Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. In this lecture, we would like to look again at the issue of ascension and at an interesting development in the process of ascension. This development is really an old issue that continually returns and that is developing on several different fronts that has to do with the relationship of the ego and how the people’s ego can get in the way of ascension, affect ascension and also actually change the nature of the process of ascension.
It has come to our attention that there are several groups, including one in particular, that believe that the Ascension is going to occur at a certain time, and in fact, has given the date of the Ascension as May 21st, 2011. This presentation of the ascension energies has an interesting development because there have been other dates given for the Ascension. The first point that we would like to make is that no one living on the Earth at this time knows the date of the Ascension. I know that comes as a shock to some people. I know that it would come as a great shock to those people who believe that the Earth is going to experience the Ascension on May 21st.
Let us look at why somebody would offer the date. Let us look at how people respond because the idea of one person knowing the exact date is a relationship factor to the ego. The person or the people who present with certain knowledge the exact date are presenting themselves in a way that has an ego involvement in it. One of our main teachings of the Ascension and one of the important aspects of the process of ascension and the acceleration of your own personal ascension has to do with releasing your ego. It has to do with accepting that everything is falling into place and everything is following a higher pattern. Part of the pattern has to include the fact that you don’t have all the information, don’t have all the knowledge.
Let us just think about this. If someone knew when the Ascension would be, then they would make certain decisions and they would act in a certain way which would change the nature of how they are living on the planet. Actually, in an egoless situation, or as close to egoless as you can become, then you want to continue your life regardless of the date of ascension. In fact, it is our opinion that knowing the date, if that were possible, would actually cause more problems than if you did not know the date. We are encouraging people to evaluate and to accept and to process the energy of your transformation into the fifth dimension based on a state of egolessness.
Many people are talking about the Ascension and many people are working with the ascension energy. If you perceive that there is a strong ego involvement in the presentation, then this should be a sign that it is not necessary for you to be involved in that specific teaching. It is also a sign that it probably isn’t a group that you would want to study with or would work for your own process.
There is also a second part of this. The second part is what I call “ascension and ego involvement.” Aren’t those two words, ascension and ego, representing an interesting duality? The idea of ascension is that you are going to leave the Earth and you are going to take off the Earth self. One of the ways of taking off the Earth self and practicing taking off the Earth self is to remove your ego and to remove your Earth self. If there are people who are teaching that the only way to process, the only pass through the ascension is with the Arcturian teachings and that you must follow the Arcturian lectures or even that you must follow this channel, that again is an ego trip. That is an ego teaching because this channel is not interested in an ego attachment. He is not interested in purporting to be the only path or the only direction. Not only that, as we have said in the beginning, if somebody is purporting to say “this is the way, this is the path,” and you must follow this person or you will not be able to ascend, that is definitely an ego involvement. That is definitely an ego speech. We never would say that this is the only path to ascension.
It is like reporting that actually there are many ways to ascend just like there are many spiritual paths on the Earth. All of the spiritual paths merge at a point that is very similar. We have offered a paradigm for helping the starseeds on their path of ascension. That paradigm has to do with the Sacred Triangle. We will also say that this is not the only paradigm. We will say that this is not the final word on how to ascend or which model or belief systems that you should work with. All we are saying is that the Sacred Triangle model is offering a great energy and a great teaching for starseeds. We are suggesting that it is extremely helpful for many people who are interested in the Ascension to understand and know that there are other galactic beings out there. We think it is extremely helpful to know that there are other people on other planets who have ascended.
The Earth is not the only planet that has experienced the Ascension. I know that this may come as a shock to many people, but the Earth is not the only planet that Jesus/Sananda has visited. There have been many planets which have been graced with his presence. He has assisted other species on other planets in their ascension process.
You may ask “Why, Juliano, is it important that I know that other planets have ascended and that there are other beings that have ascended on those planets?” The answer is simple because we are all a star family. We are evolving into a group consciousness and this evolvement into the fifth dimension is not in isolation. The evolvement into the fifth dimension, the transformation of yourself into a fifth-dimensional being, is perhaps the most social event that you will ever experience. Your nature as an enlightened being or moving towards enlightenment means that you are moving towards a larger family. That is why the Native Peoples call us the star family. It also explains why it is so difficult for many of you to be on the Earth at this time. You are essentially, as you are moving into the ascension energies, you are essentially social beings. You are social beings in a way that is different than what you are seeing on many levels on this planet. That is, you are not a social being that wants to be better than another group. You are not a social being that wants to dominate another group. You are not a social being that is selfish. Rather you are a spiritual social being that is working with this tremendous family which we call the starseed family. You will be united and working with your star family.
