The door, from behind which YOU reside, has now been opened and the tide;
the floodgates of emotions, the tidal wave which will cleanse
Learn from past mistakes and know your boundaries
It is your choice to make, and find the strength within
Kindred spirits meet sometimes, albeit for a moment to light a fire
of tenderness and to share their devotion;
to expresses their deepest sadness;
expel confusion from their lives;
with empathy for the lost souls of these times.
Know who you are, and bring all darkness into light
Love as you are, with your gifts and your sight.

Peeling the onion of duality. Been conscious of this lately. I now have much less motivation to post to dialogs/discussions that are respectable exchanges but in the end are exercises in duality which I no longer need. I find little need, anymore, to chase knowledge down. It seems the more I'm able to stay in the NOW the more the awareness I need appears, when I need it. I remember how often I would be SO invested in convincing people, either overtly or covertly, that what I was saying was valid. That the definition of the words I used were THE definitions that were intended for these words. I believe that these times were/are so important for me. For whenever I was satisfied that what I had projected was true, sooner or later, that truth was exposed for what it was....a temporal truth but a necessary one for me to peel thru another layer of the onion. Today I read posts/blogs and find such wonderful readings, some of which give me a twinge to respond w/ a different prospective. However more often than not it seems better, for me, to watch the 'play' carry on, retrieving what resonates w/ me. I am grateful for each and every intellectual exchange I've had and although I am not to the CENTER of the onion, yet, it's not important for me to do anything but stay connected to the Source.
Namaste,
Mark

(Foods have many flavors; which one could be defined as quintessential? As people constitutions differ, so do their tastes. Some people like sweets, some like peppery foods,. If you said the flavor you like is the quintessential flavor and the rest are useless, you would be an imbecile. So it is with Buddhist teachings; because people’s natural inclinations differ, it may be that a particular teaching is especially valuable to a given individual, but it becomes false if one clings to it as the unique and only truth, to the exclusion of all other teachings) Lets spread each other's wisdom and not cling onto a teaching that we may see best. We all have a lot to learn from each other as we travel down this road to arrive to that place that we all crave to be. That place of straight out God-realization, enlightenment.

What is the meaning of life to you?
The philosophical question “What is the meaning of life?” means different things to different people. The vagueness of the query is inherent in the word “meaning”, which opens the question to many interpretations, such as: “What is the origin of life?”, “What is the nature of life (and of the universe in which we live)?”, “What is the significance of life?”, “What is valuable in life?”, and “What is the purpose of, or in, (one’s) life?”. These questions have resulted in a wide range of competing answers and arguments, from scientific theories, to philosophical, theological, and spiritual explanations.
These questions are separate from the scientific issue of the boundary between things with life and inanimate objects.
Popular beliefs
“What is the meaning of life?” is a question many people ask themselves at some point during their lives, most in the context “What is the purpose of life?” Here are some of the many potential answers to this perplexing question. The responses are shown to overlap in many ways but may be grouped into the following categories:
Survival and temporal success
…to live every day like it is your last and to do your best at everything that comes before you
…to be always satisfied
…to live, go to school, work, and die
…to participate in natural human evolution, or to contribute to the gene pool of the human race
…to advance technological evolution, or to actively develop the future of intelligent life
…to compete or co-operate with others
…to destroy others who harm you, or to practice nonviolence and nonresistance
…to gain and exercise power
…to leave a legacy, such as a work of art or a book
…to eat
…to prepare for death
…to spend life in the pursuit of happiness, maybe not to obtain it, but to pursue it relentlessly.
…to produce offspring through sexual reproduction (alike to participating in evolution)
…to protect and preserve one’s kin, clan, or tribe (akin to participating in evolution)
…to seek freedom, either physically, mentally or financially
…to observe the ultimate fate of humanity to the furthest possible extent
…to seek happiness and flourish, experience pleasure or celebrate
…to survive, including the pursuit of immortality through scientific means
…to attempt to have many sexual conquests (as in Arthur Schopenhauer’s will to procreate)
…to find and take over all free space in this “game” called life
…to seek and find beauty
…to kill or be killed
…No point. Since having a point is a condition of living human consciousness. Animals do not need a point to live or exist. It is more of an affliction of consciousness that there are such things as points, a negative side to evolutionary development for lack of better words.
Wisdom and knowledge
…to master and know everything
…to be without questions, or to keep asking questions
…to expand one’s perception of the world
…to explore, to expand beyond our frontiers
…to learn from one’s own and others’ mistakes
…to seek truth, knowledge, understanding, or wisdom
…to understand and be mindful of creation or the cosmos
…to lead the world towards a desired situation
…to satisfy the natural curiosity felt by humans about life
Ethical
…to express compassion
…to follow the “Golden Rule”
…to give and receive love
…to work for justice and freedom
…to live in peace with yourself and each other, and in harmony with our natural environment
…to protect humanity, or more generally the environment
…to serve others, or do good deeds
Religious and spiritual
…to find perfect love and a complete expression of one’s humanness in a relationship with God
…to achieve a supernatural connection within the natural context
…to achieve enlightenment and inner peace
…to become like God, or divine
…to glorify God
…to experience personal justice (i.e. to be rewarded for goodness)
…to experience existence from an infinite number of perspectives in order to expand the consciousness of all there is (i.e. to seek objectivity)
…to be a filter of creation between heaven and hell
…to produce useful structure in the universe over and above consumption (see net creativity)
…to reach Heaven in the afterlife
…to seek and acquire virtue, to live a virtuous life
…to turn fear into joy at a constant rate achieving on literal and metaphorical levels: immortality, enlightenment, and atonement
…to understand and follow the “Word of God”
…to discover who you are
…to resolve all problems that one faces, or to ignore them and attempt to fully continue life without them, or to detach oneself from all problems faced
Philosophical
…to give life meaning
…to participate in the chain of events which has led from the creation of the universe until its possible end (either freely chosen or determined, this is a subject widely debated amongst philosophers)
…to know the meaning of life
…to achieve self-actualisation
…all possible meanings have some validity
…life in itself has no meaning, for its purpose is an opportunity to create that meaning, therefore:
…to die
…to simply live until one dies (there is no universal or celestial purpose)
…nature taking its course (the wheel of time keeps on turning)
…whatever you see you see, as in “projection makes perception”
…there is no purpose or meaning whatsoever
…life may actually not exist, or may be illusory )
…to contemplate “the meaning of the end of life”
Other
…to contribute to collective meaning (“we” or “us”) without having individual meaning (“I” or “me”)
…to find a purpose, a “reason” for living that hopefully raises the quality of one’s experience of life, or even life in general
…to participate in the inevitable increase in entropy of the universe
…to make conformists’ lives miserable
…to make life as difficult as possible for others (i.e. to compete)

I've developed an interest in gemstones.
What does this have to do with you?
Well, please don't take offense but
Stangely enough, I can't recall ever
Noticing anything unique about you;
Except that you kind of look like
Jennifer Aniston in a way, I guess.
< >
Please don't misunderstand my meaning.
I don't want to give anyone the impression
That I'm always looking for something
Unique in a person because, in truth
Each of us is exactly that...unique...
And there's no need to go on searching.
< >
On the day of your last birthday, however
I have to tell you I did notice your eyes.
I mean, I'm sure I've looked at them before,
But this time, when my gaze lingered on them
I really saw them, maybe for the first time.
< >
That evening, instead of watching all those
Commercials between segments of American Idol
I flipped back and forth between QVC and JTV
That was when I saw it on Jewelry Televsion...
A breathtakingly gorgeous gold emerald ring.
< >
And then it dawned on me like an awakening:
That the icy fire of the green emerald gemstone
Is what I see everyday in your beautiful eyes,
The likes of which I've never seen before.

