See For Yourself vs. Rely on the Reports of Others

Some people like to view directly through theitr own faculties.
Others are content to rely on the reports of others.
The first group grows more and faster.
The second group grows less and more slowly..
That’s about what it distills down to.
Of course, the second group will be more subject to having to rely on belief and trust.
The first group will be galloping a bit faster and keeping their frequencies a little bit higher,
And will be able to see and experience for themselves.
And also , in general, they will have a richer and more exciting inner life,
As they will be able to be viewing fresh inner landscapes at most times.
This is what we think of as growth,
As opposes to endless repetition within, ad nauseum.
Take a look at one’s writings and thoughts.
You will see evolution, learning, change, development , and growth progression
In the work or expressions of the first group.
Unfortunately, you will not see this degree of transformation, evolution, growth,
or progression of new ideas and understanding, in the second group.
What we call change.
This is why it is generally more effective to put in the effort, time, sweat, and energy developing your
faculties of perception and ability to view for yourself.
In addition, as these abilities are part of your spiritual mind,
So if you are not seeing development in this area, it is possible you are not actually entering
Your spiritualized mind much at all.
Now anything can be changed.
But for those who believe in evidence,
The evidence should emerge from you.
If it is not, well, then there is your evidence.
So, are you pursuing autonomy?
Or are you pursuing dependence on the vision of others? , what we call leaning on them.
Or are you pursuing a combination of the two?
Remember, if you can’t test something directly, you can never know, really know, for yourself.
You can only achieve and rely upon belief and trust.
In what? In what other people or beings have said.
The ascended masters, for instance, wish you to see for yourself, and support you in this.
Not all have the same attitude and approach.
It is okay to be a follower, as long as it is okay with you.