This is also part of your soul family. I think that it is greatly uplifting for you to know that you are not going to be alone, that the true nature and the true state of being in the higher realms is in groups, is in soul groups, is in star family groups. You are not evolving in this dimensional world so you can be alone. You are evolving so that you are going to meet a soul group. Doesn’t that sound very gratifying? Doesn’t that sound very welcoming?
Let’s look again at the nature of the group energy. At the end it is a group energy that still allows your individuality, that still accepts who you are. In fact, one of the most interesting aspects of the Ascension and one of the most interesting aspects of the starseed work now is that many of you are coming here now to this planet to record and to report back your experiences to your star family. I think that many of you are suffering from this separation. You have come here knowing that you will be separated, but also that you are doing it as a service on several levels. You are doing it as a service to humanity and to the Earth, and you are also doing it as a service for your star family. The star family is supporting you and the star family is very interested in your experiences.
Let me talk a little bit about the star family versus the soul family. In many ways the starseed or the star family and the soul family are very similar. I know that in a lot of the spiritual work that people are doing now on the Earth, many of them are working with their soul family but do not include the concept of the star family. Let me say again that this is fine. There is no requirement that in order to ascend you have to encompass the star systems and galactic families. Just be aware that when you do ascend and that when you do communicate with your soul families, you will be surprised at where they are all from. You will be surprised at the extent of the experiences and the extent of the origins and the extent of all of the differences that are encompassed in your soul family. You will learn at that point that your soul family is also your star family as well. Please do not think of this as a punishment that you must learn of your star family or you are not going to ascend.
Many of the people who are working with the Ascension are very committed, for example, to Mother Mary. Their soul work is through the heart energies that they are able to resonate when they are working with Mary. Can you imagine Mary saying, “I’m sorry, your not going to ascend because you are not following this group,” or “I’m sorry, you are not going to ascend because you didn’t work with the Arcturians the way I told you to,” or”I’m sorry, you need to accept the soul messages coming from the Antarians and unless you do that, then you will not be able to ascend.” That is not the way Mary speaks, and that is not the path that is going to the state of ascension that you wish to have.
Feel your Crown Chakra and your Third Eye Chakra open now to your soul group, to your star family. Feel the joy of this knowledge and of this experience that you are returning to a wonderful soul family, a wonderful star family. In some ways, maybe the word ascension should include the idea of return, in returning to your true nature. Remember that your nature is a soul group nature. It is a soul group experience that includes and encourages your individual expression and your individual evolvement. It is my opinion that one of the most painful experiences on Earth is the illusion that you are separated and will be permanently separated. Quite frankly, the original concept of Hades or Hell is the experience of being cut off from your soul group. If you look at some of the more primitive societies, and actually in the developed societies, one of the cruelest punishments is being cut off from the group, being ostracized. That is why I feel it is necessary to explain that no one is left out in their ascension. No one is going to be denied access to their soul group. Also, part of the evolution that is now going on has to do with the integration and merging of major planetary groups. This means that there are planetary soul groups. Planetary soul groups are awakening. Planetary soul groups are at a stage in the galaxy where they are becoming ready to integrate with other planetary systems that are ascending or that are close to the Ascension.
This is quite a large issue. It’s quite a large accomplishment for a planetary soul system to prepare itself to become part of the galactic family. It requires the knowledge and experiences of other starseeds. This explains one of the key roles of the starseeds. Many of you who are starseeds have had other planetary experiences. This is not the only planet that you have incarnated on. I know that some of you have memories and information and recall of your other lifetimes in other planetary systems. Why would it be that you would bring yourself to this Earth, to this planet? If you follow my descriptions, then you can understand that on a planetary basis, you are participating in the elevation of the Earth family, the Earth soul family. You are here also to participate in the integration of the Earth family with other soul planetary systems. That is one of the major evolutionary steps that is now occurring in this galaxy, in the galaxies. The representation of the Central Sun alignment is an indication, is an opportunity, for the starseeds to work for the integration of the Earth soul group and to integrate this Earth soul group with other planetary systems such as the Arcturians, such as the Pleiadians, such as the Antarians.