I have a neighbor who is talking about moving out west. She and her husband have grown far apart, and neither wants
to be around the other, which seems to be happening quite a bit.She believes the environment she is in is hindering
her spiritual path,so
she wants to move somewhere where she can "grow quicker" as she puts it.Somewhere like Sedona
or Mt.Shasta.Now those are special places, but i have suggested gently to her that her husband is reflecting to her
things she needs to take care of inside of herself, relationships can be a great forum for personal growth. We are Divine
Sparks of our Mother/Father Creator,we are Love made physical. It is our misconceptions we have accumulated over the
ages about who we are that keeps us from realizing this. When we begin to heal ourselves,Love ourselves more and our
thought, emotions and actions come from a place of Love,we begin to affect the environment around us instead of the
other way around. Our steps bless the Earth, our presence blesses those who we come into contact with.We become living
Vortexes of Love wherever we are.Walk softly and carry a big stick of Love.........Love and Blessings....john

Coming upon a duty of conscience or liberating adoration of OM innately triggers a natural contractual and a priori-arranged sonorous harmony which is felt as an unbridled manic recognition of a dream coming into new being. In the common language of man, it is a rush. In the more rarefied language of the mental understanding of man, it is noumena experienced as phenomena. In our language, a language of the spirit, it is a doorway to the heart of God experiencing life in musically perfect harmonics with soul serving OM. Duty, honor, nobility and other virtuous aspects of being are the notes, and love is the melody shaped as the “me” you are and it is this interplay of IS that one might say acts as a bringer of life to the time-based life experience. In one instant, a person can come to a point of drenching understanding of the essence of service to OM. Sane duty-bound doers of what is called to them to do by an inner urging of that part of them which only seeks harmony with all and every part of OM are free to act as they wish, neither worried about doing wrong yet always aware of the borderline between free will and bold opposition to borders or limitations of any kind in the fulfillment of obligations made on the other side of the corporeal reality they operate in. Contracts such as those entered into on the side of time on which OM exists in solidarity with creation in concert with the harmonic essence of IS — as opposed to the side of time in which you dwell, never in full awareness yet ever striving towards it — such contracts do not bind one from living freely, but open doorways to the essential being from which all life springs. You are most alive and most free to create at such points in your life. Contracts only exist as binding when they originate on your side of time. Otherwise, they are reminders of your essential divine union with the loving, living source of all, OM.

Seems 1:11 has been coming into my awareness for a few months now and recently 2:22. As I type this I realize it really doesn't matter to me exactly 'what' that means. I am more into experiencing the awe of the moment than attempting to interpret it. Since a quickening experience around 2000 trying to figure it all out is less and less important than living in the now and letting the answers come from the result of that. It's very difficult for me to stay in the moment when I'm trying to analyze and label everything. Just some thoughts.

Powerful Concept!
Article by Joe Vitale
Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them.
The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.
When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane? It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.
However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho 'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more.
I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that way. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does--but there's another way of looking at it.
The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility. His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist.
He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.
Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal. "'After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely,' he told me. 'Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed.' I was in awe. 'Not only that,' he went on, 'but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work. Today, that ward is closed.'
"This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: 'What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?' 'I was simply healing the part of me that created them,' he said. I didn't understand. Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life- simply because it is in your life--is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.
"Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life. This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy or anything you experience and don't like--is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you.
I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho 'oponopono means loving yourself.
If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone, even a mentally ill criminal you do it by healing you.
I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?
'I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again,' he explained.
"That's it?"
“That's it."
"Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world.
Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message.
This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, I'm sorry' and 'I love you,' I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.
Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying 'I love you,' I somehow healed within me what was creating him.
I later attended a ho 'oponopono workshop run by Dr. Len. He's now 70 years old, considered a grandfatherly shaman, and is somewhat reclusive. He praised my book, The Attractor Factor. He told me that as I improve myself, my book's vibration will raise, and everyone will feel it when they read it. In short, as I improve, my readers will improve.
"'What about the books that are already sold and out there?' I asked.
"'They aren't out there,' he explained, once again blowing my mind with his mystic wisdom. 'They are still in you.' In short, there is no out there. It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves.
"Suffice It to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you. When you look, do it with love."
It's the attraction factor - like attracts like - his God-self was so strong that it attracted the God-self in others."

I found this a pretty relevant little reading. More aimed towards you people like me who went to school for IT and stuff....but not. Actually, pretty interchangeable with real life. Another clue of the matrix. Full collection of chapters at: http://osiris.urbanna.net/tao.html
Chapter 1 only shown
------
Thus spake the master programmer:
"When you have learned to snatch the error code from the trap frame, it will be time for you to leave."
1.1
Something mysterious is formed, born in the silent void. Waiting
alone and unmoving, it is at once still and yet in constant motion.
It is the source of all programs. I do not know its name, so I will
call it the Tao of Programming.
If the Tao is great, then the operating system is great. If the
operating system is great, then the compiler is great. If the
compiler is great, then the application is great. The user is
pleased and there is harmony in the world.
The Tao of Programming flows far away and returns on the wind of
morning.
1.2
The Tao gave birth to machine language. Machine language gave birth
to the assembler.
The assembler gave birth to the compiler. Now there are ten thousand
languages.
Each language has its purpose, however humble. Each language
expresses the Yin and Yang of software. Each language has its place
within the Tao.
But do not program in COBOL if you can avoid it.
1.3
In the beginning was the Tao. The Tao gave birth to Space and Time.
Therefore Space and Time are Yin and Yang of programming.
Programmers that do not comprehend the Tao are always running out of
time and space for their programs. Programmers that comprehend the
Tao always have enough time and space to accomplish their goals.
How could it be otherwise?
1.4
The wise programmer is told about Tao and follows it. The average
programmer is told about Tao and searches for it. The foolish
programmer is told about Tao and laughs at it.
If it were not for laughter, there would be no Tao.
The highest sounds are hardest to hear. Going forward is a way to
retreat. Great talent shows itself late in life. Even a perfect
program still has bugs.

