We are becoming a NEW species of Earth ~ creatures of our OWN Awareness!  Every Soul has a “story” … what’s yours?  How have we incorporated our souls into our Humanness?  Pondering thoughts ~

I am watching many that are in the limelight ~ totally combust … people we have followed, envied, enjoyed … whatever their affiliation to what we saw them as ~ dependent on your vibration ~ your observation ~ ~ ~ you are witnessing the unraveling of many.  You are watching, publicly, many “dark nights of the soul” ~

Perhaps in your own sacred spaces you are feeling pangs of implosions, even explosions ~ this is coming in our physicality, as well as our mentality ~ thoughts are wavering and if you step outside of that vibration that you have now reached, You are feeling every bit of that discombobulation ~ many probably are even questioning their sanity, their life! 

Enough already ~ “I don’t want to play anymore”!  In those moments of disarray ~ of panic stricken moments ~ it is not only important to realize that You are the MOST Empowered BEing you have EVER been … more importantly, in this moment … CLAIM YOUR POWER!!  You ALWAYS have  the wherewithal to create your reality in ANY GIVEN MOMENT … if you are AWARE of your vibration ~ from encounters with others to the Body Temple flare-ups and YES we have had many of those of late … WHY?  Our Body Temples are changing more rapidly than before due to the magnification of the energies flowing into and upon Earth Mother ~ you are like a “conductor” ~ the energy must travel through You and it is UP TO YOU HOW YOU RADIATE that frequency ~ hence, all the dishevelment happening right now … TRUTH is prevailing ~ no longer can we live a “lie” of just piddling or dabbling with our vibration ~ the time is NOW to USE every nth of your energies to CREATE CHANGE FOR NEW EARTH!! This is what you are HERE TO DO ~ if you are still carrying grudges, pointing out inconsistencies in other people’s lives ~ not affecting what you came to do ~ then you are not using your vibration to the highest good!  You know exactly what this means ~

It is enough to move through these frequencies with grace ~ top that with the influx of everything being revealed and crumbling around us … our Body Temples are changing in warp speeds ~ healing our Temples have become practically instantaneous ~ what used to take weeks to heal is now healing within days ~ and every pain or ache is VERY pronouncedly more painful … albeit, much more short lived!   When we learn to accept our Body Temples as the extension of LIGHT that they are becoming ~ realizing we have the ultimate power by directly affecting the area that is in need of healing by connecting to it … by talking to it … by embracing it with LOVE!   

LOVE IS THE CONSUMMATE HEALING MODALITY!

When we stay within our sacred space we see with our Soul Eyes ~ we SEE what is happening and what GOOD is being created … as we observe ~ from wherever you sit and see ~ YOU KNOW what is happening.  As each of us traveled those trails of  tattered tales ~ each of us ~ became AWARE and we AWAKENED to our SourceSpirit within US ~ we were enabled to SEE with a HIGHER vibration that all ANSWERS lie WITHIN US … WITHIN OUR SOULS … that nothing out there can affect us … UNLESS WE ALLOW IT!!  This is so important for our daily tasks … if we allow the words, the escapades of others to impede upon our space … then we are not living within our OWN HIGHER Empowerments… we are not using our Soul Thoughts to Create our Realities ~ we are letting someone else’s journey create our feelings ~

This is YOUR JOURNEY and ONLY YOU can Travel this path!!!

It will only become more and more intense ~ the energies are magnifying daily … if not hourly in what we know as “time” ~ it is time to USE YOUR LIGHT in EVERY SINGLE MOMENT of EVERY DAY!!

As these magnifications become more and more intensified ~ one of the biggest complaints physically,  is headaches (migraines) ~ try using ~ ~ ~  high ph water ~ cold or cool compresses  ~ deep breathing exercises ~  soft music (my preference is Native American Flutes) ~ connection to the pain ~  visualizing.  I have had my fair share of these headaches and asked “why” these were happening and received a few answers ~ always first is INTEGRATION ~ and then EXPANSION … our brains are expanding ~ and CALIBRATION ~ remembering ALL parts of our Body Temple are “controlled” from our brains.

Skin anomalies ~ breakouts * rashes * hives * itchiness * (remember you are becoming younger) as your DNA changes, your Body Temple is undergoing massive change ~ and many are probably noticing MANY GOOD CHANGES ~ remember to Honour your Temple ~ Nurture You as often as you can!  Use Natural products on the Body Temple as often as possible!  Baking soda serves well as a drying agent for skin outbreaks ~ which also is indicative of  “outbursts” that are not within keeping of our vibrational value!

Diets … eating is probably becoming less and less ~ and many are “moving”  their Bodies more ~ walking * exercising * swimming * ~ ~ ~ ~ as your metabolism raises you feel the need to move more ~ eating less albeit, eating more healthy foods … there is less and less eating out …  more preparation of one’s own foods (you know what is in it) ~ The Body Temple does not tolerate the chemicals of GMO foods or fast foods very well ~ and one can really feel this when their digestive system “talks back”!  Smoothies are most excellent for meals and or quick pick me ups ~ Juicing is excellent!  We just discovered ~ fresh fruit slushies ~ old fashioned snow cones with natural fruits and juices ~ LISTEN to your Body!

Talk to yourself ~ hold regular conversation ~ YOU are YOUR BFF ~ always have been and always will be!!

Streamlining your Soul means You ARE in charge of this sacred space known as YOU ~ You are as DIVINE as the one that stands next to You ~ and the realization of your Awareness ~ Your innate Wisdom … there is NO need to become angry, judgmental ~ from a Soul’s stance ~ Every Soul has a Story and is living that story ~ when it is time for that Soul to Awaken to the higher SourceSelf within  ~ it will be according to their own Soul contract.  Silence is golden ~ Silence is Sacred … Silence does not separate ~