This is a major event. In many of the teachings that we expressed in the Sacred Triangle, we are stating that the Earth is preparing itself to take its place among the Galactic Council, among the galactic family. That is specific indication of the planetary soul work that is now in process. That is to say, the integration of the higher Earth soul group with the other galactic families is now in process. You as the starseeds who are coming or who have come here are part of that integration, are part of that evolution, and are part of that work.
That is why you are here and that is why you are staying here. You are staying here until the Ascension because you are working to be part of the evolutionary process that brings the Earth into the galactic families.
I want to say something more about the Planetary Cities of Light because when I am speaking about the Planetary Cities of Light, many of you may think that we are only talking about the Planetary Cities of Light and their role in the Earth. Remember several years or even several months ago, I spoke to you about the Planetary Cities of Light as also having planetary sister cities of light. I suggested to you that there are Planetary Cities of Light on many planets in the galaxy. I know that you have this concept on the Earth and in your countries where you have sister cities. You might have a city in Texas or a city in Arizona, and a sister city could be in Mexico. It could be even in Argentina or Australia. I would like to even suggest that now the Planetary Cities of Light on the Earth, the ones that we are activating, can become sister cities to other Planetary Cities of Light on the Earth.
If there is a Planetary City of Light in Sedona, Arizona, then maybe the Planetary City of Light of Sedona would agree to be a sister city of light for San Jose, Costa Rica, for example. This is a very interesting relationship because that means that Sedona at one particular point may have an excess or a great deal of spiritual light and energy that they would be willing to transmit and download to another city. At some point that city may not need the Planetary City of Light gift that Sedona has. Things could reverse. Maybe at some point San Jose, Costa Rica, or other cities of light can send spiritual light back to Sedona, Arizona. What I am suggesting is that when we are working with Planetary Cities of Light, they are not in isolation. In fact, they are here to coordinate and become sister cities because the Planetary Cities of Light are also a family of cities of light.
I want to go one step further and tell you that the Planetary Cities of Light also have sister cities of light on other planets. There are other soul groups that are willing and wanting to become sister Planetary Cities of Light to the Earth Cities of Light.
Many of you have soul group families or connections to those soul group families on these other planets. I think that is great news. In the example I gave you of comparing Sedona, Arizona to becoming a sister city of light to San Jose, Costa Rica – in this example I may suggest that at this point Sedona may have a lot of spiritual energy that could be sent to San Jose. San Jose would gladly become a recipient to the beautiful light and energy that Sedona, Arizona can send there.
It is important in the process of ascension that we talk about the planetary ascension of the Earth as well as your individual ascension. Now we know that there are Planetary Cities of Light in other systems that have so much spiritual energy and light that they are willing to send their spiritual energy and light to you who are working on your Planetary Cities of Light. There may be cities on the Pleiades who are willing to adopt your planetary city. There are, I know, cities in Arcturus. What I would also want to point out to you is that it may be difficult to describe or identify the cities because, for example, on Arcturus or even on the Pleiades, they do not have cities the way we have cities. Even now I notice that your cities are merging into large metropolises where many of the cities are merging. The important thing is that your Planetary City of Light is relating to a star system, and that there is a “group of souls and group of fifth- dimensional souls” who are willing to adopt or become a sister city to yours.
This adaptation of planetary sisterhood will assist in downloading fifth-dimensional energy into your Planetary City of Light. It is well known that there is such a great need for downloading fifth-dimensional light into the Earth. By acknowledging the process, by acknowledging this process and working with your Planetary City of Light, you are accepting and are open to receiving the soul group light from external higher planets. That will make your Planetary City of Light indeed a very special place to be.
In closing this portion of the teachings tonight, I want to remind you that all of you who are starseeds have great connections to many planets. I want you to consider calling on those connections because they are waiting to participate with you in raising the vibrational energy field of the Earth so that the Earth can move into a higher relationship with the other ascended planets in the galaxy, and so that you on a personal basis must understand that many of your soul group members also are coming from other planetary systems, and that you will through your ascension be united with these groups and, in particular, with the galactic and other planetary groups. You are in one sense on a mission to bring that awareness to this Earth at this time. There are many others like yourself who want to be awakened and want to participate in this evolutionary step.