The following is a brilliant page I just stumbled on about memes. The full page with additional resources and links can be found at http://www.memecentral.com/Level3.htm I found this quite interesting. It is written by the same guy that mad Microsoft Word, and he's pals with Bill Gates. Written in 1999. Way ahead of my time, that's for sure!...enjoy:

Level 3 of Consciousness
==-
You are reading about something that most people don’t even know exists. If you told them, they wouldn’t just not believe you—they would have no clue what you were talking about. That’s why I wrote this little essay: so that I could show it to someone when they had no idea what I was talking about and, if they were persistent and open-minded, make some progress in their thinking. And meanwhile I could get on with my other projects.
---
1. In the beginning, there was attraction. Things attract each other because they like to be closer to some things than other things. This is the root of all change in the whole universe.
Sometimes like attracts like and sometimes opposite attracts opposite. When opposites attract, you’ve got a pair, a couple. That pair is now another unit and you can start the whole process over again. The pair, the new unit, can attract an opposite or a like or just drift along.
When like attracts like, it can end there, like an oxygen molecule made up of two oxygen atoms, or it can continue to attract like, like a Carbon atom. When things continue to attract like, something big gets created.
2. Sometimes a thing will attract just the right stuff to it that the new stuff turns into another copy of the thing. That is self-replication. Self-replication is the most powerful force in the universe. One becomes two, two become four, four become eight, and soon the universe is full of things.
Sometimes a self-replicating thing makes a copy of itself with a mistake in it. The thing with a mistake will either be better, worse, or the same at making copies of itself. If it’s better, there will soon be more copies of the new thing than the old thing in the universe.
The only way for new things to get created is by a complex series of mistakes that turn out to be better after all.
3. We are self-replicating things. We are the result of a billion years worth of mistakes that turned out to be better after all.
4. One big mistake that turned out to be better after all was that, of all the animals, we alone can communicate complicated ideas. We can tell stories. We can share recipes. We can make complicated plans. Even dolphins and whales can’t do these things, we think.
5. These ideas that we communicate are called memes. Memes are a kind of thing. Memes live in our minds.
6. Like all things, memes fit better with some things than others. Some memes naturally fit better in people’s minds. Some memes naturally fit better with other memes. When a group of memes fit well together and pull the strings of someone’s mouth and vocal cords so that they pass them on to others, a new, self-replicating thing gets created. The new thing is called a memeplex.
Self-replication is the most powerful force in the universe. One person tells two, two tell four, four tell eight, and pretty soon the whole universe is full of people sharing the memeplex.
Sometimes a self-replicating memeplex makes a mistake in copying itself. The memeplex with a mistake in it will either be better, worse, or the same at making copies of itself. If it’s better soon there will be more copies of the new memeplex than the old in the universe.
The only way for a new idea to gain acceptance is by a series of copying mistakes that turn out to be better after all.
7. All our belief systems, religions, and governments are the result of a series of mistakes that turned out to be better at making copies of themselves after all.
8. Every new idea we think of immediately becomes transformed by copying mistakes that change it into something that is better at making copies of itself after all. A key part of the idea may be sacrificed to something better for copying.
The only control we have over the spread of our ideas is in making them as resistant to copying mistakes as possible.
9. When we are born, our mind is courted by meme after meme after meme, all the result of thousands of years of practice at getting themselves copied into fresh new minds. This is Level 1. We have our instincts, born of millions of years of the genes our body carries striving to make copies of themselves.
Soon our minds become filled with memes and eventually we may develop a map of life that mostly makes sense. We speak a language that we believe expresses anything we want to say. We use geometric and physical concepts that we believe explain anything we encounter. We know stories and myths that we believe relate to all of life’s trials and tribulations. This is Level 2. We have our roadmap, born of thousands of years of the memes our mind carries striving to make copies of themselves.
10. Each of us has a purpose here. When the memes are quiet, it is possible to feel when we are on purpose and when we are off purpose.
11. Once we realize that there are millions of memes battling inside our mind, there arises the possibility of influencing the outcome of that battle. Until we realize it, there is no possibility.
The battle can be influenced in three ways. First, by noticing the memes. Second, by detaching from them. Third, by obtaining clarity of purpose.
When these three steps are achieved, we can begin to select our memes consciously. We select memes that keep us on purpose. This is Level 3.
12. A purpose is not a goal. A purpose does not feel like guilt, shame, or vengeance. Guilt, shame, and vengeance are emotions used by memes to gain mastery over your life. By choosing memes consciously, we can eliminate the control that memes have over those emotions.
A purpose feels fulfilling, satisfying, joyful, and powerful.
13. A purpose has to do with other people. A purpose is fulfilled by spreading memes. Every time we speak, write, create, or act we are spreading memes. To fulfill our purpose we must be conscious of which memes we are spreading.
Life is largely composed of conversations. Conversations are composed of memes. In Level 1 we are unaware of this. In Level 2 we see the world as a solid, understandable body to be interacted with. In Level 3 we see the world as a canvas to be painted, an instrument to be played, or a block of marble to be sculpted by us for our purpose. We choose to do this for good or for evil. If we choose good, good is returned to us in unexpected ways. If we choose evil, evil is returned. Either way, it looks like the way we choose is the way of the world.
14. In Level 1, we do not understand the world and consequently fear it. In Level 2, we replace the fear with understanding. The price of understanding is limits. Our approximate models of the universe are never completely accurate, never useful in all situations.
In Level 3, we start with a vision of what we want to create. From there we choose our models. Sometimes a chosen model may seem insane to the other inhabitants of the little patch of space-time we happen to occupy. No matter. Men with a vision of goodwill have often looked insane in times of mistrust and scarcity. But in Level 3, we realize that the universe is not a maze to be navigated; it is a baby to be brought up. When we give it love, clarity, and opportunity, we raise a child to be a joyful, giving, successful adult. This is the opportunity we have to farm our little patch of space-time.

Analyzing The Path
Recognizing Happiness
Those of us on the path of personal and spiritual growth have a tendency to analyze our unhappiness in order to find the causes and make improvements. But it is just as important, if not more so, to analyze our happiness. Since we have the ability to rise above and observe our emotions, we can recognize when we are feeling joyful and content. Then we can harness the power of the moment by savoring our feelings and taking time to be grateful for them.
Recognition is the first step in creating change, therefore recognizing what it feels like to be happy is the first step toward sustaining happiness in our lives. We can examine how joy feels in our bodies and what thoughts run through our minds in times of bliss. Without diminishing its power, we can retrace our steps to discover what may have put us in this frame of mind, and then we can take note of the choices we’ve made while there. We might realize that we are generally more giving and forgiving when there’s a smile on our face, or that we are more likely to laugh off small annoyances and the actions of others when they don’t resonate with our light mood.
Once we know what it feels like and can identify some of the triggers and are aware of our actions, we can recreate that happiness when we are feeling low. Knowing that like attracts like, we can pull ourselves out of a blue mood by focusing on joy. We might find that forcing ourselves to be giving and forgiving, even when it doesn’t seem to come naturally, helps us to reconnect with the joy that usually precedes it. If we can identify a song, a picture, or a pet as a happiness trigger, we can use them as tools to recapture joy if we are having trouble finding it. By focusing our energy on analyzing happiness and all that it encompasses, we feed, nurture, and attract more of it into our lives, eventually making a habit of happiness.

At least to me it does. Here are some things that I don't like. Things that make it hard for me to read posts.
* Poor Netiquette
Words in all capitals are generally considered the typed equivilent of shouting. Bold words if you want to emphasize something.
* Format
Blocks of texts are literally hard to read. It's better to post small paragraphs instead of one big one.
* Not Answering Questions
When you don't answer my questions, it feels like you don't care what I think.
* Conversation Flow
Coversations are supposed to go a certain way. This is influenced by Socrates and other Western philosophers. Most importantly that asking enough questions will lead you to the truth.
While reversing it is good for H.P Lovecraft books, it confuses me in real life.

The concept of good and evil is an ancient philosophy filled with myth and legend. Nearly every one of us on this planet has some sense of good and evil. Although the exact definitions vary from individual to individual, the basic concepts are fairly universal. We express our unique sense of good and evil through our ideas of right and wrong - our personal set of moral principles. These gray areas raise an interesting question.
I first started questioning the concept of good and evil in my grade 10 physics class. I learned that the colour black does not exist - it is only a very dark shade of gray. Likewise, the colour white is merely a very light shade of gray. Black is the absence of all colour, whereas white is the presence of all colour. The two cannot exist together. In order to experience a pure shade of black, or a pure shade of white, nothing else could exist at that moment. That would entail perfection. Perfection cannot exist for more than a moment. Another law of physics is "the only constant is change".
If we use the moon as a visual representation of this idea, the full moon would be a perfect state, as would be the new moon. The moon is only truly full for a split second before change takes over and keeps it flowing ever closer to it's other state of perfection. The new moon is also only new for a moment before continuing on in the ever changing cycle. If perfection cannot be a constant state, doesn't it raise the question of it's existance?
The Taoist Yin/Yang symbol is a beautiful representaion of opposites. Yin contains a little Yang, and Yang contains a little Yin. Both are in constant movement. This is balance, this is much more realistic. This allows for our gray areas, for individuality. Maybe this is perfection?
Our societal belief is that perfection is an attainable and constant state. This misconception of perfection has created so much pain in so many lives. Many of us have been raised to be constantly better, the best, not good enough. I believe that chasing perfection is psychologically dangerous. If in fact, it does not exist, than a life in pursuit of perfection is a life void of fulfillment.
My concept of perfection is somewhat different. Everything is perfect. Perfection is a paradox - it exists in the fact that it does not exist. Not one of us is perfect, and to me that is perfection! We do not have to be anything, but we can be anything! We are exactly where we are supposed to be exactly when we are supposed to be there. And doesn't that just lift a great weight from our shoulders?
I would love to hear from anyone with comments or additions - lets start a discussion!
Love & Light to all!

Rules for Being Human
1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period this time around.
2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called LIFE. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant or stupid. It makes no difference, you will learn lessons.
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error, experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately "works".
4. A lesson is repeated until learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can then go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons does not end. There is no part of life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.
6. "There" is no better than "here". When your ’there" has become a "here" you will simply obtain another "there" that will again, look better than "here".
7. Others are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources that you need. What you do with them is up to you. The Choice is YOURS.
9. The answers to life’s questions lie inside of you. All you need to do is look, listen and trust.
10. You will get what you ask for. It may not be what you wanted...but it will be what you asked for.

Life..."The Pulse Of Love"...We come into your presence as always on a wave of energy that is Love... You feel this energy pulsing through all of your consciousness, penetrating even into the outer shell of the physical, the emotional, and mental bodies you inhabit... But mostly you feel this wave, this pulse of energy, this infinite statement of the creative essence of the universe pulsing in and through and radiating from the singular consciousness of who you are as a soul... I AM Love...As you feel this pulse, as you feel this radiance, as you feel this flow of consciousness, the pure consciousness of creation, listen to the sounds around you and hear the same pulse of radiant energy emanating in the many sounds of your environment... You hear it in the wind that blows, that caresses all of the earthly environment... You hear it in the sound of the trees as they are subtly expanding and growing and welcoming not only this new day as the sun, the light energy source for earthly manifestation, radiates into their cellular and inner structure, but also welcoming this new cycle of growth of expansion and of manifesting the cycle of creation...You hear this pulse of Love as well in the many birds of your environment... They sing most joyously... They communicate most openly... They radiate the joy of simply being in a way that is a wonderful example for those inhabiting the earth in the human form to recognize, to respect, and to identify with... It is important as you walk your earthly path that you, too, sing the joyous song of inner revelation of simply being who you are as a soul... As you identify with, as you release all that would restrain and restrict that joyous song, that song of whom you really are, that which you truly are is released... You become the composite chord of the symphony of Love... You recognize within your being the harmonic statement of the universe that radiates in and through the essence of who you are as a soul... You bring all the Attributes of the Soul into a unified symphony of inner sound that then radiates out in voices of release and radiant statements of the joy you feel... You feel the peace and harmony that you are, the Love that you are singing forth making statement in the universe...It is a wondrous pattern of revelation as this inner sound of Love penetrates your entire consciousness... For in every moment of your experience you are inwardly and outwardly singing the joyous song of creation... This is a most important aspect of the evolution of consciousness for this is bringing the harmonic statement of the complete chord of existence as a soul into manifestation... So listen to the sounds around you... Know that those same sounds are within you... It is the pulse of life penetrating, radiating, manifesting within all creation... I AM the Love, the Light, and the Life of the universe... I AM the eternal sound of the universe... I AM the pulse of energy that manifests in all sounds of creation... I AM simply ,Love...You are the Love, the Light, and the Life of Creation......(One Nation Under God)...

I wonder in the past when someone was to pass on to the next existence, if their loved ones would have ceremonies to build up energy to assist them in their passing.
I imagine it to be a beautiful ceremony filled with love and acceptance.
Perhaps some traditions have been lost through time. Perhaps our loved ones look to us after they pass for the energy required to ascend. Perhaps the reason we now grieve so heavily for the loss of loved ones is because we are not prepared for their passing and the energy is still required for ascension so it is expended by us through grieving.

Delete the impossibilities
Via Gillian MacBeth-Louthan
You are in a place and time when you are just now remembering that you have the ability to expand and create your world however you chose. The chaos the destruction, the disease, the disasters on earth can be changed in a blink, if enough believe this to be a truth.
Perform from a place of knowing. As one that walks the tight wire Do you want to get up on that tight wire with a knowing, or with a maybe? These are your everyday life choices. The wire is your next thought, your next word, your next decree. Create purposefully with a knowing not just a thinking of maybe!
Know without a shadow of a doubt, that your consciousness is birthed from the cosmic crock-pot, and what has been ladled to vast civilizations is also divinely ladled to you. True knowledge is inherent within all. Light masters and Ascended masters are a part of your divine blueprint. With this understanding and knowing, draw your life, become all possibilities.
Delete the impossibilities that you have received while growing up. Earth is full of limits—speed limits, time limits, credit card limits, parking limits, everything has a limit. In your true being there are no limits.
All that you can imagine as truth is but a single grain of God consciousness. The beaches reflect what is the true possibility for life. Every granule of sand is a world, a universe, and a galaxy. Imagine all the sand on all the beaches and oceans of earth. Each one of those granules of sand represents your untouched abilities, and your untouched knowledge.
Do not be afraid of the next step of your journey. It is as if a cell within your body is afraid to connect with another cell within the same body. You created connectivity but you chose separation. Open the doorway that you have kept nailed shut for so long. You are the projector of your limitations. Open yourself to receive the river of all possibility.
The vibration of money was given to you as a speed bump. Something to slow you down. Let go of the concept of money as being your rescuer! You are provided for equal to the amount of love you give to yourself. You create and manifest the exact amount you can receive, nothing more, nothing less. Take a good look at the word “pro-vision.” You are creating and providing for, through ‘vision’. Stop thinking and living on emergency provisions, sea rations. Proceed forward past what you have provided for your self up until now.