Yes, it is an evolutionary step. The evolutionary step that is now before Man is on a multidimensional level. It is on many different levels. One level has to do with Man’s understanding of the relationship to the Earth that has been expressed in the concept of biorelativity. Another aspect is the consciousness and the evolution of consciousness that brings through the awareness of the planetary families.

Hey ya ho ya heyyyyy. Greetings, I am the Chief White Eagle. All my words are sacred. Yes, our star family includes the Star Council, and we are participating actively as a soul group in the development of the Earth. I ask you to look at the developments of the Earth from as many different perspectives as you can. I ask you to look at the whole picture, the whole state of the interactions. There have been so many different peoples that have come to the Earth, and there are so many more people who want to come to the Earth. There are so many people who are on the Earth.
You can say that the Earth is a beautiful place for many different soul groups to express themselves. It is true that the Earth is unique, that the Blue Jewel is unique. One of the most unique things about the Earth is that she is holding and allowing so many different soul groups from the galaxies to come here and to flourish.
You probably already know that most planetary systems do not have as many religions as there are on the Earth. Most planetary systems do not have as many languages as there are on the Earth. Most planetary systems do not have as many countries as there are on the Earth. The Earth is allowing and has allowed a tremendous receptivity to many different soul groups on this planet. Some of the soul groups that have come here and that are now here are not very advanced and are not very enlightened. Some of the other soul groups that have come here are extremely advanced and extremely enlightened. Some of the soul groups that are manifesting here on the Earth are a mixture of the lower soul groups and the higher soul groups and have come here to process and to learn. Some of the lessons they are coming here to learn as a soul group are quite dangerous. By dangerous I mean that those lessons from those soul groups have the potential of planetary catastrophe, have the potential for affecting other soul groups. You have seen this in the exterminations that have occurred over and over again but have been especially blatant, especially obvious, in the past 100 years.
I can tell you that the Earth has a big heart. I can tell you that the Earth has greatly extended herself to all of these soul groups. That is so powerful. That is why the guides and teachers love the Earth. The Earth, the spirit of the Earth, has allowed, even invited, so many different soul groups.
I know that you have heard many stories about the interference in the genetic codes and the bringing forth of other genetic tampering with the codes through other planetary systems and other beings. I think that for the most part, many of these stories have validity. The thing that you must understand is that the Earth – she is such a beautiful planetary spirit, she is such a special planetary spirit – has allowed and invited all of these soul groups to be here to experience her. That is one of the most unique things about the Earth.
I have, too, seen other planets. I have, too, been given the gift of going in other dimensions and seeing other planetary systems. I have seen enlightened higher planets. I still have never seen a planet have so much diversity, so many different expressions of soul groups, as the Earth. I want you to know this is one of the reasons why so many people want to come to the Earth and incarnate here. They have heard that there are so many soul groups that are allowed to be here. They want to experience this.
This explains in part some of the dramatic problems that are occurring when there are so many soul groups allowed to be here. That is why the Galactic Council called this a grand experiment on Earth. I need to repeat that part of the reason why all of these groups are able to manifest here is because of the great heart energy that the planet Earth has, and she is willing to allow this diversity, in fact, even encourages it. Perhaps there is also sadness that so much diversity and so much freedom has produced some of the tragedies that we are experiencing now before you. These are tragedies of Earth changes and tragedies of wars.
This is an acceleration, and I just want you to understand that this is part of the great process of evolvement of planetary systems and the evolvement of soul groups. How are you to understand that so many soul groups can come together on one planet and some of these soul groups remain in conflict? You are to understand as a starseed and as a planetary lightworker, there is also this beautiful opportunity at this time for an awareness of the brotherhood and sisterhood of the star family. That is why the teachings of the star family need to be released. It is this awareness of the star brotherhood and sisterhood, and it is this awareness of the nature of the soul families and of the various soul groupings in the galaxy, and the fact that they have all come here for a specific opportunity for evolution.
This knowledge and information will help to bring a greater brotherhood and sisterhood. We are all one, and when I say “All my relations,” I, Chief White Eagle, include the star family as part of all my relations. I want to know more about all of my star family, just like you when you hear these words want to know more about your star family members. You are, and you will have the opportunity to do so, especially as you are working towards your ascension. I am Chief White Eagle, all my relations. HO!