Abstract "Realism and the Shaman’s Cosmos" Adam J. Rock, PhD. Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia and Stanley Krippner, Ph.D., Saybrook Graduate School, San Francisco, California. March 21, 2008. For more information go to http://www.sacaaa.org
Previous research concerning the relationship between the shaman’s consciousness and the spirit world suggests that shamans are realists in the sense that they conceptualise their multi-layered universe (e.g., upper, middle and lower world) as real, objective and independent of the perceiver. However, these studies have neglected to analyse the logical coherence of a realist interpretation of the shaman’s cosmos. We address this lacuna by, first, considering the key definitional elements of the term “mental image.”
Subsequently, we determine which variant of realism is most commensurate with the shaman’s views regarding the ontological status of the referents of journeying imagery and, finally, formulate a critical assessment of its logical coherence. We conclude that if shamanic journeying images constitute mental images, then this does not necessarily preclude the shaman’s cosmos from existing independently of the percipient’s mind-body complex.

Abstract "Transcendental Experiences With Ayahuasca Among Western Users" Evgenia Fotiou, M.A., PhD Candidate University of Wisconsin-Madison
When I discuss my research, I am often asked whether I think visionary experiences with hallucinogens are culturally constructed or universal across cultures. In my paper, based on fieldwork with westerners participating in ayahuasca ceremonies, I will discuss the ways that transcendental experiences are perceived by them. I will particularly focus on the example of sorcery to illustrate the differences in the ways it is perceived by westerners and Peruvians. I argue that even though it is quite possible that Peruvians and westerners have the same or very similar experiences with ayahuasca, their interpretations of them are quite different due to the very different cultural backgrounds of the users.
As Peruvian culture is more socially oriented, Peruvian users tend to interpret any negative or dark experiences as attacks from other members of the community or malevolent shamans. The more individualistic western cultural framework causes westerners to interpret similar experiences as their own psychic processes. I will discuss cases of Western apprentices who have come to accept the concept of sorcery as well as shamanic warfare and will show that in many ways a shamanic apprenticeship for a westerner involves a very radical shift in their interpretations of shamanic experience.

Abstract "Reflections on Taoist Views of “Other Minds”: Toward A Theory of Anti-Culture!" Constantine Hriskos, Ph.D. and Hong Zhanq, Ph.D. Colby College, Waterville, Maine. For more information on this conference go to http://www.sacaaa.org
Taoists texts contain many asides on the problems of relativity and certainty, our perceptions and judgments of the world. A kind of dialectical view of consciousness is presented, a non-alienated consciousness that, while not being at odds with any particular culture tends to diffuse into the world at large. Diffusion's of the cycles of nature, the wonders of the endless transformations of one thing into another, which critique the arbitrary boundary lines that represent the individual self, the other, and their pretensions--i.e., aspects of "cultural discourse" for the anthropologist. For anthropologists in our day ALL this is SIMPLY the province of culture. They eschew the Taoist notion of an non-objectifiable nature revolving kaleidoscopically on the axis of endless possibilities of which humans, culture, and consciousness themselves are fleeting patterns. Anthropologists balk at the premise that the world is anything but a particular cultural concept or discursive practice or set of practices--or simply the ORDER-ing of THINGS as per Focault. And the denial that Nature stands within and without humans, that it can be known, or that it might itself be aware. Lead to radical separations of subject and object or the call for the DEATH of the subject itself. A theory of Anti-culture will be developed that must be placed alongside cultural explanations; one that QUESTIONS the ground of Anthropology proper and asks it to go beyond its facile acceptance of a rather Eurocentric, cultural relativity that seals off one mind from another and the individual from itself! Relativity is NOTHING NEW!

Abstract "Toward A New Kind of Science and Its Methods of Inquiry"
Mark A. Schroll, Ph.D. For more information on this meeting go to http://www.sacaaa.org
This presentation begins with a critique of EuroAmerican science’s limitations and humanistic anthropology and humanistic psychology’s contributions to what Daniel Halperin and Edith Turner refer to as a “delicate science,” that I call an integral/essential science. Second, this essay reflects on EuroAmerican sciences’ paradigmatic parameters that define and limit its methodological inquiry, specifically the emic/etic, subject/object, ideographic/nomothetic, qualitative/quantitative problem. This encouraged me to champion participant observation, ethnomethodology, and ethnography as methods that could balance etic methodologies by providing emic narratives. I continue to support these emic methodologies, yet also examine their limitations, expressing the need for a synthesis as well as a transcendence of these views. Third, this essay discusses the difficult task ahead and various obstacles that we will need to overcome in our quest to create a new kind of science that can include within it the study of psi/spirit.

I have talked about the work of Edith Turner in a past blog and she will be in attendance at the SAC/Yale meeting. Edith may even become part of this symposium's discussion phase but that may not be worked out until I arrive at Yale and speak with her. We are going to have plenty of time for discussion.

Kabbalah - What is It? By: Bnei Baruch Is it a science, a religion, a teaching? Is it secret or evident? Is it something we can sense and evaluate? Is it outdated, or is it relevant in our time? Kabbalah is a wisdom about the universe. However, it studies much more than the part of the universe that we perceive through our inborn five senses. Kabbalah explains that the universe is, in fact, much wider than what we perceive through our five senses. It teaches about that part of the universe that we currently don't perceive. Kabbalah explains how the universe began, how it develops, and how it will end. It studies the universe’s general structure and all of its particular details. This wisdom consists of several sections, all of which talk about the general law of the universe and how we can attain it. If we break it into sections, then Kabbalah covers: - The creation of the entire universe and all of its levels: still, vegetative, animate, and human. - The phases and the final goal of the entire evolutionary process, including man's part in that process. - The connection between our current state and the states we were in before we appeared on the Earth. - The purpose of existing in a biological body for several decades and perceiving the surrounding world through the body and its five senses. - Our state after we leave this world. - Our reincarnations and the relationships between them. - The way of evolving to a higher, spiritual form while living on earth. Where Did the Authentic Kabbalah Come from? The wisdom of Kabbalah appeared over five thousand years ago. Its roots go back to deep antiquity, the Sumerian-Akkadian period and the time of ancient Babylon. However, Kabbalah remained virtually hidden from humanity for millennia. Despite the concealment, people have always been interested in it. Renowned scientists and philosophers the world over, including Newton, Leibniz, and Pico Della Mirandola investigated the wisdom of Kabbalah and attempted to understand it. Johannes Reuchlin, a humanist, classics scholar, and expert in ancient languages and traditions, writes in his book, De Arte Cabbalistica: "My teacher, Pythagoras, the father of philosophy, took his teaching from Kabbalists ... He was the first to translate the word, Kabbalah, unknown to his contemporaries, to the Greek word philosophy..." Yet, to this day, authentic Kabbalah is tainted with many misconceptions and misrepresentations, such as red strings, holy water, spells, miracles and whatnot. Evidently, only a few know what authentic Kabbalah is really about. Therefore, one must first clarify what the wisdom of Kabbalah is. Kabbalist Yehuda Ashlag puts it this way in his article "The Essence of the Wisdom of Kabbalah:" "...this wisdom is no more and no less, than a sequence of roots, which hang down by way of cause and consequence, in fixed, determined rules, interweaving to a single, exalted goal described as 'the revelation of His Godliness to His creatures in this world." What does this mean? It’s saying that there is an Upper Force or the Creator, and there are forces that descend from Him to our world. We are here, in our world, and we are governed by these forces. They’re similar to the forces we are aware of, like gravity or electromagnetism. The only difference is that these forces are of a higher order, and they act while remaining hidden to us. "The Creator" is the ultimate, all-inclusive force. He is the sum of all the forces in the universe and is the highest of all the governing forces. The Upper Forces descend from the Creator, going through phases called "spiritual worlds," and finally they give rise to our world and man inside it. This constitutes the subject of the wisdom of Kabbalah. Article Source: http://www.klienwachter.com Bnei Baruch, www.kabbalah.info/ is the largest group of Kabbalists in Israel, sharing the wisdom of Kabbalah with the entire world. Study materials in over 25 languages are based on authentic Kabbalah texts that were passed down from generation to generation.

Light worker – A meditation on the meaning of the “Word” by Random
The other day it was mentioned that the term Lightworker can be perceived incorrectly.
And now, after thought, I find what I believe it to be, the meaning.
I write with analogies and metaphors, mainly because the Term light worker is both an analogy and a metaphor.
Firstly though I will give the dictionaries definition of a few words.
Analogy : parallelism ,similarity, reasoning from parallelism cases
Metaphor: application of name or descriptive term to object to which it is not literally applicable eg “he shall eat his words”
Metaphysics / al : branch of philosophy concerned with nature of being, truth, based on abstract general reasoning.
Perceive: become aware of by one of the senses; apprehend, come to understand, become aware.
Light: (this is such a broad word in the English language that it would be easier to go to the dictionary yourself and see all of its definitions)
But the term most applicable to us, although all are, is – natural agent that makes things visible.
Enlightened: instruct, inform, shed light on ; philosophical movement relying on reason and directed against tradition and prejudice. (open mind)
Now to my bit,
Some common analogical metaphors,
To shine the light- remove opaqueness and to make it clear so another can see.
By the light of day – it becomes open and obvious
Blinded by the light – to see so much detail that we cannot focus on one detail – confusion
Light is just another name for perception, as babes we could all see the full spectrum of light and then consciousness turns us colour-blind. And when we become aware that we are colour-blind then we look for the light. We find one spectrum and with exercise we see it more clearly until it is always there, it becomes second nature. And then that spectrum illuminates the one next to it until all the spectrums are seen and it becomes pure white light. Perfection.
Light is the act of perceiving, we try to understand it, then we perfect that understanding, and once that perception is fully known then it becomes part of us. It is one with us.
So what is full perception, it is knowing, it is an exacting wavelength, it’s the act of using contrasts to see amplitude and then the brightness of the true colour.
White – is the reflection of all light, when the light comes to us we reflect it and with that reflection our image also.
Black- absorbs all light it cannot contribute nor reflect it.
Analogies and metaphors are indeed funny things they create perception.
Anything can be one if you really look at it and “see” it
Poetry, Artwork, a Tree, all cryptic awaiting definition within your mind.
So this is a Lightworker.
What would be the definition of a Darkworker? Absolutely nothing, maybe “ignorance”.
This is my interpretation, you must look between the lines to find the core truth for yourselves.
And yes the name lightworker is adequate to describe us.
Kindness and Kind-ness

LEADERSHIP BY EXCEPTION
Man cannot comprehend the infinite;
only knowing that the best exists,
the second best is seen and praised,
and the next, despised and feared.
The sage does not expect that others
use his criteria as their own.
The existence of the leader who is wise
is barely known to those he leads.
He acts without unnecessary speech,
so that the people say,
"It happened of its own accord".

The nature of change.
I first wrote this at new year but managed to delete it by mistake without posting it. I am re-writing now because it still feels relevant.
I was sitting looking back at the passing of the old year and marveling at the changes I could see that have come over me in that time. Looking back it was easy to see how my perspective and perception of the world we live in have changed drastically in the space of a year, but it struck me that I hadn't really noticed these changes taking place as the year progressed and it was only now, in hindsight I was able to appreciate them.
I began to look further back into my life and where I've come from as a person. From a small child growing up believing television was a window on the real world, through being a disaffected youth searching what felt like a desolate world for something to identify with, and after not finding it turning into a cynical twenty/thirty something hell bent on working to make as much cash as possible, believing that was the route to happiness and well being, to the place I now find myself. I no longer watch television and am no longer a slave to the financial system we're forced to live under. I still work a little but only just enough to pay for what I need, and entirely on my own terms. I have come to see that money just enslaves us to the bankers and will never make anyone happy, nor will the things that money buys you. Happiness comes from inside you and exists within all of us waiting to be found and nurtured.
The point of all this is that all through my journey I have not seen the changes coming over me at the time, but they've been happening non the less.
Even these big changes have happened at such an imperceptible rate as to seem non existent at the time, but they were always happening and it's only now I can look back and see the journey I've made and how it's all been designed so perfectly to teach me what I needed to learn along the way.
The journey continues for me and I'm looking forward to looking back in another twenty years to see who knows what.
I share this in the hope it will encourage those who may be feeling stuck in their lives, struggling to feel the changes they might like to see in their lives, to keep going.
Life throws different and changing circumstances at us all the time and it can be hard to see the big picture through the smokescreen of day to day dramas.
It seems some really big changes happen un-noticed until one day you turn around and there they are, complete.

Penny for Your Thoughts/The Power of Complaining
A PENNY FOR YOUR THOUGHTS
By Gillian MacBeth-Louthan
In an average 24 hour day there is 186,500 seconds. The spe ed of thought is actually faster than a second. So in an average day see yourself having approximately 186,500 thoughts at the speed of the light. If you were given a penny for every thought on an average day, you would accrue $865. Multiply that by seven days and you will accrue, per penny, per thought, $6055 per week. Multiply that by per month and you will have accrued $24,220 just by having a penny for your thoughts. Now expand that and multiply it by twelve. In one year, just by a penny per thought, you will accrue $290,400 just by believing you will receive a penny per thought.
In this line of thinking, I ask you to spend your thoughts wisely. Is $290,400 enough for you to live on in one year’s time? Every thought forms itself into what you believe – it is a living pulsing frequency that obeys your perception of what it should be. Hold this new thought that has just been birthed and receive it in the fullness of time. Receive it into a place of deserving that surmounts any other limited thought of poverty consciouness. Each day you have a choice to create in a positive place or a negative place. Each thought moves to the South or the North of your thinking to abundance, to lack, to having enough to not having enough and this is how your day is created. Allow yourself to receive financial blessings 24/7, allow yourself to receive unexpected miracles of money everyday. Allow yourself to spend the abundance of the Universe with pleasure and with wisdom because that is your divine inheritance and destiny.
THE POWER OF COMPLAINING
By Gillian MacBeth-Louthan
When you complain you are poisoning your future. When you go around grumbling and complaining you are calling more of that same poison to you. Do all things without grumbling, fault finding or complaining. See the good in every situation and be thankful. Find some reason in your day to be thankful no matter how small. This will help dilute any type of toxic complaining that creates poison in your body and in your life. There’s always something to complain about but you need to look very hard to find what to be thankful for. See good around you, be the one to make a difference. Leave it up to God, the Universe to fight your injustices. Be at a point of gratefulness right where you are. Be grateful for what is right in your life instead of complaining about what is wrong in your life. Since God is truly directing our steps by his light why do we try to figure out what is happening all the time? When you constantly complain about something, the energies, the quanta, the livingness, the God says alright, I’ll give that to you. Do all things without complaining and you will find the magic and miracles in your life being birthed every single day. When you’re in worry, immediately find a point of gratefulness. Let those thoughts bring you into a higher vibration that will assist you into moving past any negative situation.

We are as old as life itself. We have never died. From the very first slime to modern man/woman each generation has begot another. the same cell the same original life force through time.
Like a Russian Doll all the mothers fit inside each other and you are that last Doll or if you have a child the second to last. Thus we belong to each other and every thing. Therefore to hurt some living thing we hurt ourselves.
You and I are as old as time. Smile on that.
Story
2 Feb 2008 - 6:22am
So, what is your truth? Have you examined your beliefs, where they originated, what evidence exists to support them, why they are true for you? Are your beliefs based on ideas you were taught in childhood? Have you gone through a time of questioning those beliefs to ensure they make sense for who you are and the way you understand reality now? At my old Baptist church I learned that doubt (cautious second-guessing) is a common - and maybe necessary - part of one’s relationship with the divine. Through doubt we come to a realization about what really fits us and what we have outgrown (or what was the wrong size when we first got it!). That makes it possible to clean out our closets, remove things that we no longer use or are now incredibly “tacky” for the standards we’ve evolved to accept. It frees up space for new attire we might acquire.
Do your beliefs foster a sense of security, of knowing how you fit into that big picture? Perhaps they provide a sense of purpose and meaning to your existence. Or perhaps they keep everything orderly instead of messy…remind me again why we want to avoid ‘messy’? Sure, it means things are under control, but is that such a cause for celebration? The status quo seems to incite apathy, maybe some dissent; rarely do I hear folks rejoicing over the way things are already handled. Could it be that we settle for what is familiar, accepting the quiet dinner party when we could be shaking our moneymakers at the hottest new club in town if only we’d act on the invitation?
In the history of homo sapiens on planet Earth, we see countless examples of scenarios in which a culture decided to revise the way things were done because they weren’t satisfied with the former methods – they decided to evolve in a non-Darwinian sense. This is considered progress even when the culture decides it may have gone to the opposite extreme and resurrects some of the old to establish a balance. In most cases the shift from the old way to the new one was really messy. Things seemed to get a wee bit out of control.
The word control actually might play an intriguing role in all this. I’m sure you’ve heard the theory about religion being originally designed, in part, to control the masses. Yes, it provided some comfort in answering the big unknowns, but traditional religion also made it easier to keep us (the masses) following a certain path and rarely questioning it. One primary function of major religion in those “old days” still seems to have an influence in our current times: it discouraged the individual from thinking for him- or herself. So I’d like to ask you, are you your own boss? Do you question authority? Folks have a habit of questioning authority less when they have gotten old enough to be part of the authority demographic themselves. I’ve always wondered why we stop questioning those in control just because we get a little older.
Are you open to new information about your beliefs? What if I told you that you are “God” and you actually won’t be surrounded by fire and brimstone for owning that power? Now, I haven’t been pushy about anything yet so please don’t shut down on me at this point. Just be open to the idea. Appease your rational side by looking at it as a What if? situation. What if you are innately divine and already connected with the Creator? What if it is your birthright to have a healthy level of power? What if you were tricked into thinking there would be eternal consequences for adjusting your understanding in a way that would really be embracing your gifts? What if your current beliefs are based on the desire to control you? If that were the case, then those who wished to control you might try to turn any ideas that lead to empowerment into something evil. They might call me a false prophet or allege I am doing Satan’s work.
That is hardly the case. Quite the opposite, actually. I am a servant of truth and the light of knowledge…of God, Allah, Jah, Yahweh, all the other names for Spirit, including whatever name you use. You are a spark of divinity. That is one idea folks are getting at when they talk about “remembering who and what you are” – the “what” refers to being a spiritual entity. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. We decided to put on human suits and forget who we really are to play the game of life on Earth. And that game, my friend, is about to take itself to a whole new level.
There are some beautiful things around the corner, and we may be in a better position to enjoy them (or get more enjoyment from them) if we can reevaluate our beliefs and be open to the possibility that truth has been radically distorted for a long time on this planet. It might be helpful to let go of all our beliefs so we have a clean slate as we experience these changes, but for most people that is a bit daunting. We can at least be open to having our beliefs challenged, and to the idea that no single understanding is “right” making all others wrong.
If you consider yourself as part of the majority, then you’ve taken a commendable step by reading this text without dismissing it. I thank you for taking that step. Your divine nature thanks you for taking that step. We’re all moving into a shift in how things are done and it will probably be easier to handle – and appreciate – after entertaining these possibilities. Welcome to messy.

Getting back to our story of "Sir Gawain and the Hag Ragnell," and recalling the riddle of the black knight (see blog #1), Sir Gawain told King Arthur: "We will send people all over the country; north and south, east and west. And we will write all the answers down in a book. We will do a survey." (Today Sir Gawain's solution to answering the black knights question would be considered the work of a social scientist, whole job it is to go around collecting information by asking people questions).
Meanwhile, about a year has now passed since King Arthur had his fateful encounter with the black knight. Sir Gawain has been busy travelling the country asking people the question: What do women want? And King Arthur is feeling fairly confident that things are looking up. Then one day King Arthur happened to be taking a walk in the woods, thinking about his up-coming appointment with the black knight. During this walk he met a hag or a witch.
The witch was horribly ugly. She was old and bent over, and had greasy stringy grey matted knarled hair. Her skin was pock marked. She had warts and oozing sores. Her teeth stuck out of her lips, which caused her to drool and slobber. Her eyes were bloodshot, yellowish and sickly looking. Her clothes were disgusting tatters and rags. She smelled, she stank, she was easily the most horribly ugly person anyone had ever had the misfortune of seeing.
Calling out to King Arthur, the witch said: "I know the thoughts that you are thinking that are causing you such anguish and suffering, and I know the answer that you are looking for, and I know that you ain't got it. And I know that you are in big trouble, and you do not know it. Because you think you have the answer to the riddle that you have been asked and writing down in that book of yours, and I know you don't. And you may wonder how I know, but you can just take my word of it--I do. And if you do not manage to get the answer to the black knight's question, and I know the correct answer, then you are going to die! And soon! (Robert Bly says the reason why it is important for each of us--both men and women--to get in touch with the witch inside of ourselves is because the witch knows how to say "no." And the witch knows how to assert herself and how to stand up for herself).
David R. Stevenson adds in his essay "To Say 'No!' is the Beginning of Wisdom: Kierkegaard's Contribution to Ethics" that (writing before authors became more attuned to gender neutral language):
"'No' is the first world many children utter, the word the child often hears from his parents, who represent the external environment's impingement upon his irresponsible action. The child's utterance of 'No' represents his own internalization of the external social commandment to 'stifle himself' and conform. . . . All ethical philosophers worthy of the name have stressed that ethical standards and moral values are rooted in self-awareness and self-control. . . . Some depression and sadness today, and the energy in my body feels tinged with some nervousness and fear. Lately in my meditations I have ceased working with outer forms such as Ascended Masters and the Earth Spirit so that I may allow my inner focus to dwell in the last remaining vibration or hum of I AM. These practices are mixed with a lot of busy-ness with my comics sales and concerns with money. The Earth has been rainy and I feel this way also.
In my searching out You Tube for videos related to the teachings of Maharaj Nisargatta I came across the enlightened being known as Mooji, who has many videos available to watch there for free also. This is a great teacher, this Mooji. He has managed to incorporate the spirit of gentleness and love into his self-realization teachings in a profound way, which echoes my own theoretical outlook on what is the most efficient way to transmit teachings of that sort. A little honey works better than a strong stick. Maharaj Nisargatta is unquestionably correct in the fundamentals of his teachings, but his style has often seemed too abrubt and rough for me, too often challenging where no challenging is required. That was his temperment and his way, God Bless him. And these of course are only my own subjective ruminations. My hat goes off to anybody at all who has attained.
I do not claim to be some very knowledgable authority on Spiritual pathways, Ascension, or Self-Realization, and do not consider myself to be such. But you know, I have done some fair reading, inquiry, and as such have both questions and ideas. So I feel suited to write them here, as they are nothing more than my own.
One question or tendency that I have is to compare the paths of Ascension with Self-Realization. To what extent are they the same thing and to what extent are they not? I think that it can be fairly said in a general way that the ascension process works within the area of manifested consciousness and form, which is the state of relativity, whereas self-realization points back further to the unconditioned state which precedes all of this, the Absolute. To attain, to become self-realized, is to reach the end of it. It does not stretch out further and further, higher and higher via degrees. It does not go anywhere. It Is.
The Maharaj Nisargatta had no time for such things as ascension, which he would have called,"an enrichment of the false." Of course this is also a relativized, subjective statement which exists in the same zone as the "false". You can't form a sentence without entering into that zone, ultimately. This is because the Real itself is unconditioned, nothing describes it, nothing is true or false about it. It allows everything, includes everything, gives rise to everything, and yet stays itself, unqualified, indescribable itself.
But what do I think about Ascension? Do I agree with the Maharaj on this point, that it is merely an enrichment of the false? My own feeling about this is that what happens in the manifest consciousness is what happens. What harm is there in raising it up? This ascension movement is the action of manifest consciousness itself, the intelligent response to highly faltering conditions of living on the planet Earth. Basically I agree with the Maharaj in a technical sense, but do not agree with what his statement implies. I see value in the aspect of the manifest expression of the Absolute. I see something worth saving and improving. Both ascension and self-realization can help to achieve this. One does not cancel the other-they exist in harmony. To me, is Self-Realization the parent teaching? Yes. It simply goes farther and more directly into Oneness.

Hi friends,
I noticed that today was a great day for me. It started out with lazing in bed a little extra long -- cold outside, warm under the covers...mmmm. Eventually I got ready for work. I wear jeans about 2-3 times a week when I want to be comfortable, so I was in comfort mode going to work. I arrived and checked my messages -- got a return call from the auto body shop saying that they would take care of the problems that I found when I picked up my car last week. I thought they would hassle me, but they were very accommodating -- my day was getting better, and I was getting happier. My attitude was joyful.
As I thought about today looking back, I realized that I had a good attitude all day, and all the things that happened in my day were happy, joyful, positive events. The morning proceeded with a nice walk around the building outside in the morning -- the sky was clear, the sun shining warm on my face, the temperature perfect (for winter) -- about 70 -- we are spoiled in California, that's for sure. Then I went in to do some work (they are paying me afterall), and before I knew it, it was lunchtime. I cruised around a little on this site, talked with friends, and ate a great lunch (turkey on multi-grain with arugula, red onion, tomato and mayo). Best sandwich I had in a long time... Then back to work for a bit before taking another break outside. I had to read some technical documentation that I half-expected to be dry and boring, but I got through it and it was actually good reading (ok, good might be a strong word...). Maybe it was the fact that I was reading outside on the grass with the sun on me again -- now it's about 75 degrees. I got finished just in time to return back for a meeting to discuss the material--excellent timing! I was on top of it when my boss was asking for our input on what we read (little did she know I just digested it!). Then, back to work till the end of the day.
After work, I logged back onto this site, and posted a couple of things. I discovered someone had added me as a friend, which is always a pleasant surprise and makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Afterwards, I went to the workout room they have here at the facility; daydreamed a little about sex to make the time pass and before I knew it I was done (he-he) -- had a great workout, felt energized. When I came out, even the janitor was in a good mood and smiling -- he said something about how great it was that I was exercising. (Okay, that was nice, I thought. I usually greet him when I work late and he comes by my cube to empty the trashcan, so he recognized me. I think he's invisible to most people.)
Next it's off to home. The traffic was easy, the drive pleasant. I signaled, and someone let me in right away. How nice I thought. I called my sister to meet me at my house and asked her to join me for dinner -- we would have a pasta dish with arugula, tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and feta cheese (with lots of garlic and olive oil). I don't know what got into me, since I'm not big on cooking, but I just felt like something good tonight. She met me and we prepared the meal together. We also made parmessan toast (it's yummy--butter your bread and sprinkle w/parmessan, then put under broiler for NO MORE than 2 minutes). The meal turned out great, and we sat together with a glass of wine, and she even said grace.
We cleaned up together, and for once we didn't bicker about meaningless stuff (sisters...). She stayed for a while and we parted, both in a good mood.
So here I am writing this blog. The point I wondered about was whether attitude made my day, or did my day influence my attitude? Or...is it sort of a ping-pong effect -- one affects the other? Builds on the other...? It would be so nice to turn this on by will, but I haven't really consciously done it before. Can it be done? It's said that it can, but I'm not sure how to make it happen, yet. Anyway, I'm thankful for the wonderul day I had today, and that's enough for now.
Love, Libra88 :-)
